✨ Carefree & Chic | Henry Margu London Wig Review (Color 12/26GR)| Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
Monika introduces the Henry Margu London wig from their new Heat Mode collection as an exceptionally gorgeous piece that she has been eager to review after some time away from doing so. She highlights its versatility, noting that while it is slightly longer than her usual preference, the layered construction allows for a natural look and enables her to pull the hair up into ponytails or clip sections back easily. The wig features heat-mode fiber technology, which permits styling with hot tools without producing the excessive shine often found in standard synthetic wigs, resulting in a more realistic texture that mimics human hair closely.
The colorway is identified as 12/26GR, described by Monika as a beautifully blended rooted shade of medium brown rather than an artificial dark root line. The blend incorporates light golden brown tones with very fine blonde highlights throughout the length, creating significant dimension and depth while maintaining a natural appearance even in sunny outdoor lighting conditions. Despite being taken directly out of the box without any prior styling or washing, the wig appears incredibly realistic with minimal flyaways that are expected for new wigs, demonstrating how well-crafted the color integration is from day one.
Structurally, the cap features an extended monofilament top and lace front that allow for versatile parting anywhere along the scalp once trained slightly with heat if desired. The open wefted construction ensures comfort through soft ear tabs and adjustable rows, weighing just under four ounces to prevent any heaviness on the head. Monika notes that she had a 22-inch circumference and needed only slight cinching at the back for a perfect fit, emphasizing how comfortable the wig feels even when worn with sunglasses outside in various weather conditions like wind or sun.
Overall, Monika concludes that Henry Margu has truly excelled with this release, calling it her favorite color within their brand due to its balanced highlights and subtle root effect. She expresses zero complaints about any aspect of the product, from the realistic fiber movement captured in natural light to the high-quality interior construction visible upon removing the cap. Her enthusiastic endorsement suggests that anyone looking for a durable, stylish, and comfortable wig with excellent styling options should consider this specific model as an outstanding choice.

Hi guys, it's Monica. I am going to
share with you a wig review. Now, I
haven't been around a whole lot and I
haven't done a whole lot of uh wig
reviews in quite a while, but this one I
just think is so absolutely gorgeous.
It's a little longer than I would say
normally wear, but the beauty about this
is that I can actually pull it up and
tie it up in the back. I absolutely love
it. This is from Henry Magoo and this is
London. And this is a fairly new release
and it is in the what they call their
heat mode hair which means that you can
actually style it with some heat. You
can you can do really a lot with it. It
has an absolutely exquisite lace front.
I mean so realistic. I was outside. I'm
going to superimpose some of the photos
from outside so you can see what it
looks like in the natural light. It's
sunny mixture. Uh a little bit cloudy
but mostly sunny outside. And it is just
really beautiful. I absolutely love this
color. It's 1226
GR. And this is Henry Marguse's London.
London is a fairly new release. And the
the cap is absolutely wonderful. The
lace front is wonderful. It has a
extended monofilament top. So that means
you can actually part the hair and train
it to be parted wherever you really
want. Now I just took this out of the
box. I shook it. I went outside. I
didn't have to It It's not super shiny.
It might look more shiny in this light,
but it's not super shiny at all. Again,
it's that heat mode collection. And I
think when you get into those types of
fiber, you don't tend to have as much
shine as you would, you know, in in the
regular synthetic ones. So, this, let me
just explain to you, the bang roughly is
about 8 in long. And the the uh back is
anywhere between five because it's
layered, which I think and it's very
subtle layers. It's layered. So, it's
anywhere from I think five, let me see
here, 5 in to 12. And the sides are
between 8 and 10 in length. Now the nape
is nine in the back. And the overall
weight of this is just a hair under 4
oz. 3.95 oz. That's amazing. So the
extended lace front gives you that
realistic opportunity for parting. And
if you're out in the wind and the wind
blows, I mean, just take a look at this.
It just is really, really beautiful. And
if you want to pin it up, you can.
