Dr. Umar Get A GN 🔫 Pulled On Him Over $3K ! You Lied About The School

Yeah, that that's your your your so-called prince of panafricanism. And then all the security mounts up on me. Little old me. The security mounts up on me and I'm like, "Yo, this guy owes me money." And but this Malcolm X, we shouldn't be doing this on my No, this it don't matter what. It don't matter about no kids. He owes me money. Let's have a conversation right now and let's rectify the situation. I'm >> Stop it right there, man. Listen, guys. Don M. Don M say Dr. going to pay me my money or else. He already pulled the gun on him. He ran up on him. He done M done the allegedly done the floors in the school, worked on that school for him and he ain't paying. So Don M has been pursuing his money for a long time. There's court records show it goes all the way back long before now. And I'm gonna listen to that, just a little bit of it, just so you guys can get the gist of it. See the case description, Donald Murray versus Umar Johnson. Filing date, April 6th, 2021, and it's for breach of contract. Service by the sheriff was requested on April 22nd of 2021. On May 7th, the service was returned nons. Based on the notes, they tried to serve Umar Johnson at the property in Delaware, but he wasn't there. He was eventually served on 910 of 2021. On October 11th of 2021, Don filed a motion for a default judgment. Umar Johnson filed an answer to the lawsuit on October 15th of 21. There were some issues with the court getting the notice to Umar because they were sending them to the address listed for the property in Delaware and the notices were being returned to the court. Umar Johnson eventually communicated to the court that his mailing address is the PO box in Delaware. There was a civil motion hearing on January 14th via Zoom. And during that hearing, Don did something that later almost jeopardized his case. On January 21st, 2022, Don's motion for a default judgment was denied and the case was set to go to trial on July 6th of this year. However, on June 24th, there was an order because during the civil motion on January 14, Don made a recording of the hearing and posted it online, which was a violation of the court's policy. Therefore, an in-person hearing was set for July 22nd for Don to explain why he should not be held in contempt of court for violating the court policy by recording a court proceeding and posting it in a public domain. Due to this, the trial had to be rescheduled. The hearing was held and Don was found to be in contempt of court and all recordings of the January 14 hearing that were posted online had to be removed within 30 days or his case would be dismissed. A trial was rescheduled which brings us to today, November 30th. However, on November 29th, the day before the trial, Umar Johnson requested a continuence on the basis that he Umar Johnson is ill and would not be able to attend. >> So, so Dr. Umar and Don M have been going back and forth for years about money that he did not get. Uh, at one point, Dr. Umar even find him for uh some kind of way he he did something wrong at the school like he was up there doing vandalism or something. It's like a crazy crazy case and Don M is a homeless guy as well. Uh I got Dre from around the way. Dre, what's going on? Have you have you kept up with this? Cuz Don M been speaking out here lately. >> I haven't. Uh this is honestly and you know me. I I'm one of the few people that really been knowing this um situation longer than the average person. So, this is all new to me. And >> DM I I got more recording where DM actually uh pulled up on him, got Dr. Umar in the car here recently where you know he had that thing on him and I don't know how the homeless guy got a a a pocket launcher, but he got something to make that boy say the N9. You know what I'm saying? Like Right. And so he pulled up on him and and had some guy with him. Allegedly they would call him security. But man, listen man. Um the dude is is is scamming on the worst level if he have to take away from a guy who don't even have anything. You know >> um a scammer is a scammer. And so it doesn't matter. And and I'll tell you a quick story. I was in Hong Kong back in 2008. And in Hong Kong, there's a uh there's an area called Shim Shaway where you can walk into these like the size of your store, >> right? >> Maybe a little maybe a little bit smaller. And you walk in and there's Indian guys and they'll measure you, right? And they will literally create a suit from scratch, right? And they they can create a um a a dress shirt under the suit from scratch. They take your measurements and then they just start working on it. Right? The point that I'm making is one day I ran into when I was there it was four mega pastors in Hong Kong in Shimshas in one of those little hubs the little Sue hubs and at that time I was still a believer and then he says to and I said to him well let me ask you a question. You think I could be a preacher? And you know what he said to me, E? He said, "You got to be able to take the old woman's last dollar as you could take a young person's plenty of dollars. You can't." So Umar will rob a homeless person. He'll rob a pregnant woman. He'll rob you because that's the hustle. It don't matter if you homeless or not. It's the hustle. You got to believe in something, you might as well believe in me. >> Wow. >> There you go. Don M is is is steadily, you know, I when I started researching this and shout out to Py Flaco, too, because because I I always, you know, me and him, we rock, we talk often. And, you know, the one thing I agree I agree that