Can AI handle the admin so I can just be the coach?

So, what do I think about Magika AI as well as other tools? I know Bluehost apparently Blue Host is a very popular um hosting service and it also comes with kind of an all-in-one AI package. So, the the person is asking me what do I think? Because, for example, at this current time, Magika AI is well, maybe one of their pricing plans is $15 a month. And that might sound like a really good deal because typically you hear of things like chatbt pro or claude u pro claude max. Those plans are more than $15 a month at as of as of this recording. Of course things always change in price. So uh hello future people. I don't know what what things cost now but um I do have an answer. Um when the person asked me about this I hadn't heard of Magika AI because I have been deep couple of things. First of all, I follow the AI super users, power users very actively. Um, I even have my own AI agents researching all the time what the latest AI um techniques are and bringing and and integrating that automatically into my workflows. Uh, just so you know, my AI uh it doesn't whether you use chat GPT or Claude, those two are the top AIs as of this recording. Um it's it's well beyond Gemini at this point and Grock is also very good but but more expensive um and but you know person goes well why wouldn't you use something like magicka that includes um so if you if you go here for example tools it includes all of them Gemini includes you know uh video uh AI models create videos for you it includes I'm sure if we search it includes um you know GPT cla you know chat GPT includes claude etc said, "George, why wouldn't we use this one instead of signing up for just one of them?" And that's a very fair question, and here's why. When I was early in my AI journey, I also uh started looking into these thinking, well, gosh, why? And and by the way, when when the person asked me about magic, I'm like, "Oh, I haven't heard of this one." And yet, I follow the AI news much more closely than probably most people watching this. Um, and it's because they don't talk the power users don't talk about this. You know why? Because the power users don't use these tools. Why is that? Like I said, when I was early in my AI journey, I started trying these kinds of tool. There are so many of them like this. You start searching um I mean searching all in one AI tool. Okay. You start searching them and there are so many um uh let's see all-in-one AI platforms. I mean there there are just many many many many many that are that are um more popular than even Magika which I had never heard of. Um and so why don't I use this? It's because okay here's why. AI what AI is not is is no longer that cheap. if you want it to be your real assistant. The person who asked me said, "I would love for AI to be my my my executive assistant, my my my partner, you know, like my business partner, my team. I want the AI to handle my business so that I can just show up as the talent, as the healer, as the coach, as the service provider. I just want to focus on the work, the magical deep work that I do with my clients, you know, on Zoom or in person or whatever, and I want AI to handle the rest. Now, I'll tell you this. If you had asked me that a year ago, [clears throat] I would have said, "You're dreaming." That's not possible yet. you still have to be the one to take care of, you know, anything from, you know, making sure the newsletters are sent to the website is edited to, you know, um, creating the offers and launching the offers and all that stuff. I used to say a year ago, as of this recording, I would have said that the world has changed. As of late 2025, Aentic AI has now become easy to use. And now I'm recording this in August of 2026. If you had asked me in the middle of 2025, I would have said no, you still have to take care of a lot of the administrative things and AI can of course help you research. It can give you strategies. It give you ideas. It can help draft your content. It you know help draft and get to know you. Obviously that it has had great memory for quite some quite quite some time and it can get to know you better, draft things in your voice, write things etc. And then the tippy top power users are yes they are using fancy tools to get things done with AI but I felt like it wasn't yet consumerfriendly enough to use myself and to teach it to everybody. Well the world has changed in 2026. Um, it's funny the just to just today it came out that um the you know Stripe the company that processes lots of payments Stripe and PayPal Stripe is one of the most top the most popular ones. The CEO or I think yeah the CEO one of the top leaders just told their investors that the singularity happened in January of 2026. Now, some people laughed at it, but the reason why he said that was because he saw that Stripe's um data suddenly changed in 2026 where there were a lot more AI companies suddenly happening. And the reason why is because in late 2025, Aentic AI became much easier to use and a lot more people started using it to run their businesses and to really expand their businesses. And now I'm recording this in the middle of 2026 and in the last two months I wish I started sooner. Well, uh, you know, I I I'm still much earlier than most people in the world obviously, but two months ago in June uh, of 2026, I just woke up and and there was I have to I have to do this stuff now. So I started using I I downloaded the claude desktop app and gave it access to my Chrome you know browser Google Chrome browser and then I started I started trying a little bit at a time. Okay, can you handle this task on your own without me? And then I and I gave it this one and they gave it and then within a few weeks I was giving it more and