Hello. [cheering] How are you? Thank you for this wonderful welcome. Thank you for this love and affection. This city used to be my family's home. So I am very happy to be here. This also used to be a centre of knowledge. There was a time when Allahabad University was one of the best universities in the country. [Cheers] This evening I want to talk to you about pain, data and wealth. Your pain, your data but not your money. Their wealth that should be yours. I want to talk to you about these three things. You are the power of India, the pride of India, the strength of India. And when I say you are the power of India, the strength of India, I am not talking about the crowd. I am talking about every citizen of India , every youth. I am talking about individuals. All of you [encouraging voice] have intelligence , imagination, capacity and if this country moves forward then the future of this country will be built on your strength. India has the largest youth population in the world. 40 crore young energetic youth like you live in this country. This is the strength of this country. There is talk of China. There is talk of America. There is talk of Russia. All these people are nothing in front of the youth potential of India. Another thing has happened in the 21st century. If a country progresses in the 21st century, it does so on the strength of two things. The youth potential that you have and the data that you create. India has the largest amount of data in the world. Every Indian uses one gigabyte of data every day and if there is progress and future, then data will be on your potential. Youth plus data is equal to 21st century economy. Brothers and Sisters, Everybody Speaks About AI. But I want to make one thing very clear. AI means nothing without your data. You can create AI from data. But you cannot generate data with AI. This data belongs to India and is yours. You create it. You make this. This is your imagination. This is the capital of India. There is strength. It is an asset. But brothers and sisters, the data is yours. You have youth potential but the system has trapped you in a maze. Look, you have been trapped in a Chakravyuh. Talking about the future, you take education. Engineering, medical, post graduate, whatever comes, you study it. Money is taken from your families, from your pockets. Lakhs of crores of rupees are taken. And then you are given a certificate. But this certificate has no meaning in India today because this certificate cannot provide you employment. No matter what you do, this certificate does not give you employment in India. I will give you the figures. Out of a thousand youth, only 12 youth get permanent jobs. As far as data is concerned, your data is taken away. Your data is given to big companies like Jio, Adani, Facebook, Google. And you are framed. You are told how many reels you want to watch and how many WhatsApp messages you want to send. As much as you want to see on Instagram, want to make reels, you can make them. Brothers and sisters, this is the addiction of the 21st century. [Cheers] And then you're told to work in Blinkit , work upstairs, do labor, get drunk on the 21st century. But you ca n't get a job. Employment cannot be found in this India. Listen to the voice of a young man. Whatever I will say is in the hearts of all of you. The questions that are being raised are being asked by every youth of India. Is picking up. If we had money, we would have bought a seat too. Today I work at Blinkit for 10 hours and then I study. After working 21st century wages, the paper leaks [cheering voice] and some rich kid, rich family buys the paper and ruins my future. Let me tell you that UPSI recruitment came in 2020-21, before that there was a massive scam in it. I believe that it was the biggest scam in the examination history of India. Sir, it was my dream to become a police inspector. I belong to a farmer family. So I started studying again in the hope of getting a new recruitment and 4 years passed while I was studying. Sir, UPSI recruitment came again in 2025 and these things were seen in 2025 also. There is no one to fix this accountability. I did my preparation for teacher recruitment in 2018. [Cheering voice] From 2018 to today, I have been preparing for that. The government has vacant positions but still vacancies are not being given. If today from 2018 I am roaming around unemployed. If some skill had been given to us in 2018-17, then I would have got admission in private or secondary school somewhere in Prayagraj or the surrounding areas, we would not have any such issue. There are no such resources that I can do private work and even if I work, the daily wages will be very less. What is the problem now? Let me tell you. The problem is that you study, invest money, work hard but all the doors of employment are closed in India. What are the doors? The first door is manufacturing. Today in the world you will see Made in China, Made in Vietnam , Made in Bangladesh. But it will not be visible as Made in India. The reason for this is that demonetization and wrong GST have destroyed our manufacturing system. The small businessmen who used to provide