"Darwin Was Wrong. The Bible Was Wrong." Belief Is Everything | Bruce Lipton
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
Bruce Lipton challenges conventional scientific and religious narratives by asserting that human potential is not limited by genetics or divine decree but rather by beliefs acquired from others during early childhood. He argues against the Darwinian concept of "survival of the fittest" and biblical dominion over nature, proposing instead an epigenetic model where environmental factors shape our biology. According to Lipton, humans generate energy through melanin using universal fields similar to how plants use chloroplasts, meaning that excessive eating actually harms us by killing stem cells needed for regeneration rather than fueling growth. This perspective extends to the idea of human identity as an immortal broadcast downloaded from a spirit field into physical bodies acting merely as receivers, with 95% of our lives operating on subconscious programs installed before age seven and only 5% driven by conscious creativity.
The core problem Lipton identifies is that these early downloads often consist of disempowering beliefs such as "I am not lovable" or "I do not deserve," which lead to self-sabotage in relationships and careers regardless of our conscious desires for success. He critiques the competitive nature of modern society, describing it as a finite game driven by win-lose metrics that fosters wealth inequality among a small elite while causing ecological collapse and health crises rooted primarily in stress rather than lifestyle alone. To counteract this, he suggests replacing limiting beliefs with empowering ones to manifest reality, citing medical breakthroughs like heart regeneration despite old dogmas as proof of our unlimited potential when we shift from competition to cooperation. He further draws on Toltec concepts to distinguish between creators and followers, advocating for a love-based approach that acts as a transformative key to reclaiming personal power outside the structures of government or corporations that thrive on disempowerment.
To rewrite these deep-seated subconscious programs, Lipton outlines three practical methods: self-hypnosis during theta brainwave states before sleep, habituation through consistent practice until new behaviors become automatic, and energy psychology techniques that bypass past trauma by focusing on the present moment. The third method involves adopting a "whole brain posture" to integrate logical thinking with emotional intelligence, allowing individuals to access a child-like state of super learning where they can use muscle testing to verify belief changes; if muscles weaken under pressure during positive affirmations like "I love myself," it indicates subconscious resistance that must be addressed. By repeatedly holding this integrated state and repeating empowering statements until physical tension releases, one can overwrite negative history with new beliefs without needing external validation. Ultimately, Lipton calls for building sustainable civilizations based on cooperation to enhance the garden of life, ensuring we live in harmony rather than exhausting resources beyond our planet's capacity.

What is the outer limit of what we're
actually [ __ ] capable of?
>> There is no limit. The limitation is
your belief of what you think you are
limited by. I said, "Yeah, and where did
you get the
limitation from?" Other people told us
what you can do what you can't do. And
if you buy it, then that becomes your
own creative limitation.
>> We have to paint a picture of this new
idea, not the way that the, you know,
world economic forum is painting their
[music] 2030 great reset [ __ ] You
know, like you will own nothing and be
happy. Like, for real? Like, what are
you talking about?
>> Darwin was wrong. The Bible was wrong.
We got here through something [music]
called epigenetics. The environment was
creating us. You are generating fields
with your thoughts. And if our thoughts
are off, then the field we generate is
[music] off. And the disharmony
is that we have disconnected ourselves
from nature. There's a science of
spirituality, which changes the way we
think and behave on this planet. When we
understand it, that we are spiritual
entities scientifically. Each of us
is a piece of God. But the problem is
this, 95% of the day your [music] life
is coming straight from the programs
downloaded into the subconscious mind.
>> How do you get your conscious mind to
program [music]
your subconscious mind? Like, what are
the Is this
Is this bro?
Let's go.
Bruce, it's great to have you back.
>> Albert, I am so excited. I really want
to thank you because it's really an
honor to share this stage, so to speak,
with you right now. And it's an honor
because um
I have a well, I think it's a really
good message for your audience and so
I'm thankful we have an audience. So,
thank you and your audience for letting
me be here.
>> Absolutely.
So, our culture has been driven by a
dominant theory, survival of the
fittest. And I think what you're posing,
not in these exact words, is potentially
there's a whole other theory called
survival of the friendliest. And like,
what [clears throat] would it be like if
survival of the friendliest was at least
a competing theory with survival of the
fittest? And that's a lot of what you
talk about in your new book, Beyond
Darwin.
>> Well, the most important aspect of this
is
the summary of Darwin, uh, survival of
the fittest and the struggle for life.
The first of all, the concept of
struggle was a, uh, misunderstanding of
science by a guy called Malthus, Thomas
Malthus. Uh,
and he came up with the, uh,
an idea that is wrong, but at the time
everybody bought into that plants don't
reproduce at the same rate as animals
reproduce.
Simple result,
uh, there'll be more animals than
plants. And that means there's more
animals than food, which then concludes
with, well, it's a struggle for the
animals to see who's going to get the
food. So, life is a struggle came from
that belief. Uh, it's totally incorrect.
Animal populations balance out and the
food population will balance out and
everything will stay in harmony. Uh,
that's the the current science, but back
then it was the struggle for life.
Then it says it's based on competition.
Well, original definition of competition
was to strive together.
Uh,
and today the definition is winner,
loser.
I said, what was the difference? I said,
striving together, the so-called loser
was also winning. I go, "What do you
mean?" I say, "If I play tennis, which I
don't, but if I did,
uh the idea of playing tennis is you
play with somebody who's better than you
are because that improves your game,
okay? If you keep playing people who are
not as good as you are, your game
actually will not just stay the same,
probably get worse after a while." So,
the idea of competition was to make both
players perform better. But, so that was
good competition.
>> This is I mean, this is James Carse's
finite and infinite games, you know,
exactly this, that instead of playing
the infinite game of propagating the the
field and the play of the game
infinitely, we're playing finite game
governed by win-lose metrics, and
instead of doing it in kind of isolated
events like a UFC fight or an NBA
finals, which I've enjoyed both of which
recently, and it's great. That's a very
defined finite game, and then everybody
can shake hands and hug each other at
the end. And that's
part of it, but when you extrapolate
that to the whole of life itself, and
life and existence itself is a finite
game where there's winners and losers,
that's when you run into a big problem.
>> So, yeah, so now in our game of
competition, that becomes the second
part of the problem. I say, "What what
what is the problem?" I say,
"There is no morality
in how you compete."
In other words, uh you can do something
to get ahead by
punishing a lot of other people or
beating them or whatever. Who cares
about them? I care about me. So, all of
a sudden it says, "Then, are there rules
in this competition?" And the answer is,
"No, whoever wins wins, no matter how
they do it." And so, there's an
immorality to it where people suffer at
the consequence of others trying to win
the competition game.
Uh
and this is the problem in today's world
is that
if I can beat you and I don't care about
you, then I'm going to do it. Whatever
it is. And And you can lose and big
time.
But it doesn't bother me. Why? My game
is to win.
Uh and so when we play a world game like
that,
then those competitors that are winning,
are they winning at the expense
of the other people?
In other words, are they taking from
these other people? The answer is yeah.
We have a so-called 1% winners in
today's competition. I go and what's the
meaning of that? And I can give it to
you simple. It says
the winners have accumulated more mass
and wealth
than
50 50% or more actually of the available
mass wealth on this planet. I I say, so
what does that mean? I say, well, that's
1% actually a lot less than 1%. I say,
so what what's the meaning? 99%
are competing on a smaller pot. There's
less to go around uh because the 1% is
taking the cream, so to speak, off the
top of the game. And that means the 99%
are in a struggle
because they're competing for a lot less
than what's available before.
And the competing in this case of a
population is uh
causing a health crisis. I go, how can
it do that?
Because 90%
of the health crisis is only one thing,
stress.
And the competition that we're living in
is so stressful for people who are right
at the margin of surviving. They barely
have enough to buy food at this point.
They barely have enough to pay for rent
or to survive.
