Hey, hey, Tony G here popping in
finishing up a 48 hour fast. But the
thing about it is is today
I did
I had 13,500
steps
and I normally just average
around 5,000. So that right there that
that got me ending my fast a little
early just because I burn so many
calories while fasting. So stomach
starting to burn a little bit. Not
really burn, but I I felt it like could
feel the hunger cuz I've been drinking
water and I had a black coffee today in
that water. So yes. Yes. That visceral
fat going. And I seen this thing, this
man say 36 hours a week.
After 6 weeks, it was I think he said
after 6 weeks
his clients lost can 60% of they
visceral fat. So I'm sure fa to try
that.
Sure f to try that. But hey, appreciate
y'all. I've been working with my clients

go to work and bring home the bacon
to the to his wife. I mean, I kind of do
that anyway, but this a little little
little special extra grind, a little

Wait about 20 minutes. Eating a boiled
egg.
And I'll see what my wife made for
dinner. If it's something that's doable
for me. Probably do protein and
vegetable.
I ain't going to get on no carbs.
I might just do a protein. I ain't going
to tell them. But a um everybody body
different.
So got to listen to your body.
But guess what? So did my video talking
about Tyler Perry. Then I'm on Instagram
today and I see he on my popular page.
He never on my popular page. I don't
even follow him. So I think he might
have seen my video y'all and probably
went to search me on Instagram to see
who I was.
and probably why he's showing up on my
Boba page. Unless Instagram just heard
me talk about it on my phone and now
they putting it on there. But you know,
I ain't got nothing against it, brother.
But I just don't like when people share
their personal business that might be
something just for them and then they
share it for the whole world. Because
when you share it for the whole world,
now you become an agent for the devil.
Because if you know the devil hate
marriage
and love fornication and then you share
that you not going to get married but
you not also saying that you're going to
be abstaining from sex then all you
doing is promoting fornication
and that's the devil that's the devil
goal that ain't got nothing to do with
God. God don't want you promoting no
fornication. So it's like if you claim
to be a Christian then you can't be
promoting messages that's against the
will of God. like might as well just
come out as an atheist at that point. So
that's why I have to speak on stuff
because I stand for God and I stand for
the Holy Bible and what the Lord say.
And I'm not going to ever teach
something that's contrary to the word of
God. Like I'm going to tell you. Get in
that word of God. And that's that's just
where I'm at with it. That's how I feel.
That's how I believe. So that's all it
is.
