ALL PRAISE TO G. CRAIGE! @PRDirector1 | @the7000clubministry
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The speaker opens by addressing the nature of true worship and the dangers of false teachers in the last days, drawing a sharp distinction between genuine praise and self-centered performances. He argues that many modern "praise and worship" sessions have devolved into platforms for individuals to talk about themselves rather than focusing on God, comparing this behavior to the fall of Lucifer. The core message is that true leadership in the church requires humility and service, exemplified by Jesus washing His disciples' feet, whereas figures like G. Craig Lewis are accused of seeking preeminence, loving rank, and treating their congregation as an extension of their own ego rather than a body of believers serving Christ.
The speaker then outlines five specific biblical reasons why he considers G. Craig Lewis a false teacher, beginning with the speaker's interpretation of the character Diotrophes in the book of 3 John, who loved to be first and rejected apostolic authority. The transcript details how G. Craig Lewis allegedly exhibits similar traits by building churches using others' skills for his own agenda, demanding that people attend specifically because of him, and refusing to submit to godly authority or biblical church discipline. The speaker emphasizes that rebellion against ordained authority is a form of witchcraft in the eyes of Scripture and warns that identifying a church solely with one person is dangerous, as it leaves the congregation vulnerable if that leader falls into sin or moves on.
Furthermore, the discussion highlights G. Craig Lewis's alleged rejection of hospitality and his ruthless treatment of those who disagree with him or do not meet his personal preferences, rather than addressing actual sin through biblical processes like Matthew 18. The speaker cites testimonies regarding specific instances where individuals were removed from the church for reasons such as being unmarried, holding political views contrary to the leader's, or simply because they did not align with the leader's desires, labeling this behavior as abusive and tyrannical. Additionally, the transcript mentions controversial teachings attributed to Lewis, such as the idea that baptism drowns demons, the belief that parents are failures if their children fall away from the faith, and derogatory labels for unmarried men and women who disagree with him.
In conclusion, the speaker asserts that false teachers like G. Craig Lewis cannot repent because they have already been condemned by God's judgment, citing 2 Peter 2. He urges the audience not to remain silent or participate in the "unfruitful deeds of darkness" but to publicly rebuke and expose such individuals for the sake of protecting other believers' lives. The final exhortation is that faithful friends offer open rebuke rather than concealed love, and that the church must stand against abuse and hypocrisy by following biblical commands to expose error, ensuring that leadership remains a position of service rather than domination.

>> You are listening to the book chapter
verse podcast. The Bible teaches us
about the last days. And today I'm going
to show you
some stuff that's going on. And I just
have to make it clear for
for the saints.
>> Amen.
>> Just make it clear. That's my job. It
ain't to just try to out nobody or
nothing. I'm just taking what they said.
>> That's right.
>> And I'm going to show you what the Bible
says.
>> Amen. Because a wolf is going to lie and
try like this one and try to look like a
sheep. That's what he trying to look
like.
>> But a wolf is not a sheep.
>> Amen. And the Bible says in the last
days, this would become common.
>> And it will become common in two places.
Says some would enter in and do it like
some of the undercover bootleg Hebrews
that enter in here
>> and try to make you leave.
>> But then the worst part, it also said
those that are among you,
>> some of their hearts will change
>> and they'll begin to befriend people
just to take them out.
>> Yes, sir. That's all scripture.
>> That's you on tape.
>> You are listening to the book chapter

>> Praise and worship. Y'all know what
praise and worship is when you really
praising and worship with music. I'm
talking about musical worship. Why are
you in there talking about yourself and
calling that worship? Well, well, well.
>> Now, I understand there's a
congregational singing time in church
where you sing songs that testify of the
battle. I made a vow to the Lord. I'm
this. I'm I'm fighting. I'm a soldier in
the army. That's congregational singing.
But when it's time for praise and
worship,
>> you can't be talking about I I am a
friend of God. Who cares?
>> Who cares? This is worship time. That
ain't no worship song. It's worship
about yourself.

So
that ain't praise and worship.

>> Now, now don't get me wrong. They good
songs, some of them.
>> And there's a time for them.
>> But you can't call that praise and
worship. You come in the presence of God
talking about yourself. Man, if the high
priest had walked in there with anything
out of line looking like him,

says.

My lord,
it was reported to me.