Uh and that's because the pot of what's
available is so small compared to the
competitors seeking that pot at this
moment. So, the whole idea of a
competition
without justifying without any morality
about Where about the rest of the
people? If If If you can do that, then
we have today's world where uh
the competition is causing a suffering
of a massive population on this planet
at this time because uh they don't care
how you win.
>> Yeah.
So, I mean, I think one of the things
that underpins this philosophy and this
theory is we can look out at nature and
you see two lions fighting for control
of their pride. You see two stags
locking horns for control. And we say,
"Ah, I mean, we're inspired by lions.
We're inspired by stags. We're inspired
by this show of competition amongst the
alphas to get the prize, which is the
rest of the herd and maybe a territory
or whatever else it is." And so, we see
this in at least a limited perspective
in the animal world.
And so, then how do we actually
understand and say, "Okay, this isn't
the whole story. This is just part of
the story."
>> Or a limited part of the story. Well,
the first thing is this.
Rarely does it kill the competitor.
The competitor will back down. The
winner takes over. Game over, okay? It
doesn't kill them.
Uh and that's very important because
they can come back
>> [laughter]
>> and try again at some time.
But, if you destroy
the competitor, then you've gone beyond
the name the game of that competition.
That's survival of the fittest. That
says
I'm more fit, screw you, you're not as
fit. I don't care if you live or you
die. Uh you know, if I if I can make
more money by taking away
uh food stamps from the public, then
okay, let's let's do it, which they've
done. Uh and the idea is what? I don't
care about the public. I go, that is not
what the evolution is based on.
Evolution is based on a complete
opposite. Evolution
Look at this. We came from a garden. I
go, so what? I said, a garden is the
height of cooperation.
Every organism in that garden is
participating
in creating the unfolding of that
garden. Every organism is a participant
in the garden. So, it's the height of
cooperation.
It's not competition. And as a result,
uh the competition is taking us away
from the garden. The competition is
destroying the garden.
And the fact is right now,
the competition's led to a mathematical
conundrum. I said, where is it? I said,
according to science,
today's population requires the
resources from 1.6
plan Earth.
Listen,
what's the problem? I go,
we only have one plan Earth.
Where is the extra point six resources
coming from?
And this is the problem.
Destroying the garden.
We're undermining the garden. We
polluted the garden. We're pillaging the
resources. We're We're undermining the
web of life. Uh that uh
humans have so changed the ecosystem
that uh the loss of uh of species is
10,000 times greater than the normal
loss of species before us. And
uh so we're altering the ecosystem and
and species are are are are are losing
out. I mean,
just for fish alone,
science has recognized uh 2048
and and that might be a way, but 2048,
there will be no fish in the ocean. Why?
Well, you're fishing all the fish out of
the ocean. You're destroying the
ecosystem that they breed in. Uh you're
polluting the water, their environment.
I said, we are removing our fish faster
than they can reproduce.
And as a result, uh human behavior uh
is removing fish from the ocean. That in
50 years,
if I go back 50 years ago and say, "How
many animals are on this planet?"
Today, 2/3
or more of those animals are not here.
We only have 1/3 of the animals left on
the planet in the last 50 years because
of human destruction of ecosystem and
the way we hunt and kill the the biggest
one when all other predators only take
the weakest one. Uh
we Our human behavior.
Bottom line.
Uh is precipitating our own extinction.
Uh and this is a scientific fact.
Science has recognized within 20 years,
possibly and more likely within 10
years, civilization is facing an
irreversible
collapse.
And
two reasons,
what we just mentioned,
uh unequal wealth distribution and more
importantly,
uh ecological destruction that
[clears throat] we are
precipitating. So, it says,
"Hello.
Wake up. You you have to change."
Uh uh uh And the idea about that is,
"Well, how do you change?" I say, "Well,
number one,
the foundation of our civilization is
corrupt. And that allows the situation
that's unfolding."
And I say, "Can you fix it?" And the
answer is, "No, you can't fix it. The
foundation is bad."
So, what does that mean? The only way we
are going to survive our own extinction,
which is looming,
uh is to uh
leave this civilization, build a more
sustainable civilization.
A futurist, Buckminster Fuller, years
ago gave us the message and he said,
"You don't go in and try to fix the
collapsing civilization. You step
outside and manifest a new
civilization."
Uh and Aubrey, you you are part of the
cultural creatives
creating a new civilization. How?
Knowledge.
You're offering people awareness and
consciousness that says, "There's a
better way to do this."
>> Yeah, you know, my uh
my daughter is now 4 weeks old and her
and her name is her name is Huxley.
And the reason her name is Huxley is
because Aldous Huxley wrote a book
called Island.
And in that book called Island, it gave
me a vision of what Charles Eisenstein
eventually called the more beautiful
world, but but a world that was just
more beautiful than our world, a
civilization and he put it on an island
and the island is called Pala and he
went through every detail of the social
structure, the infrastructure, the super
structure.
Super structure being the way that the
people thought about things, the social
structure being the way they organized
and infrastructure being the laws.
And it was a whole society that worked
in this kind of utopian protopian model
of how it could be. And then Starhawk
wrote another book, The Fifth Sacred
Thing, beautiful story about a
civilization that was doing it a
different way and those have always
lured me greatly. And I think you're
absolutely right. Like we have to we
have to paint a picture of this new
idea, not the way that the, you know,
World Economic Forum is painting their
2030 Great Reset [ __ ] you know,
like you will own nothing and be happy.
Like for real? Like what are you talking
about?
>> [laughter]
>> Like it's not going to it's not going to
work, but actually live in this in this
world where we want to share, that we
see everybody as another emanation
manifestation of us living a different
life. And and so it's like this this web
of interbeing, this interconnectedness
is so forward in our thinking where
we've completely transcended this myth
of separation, this idea that we are
separate from nature, this idea that we
are separate from our brothers and
sisters.
That's not even a thought anymore. And
then from that from that natural
impulse, I think a lot of things can
reorder and restructure.
>> Well, well, let me just ask you the
question. Let me just ask you
because you just said, you know, the
idea that we're all one and the harmony,
uh, that's a current new concept
compared to our conventional way of
life.
But the question I was going to ask you
is what what percent of the population
has uh is adhering to what you just said
about our oneness
or harmony and all that. What percent of
So, population is living that
>> I think there's a gap between people who
understand it and people who act on it.
And I think there's a lot more people
who understand it, and then I think
actually putting it to practice is is a
challenge. So, for example, tonight I'll
be going to a sweat lodge in an tipi,
and as we crawl into the lodge
representing the womb of the mother,
we'll all say "O Mitakuye Oyasin." Like
to all my relations, or we are all
related. And it's this kind of constant
reminder at the beginning of every
ceremony, at the end of every ceremony,
it's like we are all related. And it's
this remembrance, and it's not just, you
know, humans. It's related to the rock
nation and the star people and the plant
kingdoms, and, you know, we're related
to everything.
And so, those reminders, I think, are
important. But then actually putting
that into practice is also important.
And both of those things, I think
there's far more people who actually
have the awareness and far fewer people
who live that life.
>> Yeah, I I agree with you. I I I am um
an honorary member of a Cree
uh tribe in Canada.
>> Beautiful.
>> And so, I'm very familiar with the sweat
lodge. I'm very familiar with the most
important aspect of
uh uh of the Native Americans.
We are in a garden,
and our role is gardeners.
>> Yeah.
>> And if you look at the way we are
treating the garden, we've undermined
it. We stepped all over it. We're
polluting the hell out of it. Uh uh uh
And and for me, there's some real
excitement about this as well. Uh so,
for my audience, especially the young
people, the young people perceive
themselves as disconnected. They can't
get a job, uh you know, let alone buying
a house. They can't even pay the rent on
the apartment that they You know, even
if you got a college degree, and they're
they're flipping hamburgers at
McDonald's. They find themselves in a
hopeless situation
because they see they are not part of
this structure. Now, the parents have a
five-car garage with BMWs and stuff like
that. They
can't even get a decent working job. So,
this is interesting. There's a very
large population of young people
who see themselves as not participating
in the system. And in that hopelessness,
they it's all loss. And and the
beautiful part about it because you
bring us up with Native Americans
is
you know, we are part of a garden.
