Video summary
The video begins with a giveaway announcement for a Nintendo Switch 2, setting the stage for a deep dive into a recent cryptic leak regarding The Legend of Zelda franchise. The host discusses a tweet from a reliable leaker that initially teased the Zelda 40th anniversary by revealing the color scheme and model number of a new Switch 2 Pro controller. Following this successful prediction, the community's attention has shifted to a new, equally enigmatic post containing the phrase "level very Zelda colon dash colon," which has sparked intense speculation about an upcoming Ocarina of Time remake on the new console.
The most prevalent theory circulating among fans is that the text implies a "one-to-one" remake, suggesting that the game will be a pixel-perfect recreation of the original N64 title with no changes to the dungeons or levels. While this interpretation is widely accepted, the host explores several alternative possibilities, including the release of a limited-edition gold cartridge, a special merchandise bundle, or even a movie adaptation hinted at by symbols resembling cinema icons. The discussion also touches on the potential for new Master Quest content or mirrored modes, noting that the specific phrasing in the leak seems too deliberate to be random noise.
Beyond the game itself, the video highlights fascinating linguistic and cultural angles that might explain the teaser's meaning. One intriguing theory suggests that "oto" is not an abbreviation but a Japanese word for "sound," which could indicate an announcement regarding a new soundtrack release or concert series celebrating the franchise's 40th anniversary. Another possibility raised is the creation of Lego sets or Amiibo figures for every individual dungeon, expanding on the leaker's history of teasing merchandise rather than just software updates.
Ultimately, the host emphasizes that all these interpretations remain pure speculation until official confirmation arrives, inviting the audience to share their own theories and favorite guesses. The video concludes by encouraging viewers to engage with the community's creativity, as collective analysis might help uncover the truth behind Nintendo's mysterious hints before the next live stream or podcast episode where these topics will likely be revisited.

Well, folks, today we're giving away a
Nintendo Switch 2. You can enter through
the link down in the pin comment or the
description. The only requirement is to
be subscribed to the channel in order to
enter. Winner will be drawn on October
1st. All right, guys. Today we're going
to be talking about a rumor, a leak,
whatever you want to call it for what
appears to be Ocarina of Time, although
maybe it's for Zelda's 40th.
It's very cryptic, but it's from someone
that is reliable and has leaked a bunch
of things. So, uh, we're talking about
Nintendo, and this really flip turned
everything on my head today. I had a
completely different plan for my video
today. I'm going to summarize up some of
the opening night live news, some of the
big Witcher stuff. And look, guys, uh,
Zelda takes precedent for me. And when,
uh, it's someone who's this legit that
is worth paying attention to, uh, yeah,
we are going to pay attention to. And I
think it it should really come back to
talking about the last Zelda thing they
leaked. So, they made this tweet
originally saying, you know, 00840Z
col, G, G. And apparently it was teasing
the Zelda 40th anniversary stuff. So, it
says, "It looks like the Zelda 40th
anniversary special edition console and
controller have fully leaked. For anyone
curious about the crypted post I made,
be 008, that means Switch 2 Pro
controller, model number 40, that meant
Zelda's 40th. B GGG meant black, gold,
green, which is exactly what the uh the
controller is. Black. You can see the
black over here, the gold, the green. So
yeah, he was uh teasing this way before
it ended up, you know, about like 2
weeks or so before it ended up leaking
on the internet. Uh so yeah, he has
obviously come out and said, "Hey, this
is what I was talking about." So this is
why we pay attention to him because he
keeps doing these sort of cryptic leaks
and they keep turning into real things.
And so what's really fun about this and
I guess you can maybe I don't know if
you got this idea from the way um Porro
used to do things but what's really cool
is that you could speculate away on it.
Uh and he has a brand new one to
speculate on that I think is quite
fascinating. Uh so we're going to go
ahead and take a look at it here where
it says Nintend. He just posted this a
few hours ago saying level very Zelda
colon dash colon. Now notice not colon
colon like he did last time. So colon I
don't know if the dash means anything
and then to oto
a lot of people have been basically
jumping to the conclusion that it means
you know well
how how else to really put this in a way
that that that makes sense. uh one to
one. That seems to be the massive
speculation is one to one. So then
people take that Otto and they're
jumping to the conclusion that the Zelda
Arc of Time remake will be a onetoone
remake. That could be what he's teasing.