>> Why I believe G. Craig Lewis is a false
teacher. Here's five reasons why I
believe G. Craig Lewis is a false
teacher. Number one,
his relishing for rank. [clears throat]
His relishing for rank. What does it
mean to relish into something? It means
to enjoy it. It means to to love it. It
means to take pleasure uh in it. Verse
9, the a clause says, I wrote something
to the church. This is this is John. He
says, "I I wrote something to the
church, but Diatrophes who loves to be
first among them." Notice, he loved the
preeminence. He loved to have his name
mentioned in conversation. He had to be
the main person. Basically, it's like
this, and I've heard people say this.
Um, I'm I'm I'm going to ABC because of
G Craig. Not because of not because of
God, but because of G Craig or I'm going
to church because of so and so.
See, be very careful when you have
people that identify
your church by one particular person.
Be be very careful with that.
Be very careful with that. Why? Because
if you go because of that person, what
happens when that person is no longer
there? What happens when that person
falls into sin? What happens when that
person gets sick? What happens if that
person is it just decides to move on?
What happens?
[snorts] If you're going because of the
word of God and because of the
reputation of that church is sound,
then you're going for right reasons. But
but people for the most part that I've
I've you know come in contact with and
and people that I've spoken with, they
are members of ABC because of who G.
Craig Lewis is. And G Craig Lewis will
let you know this is my church. Now, if
I'm lying about it, those of you who are
watching this this this live right now
can challenge me on it, but I know I'm
not lying about it because I have
witnesses who said the same thing. Can I
give you another example?
how I know this man loves to be first,
G. Craig Lewis, who is a personification
of Diotrophies. Um, because
ABC at North Richland Hills just outside
of Dallas, Texas, that place was built
basically
uh free. When I say free, I'm saying
those who were members of ABC at that
time like like Larnell and and and
Sister Loretta and and and those who
were in the in the chat, they can they
can attest to this.
These people who have skill in in uh
electronics or skill in uh in in in
technology or skills in carpentry or
skills in masonry, whatever
whatever skills that they had, this man
took their skills, used it for his own
personal agenda,
built that church,
gutted it, built that church,
and Now, that church belongs to quote
unquote G. Craig Lewis. When he had his
50th birthday, when he had his 50th
birthday, they had a they had a a image
of his of his, you know, head on on the
stage.
See, this is what Datrophies,
and I ain't trying to be charismatic
when I say the spirit of the atrophies
or the atrophies. I'm saying the
attitude,
the the disposition.
He's the person that people come to see
and he lets you know that you are coming
to see him.
So though he says that he has elders and
that these elders are are leading with
him. No. No. Anybody who knows G. Craig
Lewis and anybody understands biblical
ecclesiology and biblical church
leadership know and understand that G.
Craig Lewis runs that church. And I'm
going to show you in scripture,
in this passage, and in the text that we
just read
that this is unmistakably clear, an
irrefutable
claim [clears throat] of these
accusations that I'm making that G Craig
Lewis is a false teacher.
So verse 9, the a clause says, I wrote
something to the church, but datrophies
who love to be first among them.
atrophies actually means uh nourished by
Zeus. This man was not a Jew. He was a
gentile and um this man like I said most
scholars would would would say in in
affirm that he has some position of
authority. He was either a pastor or one
of the one of the elders there but he
made it his business to have his name or
have himself to be first. That was his
ambition.
That was his goal. That was his agenda.
He loved to be first.
In Matthew chapter 20, I want to read
this. Matthew chapter 20. Let's turn in
your Bibles. Let's let's go to our
Bibles, ladies and gentlemen. Matthew
chapter 20.
Jesus tells his disciples.
disciples were asking Jesus, you know,
uh about who's going to be first in the
kingdom and and who's going to sit at
your right hand and and all those
things, right? And verse 25 said, "But
Jesus called to himself called him to
himself and said, you know that the
rulers of the Gentiles lorded over them
and their great men exercise authority
over them. It is not so among you. But
whoever wishes to become great among you
shall be your servant. And whoever
wishes to be first among you shall be
your slave. Just as the son of man did
not come to be served, but to serve and
to give his life a ransom for many. Turn
me also to John 13:5.
John 13:5. Jesus is about to go to the
cross and he is he is in the uh he is uh
about to have his uh last supper with
the disciples uh just during the
Passover, the feast of the Passover. And
he is about to show them the excellent
object lesson on what it means to be a
servant, what it means to be first. Look
at the text John 13:5. He began and he
poured water into the basin and began to
wash his disciples feet and to wipe them
with the towel with which he was girded.
