Video summary

The video transcript details the creator's exhaustion and frustration regarding a widespread crackdown on anime reaction channels, specifically targeting content related to *Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War*. The speaker explains that after receiving multiple copyright strikes for reacting to recent episodes, he discovered that numerous other major reaction channels were simultaneously hit by takedown notices from Viz Media. This phenomenon, which the creator terms the "react apocalypse," has led him to delete all of his *Bleach* content to avoid further legal complications and potential account termination. He expresses disbelief at the severity of these actions, noting that even simple openings or image-based reactions are being flagged, while other popular anime like *One Piece*, *Demon Slayer*, and *Chainsaw Man* have largely been spared from such aggressive enforcement. A significant portion of the video is dedicated to investigating the entity behind these strikes, which the creator identifies as "Remove Your Media." He expresses skepticism about this company's legitimacy, jokingly suggesting it might be a small operation running out of a Walmart or a sweatshop in Bangladesh rather than a legitimate legal firm. The speaker argues that these takedowns constitute copyright abuse and violate fair use principles, pointing out that the companies are not even contacting creators to resolve issues but instead issuing automated DMCA notices that lead to shadowbanning and revenue loss. He highlights the absurdity of the situation by noting that some channels are being struck for content that does not even show the actual episode footage, relying solely on static images, yet still facing legal threats that could cost creators over $100,000 in legal fees. Consequently, the creator has decided to shift his strategy away from YouTube for anime reactions and is moving his *Bleach* content exclusively to Patreon. He emphasizes that this decision is driven by a desire to protect his livelihood and avoid the endless cycle of strikes and appeals, rather than just a preference for paid content. While he admits that views are still important to him, he refuses to risk his entire channel for what he perceives as unjust claims from entities like Viz Media. He encourages his audience to support creators directly on Patreon where disputes can be handled more fairly, and he warns viewers not to comment asking for deleted videos, as the situation is a direct result of corporate overreach that has forced many channels to stop posting anime reactions entirely.

I'm tired. No, like I'm really tired. I just woke up. But in all seriousness, guys, I am beyond tired of this. What do I mean of this? Well, if you take a look right here, I got a copyright strike again. For what this time? What do you know? The most popular anime out right now, Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War. You know, it wasn't too long ago, probably about 3 4 weeks ago, where everybody was getting hit for their Infinity Castle reactions, including myself. And what did I tell you guys when that happened? Give it about 3 weeks, the videos will be back up. And what do you know? Nicholas Light was Nicholas Wright because everybody's, including this beautiful man, the number one reaction channel on planet Earth. Everybody's reactions are back. Just like I said, Nicholas Wright TV back at it again. Just like I was right about One Punch Man for all the drama channels. Yep, I had to throw that in there. Anyways, it seems like round two of the react apocalypse is upon us because last night, channel after channel after channel was getting hit for their Bleach reactions. How do I know? I'm part of a reaction channel Discord. Every reaction channel, you know, is probably in that Discord. It's like the Hollywood elite of reaction channels. We all gather and we talk [ __ ] about every single one of you. Not only do we talk [ __ ] about you, but we also talk [ __ ] about this issue right here, copyright strikes. And I was on my phone last night on my couch with my beautiful sexy wife. You know what I mean? I was scrolling. I was laughing at everybody. I was like, look at these. Look at these morons. These absolute [ __ ] buffoons. They're all getting hit. And then I get a