Video summary
The video outlines seven high-paying niches for private sports trainers, emphasizing strategies that move beyond traditional per-session models to create premium, scalable businesses. The speaker highlights one-on-one training as a top tier when packaged as exclusive 90-day transformations or 12-month offers with unique guarantees, such as securing college scholarships, which can command prices between $3,000 and $40,000 per client. Similarly, small group training is presented as an efficient alternative that allows coaches to run a six-figure business by managing only five groups of six clients each, charging premium rates for exclusive experiences without the need for extensive staff or hours compared to standard one-on-one setups.
To further maximize revenue and efficiency, the transcript details event-based models like one-day clinics and multi-day camps, which offer significantly higher hourly earnings than ongoing group training. Clinics can generate substantial income per registration while serving as a funnel to convert attendees into long-term members for various programs. Multi-day camps are described as particularly lucrative, with examples of coaches earning tens of thousands in just two days through overnight stays and meal inclusion; these events not only provide immediate revenue but also serve as powerful marketing tools that lead to closing high-value contracts for future training seasons or memberships.
The discussion then shifts to open group training, identified as the leanest and most profitable model for effective communicators who can manage large sessions with twenty or more athletes simultaneously. This approach drastically reduces operational hours while allowing coaches to charge high-ticket prices, potentially reaching six figures with only 20 clients if annual fees are set appropriately above $3,000. Additionally, specialized niches such as college recruiting consulting and mindset coaching are introduced as lucrative additions that address critical needs like securing full scholarships or building athlete confidence; these services can be offered online or in-person at premium rates without requiring a massive client base to achieve significant income levels.
Ultimately, the video concludes by stressing that success in any of these seven niches depends on packaging offers correctly and charging prices that reflect their true value rather than competing on low-cost per-session fees. The speaker notes that while many coaches currently offer recruiting or mindset help for free, monetizing these services is a proven way to build a sustainable six-figure business from home with minimal overhead. For those looking to scale beyond what they can achieve alone, the presenter suggests working one-on-one rather than in group settings because every coach's unique style and market position require personalized strategies tailored specifically to their individual strengths and goals.

Today, I'm going to walk through the top
seven niches to earn the most money for
private sports trainers. Now, everything
that I talk about here, these are things
that I've personally done already in
this industry and I have taught
successfully to other coaches that are
in this industry. I've worked with over
2,500 coaches already the past 10 years.
Watch this video all the way through cuz
I think you're going to learn a lot and
I think it's going to reshape how you
think about what you are doing and it
can possibly give you some new ideas on
how to earn more money based on what you
know. All right? So, let's go straight
into this.
So, first one here to me is the most
obvious.
But, it's done in a way where I know
most coaches are not doing at the
moment. But, this is one-on-one private
training. It's selling it at an absolute
premium and the two best ways of doing
this is if you sell 90-day
transformations or if you sell a
12-month high-touch offer. All right?
High-touch offer is something that the
parent and the athlete cannot get
anywhere else in the city, state, or
region other than from you. So, it's an
offer that is good enough that is the
most premium thing that they could think
of that is going to deliver the best
possible outcome. And the income for
stuff like this can range between 3,000
all the way up to a $40,000 per
customer. And I have a coach that I've
worked with who ended up charging
$40,000 for one-on-one training. He is
in a very specific niche. In that niche,
he literally has a guarantee that their
child is going to end up getting a
college scholarship that is attached to
his offer. It makes sense for parents to
buy that because $40,000 is nothing in
comparison to how much college actually
cost. With the one-on-one offer, you can
run a multi-six-figure business if it's
just you, depending on how much you're
charging. But, the way you truly scale
this is if you have assistant coaches
that can also deliver the one-on-one
training for you. It is a great business
model if you have other coaches or it's
a great business model if you're
charging an absolute premium. It's a bad
business model if you're charging per
session or you're charging a very low
amount compared to the numbers that I'm
showing you here on the screen. All
right, so that's number seven.