And we have not been gardening. We have
been destroying it.
And there's only one way to survive. And
as you talked about it, we are all one,
we are all part of the whole, and that
we have to help the garden where we have
been destroying it. And I say, "So, what
does that mean?" And I love it because
here are young people, no matter how you
feel like it's hopeless,
there are all new jobs on the horizon.
All new ways of working on this planet
to bring harmony back to not just the
people, but between the people and the
environment. So, as they see it, it's
like, "Oh, it's all
I got Don't worry. The old one is
falling down right now. That's what the
chaos is all over the planet."
And there's a future.
And it's bright. [clears throat]
But you can't follow the foundation of
today's civilization
and we started off with the idea of a
Darwinian world of competition where I
don't care about you or the garden.
That that that has to stop right away.
And we're watching it. And I just want
the young people, I know it's a
depressing situation to see the see that
you can't even get a decent job.
But it's coming.
>> Yeah.
>> So close that this whole world going to
flip.
Uh
and
and it's based on the current situation
crashing.
Because you can't fix this one, but we
can build a better one.
>> We are in unprecedented times and the
first thing that arises is a need for
safety. How do I ensure my own safety
and sovereignty so I can protect myself
and my family and also contribute to a
better world. And so one of the things
that I think is really important is to
recognize where you are holding your
value.
And right now a lot of us are holding
our value in cash. What is cash? Cash is
promises made in paper or plastic from
governments that we know we can't trust.
But what has real value?
Precious metals and this is why I
created the mint metalmark.com
mtlmrk.com.
Precious metal currency. I believe it's
the future. It has real tangible value
and we're combining it with the
collectible value of incredible artists
like Frank Frazetta and many more to
come. So check that out at mtlmrk.com
and furthermore, you need to make sure
that you're making the right best
decisions. And so you need to have the
maximum amount of energy, clarity, drive
and focus.
And so I encourage you guys to check out
correctlife.com with a K.
Correct Edge is something I take twice a
day to make sure that I am operating at
the highest capacity that Aubrey Marcus
can operate at and it's actually the
reason I founded that company in the
first place. So check it out. There's
some amazing formulations.
I really think it's going to make a
significant impact in your life and
those decisions you'll make from that
place
will reap rewards that could last
for generations to come.
Lastly, I just want to say like I
understand the stress that everybody's
feeling in these uncertain times and
really focusing on financial sovereignty
is going to be a big part of my message
moving forward. I've had the blessing of
having taken a beautiful ride. Me and my
family are safe and well and we're able
to support those that we love. I want
you to be that person as well. So, I'm
going to be talking about that a lot
more. So, make sure you like and
subscribe to the channel
and follow me on social media
@aubreymarcus.
Thanks for your attention. We're in this
together. All for one, one for all.
Let's go.
>> Yeah, and you know, I'm also hopeful too
when I look out at you know, I'm not a
technologist. I'm not a futurist in this
kind of transhumanist idea that we're
going to transcend our our our animal
nature, which is I think the most
exciting thing about being a human is
like we get to have these miraculous
bodies and like your previous teaching,
we get to harness our own belief to
change our epigenetics and alter our own
destiny. Like we are the the captains of
our own fate and that's beautiful and we
have these beautiful bodies to
experience and I also respect that there
are technologies that sometimes are not
even that technical. You know, like I'm
an investor and on the board of advisors
of this company MVMD
and they have a product called Agrarius
and it's increasing yields of crops of
all different sorts by activating the
natural plant defense system by like 47%
offering an additional season of
planting for these crops. So, what it
ends up happening is studies they've
done in Columbia where 1 hectare of
cattle grass can normally support 1.5
cows and now it can support three cows
per hectare, which means you don't have
to deforest the rainforest anymore,
which means you can double the herds
without actually costing anything else
by actually activating the plant's own
epigenetics. This is an epigenetic
trigger and like that technology is
available and it's just starting to get
some shine and awareness and then
there's energy technologies that are
coming and I'm like, all right, if we
bring all these together with expanded
consciousness,
I think we got a shot.
>> But that's what I was just saying. You
already participating in a new
technology that is based on what? The
ecosystem.
>> Yeah.
>> Not taking out. Give me more oil. Give
me more gas. Give me more
minerals. Give me Give me Give me. It's
like, no, that's not the future. You are
actually expressing
the future in what you are doing. And
there are some other future things that
people haven't caught I I
I can tell you something that I don't
think outside of a few people know and
that is this.
That
the body
the energy that we
life comes from, 90%
has nothing to do with food. 90% of the
body's energy actually comes straight
out of the environment. In the same way
plants use sunlight
and use that energy of the sun to
photosynthesis to make food and all
that, humans have a
parallel to the chloroplast. It's called
It's the pigment in the skin, okay,
melanin.
I go, melanin is pigment. I go, yeah,
they're all yeah
that blocks the sun rays, blah blah
blah. That's a bunch of BS because
that's not the job. The melanin
downloads energy from the environment in
the same fashion that chloroplast
downloads sunlight and that's the
pigment that we have in our skin is
generating almost all the energy
required. We don't need to eat the food
the amount we are doing. In fact,
the lifespan of a human minimum 150
years. And now you say, "Well, then how
come we're celebrating somebody got to a
100?" I said they only did 2/3
of their life.
I I I go, "What where's the problem?"
Outside of stress, which is 90% of
illness, the fact is we're eating too
much food.
Yeah, I go, "Well, where's the problem?"
I go,
"You digest food, you burn fuel. That's
why the body has temperature. We're
burning the food." I go, "Well, so
here's the fact. When you burn fuel, you
get waste product that is toxic." In
other words, you burn gasoline in your
car, don't breathe from the exhaust
pipe. That's [snorts] the waste product,
okay?
When we digest food,
there's a waste product called free
radicals.
And free radicals are highly charged
atoms or ions. I said, "Well, about
them?" I said, "They shoot holes in
cells."
The more you digest, the more holes
you're shooting cells. The more you kill
the cells, we have a problem.
Fact that most people don't even know.
Every second, every second,
3.5 million cells die.
3.5 million cells die, 3.5 million cells
die,
3.5 million cells die, every second.
I go, "Well, how can we stay alive with
that many cells dying that fast?" Well,
you got 50 trillion.
And that number is so big that you can't
comprehend it. But it's more like
looking at pennies when you're dealing
with dollars, okay?
And "So, what's the point?"
Well, we have stem cells.
Those are fancy name, embryonic cell.
And the function of stem cells replace
the cells as fast as they're dying, so
we stay stable.
I said, "Great."
And now comes a problem.
The more food you eat, you're killing
mature cells, most of them.
But you're also killing a percentage of
your stem cells.
And the more stem cells you kill, you
get to a point where you're not capable
of replacing the cells as fast as
they're dying. That's an aging phenomena
because the body can no longer keep up
with the rate of cell death because
there's not enough stem cells to allow
us to continue. And most of them have
died
through the process of too much food.
And I said, "And too much food has done
what?"
Upset the balance of the ecosystem.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, let's cut the rainforest down,
make more hamburgers. I go, "Wait, the
rainforest
very important part of the garden is
equivalent of the planet's lungs.
They breathe the air and they take the
pollution out of the air.
And if you get rid of them,
again, another monkey wrench. It's
because we're living by old beliefs and
not recognizing
the Native American fact where you've
been.
And Native American fact is
two things that we're not doing.
A,
being the gardener.
And B,
recognizing everything is spiritual on
this planet.
And you want to cut that tree down, you
don't cut that tree down until you deal
with the spirit of that tree.
