Dueling For The DUELIST KINGDOM FINALS In Master Duel! | Duelist Kingdom Conquest EP7

In this series, I am entering Yu-Gi-Oh anime's Duelist Kingdom arc and will be attempting to make my way to the Duelist Kingdom finals. I start with 20 star chips and must obtain 80 more by defeating other duelists competing in the Duelist Kingdom tournament. Each episode, I will take on a fellow YouTuber in a duel using cards from the Duelist Kingdom Arena Draft with a twist. Before each game and after seeing their opening hand, the turn player must select a number of star chips to wager on the duel. The winner of that duel steals that number of star chips from their opponent. Once one duelist is left with zero or the 1-hour time limit ends, the match is over. If I'm able to reduce my opponent to zero star chips, I can steal a card from their deck to use in the next episodes. But if my star chips are reduced to zero, I have to completely restart the challenge. Once I have 100 star chips in the series, I can move on to the Duelist Kingdom finals. Welcome to Duelist Kingdom Conquest. Hello everyone. Welcome back to Duelist Kingdom Conquest. And today I have a chance to officially qualify for the Duelist Kingdom finals. This is our third life in this series, but we ramped it up quickly in the last episode by obtaining a ton of new star chips. I'm sitting at 74. I only need 26 left. However, we are going to have to obtain 100 and keep 100 by the end of this episode to officially qualify. If I get over 100 and then lose some in the next duel, I'm not officially qualified and have to keep dueling other opponents. So, let's go ahead and spin this wheel and see what we can get. Uh, let's not get ritual, please. For once, can we not get ritual? Oh, yes. Thank you. Yes. And I just acquired a change of heart in the last episode. Now, we get to add a trap card. This is feeling amazing. What's up, guys? This is Jenna. I am here for Duelist Kingdom Conquest. I have no idea what I even want to spin. I mean, I do see some classics. There's Harpy Lady Sisters. Okay, there's Harpy Lady Sisters. There's Exodia. Lot of great choices here, but I might want to go a Harper. I mean, I love a oldfashioned my deck. Really? Oh. Oh my god. What is it? Uh, I mean, I'm always a Kaiba fan girl, so I was kind of hoping for triple Yeah, triple blue eyes, triple Dark Magician. I was going to break anyway, but yes, my monster's dark magician. Okay, before I pick my trap card, let's see what the punishment will be. Please don't be the one where if I lose, I lose all my star chips or whatever. Uh or have to I'm I'm just scared. Just make sure it's something good. Nothing that's going to really hurt me too badly, right? There's a lot of options on this wheel. Oh, wait. Opponent can ask what is in your hand one time during the match. Wait a second. in the last episode. Who was I dueling last episode? Doug, he had me. I had to tell him what was in my hand. This is This says opponent can ask. So, I was supposed to be able to Pegasus him. I'm pretty sure that's how this works because I'm pretty sure when you spin it, it says opponent can ask. So, that means my opponent this week can ask what's in my hand. I got screwed. I PLAYED THROUGH THE PUNISHMENT. I'm just realizing this. Uh, unfortunately now I have to do it again because uh my opponent is going to be able to ask what's in my hand one time during the match. So that's not great, but it's not the worst punishment ever. Like it might just be even if we lose, it's just one duel during the match and there's an hour of duel. So that's not the worst thing we could have got. Now let's go pick our trap card. I feel like I got screwed in the last episode. I'm just realizing it. I can't really be too upset though because we did barely escape last episode and come out with a bunch of like we went from getting or losing the episode to ending up with 74 star chips. So, there's nothing really to complain about. Oh my gosh, look at the trap cards. There are 18 different traps. Gift of the mystical elf. We can mark that off. No. Gorgon's eye, no. Gravey robber fun, but no. Just dessert, no. Kunai is pretty awesome, but I do have some of them. Magical, no. Mirror force. Shadow of ice, no. Time machine, no. Waboku is Woku is pretty awesome. It stops you from losing a lot of time. It's chainable. Um, not that there's a lot of cards that really pop anything. It'd be good for like an anti- uh feather duster card. Call the Haunted's pretty awesome. I don't have that. I got three Miral. Don't need that