Video summary
This video addresses a common concern among players who feel they have reached a cap on their character progress by detailing every possible upgrade path available in the game, with a specific focus on systems that unlock at level 70. The host begins by explaining the Research and Development (R&D) system, which functions like a skill tree offering pilot training for tactical stats, STR&D for additional firepower, and arms research for weapon-specific improvements. While players can choose a specific path or upgrade everything non-specifically, the core advice is to eventually max out all available options as they become accessible. The discussion then moves to the pilot interface itself, highlighting how leveling up increases overall power while talents enhance attributes like AP generation and suitability, with ascension levels further boosting these stats significantly.
Beyond basic leveling and talents, the video emphasizes the importance of temporary buffs provided by skills and the permanent stat increases found within the bionic computer and neural drive systems. The host warns players not to overlook the initial stat upgrades available in the bionic computer before investing in more expensive resources like bionic superconductors. Neural drives are presented as a crucial area for customization, where selecting specific sectors provides permanent bonuses that can be tailored to a pilot's needs. Additionally, a new boost system introduced at level 70 allows players to increase core and extended stats, with materials obtained from the Memory Storm event under expansion ops serving as the primary source for these upgrades.
The final section of the guide covers mech-specific enhancements, including features, parts, weapon modifications, and tuning options. The host explains that filling out the feature slots is essential for customizing a mech's critical hit rate, armor piercing, or damage output based on individual build requirements. Parts are detailed as having different levels from one chevron up to the final rainbow tier, with specific body, arm, and leg parts contributing unique stats like HP, armor, movement, and dodge. Weapon modifications offer three levels of improvement, ranging from basic attack increases to advanced RNG rolls for critical hit and range, while tuning allows for the attachment of trigger and reaction accessories. The video concludes by reminding players that battle power depends on both overall stats and the base strength of the mech, noting that newer mechs generally possess higher potential than older ones, so players should not be discouraged if their current units do not see massive increases even after full rainbowing.

Hey guys and welcome to Mecharashi. So
this video is kind of requested because
I've seen a lot of comments that some
players haven't maxed out their
characters, their pilots, and seem to
have hit a cap. So, let's go over all of
the possible, you know, possible
upgrades that you will encounter. Um,
you might not have some of these because
these are, you know, some of these are
are unlocked at the level 70. Let us
start with your RND.
So, your R&D is a separate upgrade
system. So, it's like a skill tree. Um,
as I mentioned earlier, some unlock at
70 and this one unlocks at level 70. So,
you have to be patient [music] with
this. You have to wait before level 70
because again, some of you are new to
the game and you'll get this eventually.
So, you do have pilot training. So,
under pilot training, you get um a
little bit of everything here. So,
unlocking there is um [music] additional
tactical. These are stats that you could
add to your um your pilots. So this one
is pilot training. The next one is going
to be STR&D. So this is going to be
powering up your ST additional
additional firepower. So these are
additional. You don't have to be
particularly be you know you you don't
have to be specific on what you need to
upgrade first. I've learned that as soon
as I was nearing the end in which that
uh what is available I would upgrade. So
that is the principle that I have
eventually you'll be upgrading
everything anyway. Um then the last one
is going to be arms research which is
particular to your weapon. Okay. So
unless if you want to be specific with
with the path that you want to take it's
okay. If you if you are going to be
non-specific it's also okay. Okay, so
this is again unlocking at level 70. So
we go now to the pilot. The pilot has
I'm sure you guys are familiar with the
pilot's upgrade, you know, interface,
but there are some things that you need
to understand in relation to some of the
things here that you might not
understand. Okay, so the first obvious
one is the level cap. So level cap
increases the the overall stat, the
power of the pilot. Next one is going to
be the talent. Okay, so the talent here
uh obviously you have AP increase at one
and five [music]
and talent enhancement at three. Two and
two and and uh what do you call this?
Two and four is going to give you
suitability. So the max is going to be
up to ultimate uh harness 135%.
