Since joining [music] PSG, no two days are the same. I think I'm where I should be. >> I joined 5 years ago. I love the organization. I [music] love being a part of it. Every day when I put on the uniform, I feel proud telling people what I do, who I work [music] for. It's absolutely fantastic being part of this team. My favorite part about being a protective services officer is the variety of job roles that we can do. No one day is [music] the same. On any one day, I might be working from one William Street to the Supreme District Court, police headquarters, [music] or our central operations room. >> Teamwork is one of the best parts about PSG. [music] Everyone has each other's back, and that can really make a big difference. >> I love it. Like, I find myself on weekends [music] wishing it was Monday again. I love everyone that I'm working with. Um, and the staff are so fun [music] yet still really professional, and I'm learning so much for from them. Flexibility is important to me. I've got a good work life [music] balance. I work in a nice area. I work with nice people. I love the different [music] departments that you can choose and offer yourself up to helping and work in. This is a really cool job to do. This will teach you discipline. It'll teach you how to you still want to feel productive. You still want to be around people. It's in your DNA to do this kind of work. >> It challenges you and gives you real world um skills. It's definitely giving me confidence um not just in the job, but I feel more confident that I'd be able to hand handle myself in like conflict situations. >> A lot of it is communication and [music] compassion. >> It fulfills you. It definitely does.