notification. You got a copyright strike. So, it looks like I'm an idiot as well because I got a copyright strike. And it wasn't even for the [ __ ] episode. It was for the goddamn opening, which is six minutes long. So, you know what I did? I said, "Fuck it. I'm deleting every single Bleach reaction on my channel." So, now if you go to my channel, Bleach is gone. Except for the original Bleach, of course, because they don't care about that. But let's talk about this real quick. This is the most important part of this video if you're going to be watching anything here. And then we'll segue into different paths. But let me show y'all something real quick. Content removed by Viz Media. HOLY [ __ ] VIZ MEDIA KNOWS ABOUT ME. THEY KNOW I EXIST. WOW. OH, I FEEL SO HONORED. You know what I do? I appeal. But when I appeal, something interesting pops up, right? Infringement at removeyourmedia.com. Natur. That's not viz media. What the [ __ ] is remove your media? What is this? Some shack in Bangladesh? For all I know, it probably is. So, I dis digging. You know why? Because I'm a digger. Just like my boy Seaman. I go on their website, remove your media studios. Look at that [ __ ] AI ass website. Look at this [ __ ] studios, publishers, OTT Media, creators and producers. So, they're antipiriracy solutions. That's what they advertise themselves as. Uh, uh, turnkey solutions, aka AI. They use AI. So, do they even use AI or does AI use them for all your piracy issues. We do all the infringement takedown work, thereby saving you money on costly out-of- pocket legal expenses. The [ __ ] out of here. Nobody, and I mean nobody, is taking a reaction channel to court for a video that makes a few hundred dollars. I see my friends with 10 views getting copyright strikes. You think they're going to be taken to court for 8 cents? You're telling me Viz Media, Take Your Media, whatever the [ __ ] they call, remove your media. You think they're going to take us to court for a few hundred, spending over $100,000 on legal lawyer fees? So, I want to make this clear. This is all public information. You scroll down, you see their address, you see their phone number. Yeah, I'll call them right now. >> Thank you for calling remove your media. If you know your party's extension, please enter it now. If you have received a DMCA notice from remove your media, please contact the copyright owner directly. Nope. >> Under original material information on your notice. >> I'm contacting you. Otherwise for sales press one for accounting press two. >> Person one. >> Hi. If you record your name and reason for calling, I'll see if this person is available. Go [ __ ] yourself. So then this shows their address right here. So let's see where they are. You know, I find it funny that it looks like that they reside inside of a Walmart, right? Yeah. Maybe this is them operating. They're operating, you know, behind the carts, you know? Maybe they're in the [ __ ] roof. No, with a laptop. You know what I mean? May Maybe they're in this little truck in the back. I think I see a guy. Yeah. Yeah, I see a guy in the car over here. Maybe maybe that's him. Yeah, he's taking down Bleach reactions right now. Right. Right there in the car. I want to make this clear to you guys. This is all [ __ ] This is copyright abuse. We have the right We have completely fair use to upload our anime reactions. I'm related to lawyers, top lawyers, and they tell me what I'm doing is 100% within my rights. Why do you think reaction channels are able to make a living off reactions for so many years, for beyond a decade, and nothing has ever happened other than these false copyright claims? King of Lightning was taken down. He made a whole tweet about it. Viz Media has been striking about Bleach reactions, even reactions that were done in 2023. They hit me with two strikes in the morning, right? And as you could see, he got hit with his strikes. Ichig goes bankai. They did it. redemption. Uh uh what else they got? Kimpachi's Bankai full episode everything. You got you got all these strikes. And then you GOT ROGERS BASE. [ __ ] ROGERS BASE. ONE OF THE ONE OF THE GOATS. You know what I mean? I've been watching this dude for like a [ __ ] decade. I used to watch his Super Smash Bros. reactions. I didn't even know he was an anime channel, right? I didn't