And he came to Simon Peter and he said
to him, "Lord, do you wash my feet?"
Jesus answered and said to him, "What I
do, you do not realize now, but you
shall understand hereafter." Peter said
to him, "Never shall you wash my feet."
Jesus answered him and said, "If I do
not wash you, you have no part with me."
Simon Peter said to him,"Lord, not only
my feet, but also my hands and my head."
Jesus said to him, "He who has bathed
needs only to wash his feet, but it's
completely clean. And you are all clean,
but not but you are but you are clean,
but not all of you." For he knew the one
who was betraying him. For this reason,
he said, "Not all of you are clean." And
so when he had washed it their feet and
taken their taken his garments and
reclined at the table again, he said to
them, "Do you do you know what I have
done to you? You call me teacher and
Lord, and you are right, for so I am.
I if I then, the Lord and the teacher,
washed your feet, you also ought to wash
one another's feet. For I gave you an
example that you also should do as I did
to you. Truly, truly, I say to you, a
slave is not greater than his master.
Neither is one who is sent greater than
the one who sent him. If you know these
things, you are blessed if you do them.
Notice what Jesus said.
If you want to be first, if you want to
have uh quote unquote preeminence,
serve others. Let your works speak for
itself. Let your attitude and how you
love others speak for itself. Let it
stand out for itself. Quit trying to be
better than somebody else and put
yourself at the forefront, at the head
of the line before other people. G.
Craig Lewis,
he's not like these disciples.
G. Craig Lewis loves to be served. G.
Craig Lewis loves the preeminence.
[clears throat] G. Craig Lewis will tell
you, "Y'all came here because of me.
Oh, this ain't going on in my church. My
church. My church.
He loves to be the focal point of
everything at ABC.
See, when you have this attitude that
without you, the church can't go
anywhere, that's pride.
And not only is that pride,
but that's an attitude that God says he
hates because God says that's one of the
first sins that he hates is pride.
And so the scripture makes it clear that
the atrophies
he loved to be first among them among
who? among the leaders, among the
church. Galatians 6:3 says, "For if
anyone thinks he is something when he is
nothing, he deceives himself."
See, [snorts]
again, this is an attitude.
And some people try to have this this
this this pious false humility, but you
can see through it. You can see through
it, especially when they get exposed.
Now they want to act humble. Now they
want to act like though they're being
attacked. Well, no, no, no. Uh the
church belongs to Christ. It doesn't
belong to man. We are undersheperds. We
are slaves on God's plantation.
And none of us should be jockeying for
positions
in God's church. But if God has you in
church or in a church, he has you there
for a reason. And that reason and reason
alone is to serve.
Is to serve, not to be served. And
notice what the what the what the
picture is. Jesus gives a picture of
washing someone's feet. That's the
lowest that is the lowest menial task
that a person can do is bow down and
wash another person's feet. that is
humiliating
and God manifested in the flesh. Jesus
Christ, King of Kings and Lord of Lords,
he bows down and he washes the very
creation that he made as an object
lesson and as an example on how those of
us who are in leadership
ought to treat and [clears throat] are
to respond to one another. Now, I'm not
saying you got to have a foot washing
service. No, I'm not talking about that.
It's the attitude and posture and
disposition
that people know that you are humble.
People know that you are a man that
loves God's people by how you treat
them.
They're not walking around in fear of
who you are because they know that you
are a fellow collaborer in Christ
although you are a leader in Christ's
church among his people and over his
people. But see you Craig Lewis that's
not him.
So the first reason, first reason, his
relishing for rank. His [clears throat]
relishing for rank. He loves it. Loves
to be first. [snorts]
Admires it when people put him first
and will fight to stay first. That's the
first thing. Second thing, reason number
two, his rejection of authority. His
rejection of authority.
Look at the be clause in verse 9. The
text says
he does not accept what we say. I wrote
something to the church but who loves to
be first among them. Notice does not
accept what we say.
John is an apostle ladies and gentlemen.
John is one of the ones who saw besides
uh Peter and James, John is one of the
three who saw Christ transfigured in all
of his glory.
This is that John. He's an apostle. He
has authority given by Christ himself
who is God in the flesh.
