AMERICAN REACTS TO 24 MINUTES THE MOST INTENSED UK POLICE CHASES!

Watch on YouTube

Video summary

The video features an American reactor watching and commenting on intense police chases involving e-bikes and e-scooters in the United Kingdom, specifically within Cambridgeshire and Northampton. The reactor expresses a mix of entertainment and concern while observing the footage, noting that he is not glorifying criminal behavior but rather learning how to avoid breaking the law himself. He reacts with shock to the high-speed pursuits, the deployment of airbags after severe collisions, and the physical injuries sustained by suspects who are tackled or run over by police motorcycles. Throughout the clips, he questions the tactics used by officers, such as head-on collisions versus T-bone maneuvers, and comments on the dangerous nature of these vehicles when ridden recklessly in populated areas with children present. A significant portion of the video focuses on a specific incident where a suspect attempting to flee on an e-bike is eventually tackled by a civilian Deliveroo driver before being arrested by police. The reactor finds humor and disbelief in the situation, particularly noting the suspect's age, his expensive but potentially fake clothing like a Louis Vuitton jacket, and the fact that he was recording his own arrest with a phone. The footage includes audio from the police body camera where officers read rights to the suspect, who is accused of conspiracy to commit robbery and pointing a bladed article. The reactor also highlights the absurdity of the situation, joking about the suspect being "too old for this game" and suggesting he should have started a family instead of engaging in street crime. The video concludes with an official police statement explaining "Operation Journey," a massive crackdown on the unlawful use of e-bikes and scooters in Northampton town center. Police explain that these vehicles are often modified to excessive speeds, used for wheelies, and linked to serious criminal activities such as drug dealing and violent offenses. They mention seizing over 140 vehicles and using fixed-wing aircraft to target offenders. However, the reactor pushes back against this narrative, arguing that the rules seem overly broad and unfairly target law-abiding citizens who are simply trying to make a living or follow traffic laws. He questions why officers automatically stop anyone on an e-bike without checking for safety equipment or rule compliance, expressing frustration that innocent people are caught in the crossfire of these aggressive operations while criminals continue their activities.

All of this that he's God damn. >> [music] >> If I could own something like this, man, what? Oh! Oh, so to stop him, y'all hit him head-on? Is that what we doing? Honestly, I can't sit here Like Okay, let me know what y'all think, bro. Like head-on collision, minimal It's a It's minimal risk right now, I would say. I think y'all could have saved the police car. Like, I don't think y'all had to do this. Y'all could have got him in the open road and did like a T-pack maneuver. Now, that cop car is damn near totaled. The frame has to be bent. >> On the floor. On the floor. >> Do you have to pull me over the seat? Can't you just open the other door and just peacefully take us out? You know what I'm saying? Cuz drawers not even white no more. This is what I'm saying. Look how they got bro leg bent up here in that crack. I know his hamstring is screaming and his ankle knuckle. No, his ankle knuckle right here. Jesus Christ. Look how he got him hemmed up like this. God damn. I know that's how I Hey, a mean dude I put down a mean demonstration when I'm pulling that chicken leg. You know how the whole chicken come? Like the chicken wing come, not the cutlet, the wing. And it come and it's bent up like that and you bend it down and to break it down and get busy. That's how they got him folded up. This is insane. I know he not used to bending like this. This is abnormal. I wasn't driving. Oh, yes I was. Yeah, it get cold out here, boy. All right, this is Metropolitan Police. When is this? Oh, this is recent. August 28th, 2026. Okay, bet. Bet. Okay, let's do it. Let me get on the other side. Let's do it. Police body cam. Motorbike cam, motorbike cop vs. E-bike. Oh, nice man. Yeah, buddy. I'mma to out on a limb and say you're not getting away. At all. Wherever you can go, this bike can go. Cop don't look scared at all. Jesus. I will say 100% I'm muting it for y'all so y'all don't hear it but I hear it but this sound No, y'all got to hear this with me. [ __ ] that. Forget that. Excuse my language. Yeah. Oh, yeah, this bike is maneuvering low-key, boy. Yeah, all we're going to hear is this. This cop's not going to talk I'm not going to witness I'm not going to Okay, that Okay. The bike turning radius is a little bit better. Obviously. What can you What are you possibly running away from though? Like what's the worst that could happen right now? Oh, he's a knife man. Okay. He giving them all they can handle right now. Pause. Jesus. The best thing the e-bike can do cuz I did this in GTA. I ran from the police on a e-bike in GTA V because VI ain't out yet. So, in GTA V, just keep hitting a bunch of corners and hopefully, you know, you get um at least in GTA V, the video game, you get the cop to fall off the bike and that will reduce one of your stars in the corner. You'll go from most wanted to like down to three stars. Oh, he didn't hiccup. Yeah, this is the best bet. Go the opposite way. Yeah, you Yeah, it's over, buddy. You're done. Wait, what happened? Oh, he got him? Oh my god, a law-abiding citizen hot off? Was that a law-abiding citizen