Cecilia Full Kit Review! | Dupe Recommendations! | New Burn Team Comp | Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video provides an in-depth review of Cecilia's new kit in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, positioning her as a powerful contender who will eventually surpass Chua in the primary burn team composition. The reviewer highlights that while it would be ideal to have both Cecilia and Chua in the same squad to maximize burn damage, the game mechanics currently prevent them from being used together effectively. Consequently, players are advised on how to allocate their resources: if a player already owns Chua at her maximum enhancement level (V6), they should prioritize upgrading Cecilia to V0 or V2 R1 initially, saving the massive investment of taking both dolls to V6 for later use when team slots allow. However, for new players or those without a high-investment Chua, the recommendation is to fully invest in Cecilia immediately, as she is designed as a hyper-carry unit that requires significant support to reach her peak potential.
Cecilia's kit revolves around generating "Searing Flame" through basic attacks and support actions to fuel her passive abilities, which include thermal conduction buffs and damage-over-time effects similar to other burn specialists like Louisi and Sakura. A unique feature of her design is her specific synergy with the doll Century; when Century is on the field, Cecilia receives a substantial 100% damage buff while Century gains increased basic attack and support action multipliers. Her ultimate skill, Reconciliation, deals massive burn damage and grants a critical rate increase that scales significantly with upgrades, converting any excess critical rate above 100% into additional basic attack damage multipliers. This mechanic ensures that her passive skills and ultimate will consume most of the available vertical drive (V) points, making her highly dependent on full enhancement to unlock her true potential.
To optimize Cecilia's performance, the reviewer recommends specific weapon choices and attachment configurations. The top-tier weapon is Nautra, which offers a shielded damage buff and generates "Confectants Index" upon using support actions, directly feeding into her kit mechanics. If Nautra is unavailable, Planeta serves as a solid secondary option that provides active attack damage scaling and defense ignoring traits when weaknesses are exploited. For attachments, the video emphasizes equipping Fixed Keys 4, 5, and 6, which provide essential buffs such as "Fatal Insight" for increased out-of-turn burn damage and "Self Motivation" to boost both area-of-effect and targeted damage. These attachments are crucial because Cecilia's entire strategy relies on generating overflow critical rate to convert into raw damage output through her basic attacks, making the correct gear selection vital for her effectiveness in high-level content.
In conclusion, while the inability to field both Cecilia and Chua simultaneously is a disappointment for veterans who have invested heavily in Chua, Cecilia represents a significant power spike that justifies the V6 investment. Her ability to generate massive critical rate overflow and convert it into basic attack damage makes her superior to Chua in terms of raw burn output within the current team constraints. The recommended team composition includes Cecilia, Century, OTS-14, Lewis, and Laurel, with options to substitute Asteria, QJ, or Vector depending on the player's roster. Ultimately, the video suggests that players without a maxed-out Chua should seize this opportunity to fully develop Cecilia and bring Century back into their active rotation, as her unique synergy and damage potential make her an essential addition to the burn team meta.

Hey guys and welcome to Girls Frontline
2. So we will have to take a look at
Cecil's kit and why she's going to be
overthrowing Chua once she arrives in
you know in global and she has arrived
definitely in Cen. It's just had that uh
she's going to be overthrowing Chua in
the primary burn team.