And this man atrophies
he rebelss. He refuses to accept the
words of John as the authority that
comes from Christ himself because he
speaks on behalf of Christ.
See this is inspired scripture that
we're reading.
John writes this letter. John gives
instructions for the church to follow.
Gaes is the recipient. Deotatrophes is
the resistor.
And not only is he the resistor, John
says this man doesn't even accept what
we say. He refuses to submit to godly
authority. See, I don't know how you all
see that, but that's very dangerous.
When those of us who are Christians, we
have the word of God in our hands. We
read the word of God. We claim that we
love the word of God. But when it comes
time to obey the word of God, we don't
obey what God's word says. And we don't
obey the people from whom God's word has
given us the authority to follow.
So that's dangerous. That's rebellion.
And not only is rebellion,
it's abomination.
Because the Bible says, "For rebellion
is the sin of witchcraft."
When you and I, it's one thing to be
disobedient.
It's it's one thing for us to sin and we
struggle and and we and we fall into
sin. We uh we disobey the word of God
and and we struggle in that sin. But
it's a it's another thing. It's a
totally different thing when you
high-handedly
recalcitrantly
rebel against God ordained authority. It
doesn't matter if it's at home. It
doesn't matter if it's in the state. It
doesn't matter if it's in the church.
When God has placed leaders over us, he
expects for us and commands us to obey.
But when we refuse to obey, when we
refuse to submit under godly authority,
God says that that is sin. Now, again,
we're not talking about perfection here.
We're not talking about how you and I
can can stumble. We're not talking about
that cuz James says we all stumble in
many ways.
We're talking about people who say, "I'm
not doing this.
I'm not going to do that. And
unfortunately, we even have that going
on right now with this whole Corona
virus COVID 19 pandemic in our nation.
We have born again Christians
who are supposed to be ambassadors, who
are supposed to be
people who lead others to Christ. And
what do they do? What do they do?
They're leading people away from Christ
by their disobedience.
See, when you tell somebody that you're
a Christian, you just put yourself
and made yourself a target.
You put yourself out there because now
people are going to watch what you do.
Now, they're going to watch what you do.
They're going to watch what you say.
Everything you do, they're going to
watch you.
They're going to see if it lines up to
what you claim you say you are.
So when you have pastors and and people
who have positions of of of of influence
in the world and in the church go
against God ordained authority. Let me
give you an example. And this is free.
If your state, if your city has you on a
stay-at-home order, and whatever that
stay-at-home order stipulates,
and that stay-at-home order does not
violate the precepts and principles of
God's word, and here's what I mean by
that.
It does not cause you to sin. It is not
immoral and it is not illegal. I'm not
talking about your rights. I'm talking
about your relationship with Christ as
his slave.
If they're saying we can't gather and
only so people so many people can
gather, then that's what we're to do.
But when you refuse to obey godly
authority or God ordained authority, you
are choosing to disobey, choosing to
rebel against God himself.
Just read Romans 13 1-5.
Read first Peter chapter 2 verse 12-17
and look at what Peter through the word
of God says on how we are to live in
this world.
So when you have a person like G Craig
Lewis who wants people to follow him but
he is not willing to follow the word of
God
it doesn't matter what he says anymore
and if this is his pattern of life
he is not a Christian he's a false
teacher and this is what was the refused
to accept what John said about those
that he had called to go to the church.
These brothers, these emissaries, these
people that was spoken well of by John
should have been received by the church,
should have been received by the fees,
but they wasn't. He refused to accept
what John said as authority because he
wanted to be his own authority. Gre
Lewis is just like that.
Grey Lewis follows his own authority and
that's himself.
Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He he says that he
he believes the word of God is the is
the is the authority. But how you live
it?
How [clears throat] do how do you live
it, George? How can you say that you
follow the word of God, but you're not
willing to follow what the word of God
says about you and [clears throat] how
you treat people?
See, that's the question.
First John chapter 4 verse 6 says this,
"We are from God. He who knows God
listens to us. He who is not from God
does not listen to us. By this, notice
John is not giving you any reason to
guess. He's telling you by
[clears throat] this we know the spirit
of truth and the spirit of error.
John says it's clear. John says it's
clear how you and I know those who are
of God and those who are not of God. How
do they obey the word of God? How do
they submit themselves under the word of
God? Are they are they followers of
God's word
or have they fallen away from God's
word? [clears throat] Which one? Because
it can't be both. It's either one or the
other.