I want to be clear. He was teasing
products last time, but this time maybe
he is teasing that. Now Otto though
might not mean that. It's like ignoring
the rest of the tweet as well, but
there's other meanings for Otto as well.
So here's some uh footage of a a Zelda
game. And let's just uh look at uh some
other possibilities. So, one possibility
is one time only. Maybe there'll be a
one time only special edition of the
game, a gold cartridge edition perhaps.
Uh so, it's possible that it could mean
[music] one time only. Uh it could also
be a one-time offer. Uh, that could also
be very similar to offering something
that's for sale just one time, such as a
special edition that's only available
for pre-order then never [music] sold
again. Um, occasional time off could
also mean Otto, which I think is
probably most likely not it. Uh, guys,
there's a lot of possibilities for the
Otto. And what I wanted to do here was
go ahead and jump back to the tweet and
look at what some people are speculating
because they've come up with some ideas
that I hadn't even considered. So I just
want to throw out there though that the
the you know one one is the most
commonly believed meaning of otto and so
people are thinking this means he's
announcing or at least teasing that
Ocarine of Time is a one to1 remake.
Whether that makes you happy or sad
again this is all speculation. So as we
go into here we see some other people
guessing. This person says the word Eve
is between the dashes indicating
something tomorrow Zelda related. Uh and
he's talking about right here where
they're saying that this isn't an L. So
instead of the same level, it's actually
like a number or a line and then eve.
Well, I did copy paste it and put it in
a word editor and it turns out no, those
are just small L's. They're not a one.
They're not a a line up and down, a
capital I. They are very much small L's.
So no, no trickery there. Um, probably
just a font type thing. [music] Uh, so I
don't think that this has anything to do
with it because Eve is clearly not on
its own. It's very much level, very
Zelda. Okay. Uh this one says, you know,
a Zelda exclusive direct focused on time
limited things for uh the 40th. [music]
That's what I read and frankly it's what
he's expecting. So people are obviously
going to see what they expect. Every
Zelda level is 1 one and you're crying
because it's just a one to one remake.
Maybe [music] uh he says, you know,
every level Ocarina of Time. Every level
one in Ocarina of Time, maybe. Uh the
dash in between the column looks like a
cinema icon. So someone's saying, "Hey,
what if this is like, you know, what if
this is like a movie tease?" Okay, maybe
maybe it's a movie tease. Uh, as we
scroll down here says, you know, are we
getting a surprise direct like they did
with Star Fox? Maybe. Uh, you know, this
person asked Grock, and Grock's response
I thought was interesting. Says, it's a
cryptic teaser from Nintendo, which is
the same style as his July 0084Z col
G post that correctly predicted the
Zelda 40th anniversary Switch 2 Pro
controller colors and model 02. And this
is where it's interesting. They think it
means Ocarina of Time, which is weird
because oot means Ocarina of Time. I
don't think Nintendo would make that
typo. Uh, but it's interesting that an
AI is like, well, if you look at the
history of his tweets, Otto uh could
mean Ocarina of Time. Oto also also
actually means something in a completely
different language that very much could
be tied to Zelda. Uh, level very Zelda
is an anagram of every level Zelda,
likely teasing some Ocarine Time related
announcement or product tied to the 40th
anniversary. [music] Uh, so interesting.
It also could be like a tease for Lego
sets. Maybe every dungeon is going to
get its own Lego set that's one to one
with Ocarina of Time remake. I don't see
anyone speculating on that front because
remember his last tease was for Zelda
40th merch. What if this is a tease for
some other Zelda 40th merch or Legos
where again every Zelda level will have
a onetoone Lego set or some sort of toy
or some sort of thing related to it that
you can purchase outside of the game.
Very interesting. Also maybe one to one
amiios perhaps for each of those levels.