You want to hunt a deer? You can do it.
First, you have to deal with the spirit
of the jail.
That's not part of our world.
Spirit isn't part of our world. It's
talked about,
but it's not recognized, but it is
scientific. There's a science of
spirituality, which changes the way we
think and behave on this planet when we
understand it. That we are spiritual
entities scientifically.
Uh but with science the quantum physics.
I go, "Yeah, so what?"
Quantum physics, the universe is all
energy.
And and and the fact is this,
simple fact if you follow it, then the
answer shows up. And I followed again
the answer was to the issue was,
"How come
we can't exchange cells and organs with
each other?"
If I put my cells or organs into your
body, your immune system will say, "Not
self." and destroy it.
If you put your cells and organs into
somebody else, their immune system will
say, "Not self." and destroy it.
Well,
what's the self?
And the point about it is the immune
system only sees physical things,
viruses, bacteria, parasites, foreign
cells.
I said, "Well, it's looking at something
physical. What is making two people
different? Why we cannot exchange parts
with each other?"
And the answer is this,
on the surface of our cells, except for
the red blood cells, which is
interesting because those are the ones
we can readily transplant. We go to the
blood bank, we can transplant blood, no
problem.
But nucleated cells, the cells that form
the organs and the tissues, can't change
those.
So, there's something that makes them
unique, separate from all other people
on this planet.
And we know what it is.
On the surface of those cells with
nuclei, there are proteins that are
called receptors that stick off the
surface. These proteins, I say, they're
called receptors. They're actually uh a
special set
called self receptors.
No two people in the entire world, 10
billion people, 8 billion people,
no two people have the same set of self
receptors.
I go, "So, what?" I say,
"The self receptors are receivers,
What are they receiving? Information.
Yeah, but what information?
What makes you different
than all the other people?
Why are you
your own special self
and you can't exchange with other
people?
Because your self
is a download.
Yeah? Where?
Self receptors.
If you take the self receptors off your
cells, your cells are generic. They can
go into anybody.
But self receptors are downloading
information.
I go, "What information?"
Self.
>> [laughter]
>> What makes you different than everybody
else? Self receptors. Signal field. From
the field, from the energy in which I
say,
"Field?" Yeah, physics, field.
Definition?
Invisible moving forces that influence
the physical world.
I go, "Ah!"
Spirit.
Invisible moving forces that influence
the physical world. And this is why
quantum physics acknowledges the
existence of spirit, an energy field
with your identity in it.
And there's a [clears throat] whole
field of this energy, but each of us is
like a different radio station. Like on
FM band, I can turn the dial and hear
the station and hear the station,
different frequencies, okay?
Each of us is a unique frequency from
the band of human,
okay?
The point about it, and this is exciting
because this is necessary to change the
world, but it fits everything the Native
Americans knew. And how is this?
Your identity is not in this body.
Your identity is broadcast into
[clears throat] this body.
Your identity is an energy field. And
the self receptors are downloading a
field of you that no one else is
downloading. It's your own field of
information.
I go, "What's the name?" I say, "Quantum
physics recognize it, call it spirit."
Science of spirit. I say, "So, why is
this relevant?" I love it for this
reason.
We have been programmed with a belief
that we die and then
ashes to ashes, and that's it.
I go,
"Let me look at this way. Consider
Consider the body as a television set.
And the broadcast is putting a program
in.
So, you're looking at the Bruce TV.
And you're playing the Bruce show right
now in front of you, okay?
I go, "Why is it relevant?" I say,
"Well, let's say you're watching a TV
and it breaks. We say the TV's dead." I
go, "Yep, no more life. This thing's not
working. TV's dead."
Does the broadcast die with the TV?
I go, "No. Broadcast not built into TV.
Plays through the TV."
I go, "Wait.
My identity is a the of information
being played.
So, if my body dies,
my broadcast is still here. I go,
that's the point.
You're a spirit. And I go, then what?
You're immortal. You can't die. You're
the field. The television died. I go,
then what?
A future TV shows up. A
baby is born
with the same set of self receptors you
have today.
You're back.
New TV.
But you're playing through a new TV. I
go, the body. I go,
does it make a difference if it's a male
or female TV? I go, no, you're missing
the point. You're the broadcast. This
body is just a TV. It doesn't make a
difference if it's white, brown, black,
red, yellow. I go, that's the color of
the TV. You're not the TV. You're the
broadcast.
You're the spirit.
It's always here.
You want eat that deer?
The spirit of the deer is here.
Pray to the spirit.
And the
the deer's TV will be available to you
at that point. But the point about it is
what?
We are all creators.
That's what humans have, creators.
We are creating our life experiences.
All of us.
Personal creation. I'm not creating our
base experience. He's doing that, okay?
I'm not creating your experience. You're
doing that.
But we're all creating.
And I go,
what does that mean?
God is the significance of what God
creator.
I said,
what are you saying, Rupert?
Each of us
is a piece of God.
I don't create your life. I don't create
the planet's life. I create my life.
I guess the word is unimportant.
Then what is the collective nature of
all the humans?
I say, "Oh, collectively?"
God.
I go, "Why is that important?" Because
we, as a human population, creators, are
manifesting the planet as we see it, but
we're also manifesting the destruction
of the planet. We're being a bad God at
this time, and you can't die. And you're
going to come back here, and your life
has experiences that go back to your
source. We used to think if you put
wires on a person's head, you can read
their brain activity
[clears throat and snorts] inside.
I go, "That's called
electroencephalograph.
Read my brain."
Another device, more recent, called
magnetoencephalograph.
I go, "What's the point?" It reads your
brain activity just like EEG. I go,
"What What's the point?"
The probe is out here.
I go,
"What What is What's that mean?"
Your thoughts are broadcast.
>> Oh, yeah. Part of a field.
>> You are generating a field with your
thoughts.
And if our thoughts are off, then the
field we generate is off.
And the disharmony
uh is that we have disconnected
ourselves from nature.
We got disconnected with the the Bible.
What?
God created nature, and [clears throat]
then God created humans. We didn't have
>> And we have dominion and we have
dominion over that nature. Yeah, that's
a
>> the worst belief system. Look how good
we are at taking care of it, you know?
Uh,
and so we lost our connection. Well,
then I say, "Yeah, but then science came
in." Uh, science didn't make it any
better. I go, "Why?"
Darwinian theory. How did we get here?
Mutations.
I go, from a uh
two dogs mate and get a
a litter of puppies.
All the puppies look like the parents,
except one, the runt.
I go, "What's the runt different?"
I go, "Yeah, some mutation."
I said, "What if you started mating
runts with runts?"
You got a whole new species called the
runt.
Okay? I said, "So, what's the point?"
The theory of evolution from Darwin
is [clears throat] that we got here
through
thousands of mutations, which are random
events.
And then if I ask you a question, I
said, "Then why are we here?"
The answer?
Hey, it was an accident.
We had got here by random events. I go,
Darwin was wrong. The Bible was wrong.
We got here through something called
epigenetics.
The environment
was creating us.
We are not separate from the garden. To
the extent if we don't wake up and we
continue destroying the garden at the
rate we are doing, we are facing what's
called the sixth mass extinction of life
on this planet. We're destroying what
keeps us alive. You cannot live if the
environment doesn't live.
And this is
the big effort. And uh as I just said,
I'll be you're already living in your
consciousness and now as well in your
effort to do what?
>> [gasps]
>> Enhance the garden.
>> Amen.
>> That's
>> It's, you know, I have a I have a
nonprofit that's actually called
Gardeners of Eden. So, it's very it's
very apropos that you're talking about
being a gardener cuz that's actually
where I'm living and staying raising my
daughter is on the farmhouse at
Gardeners of Eden where we're trying to
create a coherent ecosystem out of our
120 acres, but that's a that's a side
note. I have two tracks and uh very
rarely am I torn so significantly
between these two tracks. So, I think
I'm going to go start with this one
about belief and then I'm going to move
into some some of these questions I have
about evolutionary theory that were
originally posited.