Okay. So, uh, I'll show you a a
comparison here. So, the max, if you max
her out, let's say you got her at A4,
you have 135. If you go to a pilot that
has only, let's say, let's say two,
okay,
the max uh, in terms of suitability is
going to be at 129%. So, again, this
improves the pilot's overall potential.
uh and boost stability and performance
in battle. So again, it to translate it,
it increases
uh most probably the stats of the pilot
um uh himself or herself. So let's go
back to Adele. So again, as you upgrade
your A's here, your ascension here, four
is going to be affecting this one
suitability. So the higher the once you
go to A4, it's additional upgrade. It's
more as additional stats that are going
to be adjusted. Before I didn't
understand this, but uh seeing that
you're going to have an increment
upgrade to suitability up to A4. At A5,
it's going to be just initial AP. So
that is the upgrade. So also
for the skills uh some skills do give
you temporary buffs. Okay. So these are
temporary stat buffs. Sometimes these
are temp temporary damage buffs. So
these is this this is where you get your
your you know your upgrades so to speak.
So but these aren't permanent upgrades.
These are uh skills that you will use in
battle that will give you temporary
upgrades on damage, temporary upgrades
on certain stats like your probably HP.
[music] So those are the things that can
be added as well. Uh let's go to bionic
computer here. So for your bionic
computer,
um this is where you upgrade your
skills, but in between there is also an
upgrade on uh stats here, assault,
[music] assault here. So, if you're not
opening everything for a certain pilot,
let's say, for example, you're you're
not investing bionic superconductors,
please make sure that [music] you you
open these, the ones that are before,
because this adds to the stats as well.
Okay? So, don't forget to open these
because this adds to your pilot stats.
Then we go to the neural drive. So
neural drives, okay, neural drives have
different bonuses, especially if you
choose to CP16 a separate a a you know a
[music] specific uh what do you call
this specific uh uh sector. So let's say
for example some of your you know
sectors will give you plus bonuses
permanently for your character. So that
is why once you invest you get stat
bonuses you get additional bonuses or
skill bonuses. So, this is where it
comes into play. So, it depends on which
part [music] you're going to be
unlocking. That is where you're going to
be getting a boost for your character.
For Adele here, I got her at W Gamma
Sector 2 CP16. [music]
And I get these instead of Gamma Sector
1's ideal range. So, that adds to um
kind of giving your your pilot
additional skills, additional boost. And
speaking of boost, okay, this is a new
upgrade system. Uh you will get this as
well as you reach level 70, but this is
going to be down the line. So how do you
open boost? So boost by the way, sorry,
boost is is uh stat record. So these are
core boost and extended boost.
Basically, these are going to be stat
boosts as [music] well. Um it's not
specific here on what. That's a chip
boost as you can see here. Trigger
transformation in granting a significant
increase in boost progress. Uh that's
it. But no specific
specific
um uh area in where it is going to be
boosted. And let's check out where
you'll get you know more materials for
this one because most people are ask me
that's that's there that's present. So
right now, just to give you an example
of uh how it looks like the current one
that I'm boosting is this one is um is
gummy. So gummy boosted. Then let's
boost. Let's hold this. You could hold
this one and upgrade up to the point
wherein you are going to be requiring
memory fragments. So where do you in
where do you get this? You'll be opening
memory storm. So, Memory Storm, just to
go back on where it is, and you guys
know where it is. It's here. It's under
expansion ops. Then you got to sweep
this. Um, the first three is 30 energy.
Next three is 40. Next three is 50. And
the sub subsequent sweeps is going to be
60 energy. So, you can you can sweep
this as long as you want, but you have
to pay the corresponding energy. So, you
get it here. Plus, um, once you sweep
this, you'll also be getting parts. So,
you know, parts of a mech. This is going
to be random. It's not going to be
guaranteed. So,
once this batch is going to be finished,
you're going we're going to have another
batch of mechs going to be assigned to
this. So, as soon as you sweep this, the
first three sweeps will be getting you
will be getting you parts randomly. So
probably from these mechs here. So those
are the side bonuses of uh memory storm.
But the key here is going to be memory
fragment. So aside from aside from the
pilot R&D boost neural drive, we do have
bonuses of course from the mech itself.
The first one that uh if you're not
familiar with is feature because most of
the time you actually forget on how to
[music]
how to fill this out. Check all of your
mechs if they're filled out. But again,
customize according to what you need.