more and more and more and it has really now as of two months later that I've been doing that it handles most of my business now the logistics the administrative I have recovered more than 15 hours a week that I used to do I'm a soloreneur I have had human teams before I've been in this business since 2009 I've had teams teams along the way and then I've decided to in the last few years I've decided to just be a true solopreneur to experience that again in part because AI started to make things a bit easier and now I truly am a soloreneur and I'm doing more today than when I had a human team it's really astonishing and so and an example in the last few months AI uh claude AI it doesn't matter chatbt or cloud has completely redesigned my website my website wasn't redesigned And for more than 12 years before that, I was too lazy and I wasn't good at design. I'm not good at technical. I I didn't I just left my website alone. Within a few weeks, Claude completely redesigned it, of course, at my request. And I told her what, you know, what which pages to design and everything. And now whenever I want to make an update to my any web page or website, I go to Claude. I don't go to my website design service, whatever. And so all I'm trying to say is that um it the world really has changed. And if you want AI to be your business manager now, I no longer laugh at that. I say, "Oh, I'm glad you you're smart enough to understand that that's possible now." And I I change my tune because I used to think you're you're being lazy. You don't want to do that stuff yourself. You're being lazy. No, honestly, that's what I thought. And I I I never told you that. Sorry. But now I welcome our quoteunquote laziness. Laziness is just our own biochemical system trying to be efficient with where we spend our energy. And of course nobody wants to spend their energy doing boring things or technical difficult unless you love being technical unless you love those tasks of course you would enjoy it but most of us don't. And so now AI can take care of all that. So, all the way back. Now, let me just wrap it up to say that to actually have AI be your assistant doesn't cost $15 a month. Those services, uh, I'm not saying they're lying to you, but they are not giving you the full picture. I'll tell you the truth of what what it costs. I pay my I pay Claude $200 a month right now and it's probably not going to go beyond that because I was paying Claude $20 a month for, you know, the first few days and I was like I quickly ran out of credits when I started to ask it to redesign my site, to send my email newsletter, to post on social media for me, to fix all these different technical problems I had in my business. I I ran out within hours. I'm like, "Oh, that's what they didn't tell you." So before you start using these, do you think $15 a month? No, that those plans have credits and usage credits. Once you start even creating two videos, you'll run out of $15 a month. Are you kidding? Right? You can't even get it to edit three videos for $15, right? So, the credits run out just like that. And here's here's the tricky part. Once they start selling you the credits beyond the $15 or beyond the $20 a month or whatever it costs, those credits are expensive. So, for example, okay, let me let me let me give you a shocking example. I asked Claude to analyze I just did it this morning. I asked Claude to analyze our last 30 days of work and I because I'm teaching AI all the time to my clients and I was really curious. So I said, "Please analyze my last 30 our last 30 days of work and tell me how much it would have cost if I purchased credits instead of our subscription that I keep paying $200 a month for." Right? So I had already known, it's already out there for power users know this that when you use a subscription that the credits are much cheaper. They subsidize the credits when you when you're on a monthly subscription compared to if you bought credits whenever you ran out. You bought more credits. Do you know how do you know what the what? Do you know what the difference is? Are credits what? Two times as expensive, 10 times as expensive? No. More than a hundred times as expensive. So I I I had to analyze. And in the last 30 days, I used almost $30,000 of clawed credits. You might say, George, I can't afford that. I can't either, or I at least I don't want to. How much did I pay for those 30,000 bod credits? $200. Do you see where I'm going? So, this is why you should be really careful what kind of AI services you sign up for because you're going to run out of those 15 or $20 if you really wanted to do real work. If you're if you're if you're asking AI just to do research like like you're using Google if you use AI like it's 2023 when it's just like a search engine or like it's a fun chatbot and you have it oh please tell me about you know this strategy and business strategy and it can do all that and it you you won't use up your $15 a month very quickly. It'll take you, who knows, maybe you'll you'll you won't need to upgrade more than $15 a month, but that's already free. If you go to chatgpt.com, it's already free. You don't need to pay $15 a month. You use Claude or Chat GPT or Gemini has very generous free plans that can be your strategist, your researcher, your uh writer, okay, your your your editor of whatever you you feed it into text, not photos and videos. You'll run out of credits very quick. But if you want AI to be your actual, you know, partner to get the things done that I'm getting done, projects that I never thought I would have time for, now Claude's taking care of it, you you would be paying at least $100 a month. And I would recommend those of you who are serious about using AI to actually like, "No, I want you to be my business