Video summary
The video centers on a candid and urgent conversation regarding the critical first step in overcoming addiction: acknowledging the problem and reaching out to trusted loved ones before the situation spirals out of control. The speaker emphasizes that individuals struggling with substances like crack or heroin must not wait until they are stealing from family members or lying to them, as this betrayal alienates the very people who can offer support. Instead, the advice is to swallow one's pride and immediately confide in someone who cares deeply about their well-being, explaining the severity of their struggle. This act of vulnerability is presented as the essential foundation for recovery, preventing the addict from becoming confused by their own lies and losing touch with reality while under the influence of hard drugs.
A significant portion of the discussion focuses on the necessity of separating oneself from current drug-using circles to facilitate healing. The speaker argues that an individual cannot effectively help others if they are actively drowning in their own addiction, urging viewers to let go of friends who enable the habit or continue to use alongside them. This difficult decision is framed not as a rejection of friendship, but as a survival strategy to stop the cycle of betrayal and theft that often characterizes severe addiction. The transcript shares personal anecdotes, including a story about a friend in Colombia who warned against crack specifically because it consumes the user's mind completely, reinforcing the idea that certain substances like crack and heroin are particularly dangerous and require immediate cessation without delay.
Beyond emotional support, the video suggests exploring alternative healing methods while maintaining a cautious approach to professional advice. The speaker mentions research into entheogens, such as those used in supervised settings in Vancouver, noting that these plant-based substances may offer breakthroughs for hardcore addicts, though he advises taking any specific recommendations with a grain of salt. The overarching message is one of hope and resilience, reminding viewers that they are not alone and that there are amazing people willing to help if given the chance. By recognizing their condition early, avoiding isolation, and building a support system free from deception, individuals can stabilize their lives and eventually extend a helping hand to others once they have found their footing in recovery.

