But if the stress keeps on continuing for long term like for weeks, [music] months or sometime even maybe years. In those conditions the final effect comes on heart and the blood sugar levels. Because of stress, basically the cortisol level increases which [music] sometimes can even lead to increase in your heart rate which may cause a type of cardiomyopathy in a very long run known as tachycardia-induced cardiomyopathy. Serum cortisol raised for a very long time [music] can also help lead to increase in blood sugar levels. So the people who are having continuous [music] stress may end up having diabetes and heart problems.
