And many times they have undergone some surgery for uh different form of cardiac problems. And when we offer treatments like open heart surgery and you know, valve replacements or valve repairs, these procedures are very risky, and many [music] times the patient succumb. And the mortality mortality rate in these patients are higher than uh you know, a valve repair replacement surgeries in younger patients. So, we have options like percutaneous way of dealing this leak, especially at mitral and tricuspid level. And there we go inside the heart and put a clip there. So, the leaking valves get a clip, and effectively it makes a single orifice into two orifice, and the leak disappears or becomes very less from grade four to grade one.