However you want to clip it up. This
color, let me just explain to you this
color. This is 1226
GR. It is a rooted shade, but it is so
well done. Even though it is a rooted
shade,
it is it's and it's a rooted shade of a
medium brown, but you you don't see that
big dark root, which I I absolutely love
the way this is. I would say Henry Maggu
hit it out of the park with this color
blend is so beautiful. You've got a
medium brown. You've got all sorts of
blonde highlights throughout.
Very, very fine highlights. And again,
the roots, it's it's a medium brown, but
my gosh, it's so well done. You know,
you can barely see it. So, if you're
someone who really doesn't like rooted
looks, don't be afraid of this one
because it really is amazing. So you've
got light golden brown with all sorts of
lovely brown highlights. And then you
have the medium brown in the root which
you can barely see but just enough to
give you that real dimension. And the
extended lace front is beautiful as is
the monofilament cap. I'll take it off
in a moment. Um but the color is 1226
GR. Again this is Henry Marggo. This is
the London wig. and I was he sent this
to me for review and I was like, "Wow, I
couldn't believe it when I opened the
box. It was really so pretty." Now,
again, this is a little bit longer than
I would normally wear, but it is
Hope you can see the back.
It is really
It is really pretty.
It really is. It's really pretty. It's
very natural. I still have a few little
flyaways here, but that is so uh to be
expected when you just take a a wig out
of the box and you shake it and put it
on. I have no styling or anything like
that. And I might, you know, you could
you could give it if you wanted to
really have this come back a little bit
more off your head. You could just give
it a little tiny bit of the heat with
your blow dryer. Just a little bit of
you clip it back. usually is what I do
is I clip it in place and then I might
throw a little heat on it and then just
let it sit till it cools and that
usually helps with any wigs that flop in
your face. This is not a face flopper,
at least not for me. But, you know, if I
wanted to just take some of this back, I
certainly could. And again, I can pin I
can pin this up, which is what I really
like, right? If you like to have a
little ponytail, you can pin it up.
It's just I mean, to me, it's just
perfect. It's perfect. So, Henry Magu
London wig. I'm going to link the wig so
you can see it. But let me just tell
you, it's the heat mode collection.
Beautiful monofilament filament top. Uh
it has an extended lace front. You can
part it wherever you really want. You
just have to train it that way. And it's
really easy to do with a little bit of
heat. So, it's an open wefted c wefted
cap. It's got really comfortable row
adjusters and a very very soft ear tab.
I really like it. Super comfortable. I
have a 22 in circumference. I did have
to cinch this down a bit. My face, just
so you can gather, is from temple to
chin is 9 in. So, you can see how close
these bangs are at eight. Right. There
are tons of other colors, but I'm sure
if you love this shade, you will
absolutely adore it. I think I think
this is amazing. I think this is my
color in Henry Margu. I absolutely love
it. Not too many highlights, not too
many dark roots. Just really beautiful.
Now, I'm going to take the cap off and
I'm going to show you the inside of the
cap so you can see it. Show you the
inside of this cap because it is just
just perfection.
So for me, I really do think that they
have knocked it out of the park with
this. Look at this ex beautiful extended
lace front open wefted cap, which is
really awesome. And you've got really
soft ear tabs. I like soft ear tabs.
When I was outside, I wore these with my
sunglasses on. My sunglasses fit
perfect. I did have to cinch it in a
little bit. Really, really nice.
absolutely love it. So now I'm going to
superimpose some of the outside shots so
you can see it, but I'm just showing you
what these colors look up a little
closer. Beautiful. So the outside shots,
I was in my yard just walking around
and, you know, trying to find an area
that might be a little bit more shady
and then sunny so that you can really
see the dimensions of the fibers. I
mean, I just think it looks so beautiful
and so natural. So, I'm thrilled to
share this with you and I hope that you
like it. And my gosh, I have no
complaints about this at all. So, thank
you so much for watching and I will see
you in my next video. And thank you to
Henry Mangu. I love this. Have a great
one.
