Video summary
The video centers on Drake issuing a public warning through his recent musical output and social media presence, signaling that he remains an active and formidable force in hip-hop culture despite previous feuds appearing settled. The host emphasizes that when Drake released three albums simultaneously to dominate the charts, it was not merely a celebration of success but also a strategic move accompanied by a specific message: "Careful with that reply cuz my pen isn't dry." This statement serves as a reminder to rivals like Jay-Z and Rick Ross that their lyrical battles are far from over. The transcript highlights how Drake's latest projects have rewritten Billboard history, yet he uses this platform to assert dominance in the rap game by threatening anyone who attempts to challenge him again, effectively telling his opponents that any new attacks will be met with immediate and sharp responses.
Beyond the musical commentary, the discussion touches upon various personal anecdotes involving other figures like Tracy Morgan and DJ Screw events in Houston, which serve as a backdrop for contrasting Drake's current aggressive stance with past interactions. The host notes that while there is significant love from fans across different regions including Texas and California, Drake has recently taken aim at Jay-Z's Rock Nation label specifically regarding legal subpoenas related to the album "The Black Album." This specific targeting of Rick Ross's company suggests a deepening conflict rather than just general diss tracks. The narrative weaves through stories about car shows in Houston where OG was present with Tracy Morgan, using these events to illustrate how Drake is currently overshadowing others and controlling the conversation by refusing to stay quiet or let up on his lyrical attacks.
The conclusion of the summary reflects on the nature of modern rap feuds as a continuous cycle rather than one-time conflicts that end quickly. The host argues that while some fans might view these exchanges as harmless fun, Drake's actions indicate he is running a marathon in terms of maintaining relevance and power within the industry. He has spent months proving himself after legal battles with UMG and Kendrick Lamar, only to now turn his attention back toward established legends like Jay-Z. The transcript ends with an invitation for viewers to subscribe and speculate on whether Drake or Kendrick will be the next guest on Boss Talk 101, but the underlying message is clear: Drake has re-entered the fray with renewed energy, leaving his competitors wondering if they can withstand another round of lyrical warfare before he decides to drop more music.

I'm going to be real with you, man. The
remark immediately sparked discussion
among fans who interpret it as Drake
reminded the rap world that he's still
ready to respond lyrically. It if any
other feud emerges, like if y'all want
to bring it, I'm here. And and that's
what I like about him, man. He keeps
rapping. Kendrick got a damn good bite
on him, but he didn't take him out. And
then Jay came back and he r and and and
he and he and he shot a shot at Jay. No,
no, no. This was just some things that
this is a part of the game, man. The the
the rap game and I love the rap hip hop
game. Regardless of what you think,
these guys going to continue to go back

got really hurt. There was a couple of
shots, but didn't nobody get hit. So,
well, no, one guy got hit, but it's
still hip-hop still that that could have
got a lot worse. Nobody died. So, when

the the the just the the anniversary and
it was dope cuz I didn't get to talk
when we were backstage when I was at the
event. But then I went to the it was I
didn't realize it was screwed. It was
screw day. It really was a screw event.
It was their their third uh event man
far as celebrating DJ Screw. And I went
to this event a car show. It was so many
cars with swingers on them out there.
I'm I'm out there talking that talk when
I walk in the door. Me and Ronnie
Spencer, we was at the door together.
But then I get in there, man. I'm down

[music]
>> Everybody, man. OG, you there? OG, you
there? Where OG at, man? I said, man, OG
is in California, man. If I knew you
with Tracy Morgan, I'd have told him.
But I got tired of them asking me, "Man,
you got to bring OG down, man. We rock
with OG, man. We want to talk with him,
man. We love what y'all doing, man. Keep
doing what y'all doing."
>> They love what Hey, they they they
showed us so much love, man. I said,
"Next time I go down."
>> Say you was at the CAR SHOW. WAS SHY
THERE?
>> Shouty wasn't there. I should have went
picked up. I should have went picked up.
Southside shorty went there and it was a
south it was a southside event. So Slim
Thug me and him chopped it up. Uh uh
listen and I know you always be on me
about it and I know I'm not a rapper but
uh Zero called me up on stage man and I
went up and and the people went wild.
Listen, I I'm not no rapper or nothing
like that, but they called me up. They