partner. Handle all of my logistics. Handle all the leftrain stuff for me. handled the technical, the financial, the the the online, the um you know website, sending newsletters, creating all my content, sending out my content. Obviously, I always have the final say. I will always edit to my voice, da da da, edit my videos, edit my, you know, my images, everything. $100 a month is the bare minimum. I think you'll you'll do fine. I I I was like I said I I started using Agentic AI as a as a like full-time in mid middle of June and from June to middle of July was $100 a month. I was okay but I had to keep watching what's called the fiveh hour window. Okay, so this is important. When you use AI um chat GBT and Claude both have the five hour window you the the their their usage for you resets every five hours. So when you you start using it, okay, okay, let's get some projects, get some work done. And then the and then you'll say, okay, now you use 20% of your 5 hour window, 35% D. And then when it gets to 100%. After that, you know where you know how they keep working? They start billing you for the credits that cost 100 times what the a $200 a month subscription costs. And what's amazing is from going from the $100 a month subscription to the $200 a month subscription, they subsidize the $200 a month tokens so much more than the $100 a month. They call uh they call the $100 a month the 5x plan. So the 5x plan has much cheaper tokens than the $20 a month plan. You go up to the $100 a month, you send Sunday. I I use it more than five times, you know, and then you go from $100 a month to $200 a month. And I have never run out of the five hour window ever since I went up to $200 a month. But it gets the kind of work done that I would pay a human assistant $2,000 a month for. It handles it reads all my social media to see what comments I should respond to. Every day I wake up in the morning. Hey, good morning. It tells me, okay, I read all your social media comments last night. I read all your student comments from your course platform last night and nothing much to respond to. Maybe you want to respond to these two. Here are the links. You can click on it. I also drafted your email newsletter, George. Um, based on your past, you know, hundred that I read and, um, please go ahead. It's in the tab already open for you and you can go ahead and edit it and send it whenever you you're ready. Things like that. Oh, I also fixed a bunch of, uh, the scheduled tasks that I found a a few bugs here and there, and I fixed it already. And um, oh, I updated these three web pages because of things you said in the past couple weeks. I realized these three web pages needed some updates, so I went ahead and updated it for you. Um, it's a real assistant now as of 2026 and most people have no idea and it's shocking to me and and so to to answer your question, no. Um, if you actually wanted to if you want to do Google research, just use it for free. Just use Google and you can use Google to to give you business strategies and just say here's my situation and chatbt quad free plans are very generous. don't pay $15 a month. You either use it for free or you pay $100 or $200 a month depending on how serious you are about having it be your assistant. So, the way that I've been working with my clients now, my one-on-one clients, I set them up with with this stuff and then they're shocked because we just we just need two two sessions to set it up and they're shock because now they don't need me or anybody anymore. And and I just tell them, here's a list of things that I do with my AI. have your AI read all the things that I do with my AI and then just go and do it. You don't need me anymore. Just please, you're welcome. And and and continue. And it's really a a brilliant assistant now that tells you, hey, you know, this is what you need to do. This is how you can and it solves the technology problems for you if you've set it up, you know, the way that I recommend setting it up. Um, obviously I I would be remiss to say didn't not telling you that I do have a course. Okay, I I'm not saying all this to try to sell you a course, but for those of you who don't who can't afford to be my one-on-one client, I do have a course that's only a hundred bucks and it gives you the same thing I give to my one-on-one clients as the setup. So, you may want to to to do that. I think it'll be the best $100 a month you've ever spent with me because I basically give you what your hello, welcome to your assistant. Now, besides, you know, buying my course or learning how to do this yourself, and I'll tell you what I'll tell you what you need to do, okay? If you, you know, whether you learn from me or you try to figure it out yourself, you need to install a desktop app. You need to install the AI desktop app. Forget the magic and the blue hosts and the whatever. They're all lying to you because power users don't use that use those. People who actually have real AI systems don't use those. You may have heard of things like Open Claw or Hermes. These are the kinds of tools power users use, but Open Claw and Hermes are a little bit dangerous because you may have also heard of situations where they they kind of took over the person's computer without them realizing. It's because I don't personally trust those third party tools. I highly recommend that you either stick with Chat GPT or Claude. Now, as of this recording, it keeps changing. I'll tell you, these two, Chachet and Claude, just keep getting better and they keep because of capitalism, they just keep say, "Hey, we're better now." And then next month, "Hey, we're better now." And next month, hey, we're better now. So, even though I currently use Claude because Claude had the desktop app before ChachiT. So, when I