give a [ __ ] about anime, bro. But look at this. Unfortunately, I got hit with the same strike as well. You're striking Rogers base out of everybody. You could strike my mother, bro. You're striking Rogers base. They strike this dude. They not only never contact us for anything, they purposefully went to the biggest bleach channels on YouTube and removed our live reactions to the latest episode. They took down my reaction to Mr. Tommo's video, too. So, this guy goes on, Neil got dropped, too. The thanks I get for promoting Bleach. My videos are well within fair use, and your reaction didn't even show the episode I was reacting to. THIS DUDE DOESN'T EVEN REACT TO THE SHOW. HE SHOWS IMAGES. YOU WANT TO SEE SOMETHING? LOOK AT THIS. LOOK, LOOK, LOOK. Look at this. Look at this. Look at this. Look at this, BRO. HE SHOWS [ __ ] IMAGES. >> I mean, there's no difference here between this and One Punch Man season 3. It's just zoomins into [ __ ] images. He's not even showing the episode. He's showing the goddamn images. And he's getting a [ __ ] strike from this stupid ass company. [ __ ] Viz Media. [ __ ] remove your media. Michelangelo got hit. Flexi J got hit. Freshest Anime gets hit. This dude gets hit every other minute. Asian Nicholas Light gets hit. They're even going AFTER THEIR OWN KIND. Rice and Ginger got hit. Not for this episode, but for the Kenny's Bunkai episode. They got hit once again. They're going AFTER THEIR OWN KIND. SO NOW WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT do we do? Well, all we could do is appeal. But what I did was I deleted all of my Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War reactions. NICK, YOU'RE DUMB. YOU SHOULDN'T have done that. Just appeal. Guys, I'm going to be real with y'all. I don't need Bleach to succeed on this channel. I do other content. I don't rely on Bleach. I've never relied on Bleach. I don't want to get these copyright strikes and then I got to appeal them and and and then I get shadowbanned and then I got to make another one of these [ __ ] videos. I don't want to do this. So, like I said right here, looks like Bleach Reactions will be removed from YouTube. Not only my channel, but tons of others. First, it was One Piece. Yeah, [ __ ] One Piece, by the way. They don't strike Wano. They don't strike Marine Ford. They don't strike the best moments, but they're striking Elbath. Mid episodes of [ __ ] Elbath. Are you serious? I uploaded a 5minute reaction of One Piece and they even struck that. I hope your mother gets struck by [ __ ] lightning. Demon Slayer. Well, it doesn't really matter cuz all of our Demon Slayer videos are up now and they kind of stopped hitting Demon Slayer reactions now. I think they got bored because they realized they don't have the rights to go after us. And now Bleach. The more this happens, the more I want to put anime on Patreon exclusively. The day is coming soon. Well, the day is here, sadly. And I want to make this clear. Yes, sadly. Because if there's one thing I want you guys to know about me is that I'm a view [ __ ] I care about views more than anything. I care about views more than revenue. And if you think that's cap, trust me, it's not cap. Because for four years when I was doing K-pop reactions, all I was getting was views. I was making maybe a few hundred dollars a month. And boy was I happy getting millions of views. I was like, "Boy, yo, I love this shit." Luckily, I get views on other videos, other content. No matter what I do, it works. I don't need bleach. But if you want bleach, I'm going to continue doing bleach. All of Bleach is available on my Patreon, which is right down there. Don't only support me on there. support all of these Bleach creators on there as well. The thing about Patreon that I love so much is that they care about their creators. They reach out to us. I have their [ __ ] phone numbers. If I ever run into a problem, I hit them up and we come to a solution. I don't just lose my [ __ ] account like I would on YouTube because I got stripped by some guy in Bangladesh at a [ __ ] sweat shop. So, if y'all want my Bleach reactions, it's only going on Patreon. Do not go in my comments. Where ble. You know how you know how many stupid [ __ ] people I see in other reaction channels uh comments where they're like, "WHERE'S THE INFINITY