when I walk through that crowd, taking
them pictures and dealing with all great
people down there, man, and looking at
all them damn cars. Boy, let me tell you
something. Them folks love the show.
They rock with OG. We got to get down
there again. I know we were down there
when South Park shorty rode you. almost
rode you to the ground, rode you like a
damn scooter. But [laughter]
>> pregnancy test,
>> but it's a lot of love for us down
there. We got to get down there and see
them, MoG. They they
all we all we got going in Texas and you
whining about
>> No, you with Tracy Morgan. That's huge,
man.
>> Worried about no damn Drake. [laughter]
>> Wait a minute. Let go back to Drake cuz
Drake got a lot of his roots out of
Houston. Let me let go back to Drake cuz
I'm going be real. We did all that and
the weekend was dope, but Drake spoke
out and when that listen, you already
got a personal vendetta against the fact
that he came for Kendrick in the first
place and y'all thought when y'all said
a minor and all that stuff and he sued
UMG. Y'all thought when he sued
Universal it was over, but it was just
beginning. Drake is a running a
marathon. This is not a short sprint,
homie.
>> It's over. It's not over. He just
starting this kid this little romance uh
kick type deal. Man, this dude is not
going to slow down. And I'm gonna be
real when you look at what he said. You
know, you be careful with that reply cuz
my my pen ain't dry. You got to realize
he'll throw a little sublim out there
and knock, you know, knock your hip out
of place. You got to understand that.
OG, let me read a little bit more of
this. It says the comments.
>> Let me let me say this to
>> Okay, before I read you, go ahead and
say what you got to say. before.
>> He didn't got those little uh uh deals
and he didn't got him about 15 20 ghost
riders cuz he's not writing any of this
stuff.
>> He's writing all of this stuff. Stop it.
>> That man can't even spell that good. You
know, he was in a special class.
>> Whatever. OG,
>> we don't we don't even have to worry
about that. We We got We got stuff right
now. A Arsenal. He thought he shot fired
and he and he sunk before. His little
boat will be in a water way too deep for
him.
>> Well, y'all y'all y'all got bigger fish
to fry. Y'all still got the game over
there cutting up on Kendrick in his own.
Y'all got a civil war going on a little
bit over there with TD TD and all that.
They all I'm hearing little stuff. I
just ain't spoke on it, but I got I got
some stuff I want to talk to y'all
about. I want to talk to y'all about. I
heard it on the internet. It's rumbling.
But at any rate, let me let me let me
listen at this right here.
DG's
>> GG's.
>> The Rock Nation subpoena is about to be
cleared.
[laughter]
>> The Rock Nation subpoena's about to be
cleared. The Rock Nation subpoena's
about to be cleared. Like listen, he
shot at Jay again. He already shot at
jail on one of them three albums, babe,
where he had the glove on like he was
Michael Jackson. But at any rate, uh
Drake is not letting anybody make it. He
say, man, hey, he even shot at Rock
Nation. That's Jay-Z in company, man. So
he's back, man. And I I feel like Drake
is back and he's stepping up into the
position of whoever want it, they can
get it. You know that the Hey, listen.
Careful with that reply cuz my pen isn't
dry. You know what he said, OG?
Yeah, that's what I thought.
>> Let Let me read a little bit of this
article. The comments came as Drake
celebrated the success of unprecedented
I'm I'm going to have to uh look at this
word right here. I got to get OG you
hear you. you
>> unprecedented.
>> No, it ain't. It ain't unprecedented.
This is a word that Drake came up with,
[ __ ] This ain't now one of them little
words you got me be saying Canadian.
[laughter]
>> Well, any rate, let me keep reading. May
15th,
>> let me say this. Let me say since you
can't pronounce it,
>> don't say it mean [laughter]
>> May 15, 2025 roll out when when he
simulated the uh release of Ice Man. Uh
it says the ambitious three album drop
rewrote Billboard history, making him
the first artist ever to occupy the top
three positions on the Billboard 200
simultaneously. Iceman debuted at number
one with 463,000
equivalent album units while the
companion projected entered the nod the
number two and three streaming numbers
reinforce the dynamic of Iceman has