this thing is going it's gone long and way too far. A lot of people, you know, like to hear him, you know, conversate about the schools and I don't even think the school's open yet. I I mean not not to my knowledge, you know. Um but the school has been being promised to open. Here we are another school year and it hadn't opened yet. So now this homeless guy is is really speaking out and things are getting heated more and more by the moment. This homeless guy uh Don M is running up on him wherever you can catch him. Here is another time he's complaining. >> What's up ladies and gentlemen? We have a state of emergency in our community. People of color, we have a major problem, major issue because there's so many people in the world who believe that we have soal these so-called leaders are leaders and they're not. On Malcolm X day and Malcolm X Park, I was out there serving and shuffing up the kids, you know, their little water, making them happy. I just so happened to look up and I see uh the young lady who I was just talking to who was a teacher and she was talking to this tall dude and I said, "Oh, that's Umar." So when I ran up and approached him like, "Yo," tapped him, "Yo, what's up, man? Where's my money?" You know, he says, he says, "What money?" I said, "Yo, stop playing. Where's my money?" No. He said, "Where about your money?" And I said, "Where's my money?" And you know, he said, "I'm not paying you. You're not getting no money." He said, "What?" And so now I get into my square position and he talk about cuz you vandalize the schools. You're not giving my money. [ __ ] that's not strong enough. One, I didn't vandalize school. Two, take it to court. Three, you lost a settlement that has nothing to do with vandalism of your school. You lost. The judge said that is you because you failed to come to court, you cannot lay out your [ __ ] uh so-called evidence, which is false, fake. Let's take a lie detective test. Let's not play no games and let's pay this money because so he wants his money, man. He's very serious about it and and and I wouldn't be playing with this dude, man. This dude is Some people not going to play about their money. Uh, I don't know if you know you ever had to deal with people oweing you something and they playing games and they know they, you know, they told you something y'all agreed upon and the money never did come. And better yet, when I see you, you get aggressive about it and act like you ain't going to pay me. I I didn't show it, but there was other footage where uh DM alleged that he called him aussie. You know, pretty much told that he was basically uh somebody who basically wasn't going to get paid. And so Don M is very very abnant about saying, "Guess what, man? I'm going to get my money on site. When I see you, you better be ready." So now he's not playing with him no more. Um, it it's it's time now. It's go time as they call it. And Dr. Umar is riding around. On this next clip I'm about to show you, he's inside a car. The dude runs up on him. Um, dude is out there packing. Man, I don't know why he got this strap, but man, Omar, you better pay this dude, man. If the dude is is packing and he ain't playing no games about his bread. So, you you owe him for helping you with the school on the stuff that you said you was going to take care of. You might ought to take care of him. The court say they serve you. You heard the you heard the evidence while ago. Allegedly, you you've been served. You didn't go to court, so you lost. The boy say you want his money. And are you going to pay him his money or are you not going to pay his money? This is what this is this is what what the question is. Uh uh J Jersey, do you think Dre that he gonna even try to attempt to pay this man or he going to keep running? >> Um I'm I'm I'mma give you two different scenarios. And so it's not going to happen. So that's number one. Number two, um people I get that you know people don't understand um what's called affinity fraud, right? Affinity fraud is if I was to fly down to Dallas knowing that I'm from New York and New Jersey and put on a cowboy hat and a big buckle and try to talk ideas and act like I'm from the South, right? and give you a thing and try to sell you some ribs or something, right? That's called affinity for a meaning. I act like I'm from Texas. I want to present like I'm from Texas just for you to support something. All Umar does is put on a dashiki, put on a ki, and he prays on the people that aligns themselves with it, right? And so people got to understand these hustlers. All you got to do is listen to Umar Johnson and understand that he knows not a goddamn thing he's talking about. And if you think he does, you are just as silly as him. Um, you can't run around here acting like you don't know what's really going down when you know you done told this man you were going to pay him. All the court records show it, man. Just dump the ball off some and get on away from it, man. Don't let this man catch you out there slipping, man. And you have to mess around there and take off running and you can't run cuz you your beard trip over your beard, man. You better leave this man alone. Don M is Don M don't have nothing to lose. E, if a man has collected within a 15 year range over $2 million to open up a school, right, and he hasn't produced one thing, is that same man going to pay a man that owes him that he owes maybe 10, maybe 20, maybe 30,000. No, >> the same man that collected your money and did nothing for school, the same man that had you do work for him and owes you money. It's the same concept. It's the same thing.