>> Yes.
>> But going back to belief, you know, I've
been continually fascinated by the
Toltec philosophies, Don Miguel Ruiz,
even Castaneda, however
um however true his accounts were of Don
Juan, but regardless, the belief I think
has a lot of merit and they have an idea
that there's two types of people.
There's the nagual who are the artists
and the creators, the the people who can
paint a masterpiece of their own life
and they have a force called intent that
is so strong and this is another word
for belief, belief and will kind of
combined that they can they're magical
they're magical beings. They're like
full-on sorcerers, shamans. They can do
unbelievable things, these naguals, and
that's the highest level that you can
reach.
And then there's the tonals who are just
like the ordinary folks who don't
actually take control of their own
powers of belief and intent. And I'm
curious cuz what I really want to
understand is from your you've studied
this as deep as anybody. They have a an
ancient philosophy that tells this. I
want to know what you think the limits,
the outer limits on our belief are
because obviously we know about the
placebo effect, we know about the nocebo
effect, we know that we can influence
things a little bit, but can there be
like a a real superhuman channeling of
belief intent like the old stories of
the naguals who could just create
realities both internally that would
then through their own field that they
created create and deeply influence
external realities
because of the strength of their belief.
Like what is the outer limit of what
we're actually [ __ ] capable of?
>> Ha!
There is no limit.
>> Let's go. I was hoping you said that.
>> There's no limit. The limitation is your
belief of what you think you are limited
by. I say, "Yeah, and where did you get
the limitation from?"
Teachers.
Other people told us what you could do
and what you can't do. And if you buy
it,
then that becomes your limitation, your
own creative limitation.
We we were given misinformation. I'll
give you a wonderful one.
Heart cells cannot regenerate.
That's why when you start getting a
heart attack, it's all over, my friend.
You can't regenerate them. Neurons,
once they're gone, you can't regenerate
them.
And all of a sudden you started to
believe, "Oh my god, I'm having a neural
problem. Losing I'm going to get
dementia. I'm going to go crazy. Oh, my
heart is falling apart and
I need I can't repair it. Why? Cuz the
cells don't repair."
Both those ideas are wrong. Both ideas
were limitations. That both the brain
and the heart regenerate.
But if you don't believe it,
you will not send the signals from your
consciousness into the body you are
controlling,
you control it with your mind.
If your mind says you can't do it,
then you won't do it.
Uh
a fan a famous book is so simple because
I love the title is Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
Okay? I said, "What's the best sister of
the book?" If you grew up in a rich
family,
you grew up in an environment where
programming is money's good, you have
it, you can get more. Everything's
great. You got very positive aspects
about it. If you grew up in poor family,
you'll say, "Oh my god, I can't make it
in this world. It money make it very
hard, very difficult. I'll never get
beyond poor. I'm impoverished. I'm
poor."
I go,
"What's the difference?"
The program that's these people got when
they were young.
The program either said you have no
limit,
or the program says you are limited.
Most of them are programs of limitation.
I say, "Why? Why don't we have more
we can be more?"
Because somebody's making money when you
find you can't do something.
If you can't take care of your health,
then who is? Oh, the pharmaceutical
company.
They'll they'll they'll sell you some
health. They'll kill you, but they'll
sell you some health.
But they already told you you cannot do
this.
You are victims of your genes.
And therefore, it's running in your
family. And whatever that limitation is,
I'm sorry, you are now limited. Oh, you
got cancer in your family? Oh my god,
you have the highest probability of
getting cancer cuz you have the cancer
gene.
Folks,
there's not one gene that even causes
cancer. There's no gene that causes
cancer.
And yet, cancer is becoming the leading
cause of death.
I say,
"Then where the hell's cancer coming
from?" I say,
"Lifestyle."
You're not living in harmony. You're
destroying
You're not living in the outer harmony,
and you're making that also distort the
inner harmony.
And the result is lifestyle's
responsible for 90% or more of cancer.
And I said, "Where did you get lifestyle
programming?"
You were downloaded how to believe life
works. And you were living according to
that program.
And this is the whole problem.
The mind is the creator. And the first
thing I just said and you didn't catch
it, the mind.
Well, you mean there's one mind. The
mind. I go,
"Ah!"
That's where you got screwed again. Two
minds.
Different functions, interdependent.
I said, "Two minds?"
The latest evolution of the brain is the
conscious mind, it's right behind your
forehead, or prefrontal cortex, okay?
What's that mind? That's the creative
mind.
That's the mind with imagination.
And if you have imagination, you can
turn imagination into manifestation.
If you can't imagine anything, there's
nothing to work on here, folks. But, the
conscious mind is creative.
I said, "And but what was the original
mind?" 90% of that bulk called brain
represents [clears throat]
subconscious.
I go, "Yeah, what about that mind?" I
say, "That's not creative mind. That's a
habit mind.
It's a program. It's a hard drive. It
got download programs. Where did you get
them?"
First programming is in the first 7
years of your life because your mind was
in a state of hypnosis and you
downloaded behavior as programmed by
observing other people, your mother,
your father, your community, etc.
First thing is this,
all of the programs in your subconscious
mind didn't come from you. I go, "No?"
I said, "Do they
author your wishes and desires?" Most of
the time, no.
So, the programs you got don't even
support you. No?
Uh uh yeah, so what's the problem? I
don't have to play those, right? I could
I could play just my conscious mind, the
creative one. And manifest what
[clears throat] I like. I go, "Yeah, you
could."
But the problem is this.
And people aren't telling you
only 5% of the day are you actually
using your conscious mind as a creative
ability to manifest your life.
95% of the day, your life is coming
straight from the programs downloaded
into the subconscious mind. I go,
"Yeah."
>> do you get your how do you get your
conscious mind to program your
subconscious mind? Like, what are the Is
this Is this wrong?
>> here, Aubrey. Are you looking
>> Let's go.
>> Okay. Well, let me first say that people
have have changed their program
radically. I go,
"Wait. What when when?"
The movie The Matrix, I always refer to
it as not science fiction, documentary.
I go, "What?" "From it, everybody's
programmed." I go, "Great."
But you take a red pill and you get out
of the program.
And I say,
"Almost everybody out there right now
listening to us, Aubrey, has taken a red
pill at least once.
It's the beyond seeing ages."
I go, "What What was the red pill?"
"Falling in love."
I go, "Hm.
How the hell that become a red pill?"
And the answer is, "Well, look at this
way. Your life was blah blah blah blah
blah. You met somebody, you fell in
love. 24 hours
later, you have a different life.
You begin the honeymoon. What's the
honeymoon?
Wishes and desires.
Magic, heaven on earth, love, everything
harmony, love, peace, everything
beautiful.
What the hell happened?"
And the answer is this.
The conscious mind
can do either two things, and this is
the secret that people don't get. I say,
"What is it?"
Well, consider your body as a vehicle
and your eyes are looking out the
windshield and driving you
to wishes and desires.
But, the conscious mind can also think.
Yeah, what does that mean?
When you're thinking, the conscious
mind's not looking out. Conscious mind
is looking in. The thought is on the
inside.
So, let's [clears throat] say you're
driving a car
I'm going to my destination. I can see
where I'm going and blah blah blah. And
I say, you start thinking about, "Oh,
when I get to the store, I'm going to
buy this and this and this." And I go,
"Wait a minute.
You're thinking about what you're going
to do.
That means you're not looking out the
windshield. Who the hell is driving the
car?"
And the answer is,
"Driving is a program. It's a habit. You
taught the mind how to drive a car. You
taught the mind how to walk."
So, our programs control us. I said,
"Because 95% of the day is what the
average person spends thinking."
So, you have to stop right there and go,
"5% of my life is coming from wishes and
desires and 95% is coming from program."