that helped? Wow. Can you imagine being tackled by a law Let me go back. Okay, let's start from the top. Hits him with the bike with the motorcycle. You should have You really should have focused on hopping that fence. You had time, you panicked. You got nailed by this legendary law-abiding citizen. Did they finish the pursuit? Oh, yeah, he's cooked. >> One at a time, just going to put him in cuffs. All right, mate, you're under arrest. For conspiracy to commit >> Look at the the Deliveroo driver out here, too. >> All right. You do not have to say anything, mate. However, if you do say anything, it may be used in evidence against you. >> It'd be bogus if they checked his credentials. >> Cool. Anything you do say may be given in evidence. Okay? >> Bro is out here on with Louis Louis Vuitton. >> All right. Have you got any injuries I need to be aware of? >> Yes. >> Yeah? Have you got any knives on you or anything? Talk to him again. >> on you or anything. >> Tell him one more time, officer. >> [laughter] >> All right, you can do that for your briefing. >> I have tried to talk to you and I have complained on the >> You're not allowed to speak. You're too old for this game. >> He pulled off that mask and was shocked. Boy, get your old face someone. Why are you out here doing this? >> Paul, thank you. >> You're okay now. >> I I think it's brilliant. Okay, do you mind waiting 1 second just in case his mate comes back? I've got the world coming to me. I've been chasing for like 20 minutes. >> So, you you're asking a citizen to stand by? >> So, you are allowed to speak. >> You are amazing, sir. >> And help? >> You what? >> Yeah, yeah. >> What are we going to do then? I'll see you later. >> Oh god, I I I I would not turn off my delivery app for this. I would continue to do my job cuz this is something I'm not getting paid for. >> All right. All right. He's checking you're all right, yeah? All right. >> His ego is hurt. >> If you need me to do first aid or anything, do let me know. It could be quite painful to have a start to put on your dressing and stuff, yeah? Your leg hurts, does it? Happens when you're run in front of a bike. >> Okay. Shut up. >> I'll call a receipt there if you've got someone else with you and you have to take my >> Keep in mind, this is a Whose bike is this? Grown man. Grown man with two pair of pants on. >> Okay. Shut up. >> I'll call a receipt there if you've got someone else with you and you have to >> No, let's go back cuz we want to look at it. Look at this. He got on three four pair of pants and a Louis Vuitton jacket on with a shiesty. Like, go home, cuz. Go start a family. Go start a family. Get an email that's age appropriate. Go on LinkedIn, upload your application. Get a job. This street [ __ ] is over, cuz. It's done. It's done. >> Your leg hurts, does it? >> Now you need some aspirin. Like, come on, man. >> Happens when you run in front of a bike. >> Okay. Shut up. >> I'll call a receipt there if you've got someone else with you and you have to take my local channel orders and wait for someone. >> Someone's just pulling up now. Thank you. >> Wait for >> That's 4836. So, I can't get an answer. Yeah, okay. >> Hello, mate. Thanks for that. Yeah. Thank you very much. Yeah. Um oh, I've got people here now. Thank you again, control. >> All right. >> Yeah, yeah. Um So, >> able to go home, tell his wife Is that his pinky? No, no, man. He ain't got no way. >> Gentleman's kicked him off the bike cuz he was going, which is brilliant. They've then lost control. >> Yeah. >> Um That is absolute legend. Um I tapped him with my bike cuz he's running in front of it to try and get away. Um he's got up running around and then we he's come he's back he's gone back on us and he's been tripped up again. >> Nice. >> So, not concerned of any injuries whatsoever. I've not searched him or anything yet. >> want an ambulance? >> Do you want an ambulance? >> This man kicked him off his e-scooter. E-bike. >> Oh. >> I'll find out. >> No, he's fine. He's shaking his head. He's fine. >> Cool. >> Some helmets, mine and gloves. He was wearing that. He's recording it as well. I don't know if he's got his phone on him or he's dropped it. It could be here. >> He's recording his demise is insane. I would love to see that uploaded or I would love to see that video somewhere. >> Yep. Have you got anything on you that I need to be aware of? Yeah, can you take that for me? Yeah. What you got there? Don't Don't go for your pocket. What's there? >> The Jordans is definitely fake. This Louis Vuitton jacket possibly probably is fake. They have the matching side thing, too. >> Sorry. Run that way. >> The Louis jacket might be real low-key. I don't I'm not familiar. >> I asked him if he's got anything on him and he's tapped here. Uh conspiracy to commit robbery. Is that a knife? Is that a knife? Got that. >> I feel like doing crime in a Louis is stupid because this is not something you're going to want to throw away after. >> There. There. You got it. Yeah, got it. Mate, don't move or I'll get out. I'll get it. >> Is it Is it a flick knife? >> So, you're arrested for pointing a bladed article at him. You did not say anything by way of a defense. >> I'm surprised I'm upset they're not showing us how much time he going to get. Is he's cooked. It's over. Oh, it's a Oh, it's like a It's over here. You Y'all can't see it, but it's like a like a little switchblade. Like the ones you push up for work. That's what it look like. He might could get off with that like I was at work. Uh it's nothing crazy. Okay, maybe this could give me a little more in-depth like uh maybe this could just clarify what's going on with the e-scooters and e-bikes for me. >> Throughout