Video summary

Ryan, a long-term shareholder since 2022 who has been accumulating Aduro Clean Technologies shares independently without compensation from the company, introduces his perspective on why he believes $ADUR is poised for significant growth despite current market skepticism. He emphasizes that while other content creators like Marush and Penny Queen have provided excellent coverage, some recent social media narratives are overly short-term focused or driven by hype rather than fundamental analysis. Ryan argues that investors must look beyond the stock's recent price stagnation around $10.80 to see the underlying progress of the company as it transitions from pre-commercial validation toward commercial deployment at its Camelot Kansas campus. He points out that heavy shorting activity is expected given the lack of current revenue, but he maintains that this does not reflect the true value or potential trajectory of Aduro's technology in solving a massive global problem: plastic waste management. The core argument presented revolves around two fundamental hypotheses for any investment: success or failure, with no middle ground based on groupthink or social media consensus. Ryan critiques the "echo chamber" mentality where investors blindly follow trends without understanding whether a company will actually deliver value over time. He highlights that Aduro has achieved critical milestones including third-party validation of its chemistry (R2), successful customer trials at an operational reactor, and strategic partnerships with major players like Seammens and Zetton. These developments suggest the technology is viable for scaling up in Europe firstโ€”a market more open to innovationโ€”before tackling regulatory hurdles in the United States. Ryan asserts that dismissing Aduro because it hasn't yet generated profit ignores the long-term roadmap and the urgent need for new recycling chemistries, noting that 90% of plastics currently end up in landfills or oceans without adequate processing solutions. Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, Ryan warns against waiting for arbitrary price targets like $20 or $75 before investing, as such thinking reflects a misunderstanding of how value creation works in early-stage technology companies. He acknowledges that the stock market may currently be pricing Aduro as if it will fail due to its lack of immediate earnings, but he insists this valuation is flawed and fails to account for the company's tangible progress and alignment with management goals. As an institutional-style investor holding a sizable position, Ryan urges retail investors to adopt a similar long-term mindset rather than chasing short-term volatility or succumbing to FOMO driven by social media influencers who only appear when prices are rising. He concludes that every shareholder must make their own decision on whether they believe Aduro will succeed in bridging the gap between pre-commercial proof-of-concept and full-scale commercialization, leaving the final judgment up to each individual investor based on thorough due diligence rather than external noise.

Now, welcome to the independent investor channel. Ryan here, uh bullish share owner in the company. I've been with the company since 2022 and um over the last couple of years specifically. Uh I've been doing nothing but accumulating shares uh in the company. I've been monitoring the landscape closely. for a lot of you guys that um initially tuned into my channel for coverage of Aduro, uh I'm no longer being compensated for my efforts. So for you guys that u you know may be confused about my affiliation with the company, there it is. But I do want to stress each and every investor's uh responsibility to do their own due diligence uh before taking remarks such as um the ones that I'm going to give you today because I'm going to give you a different twist, a different perspective. Again, I've been monitoring the content that's been uh forthcoming online. Um some of it has been very very appreciated. I'll name it now. Of course, Marush has continued the coverage um to the to the tune that's been extremely appreciated and and very very forwardleaning to continue to tell the bullish story of Aduro Clean Technologies. Um and and he um does a very very good job of of updating um each and every one of the uh updates the company as they uh become available to the general public. Uh second is Penny Queen who um in my estimation one of the if not the original uh investor uh in the company. So all the credit there that is due. Uh but her content has actually evolved uh to a place where I feel like it's getting into almost professional content. Uh it's that good. Um so I highly encourage you to kick into those two uh venues. And then there's been a couple that have come on to the scene here um that I've gotten to appreciate and got to know over the last oh year or so uh as Aduro Clean Technologies has enjoyed uh their time on NASDAQ and and um you know has been uh telling their story aggressively. Um and that is Amateur Investing. So, shout out to Amateur Investing for um their continued uh research and and due diligence. The company very very well uh researched on the content and it's uh content that I very much appreciate. And finally, uh stock research weekly. So, shout out from the independent investor channel. Um, I really appreciate you guys for your continued coverage and and I know I have taken more uh of a unique path uh an independent path. Okay. Uh doesn't mean that I'm not bullish on Aduro Clean Technologies. Okay. It's quite the opposite. Over the last, let's just call it year or two years. I've been very very forthcoming and going into this hiatus where I've transitioned away from social media I was very very clear about where I thought Aduro Clean Technologies was in its evolution and I am still still steadfast in conveying to a wouldbe audience for anybody who's interested in my perspective about the company to deem the company still in a bridging process. Now, for you guys that can appreciate that or didn't understand what I was talking about when I rolled this out, um really around the 2025 time frame, I was speaking about going from pre-commercial to commercial status time frame on that evolution was TBD. At the time, my friends, we are