Battling With EPIC Anime Decks In Yugioh Master Duel! | Wheeled Anime Tournament EP14
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
In this episode of the Wheeled Anime Tournament series, the host challenges a fellow YouTuber to an epic duel using decks constructed from cards featured in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime, specifically focusing on My Valentine and Tyranno Hasselberry Dino DNA. The tournament format involves spinning a wheel to randomly assign characters for each player, who then build their decks by incorporating every card the character used during their appearances in the show alongside a few special additions. Before the match begins, there is some discussion about deck composition; while the host initially considered including Bakura as an essential villain, they ultimately decided against it to focus on major protagonists like My Valentine and Dino DNA. The resulting decks are heavily themed around prehistoric creatures for both players, with My Valentine utilizing Harpy Lady variants and Amazon cards, while Dino DNA relies on a fusion strategy centered around Dinabase and various dinosaur monsters enhanced by the powerful field spell Jurassic World.
The duel itself showcases the unique strengths and weaknesses of these anime-based strategies as they clash in real-time gameplay. My Valentine's deck struggles with limited card options due to archetype restrictions where different Harpy Lady cards are treated as a single type, forcing the player to choose between three specific variants rather than using all available versions. Despite this limitation, she employs powerful negation tools like Dark Hole and Harpies Featherstorm, along with crafted Ultra Rare monsters such as Amazon Swordswoman to disrupt her opponent's plans. On the other side, Dino DNA utilizes a terrifying combo involving Dinabase fusing into Dina Tank, which can return itself from the graveyard upon destruction if Jurassic World is active on the field. This mechanic allows for massive dinosaur summons that deal significant damage and overwhelm My Valentine's defenses through sheer attack power boosts provided by the field spell.
As the match progresses, both players navigate complex interactions involving trap cards like Mirror Wall and Amazon Archers, which force monsters to target specific opponents or negate effects temporarily. A pivotal moment occurs when Dino DNA successfully activates Survival Instinct, banishing multiple dinosaurs from their graveyard to gain life points while simultaneously threatening My Valentine with a Super Conductor Tyranno that nearly ends the game instantly. Although My Valentine manages to stabilize her position using Harpies Featherstorm and defensive positioning, she eventually falls victim to an overwhelming board state where Dinabase repeatedly resurrects large monsters after being destroyed by battle or effects. The episode concludes with Dino DNA securing victory through consistent resource management and high-impact summons, highlighting how certain anime characters possess inherently stronger deck structures compared to others in this tournament setting.

In this series, I will be challenging a
fellow YouTuber to a duel with decks
used in the Yu-Gi-Oh anime. But this
time, the stakes are higher. I have
chosen 32 of the most famous characters
from the Yu-Gi-Oh anime and place them
in a March Madness style bracket. I will
spin a wheel to determine which
character I play, and the episode's
guest will take the other character from
the bracket. Then, each player will
build their decks using cards the
character used in the anime with a
couple of special additions. After each
deck is built, then we duel. Have you
ever wondered who would top a tournament
that included characters like Kaiba,
Zayn, and Pegasus? And was Yuki actually
the best duelist in Yu-Gi-Oh history?
Just watch the series and you will find
out. Welcome back to Whe Tournament. In
a most recent video, the the one we did
with Dion, the the wing dragon of Raw.
We brought Merrick into the into the
fold, allowed him to play. I realized I
left off another really important
character. This was bad. I left off a
lot of big characters. I left off
Pakora. He's kind of kind of important.
Uh, so what we're going to do is
Dimmitri, I know you're not you're not
like a nobody character or whatever, but
we're going with the more important
character. I think everyone else here is
a pretty pretty much a main character.
And we're replacing it with Bakura
because Bakora needs to be in this
series. It's just disrespectful not to
have Bakura. So hopefully I didn't miss
any other major characters. Uh, cuz I've
missed two of the big villains so far.
So let's save this real quick. And now
let's spin the wheel and see what will
be played. There's only three matchups
left in the first round and then we move
on to the second round after much much
uh time overall. Many many minutes. Uh
my Valentine. Okay, so I'm getting to
play as my Valentine and I will be
facing Tyrano Hasselberry Dino DNA. So
my Valentine, harpy ladies versus it's
kind of like a little prehistoric on
both of them. Harpy ladies kind of have
that dinosaur feel even though they're,
you know, not dinosaur. You know what I
mean? little bit little bit different
like the old bird kind of feel with the
harvest pet dragon etc. So I think
that'll be kind of a fun matchup and uh
let's see what my Valentine plays. Okay,
so here is how our deck turned out. Now
we had about six spots after we added in
every single card that he played plus
the staple cards. So I ended up using
those six spots on two copies of
Dinabase, two copies of
Destroyerosaurus, and two copies of
Jurassic World. These are just by far
the best cards in the deck. Uh, Dinabase
in particular. I love this card. I think
the artwork is great. I'm not even sure
why. It just is very aesthetically
pleasing to me. So, yeah, we can go
Dabase, which can special summon itself
for free if you have lower life points
than your opponent. And then it is a uh
a fusion monster. So, you fusion summon
using itself and then something else.
