Video summary
The video begins with the speaker recounting a personal experience where she woke up between 2 and 3 AM feeling panicked because she had forgotten to call someone for help, leaving her only three days before it was needed. This initial anxiety triggered a spiral of catastrophic thinking about various other upcoming events, such as filming a six-part miniseries in Los Angeles next month, leading her down a train of thought where every worry generated an emotion that fueled further negative thoughts. The core argument presented is that our reality is not created directly by the raw content of our thoughts themselves, but rather by the meanings we assign to those thoughts and the emotional states they produce; essentially, it is this state of being that constructs our external experience.
To resolve these feelings of distress, the speaker introduces a dual-nature model of human consciousness consisting of the surface-level conscious mind and the deeper inner being or higher self. She explains that while the conscious mind operates based on past experiences and can only perceive about five percent of reality, it is often trapped in fear-based scenarios because it lacks access to future possibilities. In contrast, her inner being constantly understands that everything works out perfectly as long as there are no limiting beliefs interfering with this natural flow. When she felt anxious about missing a deadline or worrying about wardrobe for the upcoming trip, she realized these feelings indicated a discord between her fearful conscious mind and her knowing higher self, which knew those situations were manageable and would resolve themselves effortlessly.
The speaker then demonstrates how to bridge this gap by shifting perspective from worry to trust in what she calls "the art of allowing." By asking herself how her inner being would feel about the situation rather than dwelling on potential failures, she was able to instantly transform her state from stressed to excited and elated regarding both the phone call and the upcoming trip. This mental shift allowed her to fall back asleep feeling amazing and wake up ready to greet her husband with joy instead of anxiety, illustrating that people often build their lives around fears about a future that does not yet exist. The video concludes by encouraging viewers to adopt this practice whenever they feel anxious or worried: simply inquire how their inner being would handle the issue, trusting that there is no reason for worry and that reality will align with them as long as they allow it without resistance.

Happy Wednesday. I hope you're all
having a wonderful Wednesday. I wanted
to share a thought process with you that
I have because I know for a fact
probably everyone has this happen to
them. And how you navigate things like
this will make or break how quickly you
can create your reality in a way that
you want using, you know, the
sciencebacked principles of what
manifestation actually is, the science
of personal change.
All of the above. So, I woke up in
between 2 and 3:00 a.m. last night
going, "Shit, I had forgotten
to do something that I need to phone
someone to help me do." And I had 3 days
left as a ticking time bomb until I
needed to do this. And so, your brain
automatically starts thinking, right?
like, damn it, I didn't call them and
I'm going to have to call them and
should I set an alarm and what what time
do they open and and blah blah blah.
Then I realized, okay, Kelly, it's in
between 2 and 3:00 a.m. There is nothing
that you can do about this situation
right now. Nothing. And guaranteed this
is going to be the first thing you think
of to do when you wake up. So,
but it put me in kind of a shitty state.
And then of course, as happens, I get
another thought immediately following
that thought about something else
coming. Like I'm flying to LA next month
to film a six-part miniseries on
manifestation.
And I am the main focus of each of these
six parts. And automatically I think,
that producer has not reached out
to me yet. Am I writing each episode
completely? Is there a writer? How long
is each episode? I don't even know what
the other three episodes are about. I
only know about the first three. Are
they doing wardrobe? Do I need to think
of what to wear? And it spirals and
every thought brings with it an emotion
and then that emotion will pull out
another thought that matches it which
will create another emotion and another
thought and you are on a train of
whatever state of being you are putting
yourself in by the meanings you give
those thoughts. So, it's not our
thoughts that create our state of being.
And by the way, it's your state of being
that creates your reality. It's the
meaning we place on the thoughts that
we're having, right? There is no such
thing as any meaning in the world.
Nothing means anything except for the
meaning you give it. And we get to
decide how to feel about anything. So,
left turn, but keep up with me. So,
there are two versions of you. There's
your inner being and higher self. This
is the most authentic version of you
underneath all the BS programming
patterning and whatever that have built
into your subconscious as you've grown.
Right? Then there is the real life
surface level 3D conscious mind you.
Your conscious mind can only ever see or
perceive of 5% of your reality. Which
means your conscious mind is not capable
of creating the reality you truly desire
because it's built also on the past.
It's only built of everything you've
already experienced up until right now.