January and February, we had a a number of community complaints in relation to e-scooters and e-bikes being ridden dangerously through Northampton town center and then links to criminality, so drug dealing, some organized crime, and some violent offenses. Uh so, in response to that, throughout the course of March, we implemented Operation Journey specifically targeting the unlawful use of e-bikes and scooters in the town center. >> Unlawful use. Now, what constitutes the unlawful use? Like, can you just stop anybody cuz the UK tends to just make rules where they can stop anybody to double-check stuff. >> Uh we seized about 140 uh bikes and scooters during the course of this operation. Um it was led by our safer roads team involving officers from our neighborhood policing and our roads policing teams. And we made use of our fixed-wing aircraft from the National Police Air Service throughout the course of the operation so we could specifically target these offenders >> Seems expensive. This Operation Journey seems expensive. >> they rode through town. >> Okay, they're going on a diagonal towards the entrance gate. Stand by, here they come. >> The scale of this operation was huge and to seize that volume of vehicles over the course of the operation, the number of arrests that we made, the weapons that we seized, the drugs that we seized uh was on a scale that we've never seen and it it >> Would y'all call them vehicles? I wouldn't call them vehicles. I would call them enhanced bicycles. >> took a a lot of time and resources to put that together. The scale of the issue that we were seeing in the seeing in the town, we needed to bring a whole host of resources together to drive really take the fight to the criminals that we using these vehicles. People feel very very strongly about their use. So, people might have them bought for them and not realize they're necessarily legal. But, the the real issue we see is around the links to criminality. So, we see antisocial behavior, people riding them on the road, on the footpath in an antisocial manner. >> Then on the road Wait, on the road on the So, where where am I supposed to ride it then? >> Additionally, we experience in Northampton town center massive amounts of drug dealing from these e-bikes and scooters. And then on top of that, we've seen a number of serious violence offenses as where people have hopped off these bikes and scooters and you know, uh seriously injured or presented weapons to other people. So, this operation, although initially it was targeting the antisocial use and the traffic offenses, off the back of that, we've recovered significant quantities of drugs, made a number >> it. I get all of this. Okay, I understand it. But, what about the people who have legally obtained these and followed the rules? Like is there a way for them to show that, "Hey, I'm just chilling." Because a lot of the videos that I seen, they're targeting Deliveroo drivers and and and You know what I'm saying? People just trying to make a living. Like this makes more sense than a lot of the other videos that I've been seeing. But, see those rules are so stretched out. Like they just be bothering people some at some point. Like I shouldn't have a order in my little blue backpack. And y'all coming up to me talking about some let me check X, Y, and Z. Like, "Boy, I'm right I'm following the rules of the road." What's the reason? How are you even >> number of arrests and seized a number of weapons. The main issue that we're seeing is in addition to being their general use is illegal, they're modified to go at some excessive speeds that just wouldn't be safe in any circumstances being used on our roads or footpaths. So, we see issues with members of the public having to jump out of the way, uh people using them to do wheelies along our roads through the town center. >> But I do wheelies on a regular bicycle, too. >> And then, when officers request people to stop, in addition to them being used illegally, more often than not, we see fail to stop as a result of this. So, we have to use some additional tactics. The message I want to send to the public, if they continue reporting these instances through to us, continue sharing the intelligence with us around the use of these e-bikes and scooters in the town center, we'll respond. And if we have to set set up further operations like this in Northampton or county-wide, we'll do so. We need your town center >> of get it if there's like an influx of people complaining, but at that point, you got to do something. But like, damn. >> This is to be safe places where you can walk, where you can take your children, where business can businesses can thrive. With these scooters and e-bikes going along our pedestrianized areas, going along our footpaths, doing wheelies on our road, that isn't going to happen. So, please continue reporting through to us. >> Okay. Well, my only question, I guess, would be what about the people who are following the rules of the road, who are driving safely, helmet, you know, have no reason to be pulled over and stopped? Like, I'm If you see a e-bike, do you automatically, no matter what e-bike it is, no matter who's on it, no matter what's being done, you just pull them over? Like, that's the part that's not fair. Like, cuz if I'm following If you ain't see me pop a wheelie, if you not see me going excessively fast, if you see me stopping at the stop signs, going on green, slowing down on yellow, following the rules of the world, then leave me alone. And that's the I don't think that's being done, personally. But let me know, man. Taylor, leave a like, comment, subscribe, turn on your post notification bells, man. I'm gone.