What we're going to be summoning is the
Dina Tank. So, this is a machine monster
that takes a machine plus a dinosaur and
it gains attack equal to the materials.
Well, equal to the dinosaur, but
Dinabase only had zero. Anyway, what's
important about this card though is that
when it is destroyed by an opponent's
card, so either effect or battle, you
get to float into a dinosaur monster in
the graveyard. Now, even if you summon
this thing with like Saberosaurus or
Destroyers, that's fine because it's a
big monster that floats into another big
monster. And then if you had the
Jurassic World on the board, the monster
that you summon back actually will have
more attack than the Dino Tank, which is
kind of funny. But on the off chance
that I'm able to draw the dynabase
alongside one of these larger monsters,
this thing gets terrifying. Um,
hypothetically using this card uh with
like a superconductor Tyrano or an
ultimate Tyrano. I mean, that is just
ridiculous having a big card that floats
into a huge card. So, we're going to see
how this goes today. I'm really hoping
that it goes well. There are a bunch of
just like trashy trap cards in this deck
and even some bad spell cards. But if we
draw the right combination of dinosaurs
with the Jurassic World, I think we
should be in a pretty good spot. Hey,
Joey. I kind of sound like Yugi. I was
trying to be my I can't speak like my,
so I'm not even I might try. It's going
to be really cringe. I'm sorry. But I
did put together her deck and it's
actually pretty decent. She has some
crazy cards like Harpy's Feathertorm in
here, which I had two of and I was like,
am I going to craft the third one? I
don't think so. It was also just tough
to cut down this entire deck. So, I
decided just to go with two. I think
it's pretty good anyway. And plus, a lot
of it's like negating opponents uh
effects. So, monster effects are not as
good in old school as they are in new
school where Harby's Feather Storm is
absolutely insane, but still a really
strong card. So, she plays three Dunamis
Dark Witch, which I did have to craft
two of these SR normal 1,800 attack
monster. Awesome. I love that for me.
Then there is a dark witch, which is
completely unplayable, but we have it in
here because there aren't a lot of
monsters. And honestly, this could be
removed for like a Harvey's featherstorm
or something, which would probably be
better be better. Which would probably
be better. You know what I'm going to
do? I'm actually going to remove this
and do a third Amazon archers, which I
do have to craft, but this is a uh a
rare, so it's a little bit easier. So,
this is still a pretty good card. It's
an Amazon card. I'm not going to play
the Dark Witch card. It's just really
bad. Three Cyber Harpy Lady. And if
you've never played harpies before,
you've never run into this annoying
problem where they're all treated as
harpy lady. So you can't use all the
different harpy ladies together. You can
only use three total because you can
only have three of each card in your
deck. Though they're different cards,
but they're treated as harpy lady. So
cyber harpy lady, regular harpy lady,
can't run them both. I mean, you could
you could do one and two or two and one
or whatever, but you can't run three of
each, which means all the cards that say
you need harpy lady on the field, you
have to have only three of those total
cards to like target or whatever. So,
uh, and another weird thing is she
doesn't play harpy lady number 1, 2, and
three. Those are just cards, I guess.
She doesn't use those in the anime. So,
those are really cool. They like raise
your attack and stuff like that. And
they've got some pretty cool effects. If
you're wondering why I didn't play them,
she doesn't either. Then there's the
Amazonest cards, which she does play.
And yes, Amazon swordsswoman. Notice how
two of these are grayed out. This is a
UR
ultra rare and master duel. The rarest
currency you can have. I only have one.
I have to craft two more. I'm doing it
for this series. I used to have three of
these, too, which is what makes it hurt
really bad. I had three. I decraftrafted
them. When am I ever going to use Amazon
swordswoman? Well, there's been about 20
opportunities where I would have needed
it. And now I'm finally just going to
bite the bullet and craft these. So, we
have three of these. We have three of
the chain master, three of the Amazon's
fighter, two RB Lady Sisters, and a
Harpy's pet dragon. Then there's the two
har elegant egoist. We target one of the
cyber harp ladies. It's treated as harpy
lady, so it works. Brings out our harpy
lady sisters from the deck. Only 1950.
It's not that crazy, but it's another
body for free. Then Dark Hole. She
actually plays two Harpies feather
duster in the anime. So, honestly, I
feel like it would be fair to play two
cuz she plays two in the anime, but I'm
just going to do one because, you know,
it's two harpies feather dust. It's kind
of crazy. So, she plays graceful. Then
the uh the extra bonuses. She does play
with the monster, but obviously this is
an added one, the pot of greed. Amazon
spellcaster to flip attacks with another
uh opponent. Harbie Lady Phoenix
formation goes crazy if we have three
Harvey Ladies on the field, but we only
have three total. We have to get all
three cyber harve ladies. It's going to
be hard to pull off, but if we do, it's
a crazy card, but you can't conduct your
battle phase or do anything else
basically when you do it. Cyber shield
is a cool equip for cyber for
harvesters.