And more than half of those programs are
disempowering, self-sabotaging, limiting
beliefs.
So, are you living your life? I said,
"No, you're living your program."
And I I said, "Well, when did you get
the program?" I said, "You start being
programmed 3 months before you were
born. And for 7 years, your mind is in a
state of theta, which is hypnosis.
You download programs just by observing
parents and community. Okay?"
So, basically this,
the programming you got in the first 7
years, the primary
uh behaviors that control your life, but
you got them from other people. I I
example for me personally is very
simple. My mother and father had a very
dysfunctional relationship. I, being a
kid, watched my father download his
behavior. Did I know that I was
downloading some bad behavior,
dysfunction? No.
But I sure as hell realized it
after 40 years, almost 50 years, no
relationship.
Why?
Because as soon as I get into a
relationship and my programming from my
father would show up,
the relationship would end.
And I realized, oh my god, when I was
near 50,
no wonder
I'm playing these very bad programs.
I don't see them when I play them. Why?
Because they play when I'm thinking 95%
of the day, but my partner sees them.
If my partner
except when you took your red pill, so
here let's put the picture and our whole
thing.
Your life, blah blah blah, you meet
somebody you fell in love. 24 hours
later, you're living heaven on earth
because you are creating from your
wishes and desires and your spirit.
And your partner sees that behavior and
loves it. I love your spirit. I love
your wishes and desires. I'm going to
share them. We're going to share them.
We're going to have this honeymoon and
everything like that.
I said,
that red pill was falling in love.
And you stop thinking and that's why the
conscious mind took over, but in a short
time,
the variable,
you actually go back to thinking.
I go, so what? I said,
when you are thinking, now the
behavioral programs in your subconscious
show up. I go, yeah, so what?
Your partner never saw those programs.
You never played them before.
And now they start showing up. And
they're negative programs, your partner
looks at you like, "Huh,
who are you?
Where's that come from?" I I I just
What's the point? Disillusionment.
Your partner marries your conscious
mind, your spirit,
the one that has those beautiful wishes
and desires.
It does not entangle with the negative
programming of the subconscious mind.
But when it does,
it causes a breakup of a situation where
50% of marriages end. Why?
Because the person when they got into
the relationship didn't get into
relationship with their subconscious,
they got into relationship with their
spirit.
And we're not operating from there,
okay?
Sorry I had to go through all that,
Aubrey, to get to the point how you
change the program because then all of a
sudden the secret is all locked in. And
that and the answer is simply this,
there are three ways to change the
program. Three ways.
I go,
"Well, are they?" I said, "First of all,
I love it because one one way people I
give myself a good talking to. Don't do
that, dude. Don't don't do that. And I
[clears throat] keep telling myself,
'Don't do that. Don't do that.' For some
reason I keep doing it. But I I keep
telling myself, 'Don't do it.'"
And then I have to tell you why it
doesn't work.
"Who the hell are you talking to?"
"Don't do it."
>> [laughter]
>> "Well, I'm talking to my subconscious."
"There's nobody in there."
>> [laughter]
>> "It's a hard drive."
I go, "Well, what's the point?" I said,
"You think you can change the hard
drive? Talk to your computer and ask it
to change the program." And it's like,
"No, it doesn't do it that way. You have
to
do a process." Now,
the three viable processes to change the
subconscious.
First step,
where is my problem?
Where is my program that is causing a
problem? Well, that's simple. I can tell
you how right now.
Look at your life
and all the things that you like that
come into your life,
they come in because you have a program
to acknowledge those things.
Now, look at this way.
The things that you desire, but you're
working hard, you're sweating over it,
you're putting effort into it. I'm
struggling. I'm going to make it. I'm
going to make it happen. I'm working so
hard.
Why are you working so hard?
The answer,
the subconscious program does not
support the destination you're working
on and you're trying to override the
program with effort.
Not very good. And if you override it or
override with effort, as soon as you
stop the effort, it will revert back to
the original program again. So, it
doesn't work that way. So, I say, "Okay,
I look at my life. I'm having trouble
with health or relationship or getting a
good job.
So, I know I have a program that's not
supporting me.
So, I want to change the program. I
said, "How can I do it?" I said, "Three
ways. Number one, how did you get the
program in the first place?"
Oh, my mind was in a lower vibration
called theta.
Bif- And theta is below consciousness.
For the first seven years, I'm in theta.
Imagination is the character of theta.
That's why kids live in the real world
and the imaginary world at the same
time. Imaginary friends,
uh
the imaginary tea party, pouring nothing
into the cup, you drink nothing, it's
the best damn tea you ever had in your
life. Uh imagination, theta, but it's
also hypnosis.
So, if you can get into theta,
you can, through hypnosis, reprogram.
So, I said, "How do you get into theta?"
Well, theta is right at the point where
consciousness is shutting down
and you're going into the unconscious.
>> [sighs]
>> That means
every night when you're about to fall
asleep, the vibration of consciousness,
high vibration beta, focused
consciousness
is what you have at work. You come home,
you relax, the vibration slows down,
that is called alpha, calm
consciousness.
And the moment your eyes are closed and
you fall asleep,
it goes to the next lowest vibration.
From alpha, it goes into theta.
Wait, the subconscious is still
operating for a brief time before you go
into the lowest vibration, delta, total
unconscious.
So, it says every night,
right after consciousness separates and
before you get into deep sleep,
the brain, subconscious, is operating in
theta, which is hypnosis.
So,
put earbuds in, earphones on, play a
program.
You select a program, a self-help
program, that you want to be true in
your life.
And every night,
just before you fall asleep, you put the
earbuds in and you start playing the
program and you can hear it for a little
bit because you're still conscious and
awake, but the instant you fall asleep,
the subconscious is listening and the
conscious is shut off. And the
subconscious is in theta. So, whatever
is coming [clears throat] in your ears
is a state of hypnosis
and you can reprogram
by self-hypnosis,
that's what it's called.
The [clears throat] unfortunate part,
not unfortunate, is the part you have to
recognize,
it's not a very long active period of
theta, it's a short period. So, every
night you get a chance to
put in a bit more hit it up, hit it up.
Repetition of that
will manifest the change that we're
looking for. Okay? So,
first thing is this, failure.
Self-hypnosis, earbuds, your phones,
play the program you want as the moment
you're going to bed because the moment
you disconnect consciousness is the
moment the subconscious is downloading.
So, number one, change the program,
self-hypnosis. Number two,
you got programs after age seven. You
learn how to drive that car.
You learn how to play music instrument.
You know the job that you have learned.
Uh
these things you learn them. I said,
"Yeah, but you made programs. You made
habits out of them."
A habit, driving car is a habit, it's
not a life experience. It knows how to
do it, programmed. Programmed how to
drive a car. Play music instrument. You
had to practice and practice and
practice like driving a car
until [clears throat] you downloaded
that practice as a program.
So,
number two, habituation.
Create a new behavior and practice it.
Behave that way.
The new age
joke, but not joke,
is fake it till you make it.
What does that mean? I said, let's say
I'm not happy. I said, "Okay, then
what?" I said, "All day long, as many
times as I can remember, I say to
myself,
I am happy.
I am happy." I said, "What are you
doing?"
Creating a habit.
The more you repeat it,
the more it becomes solidified as a new
habit. And then one day you wake up and
guess what? You're happy. And for no
reason at all. Why? You programmed I'm
happy.
It changes your biology, too.
Um
uh Renee Zellweger starred in The Diary
of Princess Jones or something like
that. It's some diary.
I go, "What was important about that?"
Her character an actor, this is what my
point is. The character
uh
uh in a constant actor is the best
actor. They don't just remember the
words.
They get the character of the of the
person. They have to adopt and become
the character of that person.
>> Right.
>> Renee Zellweger's character 40 40 lb
heavier than Renee. What? She got into
character? She gained 40 lb. Why? Are
becoming
Princess Jones.
