Video summary
The video begins with the host sharing an unexpected product recommendation before diving into her weekly Walmart grocery haul. She introduces Bio Velvet, a skincare cream derived from deer antler velvet, which she describes as a significant game-changer for her skin routine. Unlike processed collagen found in other products, this bioactive formula contains living ingredients that promote skin renewal and repair, particularly beneficial for mature or sensitive skin. The host highlights its non-greasy texture and rapid results, noting visible improvements within a week. She also mentions a promotional code for viewers to get a discount on the product at Walmart.
Transitioning to her actual grocery purchases, the host details her stock-up items including six gallons of zero-sugar tea, two gallons of milk, and a variety of scented candles from the Walmart brand that she praises for their quality and affordability. Her shopping list also covers specific ingredients for meal prepping and upcoming recipes, such as ham, hard salami, various cheeses like brie and provolone, and sweetened coconut flakes. She explains that some of these items were needed to recreate cranberry brie bites made during a recent gathering with friends from her boot camp group. Additionally, she picked up snacks like Tootsie Roll bars for goodie bags and mini chocolate chip muffins as convenient treats.
The haul continues with essential pantry staples and fresh produce required for her weekly cooking plans. She acquired canned goods including kidney beans, fruit cocktail, cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, and orange marmalade, along with a highly recommended Italian dressing that she claims rivals the Olive Garden brand at a fraction of the cost. For breakfast options, she purchased crescent rolls and a breakfast pizza featuring eggs, cheese, sausage, and gravy on a biscuit crust, which she suggests as an easy meal for families. Her fresh produce selection includes grapes, which she enthusiastically recommends as the best she has ever tasted, along with bananas, watermelon, tomatoes, green onions, potatoes, and red onions to round out her weekly diet.
Finally, the host outlines her planned dinner menu and meal prep schedule for the upcoming days based on these ingredients. For dinner this week, she intends to make a walking taco casserole using Fritos and taco seasoning, which she is excited to try. Her meal prep for Tuesday will feature a cheesy egg scramble with potatoes, an Italian hoagie pasta salad, and a tropical dump cake for dessert. She concludes by mentioning that the walking taco casserole recipe will be featured in her "What I Eat in a Day" video on Wednesday, inviting viewers to follow along with her cooking journey and share their thoughts on the products she recommended.

So, here is my grocery haul for the week
from Happy Saturday, my friends. It is
grocery haul day, which is one of my
favorite days of the week. I'm actually
getting ready to head out the door to do
my shopping and I had to hop on here
because I was thinking about this this
morning and I have spent a ridiculous
and I mean ridiculous amount of money on
skin care over the years and this is a
product that I actually want to share
with you. Something that has been a huge
game changer for me and it's this right
here. This is called Bio Velvet. This is
from Deer Antler Velvet. Now I know that
sounds crazy. Let me tell you, there's
nothing crazy about Bio Velvet other
than the results you're going to see on
your skin. Active is living collagen
from deer antler velvet. The only tissue
in nature that fully regenerates every
year. The collagen in a lot of other
creams is processed and essentially dead
at the time that it arrives in your
skinincare. And bioelvelvet is bioactive
and actually contains ingredients that
actually help with skin renewal. And the
older we get, the more important skin
renewal is. So, Dr. Dorne spent over 20
years researching deer antler velvet and
how it performs in skinincare. He is a
veterinarian and a scientist and he
actually cured his own skin concerns. I
mean, really a pretty incredible
scientific discovery that developed into
a product. Going to apply it to the
areas on your skin that are of concern
to you. things like texture, fine lines,
making them appear softer, the feeling
of looking like yourself again, not
younger, but just more like you. You're
just going to apply a small amount
directly to the affected area and gently
massage in. It absorbs beautifully and
it's non-greasy and lightweight despite
being a recovery cream. And I've truly
noticed an improvement in my skin within
a week. Some of the really great key
ingredients in Bio Velvet are things
like the deer antler velvet, aloe vera,
tea tree oil, and dead sea minerals. I
appreciate very much that it is steroid
free and it delivers results quickly.