Um because again I would I would
actually I was actually hoping that both
of them would be in one burn team so
that you could maximize your burn damage
but again you can still bring the both
of them but the suggested team
composition which I'll show to you later
and you don't have Chua there. So, I'm
actually intrigued how her kit is going
to be better than Chua and how she's
going to piece this thing together. So,
let's take a look at her dupe
recommendation first and her escalated
damage output. Um, right now at uh V 0
uh this is her base. Then we have her at
V 0 R1 which is a plus 40% in terms of
damage. Then at V1 R1 at 15, V2 R1 at
26, V3 R1 at 18, and V4 R1 at 5, V5 R1
at 6, and V6 R1 at 105. So if you take a
look at the escalation of damage, her
ideal stopping points will clearly be V
0 at first, then get her gun at V 0 R1,
then eventually you do have to take her
to V6. There's no clear stopping point,
you know, in between. So again, V0, R1,
then go straight to V6 because she's a
hyper carry and the investment for her
is going to be to be tremendous. Okay,
if you do have Chua,
if you do have Chua at V6, I would
rather you get her at V 0 or VZ R1
because again that's a big investment if
you take both of them to V6 and yet you
can't use them in the same team. Um then
if you do have a low investment Chua, a
V0 Chua, then I would say that you
invest in this girl at V6 R1. So for her
skills, let's start off with safety
principle. This is her passive buff and
support. So this is where her mechanics
is going to be, you know, this is where
you could understand it basically on how
she's going to be doing for herself and
for her whole team. So let's start at
level one. At the start of the battle
gains thermal conduction, which is
actually similar to the mechanic of
Louisis and Sakura. And when a basic
attack or support action deals AoE
damage, gains six points of searing
flame, which charges up thermal
conduction. When basic attack or support
action deals targeted damage, gains
three points of searing flame and gains
resilient mind, which is a burn buff.
And also fortified mind, also more or
less the same, but this one has um
attacks ignore 15% of of the enemy's
target defense. So that that is the
difference between resilient mind and
fortified mind. So when an enemy unit
within range takes damage um takes
targeted damage from an ally, Sicilia
has words of comfort AoE and Words of
Comfort targeted expand three points of
confectants index and performs one
instance of support action to it dealing
the same skill effect of the current
Words of Comfort. This can be targeted
up to three times per round after the
support action
resolves and gains one stack of
dedicated effort which we'll be talking
a bit in a while. This one is going to
be scaling her crit rate and going to
have a trickle effect once you have her
crit rate at 100%. We'll talk about this
in a bit. [music] And resilient mind for
two rounds. The absorption amount of
resilient mind is 50%. uh appliers
attack up to maximum of 100 of the
targets max HP cannot stack and applies
mutual resonance to other other allied
units for two turns. So mutual resonance
is a buff for burn damage of out of turn
attacks. Okay. And for instance uh for
each instance of support action
performed at the start of the next round
gains three points of confectants index.
So the next one is kind of special for
her. I think this is the first uh doll
that we have which a specific synergy
with a specific doll. So when sensory is
on the field, the damage and healing she
deals is increased by 100 which this is
going to be a buff for centeri. The
damage multiplier of basic attack and
her support action are increased by 30%
which is a buff happening to Cecilia.
Cecilia can also gain watchful eye
applied by century. And might I say that
this uh last uh synergy skill here
should be added to almost all of the
dolls moving forward and also going
backward. I this is a nice add-on to you
know to synergizing and to giving
incentives to bringing along a specific
doll. So I do hope that they would put
this or include this in future dolls as
well and also to the existing dolls that
we have. So this one at level two. Okay,
this one is supported by V4. Damage
dealt by action support is increased by
40 and stability damage dealt is
increased by two. Effects of mutual
resonance is is enhanced. Burn damage
dealt by out of turn attacks is
increased by 30 and stability damage
taken is reduced by one point. And the
next one is level three enhanced at V6.
The stack of dedicated effort which I
mentioned earlier, crit rate is
increased by four. Attack is increased
by four stacks up to three times. Um at
V6, this is increased by up to 10 times.
So when an enemy unit within range takes
targeted damage from an allied unit,
Cecilia gains one stack of dedicated
effort for two turns. If Cecil's crit
rate is greater than 100, the excess
crit rate is converted to an equal
percentage of basic attack damage
multiplier. So take note, the excess
crit rate above or beyond 100% is
converted into percentage dam percentage
damage of basic attack as a damage
multiplier. However, for Chua, the
difference of two, Chua also has um
additional benefits if she exceeds 100%
crit rate, which is uh an increase in
crit damage. So, this one stacks, I
think, better because this one happens
to be tied to her basic attack, which
she uses frequently.