Mirror force trential, the magic
cylinder, then the Amazon archers, which
forces your opponent all their monsters
to attack your monster. If we have
something like Amazon swordsswoman in
defense mode, or if we have just a
really big monster like Harpy's pet
dragon, they can all attack it or
something like that. I say Harby's pet
dragon has to be an Amazon so it
wouldn't be that. So I don't know how
great this is going to be but we'll see.
Dramatic rescue swaps an Amazon card.
Two Harby's feather storm one trap
jammer two mirror wall and then the
gravity bind she plays
looking at the deck. First of all it's
gravity bind. Second of all she plays
all level four and higher. So I'm
actually not going to play this. I'm
like why is she playing this? It stops
her from doing anything either and she
has no way to get rid of it. So it's
just going to sit there for forever. I
don't know why she's playing harpy or
gravity bind when all her harpies are
four and her Amazones are four. So, I
don't know. Kind of weird. But that is
the deck. I'm going to go find some
cards to dust so I can get these Amazon
swords and then we'll get to the duels.
All right. Wield anime tournament is
here and we have an epic matchup
between.
This is you. Is that for me to come in?
Uh Dino DNA Hasselberry himself. Uh Roar
Crunch. You know how it goes with the
dinos.
>> And I am my Valentine, so prepare to be
harpedied.
>> Okay, that's a little scary. Um, well,
okay, now I'm trying to think my
Valentine with the anime cards. Maybe
not as we're doing. Yeah. Yeah, I'll go
fake first.
>> Yeah, the Yeah, unfortunately,
uh, she doesn't play all of her
signature cards that I thought were her
signature cards. So, it's kind of weird.
It's kind of a weird She does have some
good cards, though, so I'm not going to
She's not as bad as some of these other
people. So,
>> no, I think
>> we'll see how are good. I just I don't
know which harpies you're This is a
decent hand, by the way. I don't know
which harpies you're able to play, you
know?
>> Right. Yeah. Some of them I can, some of
them I can't.
>> Um,
>> unfortunately, there will be no My voice
today.
>> Yeah. Let's start off pretty strong. I'm
going to go Dina Base.
>> Oh crap. You get the fusion guy.
>> The Dina base. Isn't this make Isn't
this make that fusion guy?
>> Yeah. And I use these crafting points,
so I'm going to summon him a lot.
>> Yeah, that's
>> Oh, this is a machine monster.
>> Yeah, that is the bad part about the
dynam.
>> This is a machine. Okay, well that's
fine. Um, go ahead.
>> Okay, so you can change the attack
target if I specifically target you or
the the target, not the attack target.
Okay.
Okay. Interesting. Destroy by opponent's
card. You can special someone. Dude,
this card's crazy. Okay. Well, I'm not
going to target you. I'm going to
activate Pot of Greed. Yeah.
Oh, that's okay.
Special summon one dinosaur. So, you get
to get back a 1900 if I take out this
1900, which is very annoying.
>> Yeah, it's uh
>> like
it's very good, actually. Um,
>> I mean, we've seen in a lot of these
like, yeah, big big bunguses definitely
are good.
>> Yeah, it just depends, you know, big
bungus can just win you the game. You
just being especially if he brings back
another big bungus,
>> right? Oh, that's interesting. Okay,
let's go Jurassic World.
>> Oh no, he's even bigger.
Um, yeah. I wonder if this could
actually if you have like bird face down
or something.
>> That would be sick. Okay, I'm going to
do this. Unfortunately, like
it's you're going to get your guy back
or one of your guys.
>> Yeah. No, it was funny cuz I was
thinking about it in that like
Sabrasaurus is actually bigger than the
Dino tank because of the
>> Yeah, because of the field spell which
kind of
>> fighter. She did play some Amazon cards.
She did play Amazon in the second season
apparently according to uh Yukipedia
which sometimes has led me wrong and the
comments get mad at me and I'm like hey
look I was just trusting Yukia that was
>> about to say if the Yugipedia says it
then seems funny
>> you think you know but apparently not um
the 2200 is actually really tough
really tough
I'm just going to set a card I'm going
to pass
a lot of points you got over there So, I
can't
click it on my side because it's only on
your side. But you should have a
saberosaurus that you can click on my
field from your perspective.
>> Wait, what? Oh, yeah. Over here on the
left
>> just for like lore accuracy here.
>> Are you talking about this guy on the
left?
>> Yeah.
>> Am I your right? I can't click him,
though.
>> He's just chilling.
>> That's sad.
>> That's a lot of points.
Uh, I'm going to um, yeah, take a lot of
points.
This is not good.
>> I really like that your guys have so
much power.
>> No, I think uh, you know, the Jurassic
World, it made a billion dollars for a
reason, right? And it's because it gives
everything 300 attack.
>> That's why it was such a great like
movie franchise, you know?
>> And by great, I mean the world part, not
so much.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> I have all my best cards. Will it be
enough? Uh, okay. Dunamis Dark Witch, a
super rare that was crafted by me.
>> Oh, yeah. Yeah.
Okay. And nice, 1800's great, but you
have a saberaurus and a dino tank that
uses Sabasaurus and a Destroaurus. Those
guys can beat me while Destrosaurus has
to crash. But
>> Oh, man. Am I cooking right here?