employment, which used to happen earlier in India. The manufacturing that used to take place in different industries like leather industry, textile industry, automobile industry has completely come to an end. The first door closed. The second door is entrepreneurship. Which was called Startup India. The most important thing in Startup India is bank loans to students like you, bank loans to small businesses, financial support. Brothers and sisters, the banks of India will never give one to students like you. Ambani will give lakhs of crores of rupees to Adani but will not give even one to you. The third door which we call government job in which you face paper leak. Brothers and sisters, if 150 youth take the exam in that door. Look for government jobs. A young man emerges from it. The public sector which earlier provided this employment to 14 lakh youth 10 years ago. Brothers and sisters, the public sector has been privatized. Public schools were closed. Public hospitals were closed. Picked up Navratra and sold it. BSNL was sold. Such companies were sold. All the ports and airports were handed over to Adani ji. That is why the public sector is closed. And the last hope which was yours, Corporate Jobs IT Back Office Transcription Software, in which the youth of India used to get employment earlier, that door too, brothers and sisters, is also being closed by AI using your data. So the truth is that all five doors are closed for you and that is why you are experiencing severe pain. Brothers and sisters, I am talking about the system. What is this system? And who runs this system? [Encouraging voice] Your data, your pain, their wealth. [Encouraging voice] Your pain, your data, their wealth. [cheering] This is the system. Ambedkar ji had said social, political, economic. Look at this. [Encouraging voice] This is Adani's economic money, his income has increased 30 times in 10 years. Earlier he used to be at number 600 in the Global Rich List. Within 10 years, they reached the second position. It provides financial support to the entire system. Modi ji, Amit Shah ji in the middle. BJP had a bank balance of ₹10 crore. Today his bank balance is ₹1,000 crore. ₹1,000 crore. The bank balance of a political party. Narendra Modi ji diverts your attention and runs the political system. Votes are stolen. Brazilian women are included in the voter list and thirdly, control over your thinking which has been done in Allahabad University. With RSS Vice Chancellors sitting [encouraging voice] propagandists in every institution, propagandists in bureaucracy , propagandists in forces, propagandists in media, propagandists in judiciary, propagandists in paramilitary, [encouraging voice] propagandists in universities and colleges, this is a way to control the thinking. This is the system, brothers and sisters. Mohan Bhagwat, Narendra Modi ji, Amit Shah ji and Adani ji, this system has destroyed employment. This system captured the universities. This system has attacked you. But in this darkness you people lit the light. Look at this. [Encouraging voice] In this darkness, you did what your parents couldn't. He could not face his fear. But the students of India, the youth of India faced their fears and changed the country. You kept your voice. You raised your voice with love, not hatred. You guys showed me the torch in the dark. And you did it with love, you did it with affection , you did not do it with hatred, you did not do it with anger , you did not do it with violence. What did you endure? What have you done? Tell me a little. Tell me one by one. I come from a family of freedom fighters and if I have to fight this battle even tomorrow, I will sacrifice my life for the country. But I will always fight for the rights of the students. Our mother got her B.Ed done by selling her land. Sir, there has been no vacancy for four years. When we protest, the money is returned. I am a farmer's son, sir. This costs ₹10 to ₹15,000 per month, sir. Where will mom give it from? Now mom gets tensed. I have two options, sir. Either I will open a tea shop or commit suicide, sir. I have no other option, sir. Suicide cannot be your option brother. Sir, if tomorrow you become the government ruling party, then we expect that just as you are standing with the students today, you will stand with them tomorrow also. Exactly, Sir, this is what I expect from you. Thank you. Well done. Sir, the appointments that are made are not transparent. If you answer or question, your degree will be withheld. Sir, cases have been filed against our colleagues. We both are here right now. Maybe tomorrow both of us will be sued. Absolutely sir, this is the rule there sir. Sir, I want to say absolutely. Sir, I want to say that Sir, we were followers of Gandhi. He is a follower of Gandhi. We will remain followers of Gandhi and whether it is the Sangh or anyone else, Sir, we are not going to be afraid. Sir, there will never be any compromise with ideology in life. This [voice of encouragement] was the voice of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh and Allahabad University. Don't hate. The system has to be changed. With love, not with hate.