still in this phase, okay? There's nothing I can do about it. There's nothing I can say to you to suggest that six months down the line, this thing is going to take us all to the promised land. through monitoring the um activity online, I have found myself significantly more disappointed than encouraged by the lack of um adherence to stock market discipline. And I'm going to give you a little bit of philosophy from a guy like myself who's been investing for 30 years. Okay. What gives me the requisite to come online and and and somehow suggest that most people get it wrong? Well, I am a self-made millionaire. I started with nothing and I've built myself into a sizable and strong seven figure uh portfolio net worth. Okay? Now, that is just with stock. Okay? I don't I don't come online and suggest that because I have a comprehensive net worth of, you know, uh a sizable amount that you should follow me. Okay? As a matter of fact, I encourage people to really find their own way and to try to make sense of the opportunity in stock market investing the way that I see it. And the way that I see it is there are in most cases two choices. In most cases there are two outcomes. In most cases there are only two hypotheses that need to be deliberated around. And I find this philosophy misconstrued all too often in stock market investing where you have stock market groups out there that think because you come together and you have a collection of thoughts that are similar to the person to your right and to the person to your left that somehow that justifies being either bullish or bearish on a particular idea or a particular hypothesis. I couldn't disagree more with this idea of group think and that's a lot of reason why I moved away from social media [snorts] and the inability for people to truly sit across from somebody, hear out an opinion and perspective about stock market investing without jumping on the defensive, without engaging in a combative dialogue back and forth with the person trying to do what? to try to prove them wrong, right? To somehow try to have people believe that the world would be better off without Aduro Clean Technologies. Now, the stock at present is being shorted fairly heavily. We anticipated this. Uh I projected that this was going to happen and here we do. We see that the shorts who have zero appreciation for what Aduro Clean Technologies has tried to do outside of the fact that the short thesis and attribute surrounds the fact that Aduro really doesn't sport any meaningful revenue at this current juncture is going to be a short target. All right, this is the game that we play. This is the stock market. This is how this happens. This is how this transpires. All right, but this is just one attribute of the stock itself as it sits right now as I'm filming this video um on February 23rd, February 24th right now. We've just started 2026. I've been involved as an investor in the company since 2022. We've been four years removed on this project. And my philosophy about stock market investing as it applies to this specific name has not changed. Either the stock is going to do one of two things. Either it's going to go up or it's going to go down. Okay? Over the course of the last few years, we have seen periods where the stock has went up. We have seen periods where the stock has went down many, many times in each of those two categories. Now, in each of those specific scenarios, whether it be in 2022, 2023, or 2024, and so on, the wouldbe investor would have had to have asked themselves, is this a company that I project is going to go up into the future or is going to go down into the future? Okay, that that's it. we can have a a prolonged discussion about hypothesizing where it could be and why, right? Why it could go down and why, right? But at the end of the day, the stock market isn't about whose ego is bigger. It's not about who's part of the biggest stock market group out there. It's not about any of those things. It's your ability to look at an opportunity and deliberate around the idea that that idea is either going to evolve or dissolve. That's it. Okay. Now I've seen the stock jump up extremely fast when stock market on X and the you know the banter starts and people start accumulating the shares to the tune of 100 or you know 250 or maybe 500 shares and a bunch of people come in to the stock and they'll buy the stock because the stock is hot. The stock is on fire. The stock is going to the moon. My friend to the right and to my left is buying the stock. Therefore, I have to buy the stock. The stock. The stock. The stock. The problem at that is you're looking at the stock in a vacuum. All right? And you're failing to understand what it is that the company is doing. All right? Now, those two are absolutely interchangeable and they are linked together. The stock will reflect the company and the company will reflect the stock. Okay. Now, let's talk a little bit about the stock right now. For people who are wondering why over the last couple of months, the stock has digressed in value from its highs. Okay, it hit 1750 highs sometime last year. I expect those all-time highs at some point to be taken out. As we speak now, my hypothesis obviously is on a bullish trajectory. And here we sit. Stock sits at about $10.80 US as I'm filming this video as an update to the pulse of what we're looking at if we're looking at the right things. Now the stock market as it sits with the opportunity and everything we know about Aduro Clean Technologies is pricing this company as if it's confused. Okay. Now if it were attempting to price the company as if it was a complete failure then the company would have dissolved and gone to zero. All right. That is what a lot of people still hypothesize on and believe that Aduro is a have not company. Okay. I look at the opportunity at $10.80 and I see it through this lens. I see a stock market that is not properly assessing value and opportunity in an Aduro Clean Technologies. At $10, guys, you cannot tell me that the stock market is valuing this company with when we when we bar it against the opportunity going forward. And what we discuss all the time with the addressable market, the chemistry and its validation, multiple forms of validation, uh the customer engagement program, what