A person can claim that they love God,
but how they treat and how they love
their brethren will dictate and will
reveal to you and I whether they are
from God. Datroes refuse to submit to
godly authority and so does G. Create
Lewis. Gret Lewis runs his own church.
Oh yeah, he has quote unquote elders on
on the on the forefront and on paper if
you will or visually he'll say that. Oh
yeah, we we have elders and know. But
yeah, but but are they biblical elders?
Is Aon a biblical elder? Is Elder Trent
a biblical elder?
And the other ones are are they biblical
elders? Because if they were biblical
elders, G. Craig Lewis should have been
sat down years ago. He should have never
been ordained or never been called to be
a pastor in the first place because he's
not qualified to be one. According to
scripture, this man is a hoe.
He's a liar.
He's a thief.
He's a manipulator.
This is what he is.
The testimonies against this man are
numerous and they continue to emerge.
I continue to keep getting
correspondence and information about
this man and and I fact check it.
and they're all true.
How is it that this man is still in a
position of authority, quote unquote,
if the church that he claims teaches and
believes the word of God has not removed
him from that position? Answer, because
he's
atrophies
in the flesh. [snorts]
The characteristics of the atrophies is
NG Craig Lewis
and other false teachers like him or in
particular this man. [clears throat]
See, it's easy to talk about a Joel
Ostein. It's easy to talk about a
Kenneth Copelan. It's easy to talk about
a TDJ. Those are lowhanging fruit on the
false teacher tree. That's low hanging
fruit. [clears throat] G. Craig Lewis
hides behind. And the ironic and hyp
hypocritical thing about that is that he
will call these people out about their
teaching and about their doctrine and
about who they hang around and about
what they do.
But now when the tables are turned
and now the rabbit got the gun,
he wants to tuck tail and hide and play
victim. He wants to tuck tail and hide
and say that he's being attacked. He's
being persecuted.
No. No. No.
It's reaping season now, George.
What you have seown is coming back to
you.
All the exposees you've done, all the
videos you've done, George, is now
coming back around. People are tired of
the hypocrisy. And people are not afraid
of you. That's why those who have come
out have come out.
And there are others
that are coming out. And they're all
saying the same thing.
They're all saying the same thing.
This man is not a true shepherd. This
man is not a true teacher of God's word.
He builds his own kingdom. He builds his
own authority.
And those who don't submit to his way of
doing things, he deals with them. Well,
how does he deal with them? Same way
deals with people. Fifth reason why
Greek loses a false teacher.
Uh he says he forbids those who desire
to and puts them out of the church.
He forbids those who desire to and puts
them out of the church. His ruthless his
ruthlessness over others.
That's the fifth reason. That's the
fifth reason why G. Craig Lewis is a
false teacher. Because he's ruthless. I
ain't talking about Easy E and Jerry
Heler. No, this dude does not. He does
not have any compassion.
He does not have any compassion. He does
not have any concern, any care for the
flock.
Look at the text clause of verse 10. And
he forbids those who desire to do so.
Not only does he not accept those into
the fellowship or is not hospitable to
those in the church, he tells other
people who they can and can't fellowship
with. And they choose to do so, he puts
them out.
[laughter]
My my my
It's G Craig.
It's G Craig. It's G Craig all over.
It's G Craig all over. I see G Craig all
in this text. Diatrophes 2.0.
Because this man puts people out of the
church, but he he guises it. Listen,
listen. He guises his putting people out
of the church by telling these people
that he's putting out of the church to
take a break.
Take some time off and and and I'll let
you know when you can come back.
Again, ladies and gentlemen, those who
are in the chat, if I'm lying, tell me
I'm lying. But if I'm telling you the
truth, if those of you who have been
members and and were members of that
place, if I'm telling the truth for the
sake of witness to the truth, put up a
comment and affirm or deny what I just
said is true. When you are put out of
that church
or out of that place because not a
biblical church, he'll tell you to take
a break.
He'll put you on a sabbatical.
That's what he calls it.
He puts people out.
How do you put out a person
when they have not sinned?
Answer. When you are an authoritarian,
when you are a dictator, when you are a
person who lords over God's flock
ruthlessly, that's how Loretta said, one
or 10,000, is it 10,000 or 100,000%
facts? Consider the zero. 100,000%
facts.
He puts people out. puts people out of
the church because they're not married.