It cannot perceive of anything it hasn't
already seen, heard of, or known of up
until this moment. And so I thought to
myself, okay, anytime we feel shitty
emotion, and I was thinking this as I
was lying in bed last night, anytime we
feel shitty emotion like that, it means
that there is a discord between your
inner being, higher self version of you
and your conscious mind version of you.
Your inner being, higher self version of
you is locked into the scientific
creation of reality all the time. That
is the part of you that creates reality
and that understands that everything is
always working out for you literally.
And that's proven. The only way
something might not work out for you is
if you have a belief it might not work
out because then that belief creates
thoughts, feelings, and actions that
align with that belief. Our belief
systems will always be the foundation of
our thoughts, feelings, and actions. And
it's the thought we have, the feeling we
have about that thought that will then
create the action that we take. And the
action that we take will then create our
reality. So, I thought to myself, okay,
Cal, if I'm feeling really stressed
about this trip to LA next month, and
I'm feeling stressed about this other
thing that I missed, I dropped the ball
about, what does my inner being think
of? And why am I feeling the shitty
emotion? Firstly, let's go to why I was
feeling the shitty emotion. Because I
was like, if I can't get in touch with
that person, I only have three more days
that I have to be able to do this. And
if I can't get in touch with them today,
then
is there any chance I won't be able to
get in touch with them today? No, I was
just getting ahead of myself. My
conscious mind was trying to help me out
of a future crap scenario that won't
even happen if I don't allow it to.
Right? So, I thought, okay, how does my
inner being feel and think about that
situation? Oh, my inner being knows it's
totally fine. I'll just call them as
soon as they open in the morning and
that's fine and it's done. It's one
5-second phone call, you know. So, okay,
gone. That one was gone. I was
completely clear of that. Then I'm like,
all right, LA minisseries situation.
Let's think about this. What does my
inner being think about that? You are
working with three producers, Kelly. The
producers have the job of producing said
show, right? They have already told you
they're handling hair and makeup.
Obviously, if there's not wardrobe
provided, they're going to at least give
me wardrobe guidelines, right? And I
haven't even had the touch point yet
with that third producer is who is the
one that's going to tell me about how
long each episode is and whatever. I
don't do scripted things, right? So, I'm
just going to show up and talk about
what I absolutely love the most and what
I do the best. So, I can't wait to show
up there. I can't wait to go. So, this
is what I mean. As soon as I realized,
oh, okay, my inner being actually knows
this is going to work out. And then I
think to myself, if I truly believe in
the inner being, higher self version of
me, which obviously I do, and I truly
believe in the science of creation, of
reality creation, which of course I do,
then there's no chance it wouldn't work
out. In which case, how would I feel
right now?
Let me tell you, I fell back to sleep
feeling amazing,
feeling excited and elated and looking
forward to next month, looking forward
to the phone call in the morning. And so
when I got up in the morning, I realized
these thoughts that we have in the night
when we wake up or even in the day, but
these shitty anxious thoughts that we
have, this creates a mood, right? And if
I get up before my husband and I've had
all the precursor of all those thoughts
going, how am I going to greet my
husband in the morning?
Not the way I truly want to, not the way
that my inner being, higher self would
greet him. And so I thought to myself,
okay, how would the version of me that
then fell asleep feeling amazing and of
course woke up in the exact same vein of
feeling amazing, I greeted him with joy
and love. And I thought, my gosh, people
build their entire lives around a state
created on thoughts that have no
basis whatsoever.
You know, like there is no reason you
should think or worry about things in
the future not working out because there
is no future and everything works out as
long as you allow it to. And that is
what the art of allowing is. And so I
really wanted to share that with you
today because doing this will change
your life. It will absolutely change
your life. Think to yourself if you're
feeling anxious or worried or crappy
about something, think to yourself, how
would my inner being feel about this
thing? Because if you're feeling crappy,
it's because there's discord between how
you feel about it and how your inner
being would feel about it. then I can
guarantee you your inner being wouldn't
be worried about it at all. There's no
reason to worry.
So, I hope that helped or was inspiring,
entertaining, or informative at all. And
if so, please give it a like and hit
follow because I'm always here yammering
on about how to actually use the
principles of the sciencebacked version
of manifestation in a way that actually
works in your everyday real life. See
you next time.