they've been able to do, and just all of the progress thus far that has transpired, especially since the company has gone public to the NASDAQ through its its reverse stock split. Okay. Since it's been public, there has been nothing but positive progress news on the front with Aduro Clean Technologies. And if you look at the stock holistically and you take two or three steps back and you look at it from a longer term perspective, we're looking at a stock that has been on a long-term trajectory upward rather than downward. Because I think a lot of people get caught in the short term looking at the stock, looking at the digression and they unfortunately convolute the two that because there's a problem or digression with the stock that there's somehow a problem with the company and that is a really really shallow way of looking at this company. Shorts want to short the company because they want to make money. That's it. Okay, Aduro Clean Technologies. Let me ask you this. Is the world a better place without Aduro Clean Technologies or with it? Okay, I really want you to think about that when you're looking at the chemistry and the path that the chemistry alone has gone along, right? through batch scale validation uh third-party sign off R2 right pre-commercial demo which is ready to be uh turned out and start construction uh over at the Camelot Kansas campus here if you if you just look at that trajectory of progress would it beg the question that Aduro Clean technologies probably has more of a chance to roll out a chemistry that has a a a chance of integration as opposed to a chemistry based on everything that we know that is going to fail at scaleup. Okay, it's either a yes or it's a no. All right. But we have been given small clues along the line so we can understand the milestones along the history at least the last short history of Aduro Clean technology that they are on a trajectory toward scale up and eventual penetration to an addressable market that we know is begging for penetration. I mean, they're they're we're we're begging to embark and unlock this blue ocean within the plastic recycling space that if you do any homework whatsoever, you will identify that we need hundreds of companies like Aduro Clean Technologies. Okay? And my deep research tells me that Aduro Clean Technologies is the very best at that. Okay? me me you don't have to agree with me on this okay but do your own research and understand that if 90% of all plastics being produced okay are ending up in less than adequate processes or no process at all to see that that 90% is introduced to the landfills in the ocean then it it triggers the question of why that is and introduces the necess necessity for chemistries like an aduro clean technology that is standing up and screaming into an echo chamber of people, the stock market included, that are not listening. They are not listening. These guys are screaming into an echo chamber and outside of what I can um try to try to forecast what the market is expecting from this company. What is it more that you expect them to do? Do you believe based on their forward-leaning news releases that their technology does not work or that it does work? Are you suggesting that the management isn't aligned with shareholders or not aligned with shareholders? Are you suggesting that Aduro Clean Technologies has not rubbed shoulders with the who's who in the plastic producing industry? Are they not knocking down deals from an international perspective? Are they not making moves toward an inevitable scale up especially in Europe which I think is where this thing will kick off to start anyway and us guys like myself who is a US shareholder are going to be the biggest advocate of that because the United States as usual and especially along this topic are not going to be the pioneers in this space. The Europeans will. All right. So, if you're going to benefit from Aduro Clean Technologies, it will be incumbent upon the shareholders to truly understand how open of an environment this is in Europe and how historically difficult this could potentially be uh in challenging the status quo here in the United States. Okay? Are they going to scale up or are they not going to scale up? Are they going to make money? Are they not going to make money? All right. Now, if looking back past the last four years in the evolution of where we are now in 2026 and the stock sits really dead. It's been in a channel for the last 6 months. I'm totally okay with that. The stock gurus on X, they have come and they have gone. They came when it was convenient to hype the stock for a period of about two months. I give them credit for two months. Okay. Remember, I've been in the company for four years. Okay. Two two years. Two months as opposed to four years. All right. Wouldn't you wouldn't you suggest that there's a difference between the mentality that it takes to win in this game and the mentality that it takes to exist in this game? I don't need to be a to YouTube anymore. Okay? I don't do promotional content anymore. I don't need to. Uh, I don't want to um I'm making this video out of my own um free will. Um the the full disclosure is as it's always been outside of the fact that I'm not getting paid for this, nor would I even accept future payment. Uh if solid solicited, I am a long-term Aduro shareholder. Um, and I will go out on a limb and I would suggest that I am the type of shareholder that Aduro Clean Technologies is looking for. All right, we are not looking for exploiting a 20 20 cent move in the stock one way or the other. We're not looking for sheer owners that are looking to hype a group and get a bunch of people excited about a company that of which they know nothing about. Right? The things to be excited about with Aduro Clean Technologies going forward is knocking on the door to getting realtime data. Okay. Uh from their uh latest reactor that is operational and it is actually doing customer trials right now guys. This is this is real. It's as real as it gets. All right. Now, if the stock was trading for $50 a share right now, you wouldn't need me to come online and try to forecast a trajectory or a road or an explanation or a hypothesis as to what this means for the company now. and especially share owners that are looking at this and