>> Oh, no. Um, no. Let's just keep it
simple. was just something.
>> Yeah, that seems reasonable.
>> Honestly, I thought
>> this time.
>> Yikes. I kind of thought uh she had 1850
stats off the top of my head.
>> Yeah, that's the Mechaser.
Unfortunately, she came out after the
Mech Chaser, way after the Mech Chaser,
and had worse stats. So, I don't know
why, but it's very unfortunate,
actually.
Wow. This is um
Yeah, this is good. This is This is good
defense position.
>> Wow. Destroyerosaurus with Jurassic
World. Is this the new combo?
>> I summon Black Stego. Oh, we can go to
defense mode.
>> Yeah, this card actually gets uh you
know, I think a lot of people have said
that Black Stego gets scary. No.
>> Activate my effect. What's in your hand?
>> Ace Monster. Oh, wait. I don't want
this.
>> That That was all I had.
>> Super conductor Tyranno. I was about to
die to this though, so I guess I saved
myself from that.
Oh. Ah,
>> interesting.
Cyber Harpy Lady, which unfortunately
has 1,800. But when I not equip, but
when I activate this spell card, Elegant
Egotist.
>> Okay. Okay. I can special summon a card
from my deck, which by the way only has
1950 attack. So, I'm going to go in
defense mode.
>> You don't have like uh Oh, 21 defense. I
don't Yeah, you don't have like a uh a
rising air current in your deck or
something.
>> I wish she played that. That would be
amazing.
>> Uh do you know or
>> I'll make you go to defense mode. Oh, I
thought I could re I guess. What? Why
would I want to redeclare there? I don't
know. Yeah, I don't know. I I understand
the logic behind it cuz it's like
something is changing. But
>> okay. Yeah, that that didn't make sense.
Okay.
>> Well, if I you had if I hadn't taken
that superconductor Tyrano, I was dead.
So, that actually worked out.
>> Okay. Well, go ahead.
>> Okay. My wall of harpy lady sisters.
>> See, I got to figure out how to out
that. I need another sabasaurus.
>> This is like the new uh the new Kuribo
with multiply. It's just a bunch of
harpy ladies.
Wait, why is there only one of these in
my deck? I'm stupid.
>> Okay. Um.
Oh no. That's a start. That's a start.
>> I activate this card, which allows me to
draw two cards.
>> Um, that is actually insane. Yeah, I
activate double evolution pill. Oh,
>> which if I remember correctly, chat,
maybe someone knows. I believe this card
was called Ultra Evolution Pill or
something. Um,
>> I think that's a different card, isn't
it?
>> Is it Ultra Evolution Pill? Different
card.
>> Uh, you are right. Yeah, I don't know.
>> Yeah, that was like a bad one.
>> Four evolution pill type cards. One of
them was named correctly
>> where you had to have a reptile that
turned into a dinosaur. That I think
that
>> So, that one I'm not playing. Also, a
nice defense mode monster. Wait, what?
>> Oh, sick. Black Tyrano.
>> If the only only cards only includes
back row back row.
>> It's so stupid. I don't know why, but
>> Well, I was trying to be cool, but
>> you know the bad side is I had Pot of
Greed, Mirror Force, and Dark Hole, and
I it wasn't close. So, that's not good.
And Magic Cinder held them. No, I think
the Jurassic World is pretty strong.
>> Jurassic World not good. I thought my
1800 was going to be pretty strong, you
know, 1950, but with Jurassic World's
out there, it's pretty tough.
>> It's a tough matchup. Hopefully, you
have some Well, I mean, you should have
Harpy's Hunting Ground, right? So,
>> yeah. Yeah, definitely.
>> That's something. I think we allowed to
play MST
something.
>> Uh
uh. Ooh. Okay. Interesting. Interesting.
I'm just scared just going to summon
like Saberosaurus in attack mode.
>> I mean, that's okay.
>> Pretty scary. Yeah,
>> that Yeah, it is scary. That's what I'm
worried about. Um, I'll do this.
And I'll do this.
And I'll do this. And I'll pass. Do not
stark witch. Okay. Defend my life
points. You have all the small dinosaurs
this time, right?
There are a lot of bad cards in this
deck for what it's worth. Um, there is
also Jurassic World though. Um,
>> no.
Oh crap.
Oh no.
>> Do we know if uh does Hasselberry How's
his record in the anime? Does he win a
lot or
>> That's a great question that I
definitely know the answer to.
I don't I don't know if he wins a lot.
But what I do know is this.
>> Yep.
>> Elegant Egotist activate.
>> And I'll special summon this in defense
mode.
>> Here we are once again.
>> And then I'll pass.
At least I can summon Harpy Lady
Sisters.
>> Oh, right on time.
>> Oh, Giant Rex is a stud.
>> Oh, no. oberve me.
>> I wish it was mirror force. That would
be so nice. But this will give me one
turn.
>> Yeah, let's take that out.
>> Okay.
>> Um, yep.
