Hi Seabirds, I'm Jamalin Penn, interim
president here at Highline College. As
we close out spring quarter and the
academic year, I want to take a moment
to say thank you for all the hard work
you've put in this quarter and
throughout this past year.
With finals approaching, I want to wish
you the very best of luck on your exams,
and please remember to take care of
yourself and give yourself credit for
all that you have done and how far you
have come.
Your perseverance, tenacity, and
strength, especially in light of the
many challenges we face this year, both
locally and nationally, have truly
inspired not only me, but our faculty
and staff as well. We are all very proud
of you.
I want to especially congratulate all of
our students who will be graduating this
year.
Graduates, I strongly encourage you to
participate in commencement on June 18th
at Showare Center in Kent. It's such a
special time to be with classmates,
friends, and family to celebrate all
that you've accomplished. I hope to see