Mr. Mayup, hey Chicho, sorry to be a
mood breaker. I've been watching you for
years. In last 3 months, my normal life,
9 to 5 job, etc. has taken a crazy 180.
I'm so ashamed of myself, embarrassed
deeply. How come I have I have become
addicted to crack? Oh no. And I've taken
heroin many times. Oh no. I'm already in
debt selling stuff. I can't afford
rehab. I really don't know what to do.
Oh, dude. Do Do you have anyone that
really cares about you? Do you have
anyone that really cares about you? That
is within your proximity that you trust
100%. That
um
you can depend on
that you will you will not betray.
That's really important because if you
you've gone down the crack and heroin
rabbit hole, that rabbit hole, I've I've
seen people go down that rabbit hole and
they betray their loved ones. So, if you
haven't reached that point where where
you will steal stuff to feed your habit
and stuff like this, uh talk to them,
explain to them where you are and see if
they're going to because you need
someone within your proximity. You can't
be left alone. Okay, that's my take.
Yes, but so far I have been able to hide
it from my family. Uh I can seem 90%
normal. Dude, Mr. Maya, don't wait until
it shows outwardly that you're
completely [ __ ] Okay? Don't Don't
wait that long.
Swallow your pride. Swallow like
whatever you need to swallow. Reach out
to a person, loved one that you know
that loves you more than their own life
more than anything that wants the best
for you and explain to them that you're
in a [ __ ] hard place and maybe why
you're in that hard place and
talk it out with them. And that's the
first step. That's the first step
really. Don't wait until
you're stealing from family and loved
ones. You're backstabbing them. You're
lying to them. And then because what
happens
when you get into that lying routine,
uh you start believing your own lies.
You can't tell reality from lie. Mix
that in with crack, with heroin, with
whatever hard drugs you might be doing,
cocaine, whatever you might be doing,
you get confused. You You can't tell
truth from lies. You'll
you'll alienate the people that can help
you the most, and you'll [ __ ] over
people that love you the most. and
you'll start trusting people that feed
your addiction, that um
act as a gateway for you to remain
addicted. Okay? It's a [ __ ] difficult
path you're on really, but it's up to
you. You need to take that step. It's on
you. You got to swallow your pride.
You're a human being. We're all [ __ ]
really every [ __ ] human being that
you know deep down they in essence they
are really [ __ ] up in general unless
they've hit the bottom multiple [ __ ]
times and they've had to lift themselves
up with the help of someone or by
themselves. And don't do it by yourself.
Seriously, don't do it by yourself.
get help to stabilize you. And the odds
are you're going to even if you step
away from it, you might fall back to it
every now and then, but realize that you
stepped away. Realize that you stepped
away. And then once you open up to
someone, talk to them, okay? Have them
as a as as a gate where if you're in
hard times, you can call them anytime
and they'll be there for you. Start
seeking help. start seeking help like
either professional to a certain degree
like again take everything with a grain
of salt professional whatever [ __ ] it is
right but do research
eliminate the people that you've been
doing crack and heroin with they're out
because you are an addict and you can't
help anyone else okay you need to you
need help yourself you need to be saved
from [ __ ]
ending your life, right? Drowning before
you can reach out to someone else that
you love, right? So, if there's people
in your life that you're doing this
with, it's an activity that you do this
with and you think they're really good
friends, you got to let them go. Attach
yourself to someone that you can rely on
that can get you out of the hole that
you're in. Okay? And then once you're
free, you can maybe reach out to someone
else that you love and you love,
maybe help them out. But don't try to
help anyone else out if you're already
[ __ ] up. That's that's the only thing
I can tell you, man. You're in deep
[ __ ] Like, realize it. You're [ __ ]
right now. You're really I've seen a lot
of people go through this. You're [ __ ]
right now. The first thing you have to
recognize and the first thing you did
was recognize it.
Appreciate how [ __ ] you are. You need
to grab that rope. You need you need
someone to save you. Um,
aside from that, personally for me, um,
I can't I I really I can't recommend
stuff because um
because again, take what I say with a
grain of salt. I'll just say take what I
say with a grain of salt, but from the
research I've done, enthogens
uh under supervision, enthogens, not
pharmaceuticals, not pharmaceuticals,
enthogens, plantbased
uh natural substances.
There's been tremendous amount of work
done with them. One person you can look
through, look look into, write down this
word. I'm going to write write his name
down in chat. Gabbor Mate.
Gabbor Mate. Look up the work that he
has done in Vancouver with hardcore
addicts and addicts of all types using I
believe Iasa.
Okay. But there are other enthogens that
can also break that habit. Okay.
Yeah. Show says it [ __ ] but still here
to recognize it. Stay here. Exactly.
Don't go down the rabbit hole saying you
got your addiction under control. If
your addiction I don't give a [ __ ] if
it's gambling, alcohol, crack, heroin.
Crack heroin very dangerous. Alcohol
very dangerous. Gambling just
annihilates families, right? Annihilates
families. Cocaine anni can annihilate
families in the long run, right? You're
recognizing it. You're saying it. That
means you're in a place where you might
be able to reach out. Okay. You're in a
dangerous place. Recognize it. And I
think you have
Mr. Maya. Thanks for all your words and
advice, everyone. Yeah. And if anybody
has I didn't read any of the chat that
was coming up because I just needed to
stay focused saying what I did. Read the
chat and if you think there's someone
there that you can reach out to further,
reach out to them. But my personal
advice would be reach out to someone
that really gives a [ __ ] about you
really. But make sure
make sure you do not lie to them and you
do not steal from them.
No lying, no stealing. Do not betray
them because all addicts betray the ones
that they love first.
Okay? or brutally.
Okay, I've had it happen to me. People
have done it to me. And there's a
certain point where you just have to let
them go. And I've had to let people go
even though I love them. I just said,
you know what? You're not you're not
where you need to be for me to be there,
but I'm there if you need me to be
there. But you can't steal from me. You
can't you can't lie to me. Okay.
Dancing visual comic book hall crack. It