already surpassed 1.7 billion Spotify
streams while Drake recorded the biggest
single day streaming total by any artist
in 2026. led single by Make Them Cry
also became one of the year's biggest
hip hop streaming debuts. And he says
Drake's latest statement also carries
extra weight given uh the aftermath of
the widely publicized battle with
Kendrick Lamar. Although Drake spent
much of Iceman responded to critics and
revisiting several re uh rivalries,
including lyrical shots aimed at
Kendrick Lamar, DJ Khaled, LeBron James,
and ASAP Rocky. His newest comment
suggests that he still has plenty left
to say if he's challenged again. OG,
what you got to say about that?
>> Uh, I was saying this.
>> Yeah. The the little whining he was
doing about uh bod shots, all of those
he paid for with his money. And nobody
on the West Coast got any of that. And
ain't no black people. All of this stuff
is out of Canada, Europe, somewhere else
that he's had uh robots get in and do
this stuff. I bet you
>> WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? Trying to
turn this stuff on Drake.
>> The dog said when he got to talking
about when he was getting assassinated
by Kendrick. Oh, the the [laughter]
industry they do that and they just
filth them up. Those are not real
people. [laughter]
If none of the stuff that he's doing is
real people, I bet you next six months
he's going to get indicted for fraud.
>> Oh, whatever. OG, you you know you don't
want to let a man you don't want to let
a man celebrate his win. I'm telling you
right now, the man said some profound
things on that album if you go listen to
it. I listen to all three. All three.
>> All three. All three albums. I don't
even bother. I ain't got to prove
nothing to you.
>> Yeah. Because who can't say one word
[laughter]
out?
>> Wait a minute. The wait a minute. Listen
to this. The time is especially notable.
Just days earlier, photos surfaced
showing Drake back inside the homes uh
studio at the embassy recording fresh
vocals. Those images fuel speculation
that another project could already be
underway despite the enormous success of
his triple album campaign. The rapper
also recently reflected on his momentum
with an Instagram caption reading, "I
spent the last 24 months proving myself
all myself all right." Of course, I'm
about to have the summer on of my life.
Meaning, I done sit up and I done
already, boy, I done prepared for making
sure this summer is unlocked by Drake. I
don't know what I'm going to do in the
winter, but I'm locking the summer down.
OG, you need to be nervous and shaking
in your damn boots right now.
>> Didn't Didn't Ricky Rose say that he
used drinks uh 3 hours for toilet paper?
>> We're not talking about that. You see,
you heard the numbers. You heard the
damn numbers.
>> Did Did Ricky
>> You heard the numbers, homie?
>> Wait a minute. Did I hear that Ricky
Ros, the boss, said that he used Drake's
three albums for Toilet paper?
>> OG,
>> that's I just I mean just something I
heard just
>> Oh, come on, man. You don't even you
don't even never listen to Ros like
that. So now for you to bring that up is
sad. It's sad. It's very sad. It's very
sad.
>> You was just builting him up about
>> It's very sad. It's very sad how you
reach and you know already what this
album was. This is a platinum platin
multi-platinum or this a platinum artist
you talking about. [snorts]
>> He made the platinum itself and it's not
any good.
>> OG let let me just go back to something
too. Uh shout out in Htown one time for
uh Big Lee, man who uh he sponsored for
Vogue and he he be over at the screw
shop and just uh like I said a lot of

out.
>> Matter of fact, I think uh we in the
Philippines right now making billions.
So like it's it's international [ __ ]

>> So, so, so, OG, I I just want to ask
you, man, um, when when you think about
just the whole thing that we we we've uh
we we've sat back and watched when it
come down to uh Drake and his whole
situation, him going at Rock Nation, uh,
him going throwing shots at all these
people, Jay-Z, uh, throwing shots at
anybody to get in the way. If you Rick
Ross, anybody that get in the way. How
do you feel about Do you feel like right
now he's winning?
>> Uh, no.
>> Oh, come on, man.
>> Well, you wait a minute. You're asking
me a question. See,
>> I'm listening at you.
>> You you you you're you're quiet. You
