Video summary
Shri Kevitsu Medoze delivered an inspiring address to the students, faculty, and guests at Tetso College, expressing deep gratitude for the opportunity to present as a sponsor for the Power Lord 2026 event. He highlighted the strategic decision to host the Nagaland Influencers Summit directly on campus rather than in a neutral venue, emphasizing that this partnership allows the college to be an integral part of the festival activities. Medoze praised the leadership and team at Tetso College for their exceptional organizational skills, noting that their efforts rival those of major national and international events. He expressed particular pride in seeing students actively participating and collaborating, which he believes will significantly enhance their future careers and personal growth long after they leave the institution.
The core message of his speech revolved around the necessity of striving for excellence and the irreplaceable value of hard work in today's competitive digital world. Medoze urged the students not to merely complete their courses or obtain certificates, but to aim to be the best globally, regardless of whether they are musicians, artists, or professionals in any other field. He stressed that artificial intelligence cannot replace genuine effort; instead, AI requires human input, research, and carefully crafted prompts to function effectively. By committing time and dedication to their craft, students can leverage technology while maintaining their unique value, ensuring they stand out in a world where digital content is witnessed by audiences across the globe.
Furthermore, Shri Medoze emphasized the critical importance of teamwork, collaboration, and networking among different educational institutions. He noted the positive initiative of other campuses visiting Kohima and encouraged frequent exchange programs where colleges share ideas and learn from one another to foster collective growth rather than individual competition. This spirit of unity extends beyond the current event, with plans for Tetso College to visit other campuses in the future, creating a continuous cycle of knowledge sharing and mutual support. He concluded by congratulating the entire organizing team and wishing the student community success, hoping that these life skills and collaborative experiences would contribute significantly to the overall development of the college and its faculty.

Thank you for
this time. Chairman
uh
Kulo, principal, it was uh
faculty
members,
uh sponsors,
guests for today, and
students, friends.
Thank you so much for this time, and
specially I want to thank uh
Dr. Anselna and her team
for giving me this uh time opportunity
to be in your midst today.
Uh I not only stand as my on my
individual capacity, but I stand here
also
as a presenting sponsor for your Power
Lord. Uh as uh our
uh chairperson have mentioned uh
Nagaland Influencers Summit uh is part,
and it's an event property of Synergy
Group and Musikavano Entertainment. Uh
Why we chose uh this
Tetso College this year
is uh
uh
last year from last year's experience,
like we were having uh our Influencers
Summit
in a neutral venue, but and inviting uh
students, colleges, and uh other
participants, but we thought uh
instead of inviting uh students and
guests over to the
our venue, why don't we visit the
institute itself? Why don't we go
partner with a campus and be part of the
festival, or be part of their
activities. So, that idea
uh clicked, and when we met the
principal and the chairman, they they
were very welcoming, and uh as your
festival Power Lord of us also
like uh
was according to our proposed date like
we were matching and we were very happy
to take up the this as a presenting
sponsor
of Power Lord 2026.
I'm very happy to learn and I'm very
proud I should say that Power Lord you
have been organizing this as a national
level event and I can proudly share and
say it and claim that like as an event
manager as a professional myself I'm
very happy that the students are
participating taking part and also
you are teaming up in organizing this
event and with this
opportunity that the institution that
faculty are providing to the students
I'm sure one day when you move out of
this college this this things will help
you in your life in your career and
as your your your anthem your
yours that singing that we have just
witnessed
I can assure you that like Tetso College
your your team the way you are working
you organizing things is not less than
any national international event that is
happening around. So I can proudly say
that your your team is doing a very
fantastic job and
as your team your college strive for
excellence has been truly
delivered I guess.
Uh
I was
just going through some points that I
want to share this morning so I was just
writing down like excellence hard work
and your perseverance. So
I was not aware your anthem I know but
when it was played on the screen like so
I thought like this is what exactly I
want to share with you this morning. So
it is it's what we are saying together
this morning. So, it's about like
striving for excellence. Like you don't
just participate or you just come to
college or you just don't complete that
course just
to complete the course, but you strive
for excellence. You want to be the best.
You have to give your best to do the
best because in this competitive world
today like you just passing out or just
getting a certificate doesn't mean
anything. So, you have to be the best.
Even even if you are a musician or a
instrument player, you have to be the
best in the world. Even if you are in
Kohima or Dimapur or here in Tetso
College, you are competing with the
world today.
Through digital
world now we are truly in a digital
world. So, the music you play is
witnessed and seen by people across the
globe. So,
you have to you are competing with the
world. So, you have to excel in whatever
you are doing and hard work
hard work is not replaceable. Even AI
will not replace hard work.
You have to work.
You have to give your time, your
commitment. Without hard work, even AI
doesn't work. You have to prompt your
your ideas. You have to prompt what AI
have to do for you. Otherwise, just
lying on your bed and like typing your
keys doesn't work that way. You have to
do your research. You have to customize
your prompt so that AI will also work
for you. So, hard work is not
replaceable.
You have to strive for excellence. You
have to work hard. Then only you become
someone in any career that you take up.
So, the even list that your power lord,
the list that I've shown is like multi
like your form your fashion shows, your
literature, your poems. So, it's
excellent. Like so,
I want to congratulate the uh
and the principal for coming up with all
these uh concepts for students. Back
when we were in college, like uh if we
were given this opportunity, like uh we
would have we would also have loved to
be organizing, participating in all
these events, but
I'm happy that now your batch or that
time that you are spending here in
college, take
take pride in whatever your college is
providing, learn whatever it's in your
hands, what is given to you, and try to
be the best in the world, not just here
in Nagaland, but try to be best in the
world. And
uh the other thing, last thing is it's
about teamwork. And I'm happy to learn
that the other campuses also visiting
Kohima.
So, it's about teamwork and
collaborating and connecting with each
other. So, today you are visiting Tetso
College, tomorrow Tetso College also
will be visiting your college, your
campus. It's about connecting,
networking, it's about sharing ideas,
learning from each other. So, I
encourage
uh like college principals or the union
to have this exchange program more often
so that we learn from each other and we
exchange ideas so that in future we grow
together as a team, not as individuals.
So, it's about teamwork, working hard,
and excelling. So, with these few words,
I want to congratulate uh Tetso College
and the organizing team for this
wonderful event that is coming up, and
we are excited to be here in your
college as Nagaland Influencers Summit
2.
We will be having like uh some few
events tomorrow. So, this collaboration
we look forward in future also, not this
year on alone, but with these
commitments and this exchange
that
I hope the students community also will
learn from this uh exchange programs,
that activities that are happening in
your college. It's not just about
textbook knowledge now. We have to learn
from life skills. So, these things I
hope as Nagaland Influencers Summit
events happens here, we also contribute
to your college growth and the faculty
also will have more opportunities to
share ideas with the students. Thank you
for this time and wish you all the best
and see you around. Next two days we'll
be here. So, see you. Thank you for this
time.