I don't know. You know like you got a
Darunia one, you got a Zoro one, etc.,
etc. You can come up with different
amiibo for different territories and
dungeons. So Bulvagia as an example for
the Goran area like so there could be
some stuff with that cuz after all last
time he was teasing merchandise. [music]
Uh so I think that's a fair speculation.
But uh if we go back here it says you
know this hint is obviously leading to
something but have no idea what it
means. Uh this is the most common take
here the one to one remake. Uh, it says
entering a new temple for the first time
for sure. Uh, you know, E R Z O just
taking some of the letters saying
F-Zero, please. Obviously, that's like a
everything is Halfife 3. Uh, my wild
guess, and this one I thought was
interesting. It says, "My wild guess is
this is teasing a mirrored or remixed
Ocarina of Time mode, possibly master
quest level, and O2 both read the same
forwards and backwards." And then even
the colon- fits that pattern. So,
there's three patterns of things being
read the same forwards and backwards.
and it it feels way too deliberate to be
random. And then you what's the point of
teasing master quest? You know, he
doesn't obviously know, but it could
just be, hey, maybe it's a master quest
tease or a second quest tease in the
game. Master Quest has been part of
Ocarine Time in the past. So maybe it is
just a tease for that. Like people are
kind of going through all the
possibilities cuz again, we don't really
know. Uh even if the most obvious thing
might seem it, we don't honestly have
any idea. Um you know, it says, you
know, September's next week. Here we go
again. Another teaser. Ocarina of Time
Collector's Edition. Perhaps that is
something I've obviously speculated on.
A Zelda OOOT event possibly here. Uh
Zelda Maker, I kind of doubt that we
some some people tagging behind the
games and Dan Chaos. Not really seeing
much happening there. Uh I love any
reference to Nightmare Before Christmas,
of course. Uh maybe level equals
dungeons. So this is an interesting one
here. So maybe level equals dungeons,
which makes sense. Otto means one to
one. Like the overworld will be changed,
but the dungeons are virtually identical
to the N64 ones. That's possible as
well. every, you know, level very Zelda
could literally just be, hey, uh, all
the dungeons are actually like one to
one while the rest of the game is not. I
think some people would actually be okay
with that, especially if there's extra
content on top. So, that's also
obviously possible, although it what was
the point of the word vary? That's what
I I'm not really understanding the point
of the word vary in this riddle, tease,
whatever you want to call it. Uh, please
tell me Otto Otto doesn't mean one to
one. Uh, that's obviously the most
common thing, but this is the one I
wanted to make sure we featured right
here. Oto is Japanese for sound. And I
did look this up, and turns out they're
right. Maybe OTO isn't actually an
abbreviation, but rather a Japanese
[music] word. And uh, if it's for sound,
then is it movie related? Is it Zelda
40th anniversary
soundtrack related with every level in
Zelda?
That's interesting, isn't it? Because I
think that one is just as likely as one
to one because Otto is a Japanese word.
So that one I think is something to kind
of stick in the memory bank and and hold
on to a bit as maybe he's teasing a
Zelda 40th anniversary soundtrack
release. That wouldn't be out of the
norm for Nintendo either. They've done
things with Zelda music in the past from
concert series to to vinyls and so much
more. So, we can't just sit there and
pretend, oh, they wouldn't do that.
Actually, that might very well be what
it is. So, look, that's obviously just
some thoughts I have. What I really want
to do at this point is throw it to you
guys. Cuz look, the more of us that look
at this, the more of us that speculate,
the closer and closer we'll probably get
to the truth of it all. Right now, I'm
just throwing out all the random guesses
I can come up with that the internet has
so far come up with. And now, I want to
know what can you guys come up with. A
lot of you guys are major Zelda heads.
Love speculating. Have fun with this one
and maybe we'll feature some of these uh
when we talk about this on uh well if we
talk about this on the Nintend podcast.
I don't want to promise anything yet.
The topics aren't done, but we'll
probably talk about it tonight on live
stream as well. So all right guys, thank
you so much for tuning in. And you know
what guys, your guess is as good as
mine. I'll catch you in the next video.