Whatever, okay?
I say, "So, what?" I say, "She changed
her generation behavior for the time as
a being somebody different."
And then when the movie
the day it was done,
she went back to being Renee.
The 40 lb disappeared right away.
Okay? Uh
Dustin Hoffman,
>> [snorts]
>> to me, he's the epitome of the one of
the best actors ever.
And I say, "He was on Broadway in a show
called Death of a Salesman."
And the main character
uh was a
he was
depressed. Totally depressed character,
super depressed.
And uh Dustin Hoffman, when he plays a
character, he becomes that character.
He became so depressed playing the
character on Broadway
that in the middle of the run,
he had to check into a mental hospital
because of super depression.
Because he became Willy Loman, the
depressed character that he playing,
okay?
Um
Oh,
there's so many actors that change their
physiology.
>> Well, yeah, and and also on the tragic
side, I mean, this is the this is the
challenge with playing the character of
the Joker.
>> Okay.
>> There's so much madness and
delusion in that character.
And I I talked to
I've talked to a few actor friends who
played really difficult characters, and
they've had to almost have an exorcism,
you know, not in the Catholic sense of
the word, but they've had to actually
fully cast out that character from their
body, like very consciously, because it
was starting to bleed into their normal
character, cuz they'd habituated it for
long enough.
>> Right, and that's our epigenetics.
The mind controls the genes. If I change
the mind of who I am, I change the genes
of who I am.
And the idea about it, we bought into
playing a character.
And I said, "Where where'd you guys
shape being of this character?" I go,
"Usually before age seven."
I go, "What do you mean?" I said,
"You were programmed
before age seven." I go, "So what?" And
this is a fact, over
80 to 90% of everybody online right now
will not test positive for the belief I
love myself.
I go, "Why is that important?" I go,
"Fundamentally simple as this, if you
can't love yourself, nobody else can
love you."
I go, "What do you mean?" I said, "So, I
don't love myself, and then someone
says, 'I love you, Bruce.'" I go,
"You don't [clears throat] have any
power
>> [ __ ] idiot.
>> Yeah, you know,
>> [laughter]
>> you're a bad guy.
>> I know me. I don't love me, and you're
an idiot.
>> Yeah, and then guess what? I'll push you
away, and then the day you're gone, I'll
say to myself, "See, I'm not lovable."
>> [laughter]
>> Yeah.
>> Did it.
You know,
and so, why why don't we love ourselves?
I'll tell you.
Because before we were conscious
uh our parents were uh our teachers.
And they acted like a coach on sports
team. I guess you what What does that
mean? I said, "If a player on a team
isn't doing well, the coach does not go,
'Oh, please do better.'"
The coach doesn't say that. I said,
"That's not good enough. Who do you
think you are? You don't deserve to be
on this team." Well, the player is older
and has consciousness is actually
hearing the coach say,
"I'm not doing well. I'm not trying
hard."
And therefore, the coach is encouraging
me. Come on, try harder. You can do
better.
Okay?
Now,
make the parent a coach.
And the child is under seven.
And the parent and the child isn't doing
something right. Uh
they pass by the the toy aisle in the
store and the child is throwing a
tantrum. "I want the toy. I want the
toy." And the parent wanting to get the
hell out of the store just says,
"You don't deserve it."
They didn't mean for your whole life.
This right now the parent was irritated.
I want to leave.
"You don't deserve it."
If the child is under seven,
that's a download. It's not a
consciousness. The child's not thinking.
I'm downloading.
And if the parent repeats something,
repetition is a bit situation.
And the relevance is this. We've all
been criticized as children under age
seven.
And therefore,
when we think of ourselves,
we bring up not good enough, not
deserving, not smart enough,
not lovable, whatever those parents
were repeating.
And that is why
80 to 90% people
cannot love themselves because their
subconscious is programmed, "You're not
worthy.
You're not good enough."
And then your behavior will come from
that.
If you were programmed you do not
deserve and you're looking to increase
your job output so you can get that
raise,
you will unconsciously self-sabotage
yourself
because you have to prove to yourself
the truth of the program, "I do not
deserve." The program will manifest
itself.
And all of a sudden, you're not
deserving and you're conscious, you will
make mistakes. You will screw up. And in
the end, you'll
"I didn't deserve the raise."
But it's like, "No, that was your
behavior."
So, we have to overcome that stuff. Now,
some of us do really good at it. Some of
us take over and manifest a better life.
I'm talking to Aubrey right here.
He's He's doing very wonderful.
Did he always start that way? I don't
know. My guess is he has to had to
overcome
some programs
in his development [clears throat]
to allow him to get to the state that
he's at. Am I right?
>> Absolutely. I had advantages and and
challenges.
>> And [clears throat] you changed the
challenges.
>> Totally.
>> And now you are a powerful creator.
Well, hello folks out there.
If you're not
enjoying the most wonderful every day,
"I'm in heaven. I love my life and
everything is great."
There's a program undermining you.
And now we have two ways. Number one,
self-hypnosis. Number two, create a new
habit practice
because a habit can become a program.
And that leaves us with number three,
the last way to change
belief and it's the most exciting. Uh
there's a saying [clears throat] um
necessity is the mother of invention.
There's a necessity for us to take power
back now. As the world is going through
the chaos and upheaval, we need our
power back.
I said, "Well, necessity has led to a
new psychology.
It's called energy psychology."
What's the hell is that?
It's not so conventional psychology. Go
over your past. Your mother did this,
your friend did that. And I love I
remember that was so bad. That's why
they have this tissue box at the couch.
So when you start crying about your bad
past, you can blow out your eyes.
When you're doing that, you're actually
reaffirming your bad
past because you're replaying the
program.
Energy psychology does not give a damn
about history.
Energy psychology says, "Where are you
today, right now? I don't care about the
history. You have a problem? Oh, you
have a bad behavior? Oh, you got it from
that person? Guess what? They're not
here anymore.
You're here and you're here with a
program. So do I need to bring him back
into the story? Absolutely not.
Cuz if you bring him back in, you're
just rebuilding the same problem.
Energy psychology has one characteristic
and that is
it introduces something called super
learning.
What the hell is super learning?
If I can briefly do it all baby cuz of
the time,
here is what it's all about, okay?
Under age seven, a child is a super
learner.
What do you mean by that? He can have
one life experience under age seven and
remember it the whole life. Okay?
I said,
>> [laughter]
>> "How's it do that? How's it learn so
fast?" I go,
"The brain has a line down the middle
and it's called hemispheres, left and
right hemispheres.
Different functions.
One basic function is
the [clears throat] left is
intellectual.
The right is emotional.
Okay?
I go, "So, why is that important?"
When a child is under 7, both
hemispheres are functionally integrated.
Every life experience comes with an
intellectual understanding of the
experience and also attached to it is an
emotion to that experience.
Okay?
And if they're negative, when you
download that
history, that experience, it has a very
negative connotation. You download it,
it becomes part of your consciousness
now.
And that's where the problem come from
in your early life.
But then after age 7,
something happens.
They're not
They're no longer integrated. They're
still connected, but they're not working
at the same time. So, during the
[clears throat] day, there's a wave.
During the day, for 2 or 3 hours, you're
intellectually based.
And then for 2 or 3 hours, you're
emotional. Then you're intellectual.
It's called
ultra radian.
It's a cycle
of sometimes being more
intellectual and then switching into
more emotional.
I I was joke about it cuz this is the
situation
a man and woman are having an argument.
It just happens to be at that moment the
man's in the in the intellectual side.
That's where the words are, words. Okay?
At that moment the woman's in the
emotional side. That's where the
feelings are.
So, THE MAN'S GOING, "YEAH, YEAH, YEAH,
YEAH." AND THE WOMAN'S GOING,
NOW, WHAT ARE THE WORDS? She's She's
taking it emotionally.
Okay?