Puts people out of the church because uh
they disagree with uh uh something
regarding politics. Shondaanda Case just
said it right there. He put her out of
the church.
Put her out of the church. And
Shondaanda, if you would like, you can
tell people why he put you out of the
church. If you like, make put up the
comment. Why did G Craig put you out of
the church? Was it because you were in
sin? Because if you were in sin, then
that's different. But did he go through
the process of church discipline? Did he
go through Matthew 18:15-20?
Did he go through 1 Corinthians
uh 5:es 1-13? Did he go through the
process of of of of church discipline
and you were unrepentant and he put you
out? Or did he put you out for no
biblical reason or because of preference
instead of principle and precept?
And if he puts you out because of
preference and because of things that he
wanted done and and and it wasn't done
the way he felt it should be done or or
you didn't do something that he didn't
like,
then
he is an abuser. He's just like
Datrophies.
He's a false teacher.
He's an abuser. And he's no different
than anyone else who he calls himself
or he he calls false teachers
themselves.
Loretta says this and he encourages
members not to talk to those that left
or got put out. They basically act as if
when you leave ABC, you leave the faith.
Shondaie, you said he put you out
because of what? Preferences.
because of preferences.
John the Baptist says, "Yep, I've heard
him say that, too." Three witnesses.
Three witnesses.
So, I'm almost done. Bear with me,
y'all. I just I'm just I'm giving you
five biblical reasons.
Five biblical reasons why G. Craig Lewis
is a false teacher based on the text,
based on the scriptures,
based on what the word of God says.
I mean, we already know he's an
adulterer, an [clears throat]
unrepentant adultery. He never repented.
We already know he's an abuser. And you
see, and the thing, and the reason I
keep bringing that up is because he has
not repented. He has not confessed to
the people that he's done it to. He has
not stepped down for what he has done.
Author, you said, "What are what are
some of uh Craig's false teachings?" I
just gave you some of them. Uh gez. I
mean well
his view of baptism he says when
believers are baptized they drown
demons. He believes in the sperm
covering doctrine. He believes that if
you are a parent and your child is not a
Christian or they or they fall away from
the faith you are a failure. He calls
men who are not married trash.
He calls women who disagree with him
jezebels.
I mean, again,
uh, yeah. Yes. Yes. Drown drowns demons.
He look, you don't believe me? Go to
his, go to his website and look up the
sermon, and I say sermon with air
quotes,
water baptism.
Water baptism. In fact, G. Craig Lewis
did not believe in baptizing believers
because he said that uh uh baptism was a
Roman Catholic dogma.
Not lying. He just baptized 300 people.
Actually, he didn't do it. He had his
elders do it. But it took him what,
five, six, seven, eight years before he
baptized anybody. He said he wanted to
make sure that he was doing it right.
how how how how
difficult it is to know that when a
person gets saved, the next command they
ought to be outside of um just repenting
and turning from their sin is to be
baptized.
[clears throat]
I mean,
but but here's here's here's a comical
thing about about him. Uh Arthur,
he's always saying that God told him
this. God said that. God spoke to me and
God came in my room and and and God did
this and and and I've heard God say this
to me, but God never told you that you
need to baptize people who just got
saved.
So your communication is that is so on
point that he talked to you about
everything else that we can't verify,
but but you you you ain't never heard
him saying his word. uh going to all the
word, preaching the gospel, baptizing
them in the name of the father, son, and
holy spirit. You you didn't you didn't
hear that. Now that that's those just
some of the things and and people who
are who used to be members of his
church, they can tell you some of the
false teachings that G. Craig Lewis have
said.
So, aside besides from being an
unrepentant adulterer, uh uh an
unrepentant thief, an unrepentant liar,
unrepentant slanderer,
aside from those things, aside from
being an unrepentant manipulator, aside
from those things, I mean, it's pretty
good. It's pretty good.
But let me let me finish with the rest
of the of the uh of the lesson here. But
I I appreciate the question. I
appreciate the question. But his but the
fifth reason why G. Craig Lewis is a
false teacher is because of his is
because of his his his ruthless his
ruthless
or ruthlessness
over other believers. He puts people out
of the church
for no biblical reason. That's that's
see and that's the problem. You're not
you're not putting people out because of
sin. You're putting people out because
because you can.