Okay, so this one is because again her
skills will give her a lot of crit rate
buffs that the the excess beyond 100% is
going to be a lot especially if you're
going to be enhancing her um her neural
drive and enhancing her attachments that
will further enhance her crit rate. So
let's go to her second skill which is
the ultimate. This one is
reconciliation. Targeted selects an
enemy target within eight tiles and
deals burn damage equal to 160% of
attack to it. Gains extra command. Then
for each basic attack support action
performed, the damage multiplier of the
next skill usage is increased by 50%. If
basic attack where comfort is used after
the skill resolves, the damage dealt is
increased by 10 when possessing
fortified mind. Critical rate is
increased by 100%. That's huge. By the
way, that is at V3 already. Okay. So
that is at V3. At V1 it's uh for each
basic attack support action performed.
This one is increased by 25. Okay. At V2
this one is increased by 50 and as
fragile too. and at V and at level three
V5 this is where you will see the 100%
crit rate
which is going to be your base and the
rest of your crit rate will you know
modify your basic attack which is huge.
So your your ultimate and your passive
will take much of your your vertebrae.
So, three, three, four, five, and six
will be added to your ultimate and to
your passive. Let's take a look at your
S2 desensitation tactics. This one at
level one, basic attack, words of
comfort, um, changes to words of comfort
targeted for one round. So, gains extra
command gains resilient [music] mind to
all dolls. This is for burn damage
increase after taking an enemy attack.
uh deals
burn damage equal to 50% with the buffs
holders attack to attacker for
additional for every additional layer of
this effect. Damage multiplier is
increased by five triggers once per
round stacks up up to three layers.
Okay, so resilient mind is the one. Um,
okay. This is this is the same
absorption damage equal to 50% and the
casters up to 100% of the targets max HP
does it stack. And this one has
constructive meditation which is uh in
particular a buff for her basic attack.
Okay. Words of comfort, words of comfort
AoE. And if you upgrade this to V2 at
level two, um the modification
turns into 130% and the effects of self
suggestion is enhanced. Burn damage
dealt is increased by 30 and crit rate
is increased by 50%, crit damage is
increased by 50. So again [music]
another avenue wherein you will have
additional crit rate. Okay, is increased
by 50.
Okay. It it it doesn't say that you're
going to be at 50. It's an add-on of
50%.
Okay. Um 4v1 constructive meditation. So
this one is basic attack. Um this is
similar to this one uh to your S2.
And uh this one grants you irritable. So
damage taken from Ciccilia is increased
by 30. And um again damage taken from
Celia is increased by 60%.
Okay. And the last one would be the
basic attack which has words of comfort.
Applies overburn. Applies incineration.
Inflicts burn weakness to enemy units
within the area. Inflicts overburn and
conflation. Okay. And gain self
suggestion for three turns. So this one
add on to burn damage and out of turn
burn damage. And again, um, V2 is
enhancing basic attack and your S2, by
the way. So, her skill, to summarize her
skill, there are a lot of add-ons to
crit rate, which will give her a huge
overflow in her crit rate, which will
give her more damage to her basic
attack, which is kind of her breaded
butter for her skills. So, next up is
going to be for her keys. Uh, let's
start with fixed key one. Uh, this one
is emotional stability. Uh, gains three
points of infected index. Could be
added, but we'll see first for the rest.