Crit rate, you need hit rate, you need
armor piercing, [music]
you need um again damage. So read
because again, your specific build might
be different than mine. So might as well
customize your own mechs and your own
feature for your pilot. And also next
one is going to be the parts. Okay, as
we all know the parts have different
levels. We have one chevron, we have two
chevron, we have three chevron. Then the
final uh is going to be uh a rainbow.
Okay, these are the final ending of your
parts. So the higher the chevron up to
rainbow, of course, the higher the stats
and the capabilities of a mech. Okay. Um
let's see the upgrades here. the upgrade
in terms of stats. Okay, so each of the
parts because probably most of you don't
know how how stats are gained through
the mechs. So for the body, you get
firepower, HP, [music] armor, power, and
weight, crit resolution, and for the
arm, it's going to be different. So HP,
armor, and weight. So as you can see
there, it's going to be different. Arms
are going to be the same. HP and armor
hit and uh firepower. So hit is actually
part of the arm. So increase in hit is
going to be an upgrade on the arm.
Increase in armor has both. HP is for
the body. Um we also have power for the
body. And for the legs, we do have
movement and dodge. So that is where the
upgrades go. So the higher the the
upgrade of a certain part, the higher
the stat boost of that specific stat
you're going to be receiving. So those
are for the parts. Let's go to the
weapon modification. So the weapon
itself is going to be a different
upgrade. Okay, let's start with the
backpack. Your backpack has specific
upgrades here. It's specific to what it
will give you. So, plus HP body
dependent on what backpack you use,
you'll be getting these buffs. However,
okay, for your weapon, let's say
specific weapon here, once you modify it
here, you'll be getting
three um levels here. The basic one is
just one click, you get a max of attack.
Then for the advanced, this is actually
um RNG, but you could roll for the
highest one. And the highest I usually
get is [music] is um nearing the range
here. And um so attack is fixed. These
two are not. So these two will be from
weapon crit up to here. What I usually
do is I prioritize these two here. Um
attacking with HP above 50 and lower 50.
these two, but if not, I would either
get weapon crit or weapon hit. So, those
are the four. These two are the
priority. Then for your tuning, of
course, this is this is going to be
specific to your build on which um
trigger accessory and reaction accessory
[music] that you are giving your um your
weapons. So those are the things that I
think you should know because um in my
experience I also am a am
that I don't check my deployment. I
don't review my mechs and at the end I
usually have a lot of slots that I don't
you know I haven't filled up. It's
mostly it's mostly the neural drives
that I haven't filled up that I haven't
uh populated. Sorry, I forgot one thing.
The neural drive. Um, but usually for
the for the uh mech usually forget to
fill out the weapon slots, the
modifications.
And also, let's go back to the pilot
here. So, for the pilot, I forgot to
mention one last thing. This is
sometimes an area wherein you forget how
to fill up as well. um the chips here.
Okay, the the higher the lower the the
higher the rarity of course, the higher
the stat it will give you. It's actually
very obvious. So from blue, violet to
your orange here. So orange is actually
the best for your neural drive and
mostly that is it. Sometimes we just
forget on how to equip the you know to
equip or equip the right um gear
[clears throat] or or chip in a specific
area. That is why [music] our mechs are
you know our mechs are underleveled. Our
CP is low. But take note guys, CP also
depends uh sorry, battle power. Battle
power depends also on the overall stats
that you give and also on the mech. Take
note because some mechs have some mechs
have a very high base stat for all of
its parts. Like like for example, I have
here Eye of Faith. Um Eye of Faith and
uh Ray is at four. They're ranked four,
but I of faith is only at three chevron.
It hasn't even reached the [music]
reached the rainbow. So, that might be
the case. Um, don't worry because again,
there are mechs, especially earlier
mechs that I'm still using that no
matter how you rainbow, their battle
power is not going to increase [music]
that much. So, uh, the lesson here is
the more the later mechs are going to be
more powerful, which is actually obvious
than the than the earlier mechs. And
don't worry if they don't go up. That is
actually how the game is built. So, that
is it guys. I hope you that is cleared
for all the things that you need to
level up and to max out for your mech.
If I forgot anything, please do comment
in the comment section what it is. And
take care. Stay safe. This is the warden
and I'm out of here.