And this is why I believe um Dotrophies
is just like G Craig Lewis or G Craig
Lewis excuse me is just like Datrophies
because
if Datroes
had church in his house [snorts] then I
can see how he can pull off putting
people out of the church refusing to be
hospitable to these people not giving
them uh fellowship ship, genuine godly
fellowship.
And you know what? The same is true with
G. Craig because Greg runs ABC. He does
not have elders that he have to hold him
accountable. Absolutely, Kim. It is
abuse. Yes, it is abuse. Let me put that
up there.
Shondai, you said this. He doesn't like
single divorced women and said a woman
no matter what can't file for a divorce
having adultery affairs, STDs, abusive,
not keeping a job and abandons his
family. These are the reasons
that that Shawn is saying if a person
committed adultery, has STDs, is
abusive, not keeping a job, and abandons
his family. G Craig Lewis, and I heard
him say it. Pull up his exosition video.
He tells people they can't get divorced.
And if they do get divorced, this is
what happens. He puts them out. And and
the sad thing about it is again,
[snorts] he doesn't even go through the
process of it. He doesn't let the elders
in the church decide that. He decides it
and puts people out.
And notice it's not because they sin.
It's because he does not agree with
them.
And that is abuse as King Simpson said.
Amen. It is abuse.
Let me finish here with the with the
rest of the slides here.
And he forbids those who desire to do so
and puts them out of the church. 1
Corinthians 1:29. Not that we lorded
over your faith, but we are workers
together with you for your joy.
See, when a person is a true
undersheperd, a follower of Christ, they
don't lower their authority over over uh
God's people because you know why? They
understand where their authority came
from. It comes from comes from Christ.
It comes from Christ.
1 Thessalonians 2:8, "Having so so fond
an affection for you, we were well
pleased to impart to you not only the
gospel of God, but also our own lives
because you have become very dear to
us."
[clears throat] Second Thessalonians,
I'm going to turn there. It's not in my
uh down the screen. something that just
came to mind here as I was uh studying
this. But in 2 Thessalonians chapter uh
1, I believe um uh
verse 4.
No, I'll read that one later. I'm going
to read that one later. I'm going read
that one later. I'm going to read that
one later. U
but verse 7 of of 1 Thessalonians
chapter 2. But we prove to be gentle
among you as a nursing mother tenderly
cares for her own children. See, G Craig
can't say that.
G Craig can't even say that he's tender
and gentle toward anybody because people
that I've I've talked to and spoken
with, tender is not a a characteristic
that they will say G. Craig Lewis is um
cult leader, tyrant, abusive, bully,
fearmonger,
insensitive,
unloving,
judgmental.
Those are just some of the things that
I've I've I've gathered and and uh in my
conversation with people that this man
is not fit to be a pastor at all.
He He's not even fit to be anything
in Christ Church
because of his treatment of the
brethren.
1 Peter 5:1-3 says, "Therefore I exalt
the elders among you as your fellow
elder and the witness of the sufferings
of Christ and a partaker also of the
glory that is to be revealed. shepherd
the flock of God among you, exercising
oversight, not under compulsion, but
voluntarily according to the will of
God, and not for sorted gain, but with
eagerness, nor yet as lording it over
the flock,
as lording over those allotted to your
charge, but proving to be examples to
the flock. God says this,
we're not lords over anyone.
We lead people as Christ leads us in his
word.
That's what we are to do.
And when you find people
like a G Craig Lewis,
when you find people who are abusive,
when you find people who refuse to
submit to authority, when you find
people who are uh who glory and and have
a reputation or a desire to be first and
and and to have the rank and file of
those who have to be seen as first,
they refuse to submit to authority.
They revile uh other people. They
slander them.
They refuse to fellowship with other
believers.
When they do that and then and they're
ruthless in their leading and ruling and
and caring for people,
then what should we do to those kind of
people? But he said this also one of the
things he's done. He said, "And if your
husband swings at you, you better learn
how to duck."
That is what G. Craig Lewis said. And
for the record, Sister Loretta, can you
put up where he made that comment and
where you heard that comment stated?
Were you present? Was that hearsay? Was
that, you know, uh, somebody told me?
Were you actually present there? Can you
put up a comment and let us know?
because I'm going to put that statement
up on the screen for those who watch it
can see it themselves and then they have
to be forced to answer why would they
follow a man who supports domestic
violence and abuse of women.
Um
Jerry, you said what then? What kind of
example is Craig setting? I I I agree.