And even better, it is perfection for
sensitive skin. Something you can use
daily to heal any skin concerns. So, if
you're like me and you spent a
ridiculous amount on skincare and you
want something that actually works, Bio
Velvet is it. I will I will have it
linked down below for you and you can
use the code gen 15 for 15% off Walmart.
I got some pretty good deals. My total
was $135.
What you don't see is five additional
gallons of the zero sugar tea as well as
a case of water which are in the garage
fridge. I picked up two gallons of 1%
milk for the for Troy for the week. And
like I said, six gallons of the zero
sugar tea. I had to get some more
candles because I'm feeling all the fall
vibes. So, this is the maple pecan
latte, a mold cider, a pecan,
a pumpkin spice, and this one is my
favorite, you guys. Fall farmhouse.
Smells so good. These are the Walmart
brand candles, and I'm telling you, they
are really good. They're not as big as
the Bath & Body Works, but they smell
really good and they're $4. So, I
stocked up on a few more candles. Troy
also asked for a restock of his Dried
eggs pads. So, those are my non-food
items. I needed some ham. I needed some
ham for a recipe. Stay tuned after the
grocery haul for what's on my menu for
meal prep and for dinner. So, some ham.
And I also needed some hard salami,
Mexican blend cheese, and proolone
cheese slices. This is all for meal
prep, dinner recipes, etc. Some
sweetened coconut flakes and then some
bree cheese. Actually had a get together
last night, Friday, with a few of the
girls from boot camp. And I made these
cranberry bree bites. They were
delicious. So, I had to pick up Bree
cheese for that. I got these little
Tootsie Roll snack bars, the fruit mix.
I'm going to use these in goodie bags
for rise. And they were really good. It
was like $3 and some change for that. I
needed some Furritos for a recipe,
original chili seasoning, and then I got
these little mini chocolate chip
muffins, just a little sweet treat to
have on hand. Some penny pasta
for a recipe, as well as a yellow cake
mix. I actually saw the Dolly Parton
cake mix and it made me kind of sad, but
I did get some yellow cake mix for my
meal prep. For canned goods, I needed a
decent amount. So, we needed a can of
kidney beans. And then a can of fruit
cocktail and cranberry sauce. This is
for those brie cranberry bites. A can of
crushed pineapple and some orange
marmalade. Italian dressing. This is for
a recipe and this is their version of
the Olive Garden one. It's about a third
of the price and I heard it's really
good. So, let me know down below if
you've tried it, but I heard that it's
just as good, if not better, than the
Olive Garden. Then I needed some
crescent rolls for those cranberry bree
bites. And I got one of those breakfast
pizzas because it was on sale for $6.86.
This is really good. It's a quick, easy
breakfast. If you have kids, husbands,
family, this is perfect. It's eggs,
cheese, sausage, gravy on a biscuit
crust. It's really delicious. I mean,
highly, highly recommend. And then for
some fruit for the week, I scooped up
more grapes because full transparency,
these Walmart grapes are the best grapes
I've ever had. So, I grabbed those.
Also, some bananas, a watermelon perch
request. I needed some tomatoes for a
recipe, as well as some green onions,
potatoes, and a red onion. So, that is
everything that I picked up for the week
from Walmart. Let's jump into what's on
my dinner menu and what you'll see in
Tuesday's meal prep. So, for dinner this
week, I'm making a walking taco
casserole. So, this is similar to the
little Frito bags that you put all the
taco stuff in, but this is c a casserole
and I'm excited for it. And then for
meal prep this week, I am making a
cheesy egg scramble with potatoes. Very
excited for that. An Italian hogy pasta
salad. So, basically the inside of an
Italian hogy [clears throat]
pasta salad. Also, cannot wait. And then
a tropical dump cake for a tropical
dessert. So, you will see all three
recipes in Tuesday's meal prep and the
walking taco casserole in Wednesday's
what I eat in a day.