dragon captured are no spellbinding circle or shadow spell is good. No sh or spellbinding circle and master rule. So no I have truth warrant attack or horn of heaven and negate attack. So we're looking between a few cards. Kunai with chain mirror force waboku call the haunted or maybe shadow spell. Those are the five. So let me take a look at my deck again and see what we want because I am going to have to replace something and I'm low on monsters. So I don't want to replace a monster. >> I don't think I've ever beaten Ruxen yet. still to this day. But today it's Duelist Kingdom. How hard can it be? I mean, it's also like a defense card, so why not? Saga is good. If I can get it out the field, it's such like all these pieces individually, they're so good. Except for the obvious, unironically, the the big giant monster they create. But do I want to take SA? Do I want to try that? You know what? Maybe. Who knows? I could dump it in the graveyard and monster reborn it. Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. If I'm going to go the Sara, I need some defense, guys. So, let's take the mystical elf there. I keep saying I'm going to take spells, but I'm taking monster cuz that's what's better. You know, shield sword can come up. That is a good card. I'll take a sh Oh, I already have two monster reborns, though. But I have 15 monsters, too. Okay, we'll take a witch. Let's take a witch. The forest uh horn of heaven is not really going to do much. Let's take I mean, I could always, you know, I could swap out some cards, too. Another magician. What is going on? Am I Is this bugged? Am I doing this? Duels came to the thing correctly. Let's Oh gosh, that's tough. That That's tough. Um I already have two monster reborns. I think I do. I definitely don't need another one. Do I need another duster though? Is there going to be a lot of traps? Okay, fine. We'll kind of even it out. We'll go two and two. That was a really good UR pool that, you know, this is giving me right now. We'll take a scallreel for the draw one. I do need some Wait, wait, is this a repeat or scallreel? Thank you. Uh, do I take a pooper or do I just take a sword? Sure, we'll take a swordstalker. I I guess we'll take another draw one, I guess. Then Oh, another axe raider. Oh, a Kaz. No, no, I can't have too many tributes. I I don't want to break too too hard. I'm already playing three dark magicians. Time machine. I can swap it out. We'll go time machine. Uh, this guy's bigger, right? Yeah. This hats me should be bigger. White magical hat can come up. You know, if it works, it works. Yeah, if it works, it does work. So, we'll take a white magical hat. There. Is that the the rest? Okay, that's okay. I like this. It's not bad at all. I'm going to just try to see where I can fit my Dark Magicians, but um yeah, I'm going to be spinning some more wheels now. >> Ah man, this is tough. We have so many good cards. I don't I don't know that I I'm really tempted to take Woku cuz it's chainable and we don't have any chainable cards that like Feather Duster is the most powerful card in this format. So having a card that kind of counters it, it'd be awesome to have a second Mirror Force, but if you get Feather Duster and Mirror Force does nothing, right? Same thing with all the other ones. Uh, shadow spell. Uh, we don't get spellbinding. So, call the haunted, same thing. It's gone. Kunai, it's gone. That's making me want to pick Waboku to have like a little bit of insurance against one of the best cards in the format, which is definitely a card you can just lose a duel to. They activate Feather Duster and you have nothing to respond with because all these cards are not chainable, you're just cooked. So, having a card that actually can help with that, I really like the insurance for our deck. I'm super regretting. I saw the comment about you should have played three RB lady probably multiple comments and one Harvey Lady sisters and then you could have had the two elegant egotist or whatever and you could have gotten this out from the deck or wherever. I'm kicking myself for not doing that because having three of these and one of these would feel so much better and uh it's too late. I mean that's just part of the series. I've locked it in. I got to play with it now. I think Horn of the Unicorn is the obvious choice but it's such a nice combo with these because these guys can just shuffle it back so it becomes not such a bad card. It's a plus 700 and I end up really liking it. I could just cut a Harpy Lady Sisters and just play