>> Wow, that's so not good for me that I'm
thinking about. Oh,
okay. Wait, I think that
might work. All right. Amazon is
swordswoman.
Amazon is spellcaster.
Switch.
>> Going to switch our original attacks,
which because of your boost, I barely
get over it. Okay,
>> it does get over it.
>> 200.
>> I do get enough. I'm still alive.
And I'll pass. Is that Yeah. End of the
turn. Okay.
>> Yes. It's not permanent, sadly.
Perfect. Um,
uh,
Oh, wow. This card's really bad. Um,
good. That's what I want to hear.
>> Oh, but I can do Oh. Oh. Oh. Okay.
Normal summon.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Declare attack.
>> Oh, no.
>> No. Mere for. Okay. Let's go. Fossil
excavation.
discard the one, the only super tyranno.
>> No.
>> 3600
>> and it gets to attack because you're not
doing the tribute thing. Okay. Yeah.
Okay. Yeah. 3600. Yeah.
>> His effect is negated though, so you
won't be taking any burn damage.
>> That's good. That's good. Yeah. Oh.
Okay.
I'm in a great spot here. Let me set
this card.
>> Yep. Yep.
Uh-huh.
>> Um,
>> a lot of dinosaurs over there. Dino DNA.
>> Yeah.
>> My DNA is not of the dinos.
>> I can do this. That's just like bad
though. So, I just I'll do this. Yeah.
Oh, you get to see some cool cards that
you can take.
>> Wait, I'm going to lose anyway if I if
you hit both of these anyway. So, I'm
going to go FOR IT. OH, WHOA. TYRANNO
INFINITY. How do you banish cards in
this deck?
>> Um
I mean double evolution pill and then
the card that he used in the anime which
was um
>> what it's like uh not hunting instinct.
It's I I could just pull up the deck.
It's like survival
>> something like that. Survival instinct
maybe.
>> Yeah, survival. Banish any number of
dinosaurs. Gain 400 life points for each
dinosaur.
>> Oh, that's crazy. So you can banish like
nine. Maybe I can switch on my deck list
real quick.
>> No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. This is
This is how it goes. If you got to go
with the anime cards, which
>> Well, no. I'm going But my deck has
three Destroyers, three Jurassic World.
Like, I can
>> You're Hey, he's trying to win the
championship here. You know,
>> it's going to I don't even think you can
win.
>> Yeah, I know. I don't think I can
either. Which speaking of Remember how
you're like Harpy's Hunting Ground?
>> I'm 99% sure she does not play Harpy's
Hunting Ground. Well, that just kind of
sounds like if I stick the one of my six
copies of the field spell, I win the
game,
>> right?
She I was like, Harvey's hunting ground,
where is it? I'm looking through all her
decks. I'm like, I don't see Harpy's
hunting ground.
>> That one should be allowed, you know,
cuz I mean like I have lots of um other
dinosaurs like I could be playing extra
copies of.
>> Nope. This is all about the W. This
ain't about fairness. This is about the
best anime character.
>> Oh, well, in that case, this guy slaps.
Mai is not the best character
unfortunately in terms of strength of
deck.
>> Yeah, the harpies. Um,
you know, I mean, you're I think there's
a big difference between and I don't
know if you've been finding this in this
tournament, but I think there's a big
difference between characters from GX
and characters from DM. Um,
>> yeah, they I mean they did have a little
bit a few more years to think about
their deck composition.
Yeah, like even if they're not like
crazy interactions, there's a lot of
good little combos,
>> right?
Okay, I'm just going to, you know, just
get ready. Just chill.
>> Arms on Amazon's fighter,
>> you know, just get ready for this, you
know. Nothing to see here.
>> Okay,
that's
>> Amazon's fighter is so ready.
>> What could you have down there? That's a
real question. Um,
well, let's special Gillosaurus.
>> Ooh, a special summon. Okay.
>> A normal Sabersaurus, which I'm sure is
fine.
>> Crazy combo.
>> Bet none of those cards are mere force.
So,
>> luckily for me, thanks to that special
summon, you've walked into my trap.
Amazon is Archers. Huh? YOU WILL BE
ATTACKING me with both monsters.
>> Thank you. Gillosaurus, would you like
to attack as well?
>> Oh, you actually Yep, that that kind of
got me.
>> Finally, we got an Amazon card.
>> Oh, that is funny because I have less
life points than you. I reveal Dina
Base.
>> No,
no,
my best card.
>> Okay.
>> Oh, I'm so annoyed.
Oh, I'm so happy.
>> How much attack do you think this guy is
coming out with?
>> I'm guessing a lot.
>> Oh my gosh, it's a defensive specialist.
>> Huge.
>> 2100 wall. That's actually going to be
tough for me to beat.
Okay. Um, problem is if I do deal with
it, then it brings back something that's
actually good.
>> I don't know. Oh, you know, I was kind
of going back and forth between making
it with Sabasaurus.
Maybe that was the better play. Hard to
say. Hard to say.
>> Well, um, in that case, I guess I'm just
going to pass.
>> I just, you know, I crafted these Dino
tanks, so I really want to make sure I
use them.