Castle reaction? Where where's Infinity Castle?" And I guarantee you every week, "WHERE'S BLEACH? WHERE'S BLEACH?" HOW ABOUT you read How about you read what's going on, bro? It takes two seconds. People were asking me a year ago, "Where's the Infinity Castle reaction?" Yeah. Yeah. Let me react to an illegal recorded version of the [ __ ] movie of one of the biggest movies of all time. You know, becoming a gaming channel, movie channel, music channel. It's becoming more and more real by the day. I don't even want to react to anime right now. I don't even react to that much anime to begin with. LET'S GO TO MY CHANNEL real quick. Look, look, look. Hasbin Hotel 200K. Grand Theft Auto 150K. Harry Potter 139K. Anime Tik Toks. Hasbin Hotel. Uh clickbait video. Anime edits. Uh uh uh I'm shocked I didn't get a copyright strike from Chain Smoker Cat yet, but that video is doing fairly well as well. But in the past how many weeks? In the past month, I've only reacted TO CHAIN SMOKER CAT AND Demon Slayer movie, and one of them got a [ __ ] strike, and it just came back. So, why do you think I don't do anime anymore? You using your anime audience. Brain dead in souls. That's what I call people that comment [ __ ] like that. You don't know what you're talking about. It takes 2 seconds to do research of why reaction channels aren't posting as much anymore. The funniest part about ALL OF THIS IS that I WASN'T EVEN GETTING STRIKES FOR ONE PUNCH, MAN. AND I WAS OVER HERE BULLYING THEM DAY IN AND DAY OUT. I WAS UPLOADING FULL [ __ ] EPISODES. LOOK THIS UP REAL QUICK. WATCH. WATCH. Watch this. Watch this. WE'LL DO IT LIVE. WE'LL DO IT LIVE, BRO. WE'LL DO IT LIVE, [ __ ] LOOK AT THIS. >> LOOK, LOOK, LOOK. Shut up. I wasn't even blurring the screen, BRO. THEY WERE LIKE, "TAKE the money, bro." [ __ ] man. People always ask me, "What anime did you have the most fun with reacting to?" It was One Punch, man. I can't wait for it to come back. And I'm going to go Mach 7. I'm going to go even harder than last time. If you think I've changed, yeah, I've changed for the worse. I don't even get a strike for Chainsaw Man or or or or Attack on Titan or Jiu-Jitsu Kaizen. Literally the bohemoths of anime right now. I got a copyright strike for Bleach. [ __ ] out of here with that. I want to make this clear, right? Sometimes I could get a little too much. This ain't that time. This is I I deserve to feel this way. Every reaction channel, if they come to you like, "Hey guys, uh, sadly the Bleach reactions are Shut the [ __ ] up. Show a little bit of rage. Show a little bit of your anger. I see it in the [ __ ] Discord. Stand up for yourself. Stop being [ __ ] You're a [ __ ] You deleted your reactions. I don't want to deal with this [ __ ] That's why. One Punch Man season 3 videos did better than Bleach videos for me. Better than every channel, in fact. So, why would I risk my channel, my livelihood, and loading up my pistol? Like, well, why would I do all of this? For what reason? Where's the win for me? A few hundred,000 views. I'll get one of those tomorrow if I want. I'll probably get that on this video. This sucks, you know? Like, I had to take off One Piece. I had to take off Bleach. The [ __ ] Demon Slayer movie. Black Clover's coming back. I think that's Viz Media. That's probably going to be a [ __ ] problem, too. Which is why I'm just going to tell you guys right off the bat. Patreon. Patreon literally exists. I post on there every single day. Two episodes a day. We're watching like 45 different anime on there. And then people get mad. They're like, "Oh, if if Bleach is getting strike, why don't you put it all Patreon for free?" No, I'm paywalling that [ __ ] too. You think I want to make a free so all these copyright abusers could just click on the link and strike me from there? I'm going be honest with you. That's a [ __ ] reason. It's a valid reason. But the real reason is, guys, I want money. This is my job. New news flash. IT'S MY JOB. SO YEAH, THAT'S pretty much it. I just woke up. I did not expect to make a video like this. I already drank my whole C4. That's crazy. I haven't even put my underwear on yet, bro. Like like like like I'm still in my pajamas. I'm sweating dick right now. I haven't even worked out yet, man. What a day. [ __ ] Viz Media. Remove your media. [ __ ] your media.