when I started doing all this, Chacht did not have a desktop app yet. They only came that came out with that in July. So, I started in June. So, I I already set everything up in Claude. And I also asked Claude to please back up everything so that if I had to move to another AI, I could. So I could move to ChatBT if I wanted to overnight. Claude is very generous and say, "Oh yeah, no problem. I'll back everything up for you and you could just But anyway, it doesn't matter. ChatBT as of this recording is actually cheaper than Claude." So I have some of my clients just using CatchBT. I'm still using Claude just I'm all set up there. But ChadBt, when I say cheaper, I mean with $100 a month, you could do more than with a clawed $100 a month subscription. So, you may want to consider that. Um, it doesn't matter. So, download one of the two desktop apps. Either claw desktop app or ChatgPT desktop apps. One of those two. And then you also need the um Okay, here's where I'm a little bit fuzzy about ChatGpt because I use Claude. With Claude, you need to download the uh Claude Chrome extension. So, you just Google this Claude Chrome extension. Just Google it and scroll past the sponsored result. Do not click on the sponsored results. Actually, what's better is if you ask Claude, please give me the official link to the Claude Chrome extension. That's probably safer and it'll give you the it'll give you the right link. Ask Chatbt, "Do I need a Claude Chrome extension for you to drive my Chrome?" And I know some of you use a different browser. Some of you use Brave or Safari or things like that. As of this recording, AI doesn't work well with those other browsers. It works well with Chrome. So, that's what I would recommend. I've been just using Chrome anyway for all my accounts that I log into. So, Claude is able to go into everything that I log into. It manages my CRM and manages my newsletter, manages everything. So download the and then you know desktop app Chrome extension and then you need to give it the the permissions all the permissions. I just give it the top permissions. I I say skip all approvals because if you don't do that it's going to ask you every five minutes can I do this? Can I? And you won't know what it means. You'll like uh I think so. And so just just you know I've been using skip all approvals. But I've been using the highest permissions for AI for the last two months and it it it has done nothing dangerous on my computer or in my accounts. It's always extremely conservative not to do anything dangerous. It asks more than I wanted to to be honest with you, which is good, which is good, I think, for for for everybody. Okay, so I've given you the basics. I'll stop talking now. I I really do. If you're going to buy a single course from me, I would honestly recommend that one. Um, it's georgekcow.comi setup if you want to take a look. I think it's I think it's the last course I'll ever teach. You know, for some people it'll be the last course they ever buy from me because once after that you have your assistant and then they'll do everything. And then I in that course I also give you all the documents that I use my AI to set everything up properly and to do all the stuff that I've learned from using it hours a day, all the mistakes I made and all that. Anyway, so or you can learn it yourself. You could try it yourself. The desktop apps will walk you through everything if you want to be really frugal. Try it out and just just learn yourself and just, you know, go through the learning curve yourself. Um, but yes, it can really now I no longer will call you lazy because now I'm lazy too. Um, in a good way, right? Because now I have so much time. I just got up from a, you know, hourlong nap that I didn't plan for because my schedule is so open now. uh my clients, you know, I had a new client that they that came in this week and he says, "Oh, can you meet on uh tomorrow?" Yeah, I have I have time because I I have so much time now. Even though I am I'm running three membership programs. I'm running three membership programs. I have I have another course that I'm teaching. So, three memberships plus another course. Most of it's handled by AI. I just show up for the calls. I I'm I'm the talent so-called if you want to call it that. That's it. That's the dream. We are now in the age where we can live as creatures, not machines. There's the old quote that one of my AI resistant friends um tells me, George, I don't want to use AI because I don't want to live as a machine. You know, in the future there will be two types of people. People who live as creatures, people who live as machines. I don't want to be the machine type. I don't want to be a transhumanist. And then I'm like, actually, if you've got it opposite, because if you don't use AI, you're still doing a bunch of the work that the machines should be doing. It's like if I were to say, okay, they just invented the plow as a farmer, right? They just invented the plow. And you're like, I'm not going to use the plow. I'm going to lose my muscles. I I want to I want to still do everything by hand because I'm going to lose the ability of my ancestors to do this stuff by hand. And I'm like, you're welcome to. You're just going to be working a lot harder. And the people with the plow are going to be be able to produce a lot more than you do or work a lot less and strain themselves a lot less. And that's true for me. I have so much more time and and honestly, the people who use Agentic AI have so much more either a lot more time or they just do a lot more than they could before. So anyway, enough of a of a sales pitch for Agentic AI. Um, but it I really I have not been this excited about my business for a long time because I don't have to do a lot of it anymore.