because the market is confused about their opportunity that somehow investors need to be confused as well. I've seen some comments to suggest that I can just wait until it goes to 20 bucks. I can buy it. Some of the talking heads on social media have suggested that the company's going to $758 a share. Therefore, I can wait. To each his own. I don't care what you do with your money. I I do not care. What I do care about is the message getting muddied on a story that I find sacred. I'm rooting for Aduro Clean Technologies. If they end up successful, I will make money. Okay, I will admit that I'll make money. some of my colleagues, some of which I've mentioned, Marush and Penny and Amateur Investing, Stock Research Weekly, and some others that I know in my closed community of investors that do not invest like retail. We invest like institutions and each of us have positions that are more institutionalike than retail for one. Uh, number two, uh, I don't lose my shorts after two months if the stock goes down $2 or three or four or five or six or whatever. Okay? The stock reflects the company and the company that I invested in in 2022 is a far different company than we're investing in in 2026. How will this opportunity unfold? How is it that Aduro is going to take all of this integration that they've had with Seammens and Zetton, leverage these partnerships and all of the knowledge and research that has evolved like a current with Aduro Clean Technology? How is this going to lend itself? Is it in the hands of a management that I trust and align my share ownership with to take this opportunity and bring it to that next level bridge from pre-commercial to commercial status? See, nowhere in that deliberation do I tell you that it's going to be 6 months down the line or 12 months down the line or 3 years down the line or 17 months and 12 days down the line. That type of dialogue has no place in stock market investing. What it comes down to is a very very simple deliberation of yes or no. That's it. It comes down to do you believe in the company or do you not? You don't have to believe in Ryan on the independent investor channel. You don't have to believe in anybody else. Some of the affforementioned people who are working really hard to roll this story out for your benefit, for your introduction. The story as it's being told by Aduro Clean Technologies, my friends, is best told by Aduro Clean Technologies. heads. The next press release that is released, watch what happens to the stock. Okay? My message will not move the stock. All right? I'm a small fry on YouTube that is trying to reach those investors out there that are willing to deliberate around a very, very simple question of yes or no. Will this succeed or will it fail? The stock market as I see it is pricing Aduro Clean Technologies to fail. In my opinion, it's pricing it to fail. Some people would suggest at a $350 million market cap and valuation of the company that it's overvalued in its current status because it doesn't make money. Come back to the drawing board. Do we believe that they're going to make money or do we believe that they're going to lose money? Do we believe that they're going to succeed or do we believe that they're going to fail? Do believe do we believe that they're going to appreciate in value or do we believe that it's going to digress in value and go down? Do we believe that everything that has transpired going back let's say four years in my involvement or going back even further to 2011 at the inception of this company my friends we are trading on a major US stock exchange and I can't be happier I was happy when we went to public markets uh back in the fall of 2023 and I'm I'm I'm fall of 2024 excuse me correction I was just as excited then as I am now. The the notoriety that Aduro Clean Technologies gets for trading on public markets. Now, the story is out there. Okay? You can't tell me that somehow the people who need to have notoriety or are aware that Aduro Clean Technologies is out there don't have awareness of the company. Okay? They're just stuck in the middle trying to answer this question of yes or no. And right now, right now, the disconnect that exists between the stock market's evaluation as it reflects in the stock price today is pricing Aduro Clean Technologies to actually eventually fail rather than succeed. My friends, I appreciate you. Uh if you would show some support, you can subscribe to the independent investor channel. I do these videos now very very far and few between. I've done that for some personal reasons as well as some professional reasons. Um as well as a a an an internal to desire u to do other things with my time. Um I'm not one of those guys that looks at social media uh with the same lens as everybody else. Um, I know what it takes to succeed on social media and um, I um, refuse to be a to YouTube. Uh, I refuse to do that. Um, I'm going to, uh, release this video without any commercial interruption. Uh, I will demonetize this video because from start to finish, if something I said provoked some thought in this video, if something that I said helped kind of fortify maybe a position that you got in when I was very very active with promoting the company, right? I just want you to know that I'm right alongside you. Um, my position is um probably one of the most sizable positions um anywhere in the world. So, you're getting it to hear it with somebody who has the um I have the attributes and I not only that have that, but I have the position. I think you can step back and you can really listen. And if you're one of those retail investors that I'm a little bit tough on in not having the mentality necessary to succeed in this game, I'm asking you with a T-ball level of expertise to step into the major leagues and hit a home run. I and some of these other folks through our unique messages are showing you that that's actually possible to do even in light of maybe not having the most experience in the world. Because for the experienced investor and for the most uh junior inspector or novice inspector out there, the simple decision comes down to the same question for me or you. Is it going to succeed or is it going to fail? And I'll leave that deliberation up to you guys. Thank you so much and we'll see you in the next one.