>> Yeah, you got to use them. You got to
get the value out of them.
>> Um, I mean, that's funny, but doesn't
really do anything.
Um, yeah. Now you can just go ahead.
>> Okay. Now I draw the card I need. I
don't know what that is, but I will draw
it.
>> I'm just buying time. I got to see that
field spell.
>> Oh,
>> which won't increase admittedly, but
>> I'll pass.
>> Yeah.
>> Amazon's fighter is just flexing for the
camera.
>> What is this?
Oh, okay. What? What is this?
>> This is terrible.
Um,
yeah,
that card will definitely get if this
card gets
>> if this card resolves.
>> Come to feel. You know, that's what it's
all about. Whenever I come on these
shows, I you know, I did some stuff with
dragon if I remember correctly. Like I
think it's all about
>> resolving weird cards.
>> I agree. If you can do that, you've won
the episode.
>> That's not That's not what I needed.
That's not it.
>> There's a couple of cards I would love
to have right now, and I don't have any
of them.
>> Well, maybe you'll see them.
>> Right here. Right here.
>> Okay, that'll work. All right, let me uh
let me harpies feather duster. I do have
that card,
>> but now I can't activate my seismic
shockwave.
>> Oh no. Destroy this card. Third standby
phase.
>> But a face up guys for monsters
destroyed.
>> Three turn wait on Call of the Haunted.
>> If this card destroys itself, you could
target one dinosaur and then wait. No,
it adds to the hand.
>> Oh, it adds to the hand.
That's even wor. I didn't even notice
that. That's even worse.
>> Wow, that's terrible. Okay, well now I'm
going to use my cyber harpy lady.
>> Yeah.
>> And then I'm going to give her the cyber
shield.
>> Oh, that. I thought this is only
300. That's not bad.
>> Yeah, that a shield actually gives more
attack points like Captain America, I
guess. I don't know. Okay, I will attack
here.
Okay.
>> Okay, I'll activate. We're going to
float into the one, the only.
Yep, that's a lot of points. Okay,
because of that, I have to pass cuz my
Amazonest fighter while buff is only
1500 points.
Okay, now we're cooking with gas a
little. I mean, the harpy lady is kind
of big though.
>> Yeah, 2,300. This is like my my wing
conditions. 2,300 attack points.
Do I have any like silly combos I could
do? I don't think so. Um, no. I mean, I
think I just for tempo. I mean, it's not
even just tempo. It's a really good
train. Two for three.
>> Oh, well, luckily for me, I have THIS
CARD CALLED HARPIES FEATHERTORM.
OH, IT SAYS MONSTER. NO, I'VE NEVER READ
THIS.
>> DUDE, this card's already good enough to
be banned. It doesn't need to say spell
traps, too.
>> No. Why did it even let me chain it
right there?
>> Well, yeah. I mean, you could activate
it.
>> Click button, not read. Oh, pain. Well,
I thought that was going to be cool.
>> Get in there with Destroyer.
>> Oh no, I've lost all of my power. Yeah,
Harvey's Feather Storm is her best card,
but it doesn't negate Dark Hole
apparently.
>> Yeah, I don't even know. I guess Yeah,
it can negate like the the Dina Base is
probably the best target. Yeah. Yeah. I
I had the card, but I didn't have a wing
beast wind or whatever the requirement
is. I was like, "No,
>> you just had the fighter.
>> I'll just have to do this."
>> Amazon a swordswoman
and pass.
>> Okay.
>> Why are all my people 1500 attack?
>> I don't know. I mean, that's why they
gave him Amazon's village in the future,
right? Like that. Uh
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
>> Okay. We can go elementaurus.
>> Wait, what are the effects here? Negate
the effect effect monster if I battle
this card. Okay.
>> Yeah, nothing too good right now. But if
I control a fire, which I don't think is
in the deck list.
>> Yeah, nothing.
>> I'll do this mirror wall.
>> Oh,
that's not
>> my ace trap card.
>> Good. Very well. It's my turn now. Give
me something crazy. That's more than
1500 attack. Oh, wait a second.
That's tough.
>> Uh, okay. Um, why not protect me? 2,000
points.
I'm paying it. Amazon is fighter.
>> Yeah.
>> Crash.
Too bad I wasn't chain master. That'd be
a lot.
>> Well, okay. Looking on my hand.
>> So sick.
>> Doesn't matter, I guess. But
>> I got some good time.
>> I've got a wall of mirrors.
That's probably the worst card in the
Well, not necessarily.
>> Well, you have that three turn call.
Well, fake callana that goes to your
hand.
All right, I have to redeem myself with
a feather play. Let's see what we can
get. Oh, that'll help.
I'm not going to pay any more of that.
That's a little expensive.
>> I will.
>> Does anyone know when this card got a
rotted? I've never seen that on there.
See what are you talking about? The card
in your hand.
>> Yeah, I have a card in my hand that says
it's one of those this card is not
treated as a blank card because
>> yeah,
>> you know, it was translated before
archetypes existed. Um
>> no, like frog the jam or something like
that. You know, all those kind of cards.