wrong Jonah Harry okay God if I could
start again a million miles away I would
keep myself I would find a way that's
got to be a quote from a song
and there is an out
um Mr. for Maya. There is an out. One of
my best friends was an ex heroin addict.
I've had friends that are ex crack
addicts, ex alcoholics, ex gamblaholics,
ex ex addicts.
But I also have friends,
hat friends maybe, that slip through the
fingers and they're gone. Okay? So,
make sure you don't slip through the
fingers and you're gone. You're going to
hurt a lot of people in the process,
man, if you do that, okay? Because your
life, no matter where you are in your
life, know that you're not alone.
Really, there are people who give a [ __ ]
about you. So, whatever happens to you,
if it hurts you, it hurts them. Okay?
Recognize that.
Too sin nails song. Cool.
Brack do not lie. Do not cheat. Do not
steal. 100%.

Truth uh truth there. Very good use of
that song. That whole album was about
heroin addiction and drinking. Cool. Moi
got to have a fix. Reality sucks. While
reality doesn't necessarily have to
suck, my reality, even though the world
is going to [ __ ] right? People around
me, 80% 85% boom boom up the yin-yang,
they're [ __ ]
85% of the time. Now it's more like 60%.
Because 30, you know, 25% have
recognized what happened. But still, a
huge percentage of people around you
might be [ __ ] but there are amazing
people around you. There's amazing life
to be had, right? There's amazing life
to be lived.
Elder God says, "Find a find a phrase to
stop you doing something bad. Mine is
quote, I never did mind about the little
things." End quote. Haha.
Mr. Maya, crack is insane. Yeah, it's so
different to any other drug. I have
tried most things growing up but never
got addicted to anything. Crack consumes
you. It's all you think about. Here Mr.
Mr. Mayup,
here's here is something that my friend
that used to be a heroin addict told me.
Okay, he he was he was a really good
friend. We hung around for a while. He
lives in Colombia now. South America.
Colombia. Okay. He told me we're we were
partying for a while and stuff like this
and he was an ex heroin addict and uh
you know we still drank together. He
didn't smoke weed. I can't remember if
he smoked weed or not but he still drank
a little bit. Not too much. Right. He
turned to me and he said Chicho
your character never do crack.
Never ever do crack. You will get
addicted like this and it'll [ __ ] you
up. One reason is crack takes you down
the rabbit hole and makes you process
and you see things in because he did
crack, right? He said never ever do
crack. And to his advice and he gave me
this advice 20 years ago. To his advice,
never crack. Not that I would really,
but maybe the opportunity present itself
and it had and it did. and remembering
his words because people would offer it.
Never never did it. Okay? Because I
trusted him. I respected him. He loved
me. And
he gave me one advice. That was one
advice. This is [ __ ] the only advice
he ever gave me. Chicho, never do crack.
Never do crack. You will get addicted
off the first go. And I said, "Okay,
won't do it." and I made him a promise I
would never do it.
He was one of my uh gay friends I
partied with for for a long time. He was
super nice guy, man. He is a super nice
guy. He's still alive. He's still
kicking it. And he was a hardcore
addict.
I'm going to read the comments. Uh KO
Mr. Maya uh you're here right now

drank too much. Oh, so unfortunate. So
unfortunate.

You don't want to be around crack
addicts
unless they're reaching out for help and
you lend a hand if you can, but make
sure you explain to them. Never lie to
me. Never steal from me.

packed it in a spliff and passed the
doobie to the left hand side. I tod it
up and half of half an hour later got
lost on a roundabout in a housing
estate. Yeah. And that person that
spiked that spliff with speed and passed
it to you, that piece of [ __ ] deserves a
punch in the [ __ ] face.
Don't do it. Right. We're peaceful
people here. But I would never party
with that person again. If someone slips
me anything, I will never [ __ ] hang
around them again. Ever. Ever.