with the one and kind of rectify my mistake, but then I'm only at one Harpy Lady, so that kind of sucks. But then we're down to 18 monsters. I kind of like it though because then while we play with one less boss monster, we get it out actually more often cuz drawing this is you can't summon it from the hand. It has to be these two cards. So it actually you get rid of one brick and you're more likely to actually see the one of the only place you can't summon it from is graveyard. So like if it does end up in the graveyard it's kind of stuck there. So that kind of sucks. But the good side is you know it sticks in the deck more often and you can do the combo here. I really wish I had another harpy lady. If I overroll monster again I'm probably just going to pick Harpy Lady even though it's not the best card just to fix my mistake that I messed up. I also don't like having two relinquished. I'm not going to lie. But you can only cut one. Actually, I could cut two cards here. You know what I could do is go down to one relinquish, one ritual spell. It's less consistent, though. Oh, it's such a tough choice. I could cut one brain con cuz I have a new uh change of heart now. And then I don't pay 800, so it's not dead if I'm under 800. I don't have to worry about them being special summoned cuz there are a few special summons. Like uh my herb lady sisters was protected from brain control in the last episode because it was special summoned. So, there are some options for that. Dragons is too crazy. We got to keep it. All the traps are really good. I mean, mirror wall at three actually won us the last match. So, if it was at two, I would have lost. So, I have to consider that. I'm actually think I'm going to do this. I think I'm going to cut the Relinquish again. I know it's not as consistent. I know Relinquish is awesome, but it is a super brick in the deck, and I kind of want to focus on our main boss monster ahead of that anyway. And I really like our spells and traps, like all of them. Even Horn of Heaven, I hate on this card all the time, but it's such a nice card to be able to ga summon. Last episode it did not perform well because he kept stealing my guys and I couldn't tribute them. But if they're not doing that and they're summoning a big boss guy, just horn of heaven and just get rid of it and tribute. We have so many good options to tribute between Sang and Witch of the Black Forest. That becomes a instead of a minus one, it becomes an even trade and you get rid of a massive boss. You search a card you specifically want. I like it. So, I'm feeling awesome about this deck right now. The only thing I wish I had cuz I have so many stealing cards is more tributes because the only tributes I have are Shadow Ghoul and Relinquished if I have the ritual. So, I just made that even lighter by getting rid of one relinquish. But overall, I'm excited about this deck. I think this deck's awesome. I think we can make it to the finals with this thing. I mean I mean we have three of these, so I mean of course we can make it. >> So this is episode three, so I am allowed three spins. I don't know which one I want. Probably some more spells here. How many star chips am I starting? I don't You know what? I'll just ask Roxson to clarify. But uh yeah, boss Mabel cards and if you don't summon it once during the episode, you lose 10 star chips. I have to really summon my dark magician. Okay, so I get to choose three free cards. I've looking at the normalist. I thought they would have mechanical chaser, but it doesn't. So, you know what? My next best bet I'm going to take one lodge in, and then I'm going to be taking a giant soldier stone. I need another 2,000 defense stick. And then for a trap, h I mean, there was so many good options, but I also have pretty good traps. So, we're going to go Kuna with Chain Classic. And one of my actually I think my favorite character, yeah, just off all time is Joey. So, we're going to honor Joey and take Kuna with Chain. I'll see you guys at the deck profile. I took out some of the the cards that I, you know, I I thought that was a little low tier strengthwise. So, this is kind of like what we're left with. I still also have two monster reborns which is insane. I did keep the three skeleels. I think that draw basically a draw three if I draw back to back to back. So that's not bad. Magician of fates to get back my really good spells. I I got two elves, one giant soldier stone. I do have a lot of big beat sticks. This video I think it's going to be really fun. CAN'T WAIT.