>> Oh, that's that. Yeah, draw two from
your deck.
>> Oh. Um
okay, so let's go monster. Oh my gosh,
that's a good card.
>> How does this work? No, that doesn't.
>> You want to bring back like baby
Sarasaurus or something?
>> Oh man.
>> What will it do?
>> Yeah, I guess it's just Sabasaurus and
Prey. I don't know.
>> It's pretty strong.
>> Yeah,
it's all right. Um
Yeah, we'll just try to keep the tempo.
Hyper Hammerheads in there, too. Dang,
he's got some some clutch stuff. Luckily
for me, you have a lot of points. The
exact number of points I need for Magic
Cinder.
>> YES.
>> YEAH, THAT WAS PRETTY LOW. THAT WAS
PRETTY LOW. That was pretty low.
>> That was uh Yeah, that was I needed all
that stuff. I need you to not have the
field spell. I need all that to happen
two more times.
>> You got there.
>> No, I drew a card.
>> This time I've read Harvey's
Feathertorm. very excited for to use it
correctly. Don't draw Jurassic World.
You I assume you want the card to go
first, right?
>> Nope. I just saw that Destroyer and
maybe I should have used it, but it was
like the only summonable card I had. So,
okay,
that's something, I guess.
>> You know, maybe I spoke too soon about
this deck being unbeatable.
>> Yeah, you're going to draw all the
bricks.
That's the thing about these anime
episodes is like if if you just draw
like you can draw such a weird hand
sometimes with some of the cards you
play. I mean that's pretty good.
>> No, like obviously that's Yeah, that's
really strong.
>> Yeah, that's that's a pretty good card.
It's funny how like 300 attack is like
such a big deal.
>> It is. It is
>> like 300 points. How am I going to beat
that?
Oh my god. You said a card.
Okay. Hyper Hammerhead. Maybe.
All right. Go ahead. Hyper Hammerhead.
>> That is a card that exists.
>> That's the only thing I can think of.
You might baby Sarasaurus, but you kind
of want to destroy that.
>> We're just going to play this slow.
>> What are you doing?
>> What? I don't have cards to summon.
>> What is happening? Okay. All right. Oh,
this is a good one to to use. Let's do
this. Amazon is swordswoman.
>> Yeah. Uh, how about this? Amazon's chain
master.
>> Oh, okay.
>> Okay, I'll attack this one. You've got
the stego guy. Oh, yeah.
>> Yeah, I take it. So,
>> yeah, that's kind of not bad.
>> Um,
>> this one
magic cylinder 1,500.
What are you protecting there? You about
to tribute summon. Nuh-uh. We ain't
letting you tribute summon. That ain't
happening.
>> Oh my god. I was like, what do you have?
>> Trap jammer activate. For some reason,
she played this.
>> I was like, was that released during It
was like in Chad. It's
>> Invasion of Chaos was the release of it.
It was super rare.
>> Okay. I feel like I'm taking over there.
>> Oh, never mind. Um, wow. Okay, that's
that's insane. Um, The dino base.
>> Dang it.
Got the dynabase.
>> Yeah. And it's finally getting summoned
with a little bit more attack points.
>> Oh my gosh.
>> Yeah, that's a slight
machine monster in graveyard.
>> Oh my gosh.
>> Oh my god.
>> What a combo. Did you draw the dynang
and just unlock everything?
>> Yeah. Yeah.
Are you dead? Can I
>> attack all monsters?
>> Okay, swordswoman will help me not die a
little bit.
>> Well, I mean, I wouldn't recommend it,
but
>> Okay, wait, wait, wait. Okay, I got to
think about this. You're going to take
damage there. Then I take 48. So, I
would die if I take 15.
>> So, I can't do it.
>> Then I'll take 18.
>> Okay.
>> 18.
>> Okay. I mean that's
>> dark hole off the top baby.
>> Go ahead.
>> Even then you could bring back Dino tank
still.
>> Okay. So I'm trying to Yeah. So I' I
have which is you know that's always my
goal. Summon big monsters. I have
summoned the three boss monsters of this
guy. Summon assembled the three pieces
of
>> Exodia and superconductor.
>> Wow. Okay.
Okay.
So
let me think about this.
All right. Amazon is fighter.
Amazon is spellcaster.
I will select that one and this one. I
will flip them.
When you activated that, obviously it
wouldn't have worked, but when you
activated that, did it give you the
opportunity to click dynot tank or no?
>> I could have. Yeah.
>> Okay. Okay. So, it would have just been
zero. Interesting.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Cuz it's original attack, I
think. So,
okay. I'll set one card and I will pass.
>> I mean, that justifies No, this has been
great. I justified crafting two of
these. So,
>> no.
Oh my gosh. The tanks are so good.
They're
>> That's crazy.
>> You can't even have mere force here.
Like, it's it's too strong. Dinosaur
DNA.
>> You That actually I had one more turn if
you DIDN'T DRAW THAT.
>> OH MY GOD.
>> BUT the black stain almost got me again
with that.
>> No.
>> Okay. Well, the last two were a couple
more fun.
>> I'm glad that I crafted both of those
for that.