Red, you said your answer was I was
there. You heard him say it. And if you
heard him say it, then other people
heard him say it too. Am I am I correct
in that in that statement? If you heard
him say it, then you know
that it's likely, highly likely the
other people when you were present heard
him say it there as well, too.
Um,
yeah, you said cuz he tried to play it
off like he was joking. Shondaanda Cage,
you said, "Yep, I'm a witness, too."
>> [clears throat]
>> So, how do we respond? How do we deal
with people like G. Craig Lewis? What
should be the church's response to Greg
Lewis? How should we as people deal with
a man like this? I believe we know the
answer to that, but I'm going to put it
up here and show the the rest of the
audience and those who watch it.
We're to [clears throat] rebuke and
expose him.
That's what we're to do. We're to rebuke
and expose him.
Look at verse 10 in in third John. John
says, "For this reason, for what? For
what dastrophes had done.
Refused to accept what I said."
He wanted to be first. Refused accept
what I said. He He slandered me. Tried
to misrepresent me and discredit me as
an elder apostle.
He refuses the fellowship and the
hospitality given to people. He refuses
to be hospitable toward others and put
people out and puts people out for those
who want to fellowship and be hospitable
to others.
And he's ruthless and he's careless.
How should I deal with him?
John says, "For this reason,
[clears throat] if I come or when I
come," is how the word should be
rendered. I will call attention to his
deeds, which he does. That's what John
says he's gonna do. John said, I'm not
letting him slide with this. I'm not
letting it go. I'm not just gonna quote
unquote pray for him. As I heard people
tell me regarding G. Craig Lewis, I had
an older lady tell me this earlier this
week. Just pray for him. Pray for the
brother. Ma'am, he's not a brother of
mine.
And he's not a brother of any brother,
sister in Christ who treats people this
way as a pattern of life. We're not
talking about a one-time issue here.
We're talking about this man's life and
his ministry, quote unquote,
on how he treats God's people. That's
what we're talking about.
[clears throat]
And if John says he's going to call
attention to these people's deeds, then
that's what we supposed to do. And it
doesn't matter what he may have done in
the past. Who cares what what he's done
in the past and what he's treating
people or how he's treating people in
the present
is wrong and it's sinful.
The Bible says in Proverbs 27:5 and 6,
better is open rebuke than love that is
concealed.
Faithful are the wounds of a friend,
but deceitful are the kisses of an
enemy.
Ephesians 5:11 says, "Do not participate
in the unfruitful deeds of darkness,
but instead even expose them." That's
what we're called to do, ladies and
gentlemen. We're not to sit back and let
false teachers like G. Craig just go and
are we just going to pray? And I I I
pray that he repents. Listen, false
teachers can't repent. Do you understand
that? They're already condemned. They're
already damned. Read second Peter 2.
Judgment has already been pronounced on
them.
That's why they can't repent. They've
been they've been warned enough times.
They're false teachers. God's judgment
and condemnation is already on them.
And I put it to you like this. Has G.
Craig repented in the past 20 years.
He's been doing it for this long. If
you're calling Kenneth Copeland a false
teacher, TD Jake a false teacher, CFO a
false teacher, he called Eddie Long a
false teacher. So then what about him?
Put them in the same pool.
The Bible says do not participate in the
unfruitful deeds of darkness. And you
know how you can become a participant of
this stuff?
When you don't expose it. When you know
you should open your mouth and you don't
say anything,
that's how you become a participant of
it. Oh, you don't have to do it
yourself, but you know it's being done
and you know people are being hurt and
harmed by it. You know people's lives
are being destroyed and because it ain't
your toothache,
you don't care about anybody else
saying, "Ouch."
God says we're not to participate in it,
but we are to expose it publicly.
We're to expose it publicly.
And that's a command, ladies and
gentlemen. That's not a suggestion. J,
you said your silence is your agreement.
A to the man. Manica, you said pattern
of life. Amen. Persistent habitual
unrepentant habits.
Lonnell said, "This is a muchneeded
biblical breakdown of a false teacher."
Amen. Praise God.
This is what we are supposed to do.
Expose them. And we're to expose them
because other lives are at stake. That's
why we're to expose them.
[screaming]
That's my job. It ain't to just try to
out nobody or nothing. I'm just taking
what they said.
>> That's right.
>> And I'm going to show you what the Bible
says. And that's the ter root checkmate.
>> My lord.