2 or 3 hours later,
she's got the words and he doesn't. He's
going, "Oh, I really screwing up this
relationship." And she comes and goes,
"YEAH, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH." AND IT'S LIKE,
"OKAY, fair play." But, the point about
it is simply this.
We lost super learning
when the hemispheres functionally
separated.
But, you can bring them back
and put them back into integration.
There's a posture called the whole brain
posture, okay?
And in this whole brain posture, you
integrate both left and right
hemispheres at the same time. Example,
very simple. My right arm is controlled
by my left hemisphere. So, my left
hemisphere is controlling all this right
here.
But, if I move my right arm into this
hemisphere,
it's now picked up by
this brain,
the right side, because I'm on the left
half.
So, the point about it is simply this.
If I cross my arms, or let's say I cross
my ankles,
okay?
I put both hemispheres crisscross over
the center.
So, guess what?
I begin to feel whole brain. And think
about this, and I can tell you, and you
can now Now that I told you, think about
it.
When you are relaxing, or you're around
with people and you're relaxing,
watch their ankles. Most people will
cross their ankles when they're
relaxing. Why?
Whole brain is calming.
If I get a whole brain, it's like, "Ooh,
calm."
So, if I cross my ankles and I cross my
wrists, both of them are solid.
Both of them at the same time. I'm
enhancing
integration.
To the extent that
in a minute or two after starting this,
I get to be a super learner just like
the kid before age seven.
And I can [clears throat] download a
belief
two, three, four, five minutes. A belief
my whole life has had uh struggling
[clears throat]
to try to balance it when the two minds
you know, when the two hemispheres are
not working in harmony, it doesn't
download.
Bring them together,
download.
Okay?
And this is called energy psychology.
How did I get to meet my partner,
Margaret? 30 years ago,
I did a balance, they call it.
Balance into the crisscross hang out
here, uh balance,
and then said to myself,
"I love myself."
Immediately, my body said, "Nah, come
on."
My body uh static.
It doesn't believe that [ __ ]
I then repeat, "I love myself." And then
I go for the feeling. Oh, it's solid.
You repeat this same process. You
say the statement you want to be true,
go for the feeling.
Repeat the statement.
And each time the the test is the
feeling.
After a period of time, which is quite
variable based on your history,
it could be you could do it in a minute,
you could do it in 10 minutes, 15
minutes of repetition
based on your history.
There'll be a point when you say it
where the feelings will change, and it's
profound. You can feel it.
The tension is the solid's gone. In my
mind it's different for each person, but
in my mind at that moment of change, I
say, "Okay, I love myself."
And then my mind's going, "Yeah, so?
Okay. So what?" It's like,
I got bored. Why?
The mind said, "I agree with you
already. What else is going on?"
>> [laughter]
>> And then
and you can test for the belief. It's
called muscle testing.
I have to explain it because it's not in
the ways.
Muscle testing is based on consciousness
and subconscious. Why?
Subconscious controls the muscles.
Subconscious has the programs. Conscious
is creative. It can say any damn
[clears throat] thing you want. I could
say, "I have two heads." I just said it.
But my subconscious is going,
"I don't think so. We We have no history
of that."
I just said, "What's the point?"
If you make a statement with your
conscious mind and your subconscious
mind does not agree with that statement,
recognize this, the muscles are
controlled by the subconscious mind.
When there's disharmony in the
subconscious mind,
there's weakening of the muscles.
So you do a muscle test.
Uh and you say, "Okay, I say something
true. My name is Bruce." And somebody
pushes down on my arm. I'm simplifying
this, okay? This is not This is an
overview.
Uh
I say, "My name is Bruce." Somebody
pushes down my arm. I can keep my arm
solid so much that they can pull me
over, but they can't make my arm go
down, okay?
Then I say something, "My name is Mary."
They push my arm.
Goes down. Why?
My subconscious is going, "That's not
true."
>> [laughter]
>> So how do I know if I'm saying it true
or
if I my conscious belief agrees with my
program,
as I make a test, I say something I hope
is true,
and then do a muscle test.
If I say
I deserve to be happy,
and I push him,
it says, "No, your program says you
don't deserve that." Now I know when I'm
getting the whole brain place,
I have to say to myself,
"I am happy."
And if the subconscious doesn't agree
with that at first, which it won't
because you just tested and it said no,
that you don't believe it.
Uh you will get that feeling it's not
right. Doesn't When I say it doesn't
feel right.
But I repeat it.
And every time I repeat it,
I'm rewriting a history of negative
programming.
And the idea is how long does it take? A
minute or five or 10 or 15 minutes?
Well, it depends on how many experiences
in your life you were programmed not to
be happy
or not to be lovable, okay?
The the number of of experiences takes a
a longer
repetition before you clear it.
But once I clear it,
then there's a new belief.
I walk away
with a new belief. I've had 40 years of
my life can't find a relationship.
Rewrote, "I love myself."
And immediately the relationships. Now I
was selective. I don't I don't like this
one. I don't like that one. I found the
one I wanted, okay? Before I was looking
for any Give me somebody give me a
relationship.
And now And then I found Margaret. And
guess what? 30 years, and I want to tell
you the truth,
living in honeymoon, waking up every day
going, "Oh my god, I'm still here.
Margaret and I have this wonderful life.
I wake up in heaven every day.
And the reason is because both of us
knowing about subconscious limitations
use
any of those three processes to rewrite
those limitations, change it.
My negative programs
I I ran through them. I mean, I had
[clears throat] them.
But I rewrote them.
To the extent I write a book, one of my
books, The Honeymoon Effect.
How can you have a honeymoon every day
and not lose it?
The programs have to change.
And
there are different energy psychology
modalities. I'm not I give you an
overview.
There are details. Should the right be
over the left or the left be over the
right?
Should my ankle my right be over my
right ankle over my left or my left over
my right? Changes with each belief
you're trying to identify. I'll do in
the muscle testing. There are processes
of doing this. So, basically, I just
gave you an overview, okay?
But if you go to my website, very
simple, brucelipton.com.
Look [clears throat] under the resources
called belief change modalities.
I have about 25 different energy
psychology modalities listed. Each with
a description and each with a website.
So, you can connect with that modality.
And I say, "Do it." Why?
Take your power back.
There's no reason not to be happy.
There's no reason not to have a power
except for programming.
And if you change those programmings
you'll find yourself sitting next to
Arby going, "Hey, Arby, we did good,
didn't we?"
>> [laughter]
>> Yeah, we did. I love it. And that's what
I'm looking forward to. That's what
that's what the point is. I want you to
have your power. I trust you more
than I trust the government, the media,
and especially the corporations
because they only win when you become
disempowered.
And this all circles back to the
beginning like these fundamental
changing of beliefs and if we can anchor
these in then we create a new world from
those new beliefs. And
and that's the that's the more beautiful
world. That's the that's Huxley's
Island. That's the world I want my
daughter
to belong in. Yeah,
as parents and this is this is just a
little caveat to my end. I want to be
the conscious parent and
you know, provide that environment for
my child to be very successful.
>> [sighs]
>> And then I have to say,
you have to be conscious to be a
conscious parent.
Because you can say I'm going to be a
conscious parent and I go that's very
nice but only 5% of the day are you
going to be a conscious parent because
95 you're still going to play the
program and your child watches you 100%.
So 5% of the day you're being a really
great parent. I'm conscious. I'm going
to make sure we have this great
relationship. I'm going to help you.
Blah blah blah.
And then 95% you have your own demons
playing
and your child watches and that's how we
got our programs watching.
Yeah.
This is a master class, Bruce.
Thank you thank you so much. It's such a
pleasure. And
thank you, my dear friend. Thank you so
very much and I from my heart really
mean that because I just talked to a lot
of people. Saved me a lot of time. Maybe
something will change.
Indeed. And we need you talking to as
many people as possible. So deeply
appreciate you, brother. Thank you so
much and thank you everybody for
listening.