>> Yeah, those were really good. Especially
when you get to pair them with like a
massive dinosaur.
>> Yeah,
>> cuz then they can die and then
immediately come back and it's like a
giant guy again, you know? That that's
kind of scary.
>> So, I'll post my deck list here. So, I
had um a couple extra spots in the main
deck after putting every single card in
there. Let's see. I had
>> I think I had six spots. So, I went with
two more Dina Base, two more
Destroyersaurus, and two more Jurassic
World. Those just seem like the right
picks, but there's a lot of trash in
this deck, like admittedly.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. That's that's how it is. It's like
you either have, you know, really good
stuff and then or part of it really good
or decent and then the rest is like,
"Oh, that's really bad. I hope I never
have to use that."
>> How did your deck end up?
>> Let me show you real quick. Take a
screenshot. So, she plays stuff like uh
Graceful, which is cool. So, you get
that. She technically plays two Harby's
Feather Duster, but I was like, that's
kind of insane. But I kind of did need
it actually. So,
>> this looks really different than my deck
because she had so few cards, so you had
to play so many duplicates.
>> She did. She had multiple harpy lady.
She didn't actually play the number one,
two, or three. But, as you know, you can
only use three total harpy ladies
anyway. So, I can't play the regular
harpy lady. Uh, so I had to play three
of the cyber harpy lady. I had to play
three of the dudamus, three of this, cuz
she plays three different Amazonists.
It's the swordmaster, the chain master,
and the fighter.
>> And then I could have played more Harvey
sisters, I guess more, but
>> it's Yeah, it they're not even good.
Like you have to use a card to get a
1950, which it's cool to special it out
of the deck, but it's not a lot of
points. Harpy's pet dragon. The two
tribute for seven or 200 is brutal when
there's only really five total harpies.
I guess if they were all out there, it'
be good. I would like to try to like I
would love to pull this off, but good
luck, you know? It's such it's not even
a good card, you know, cuz then you
can't do anything after you use it. So,
would have been cool to try to pull it
off. The spellcaster turned out to
actually matter. It worked.
>> I thought the uh that archers card is
nuts.
>> Yeah, this card's actually really good
because you lose 500, so it let me get
over most of your guys. And if you have
like four guys on the field, they all
die basically. Like they have to attack
as long as I have enough, you know,
attack points, which if I have something
like it's usually 1500. So sometimes if
your guys were, you know, 2,100 or
whatever, it'd be bad. But if I could
couple it with also mirror wall, then I
could definitely get over everything.
>> I think I got lucky. Honestly, with I'm
looking at your deck list. I think
you're right that if I had like any
other if I had a deck that didn't have a
field spell that gave 300 attack, this
is a super aggressive strategy that you
have. That's why I'm like I I thought
this deck was going to be good, but then
when I saw all your guys were getting
over 2,000, I'm like, that's really bad
for me cuz I'm at 15 minus 500 or plus
technically. It's like, well, I only get
to 2k, so my like main trap card doesn't
work as well. Mirror wall works, but you
only keep it up one turn and you only
attack once into it. Then you stop, you
know, and make me pay 2,000 if you're
I'm going to do that. So, and
unfortunately, Amazon archers only looks
works with the 1500s. If I could do it
with stuff like this, the Harvey ladies,
they're not on Amazon, but if I could,
1,800, it'd be really really good.
>> Yeah. And those pretty cool lists,
though.
>> Yeah. So, this will this will make it to
the losers bracket. So, I think it'll be
pretty good for the loser side because
it'll face somebody else that lost.
>> Uh, while I I think the dino deck has a
chance of doing pretty well just because
you could easily summon such a big
monster and if they don't draw the right
cards, you can just run over everybody
and win.
>> So, how does it work? Does the next
person that plays dinosaurs gets this
exact deck list or they get to remake
it?
>> I have not done a second round yet. I I
was thinking about that. I don't know if
it's going to be stuck to the same list
or if it's just going to be I'll let
each person be like I might even try to
bring like
>> I might even try to bring the same
people who played the same things back
and see like but like some people like I
think you've played multiple so it's
like you end up facing yourself. It
might not work. But, uh, it could be
good where it's like you just use your
same list and just run it back with
whoever you're facing next or whatever.
So,
>> I mean, if I don't run it back, you'll
have to find someone else to craft dino
tanks. So,
>> Right. Right. So, I actually have done
that before. I think I played Dino DNA
in somebody else's thing and I crafted
Dino Tanks and I was like, "This card's
crazy. I got to craft it."
>> It's good. I'm glad I got so much use
out of it.
>> Okay. Well, uh, I appreciate you making
time. I'll let you get back to your
stream.
>> Thanks so much for having me.
>> All right, guys. Check out DZ if you
haven't already and we will see you guys
in the next episode. We're getting close
to the end of the first round. It's
going to be round two. Let me know what
you think we should do for the deck.
Should they be the same decks? Should
they be able to be remade with other
cards that they used? Maybe I made a
mistake with the the deck building or
something. It needs to be updated. We
could probably update that. So, we'll
see you guys in the next one. Peace.