Next one is fixed key 2, affinity charm
before making a basic attack, cleanses
one buff from the enemy. It's a utility
one which you could use for bosses. In
fix key three, after using a basic
attack where comfort gains four tiles of
additional movement and cleanses one
debuff from self. Another utility uh you
may use but not your main for fix key
for harmless disguise after action ends
[music] gains resilient mind for two
rounds. This one you must use because
this is part of her kit. The absorption
amount of resilient mind is 50% of the
attack of appliers attack up to a
maximum of 100 of the targets max HP. So
at fixed key five fatal insight when
possessing fortified mind burn damage
dealt from out of turn attack is
increased by 15. Another must equip and
the last one is fix key six. Okay. Uh
self motivation before dealing AOE
damage gains converge boost two which is
a buffer AOE and before dealing targeted
damage gains targeted attack boost two
which is an increase in your targeted
damage which is a must equip as well. So
in which case fix key four five and six
would be the best for her. Okay, for her
weapons, Nautra, this one has um a lot
of you know a lot of things going on for
it. That is why this is the I think the
number one um number one option. So for
Snatcha effect is while shielded damage
dealt is increased by 20 and up to 40%
and critical damage is increased by 50.
After a support action deals burn
damage, gain three points of confectants
index, which is actually very helpful
for her kit because in one of her fixed
damage, there was one there that could
gain you three confectants damage. This
one is going to be better. That is why
you will need this gun um at R1 if you
have her at V0. So don't get her at V 0,
get this gun at R1 [music]
as well. So the trait here when
shielded, damage dealt is increased by
5% if dealing burn damage increased by
additional five. And the imprint here is
damage dealt to targets with burn
debuffs increased by 2.5%. [music]
Another option for her,
a secondary, a third option would be
Planeta.
I'm sure you guys have an extra Petta uh
if you've been playing for a while.
>> [cough]
>> So this one is [music] when a kill is
made uh after the the unit's extra
action uh panetta ends damage dealt by
the active skill is increased by four to
5% one to three times stacking up to
these are the modifiers by the way
depending on the number of copies you
have upgraded
and additional movement is the last one
for the trait is if the if the unit has
full HP at the start of the action they
gain one random attack buff for one turn
and imprint to Lolo. This is for Tolo.
So, she won't be using this. And the
second option basically that's what that
um Panetta is the third capital line is
going to be your second option. If you
don't want to get um Snotra, then this
is the weapon for you. Um, this one is,
um, increase damage dealt by active
attacks by 20 up to 40%. Scaling [music]
depending on how many copies you have.
If the attack does not deal damage,
increase attack power by 10 and up to
20% for the current round. Trait is if a
weakness is exploited, it ignores 20% of
the target's defense, which is actually
very useful. So, as for the gun,
priority is NRA, second is Capital Line,
and third is going to be Planeta. So
this is our team composition uh courtesy
of Re Tempest and I want to thank him
for providing as well the um damage
competition for the dupes for Cecilia.
But for the recommended team,
sad to say Chua is not here. Uh we do
have
Cecilia, we do have center AC, we do
have OTS 14, Lewis and Laurelai. That's
it. Uh Chua will be in another team.
Probably the current team that we have
in in in global that will be her team.
But this one
will be another team. Sad to say. I'm
actually sad because again,
we have spent a lot of time getting Shua
to V6 and now we can't even have [music]
her in the same team with Centuries. You
could still put her here, by the way.
But again, the synergy plays well with
with Cecilia if she isn't here and with
these three girls here. Again, Santai is
an add-on to her, which which is really
a bummer. Uh, but also a good thing if
you're building this team because again,
if you have Cecilia at V6, I don't think
you'll be building this team because
you're going to have to V6 her again. Uh
but if you don't have uh Chiwa at V6,
then it's now a great time for you to V6
R1 your Siccilia and also bring back
center to your team. [music] So again,
it has a lots of it it has a lot of pros
and cons. Um it really depends on what
your situation is and what your priority
is. But for this team, you can sub in as
well Asteria, QJ, and Vector as options.
So that is it. Um, Cecilia wise,
she is going to be better than Shua. Sad
to say, she's going to be bringing a lot
more damage because of she has more
overflow for her crit rate. She has more
damage multiplier for basic attack which
her kit revolves on. So definitely she's
going to be better than Chua and worth
it for V6. Again guys, comment down
comment section. What do you think is
this fair that we can't use both Cecilia
and Chua in one team? Comment down in
comment section. Take care. Stay safe.
This is the Warden and I'm out of here.
