BTS of another legendary MozCon NYC with Kanaar Bell | The leading SEO and AI Marketing Conference.
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
Kinnear Bell, an enterprise account manager at Moz, opens by highlighting that the true value of the conference lies not just in the formal talks but in the spontaneous conversations that happen between them. He emphasizes how these interactions allow attendees to share diverse stories and experiences from various companies and locations around the world, creating a rich learning environment where insights are exchanged organically. Bell notes that while the presentations inspire people to explore specific topics, it is often during these informal moments that he squeezes in time to hear what others are saying and discovering, making the event feel dynamic and deeply connected.
A key takeaway for Bell is the critical importance of King Sakura, a concept he describes as super important, though the transcript suggests this may be a transcription error for a specific term or name relevant to his team's strategy. Beyond technical future-proofing against search evolution, he stresses the necessity of preserving the heart and soul of marketing and SEO. He references a speaker named Cheema who discussed scaling content impactfully without losing one's brand identity, arguing that this balance requires genuine intent rather than rushing through processes. This perspective underscores a belief that effective growth must remain aligned with core brand values to be sustainable and authentic.
Bell expresses deep gratitude for the supportive atmosphere created by the speakers and the dedicated team of Mozers surrounding him throughout the event. He feels blessed to have such close proximity to these talented individuals, which fosters a positive vibe in New York and makes the day truly legendary. The combination of high-quality content, meaningful peer interactions, and a strong community spirit has made this MozCon an unforgettable experience that he does not want to take for granted. Ultimately, the event serves as a celebration of collaboration and shared passion within the SEO and AI marketing industry.

Hi, my name is Kinnear Bell or KB and
I'm an enterprise account manager at
Moz. What I'm most excited for today is
honestly just the conversations. There's
so many stories, so many people coming
from different companies, different
places in the world, different
experiences and you can learn so much
from those experiences. So, it's in
between the talks. The talks they
inspire you to want to go talk to
somebody else, talk about the topic. So,
I like squeezing in in those
conversations to kind of hear what
people are saying and what they're
learning. What is one thing I've learned
today that I'm taking back to my team?
My King Sakura is super super important,
super important concept [music] and
right now a lot of people are focused on
future-proofing. So, how do I protect
myself against [music] how search is
evolving? I think that's an important
conversation. I also care about the
heart and soul of marketing and SEO a
lot as well. So, Cheema's topic in terms
of scaling content impactfully without
losing your your soul, your brand,
that's super [music] important and how
you set that up is
it requires intent not for you to rush
through it. So, [music] I enjoyed the
conversations. I enjoyed supporting the
speakers and and having that close
proximity to the speakers. I'm super
blessed to be here and I'll never take
that for granted. Also, we got a great
team around us. We got CKE, we got the
Mozers here. It's a great vibe in New
York. It's a great day and this is a
legendary MozCon.
