Video summary
The video documents a successful three-day business trip to Miami where twenty clients and staff members managed to remain completely alcohol-free despite the city's reputation for cocktails and nightlife. The journey began with an interview on the Hustle Inspires Hustle podcast, where the host discussed entrepreneurship and the benefits of living an alcohol-free lifestyle. Later that evening, a fancy dinner was hosted for the group, featuring guests who had traveled from as far away as Jacksonville and Orlando. Remarkably, despite waiters offering drinks at every opportunity, not a single drop of alcohol was consumed by anyone present. Instead, the evening focused on pure human connection, with attendees sharing inspiring stories about reconnecting with their children, saving marriages, losing weight, and even reversing serious health conditions while raising glasses filled with soda water, iced lime, and alcohol-free cocktails.
A highlight of the trip was the story of Shannon Mlin, an appellate lawyer who successfully stopped drinking through Project 90 in 2022. During the event, Shannon expressed how freeing it felt to be alcohol-free and noted that her life had improved significantly over the past three years, pointing out visible improvements in her skin as evidence of her progress. The group encouraged everyone to keep going one day at a time and to listen to the science behind sobriety. This personal success story served as a powerful testament to the feasibility of maintaining an alcohol-free lifestyle even in high-pressure social environments like Miami, reinforcing the message that breaking away from alcohol leads to profound positive changes in both physical health and personal relationships.
The following days were dedicated to professional development and networking, including a business mastermind hosted by Jeremy Haynes and his inner circle, which focused on sharpening skills and creating generational impact. The team also gathered for a morning coffee catch-up with head coach Victoria English, VP of sales Adrian, and marketing manager Alex, further strengthening their bonds outside of formal meetings. Throughout the trip, the atmosphere remained supportive and focused on growth rather than indulgence, proving that meaningful business connections can be forged without alcohol. The video concludes with the host wrapping up the Miami segment and teasing an upcoming visit to New York City, where a billboard featuring his face and book is set to appear in Times Square, inviting viewers to follow the journey of this expanding alcohol-free movement.