The next one here is small group
training. All right, this is also, in my
opinion, this is a better way of running
the business than one-on-one, but with
this, you're selling 6 to 12-month
offers, and the income can range between
$3,000 up to $10,000 per customer,
depending on what you're offering. With
this, you can run a multi-six-figure per
year business with groups. Just
literally five groups with six clients
in each group. Because if you're
charging $3,500
or $4,000 and you have literally 30
clients, you can make over $100,000.
That's 120K right there. You charge 35,
you know, 3,000, 3,500, you have 30
clients, right? So, on your end, that is
a very doable thing. You can have a
premium type of small group offer that
feels exclusive, where you're not having
to take on a lot of clients. You have
very minimal groups. So, you're not
working a lot of hours in that model. Um
there's another model that I'm going to
show you later in this video that, in my
opinion, is way better than small
groups. But this is a great way to be
able to maximize your time versus what
you do one-on-one. So, you can scale the
business a little bit faster with this.
And you can also scale a
multi-six-figure business with this
without having to have staff. But if you
have staff, you can obviously you can
increase your numbers. You could have
hundreds of customers that are on this
model. Now, next one here
is one-day clinics. In terms of like
getting paid on an hourly basis, you can
make tremendously much more money per
hour with stuff like this versus the
group training. Because ex- example, you
could have one-off clinics, you could
sell clinic memberships, and you can
charge between $50 and $250 per
registration, depending on the
experience and the offer. And that comes
down to how it's packaged, what the kids
are getting, how long it is. I mean,
there's a lot of little factors with
that. But, I mean, there's coaches that
I've worked with that they can make a
thousand dollars in one hour for a
clinic. I've seen coaches that I work
with make ten thousand dollars in a
one-day clinic, depending on how much
they're charging. And then that can be a
great way to feed people into your
actual membership after the clinic is
done. Which that is my favorite thing to
do with coaches that I work with that
run these one-day clinics. It's we use
the clinic as a way to generate revenue,
but from that revenue we then create
members that join your actual program,
whether it be in your one-on-one, small
group, or open group program, which I'll
talk about here in a minute. Next one is
multi-day camps. Again, this is a great
option if you like running multi-day
types of events. Summer, winter, spring,
three, four-day camps, or five-day
camps, or even two-day camps can do
well. And again, with this you can
charge a lot. And you can do your
research, but there's a lot of people
that are in the space that charge more
than a thousand dollars for a week. Cuz
like that could be like an overnight
thing. It could include meals. I mean,
you could look up any college soccer
camp in the US. You can see how much
they charge. Any college basketball
camp, you can see how much they charge.
And it's a great revenue model. Um the
biggest camp I've been a part of in
terms of like me helping someone. Like
this guy ran a two-day camp, made thirty
thousand dollars just in two days. And
again, there's staff, there's moving
pieces. It's not like he's making thirty
thousand dollars pure profit. But the
way that we had it set up is after the
camp was done, he closed almost six
figures worth of contracts with people
who wanted to join his program after
that. That camp was worth over a hundred
thousand dollars worth of revenue in his
business. So, that's a great model
though with multi-day camps in terms of
earning the most for working the least.
Next one here
is open group training. Now, this is the
model and I don't want to say I'm trying
to push for. Like most of the coaches
that get to me are now going into this
model. This is the leanest, most
profitable way of running a training
business where you can train more
clients in less time. And this all comes
down to your communication skills. So,
if you're a weak communicator, you
wouldn't be able to do this in the same
way I'm talking about, but I've seen
enough coaches that I work with now that
can do really well with this where
they're comfortable training 20 kids at
once or they have staff that is
comfortable enough training 20 kids at
once where you can run an effective
group training session with 20 or more
kids or more athletes within one
session. And if you do that, you can
have your whole business set up to where
it can be literally like a couple of
hours offered per week and that's it,
which is a very different model than
what most coaches in this industry run.
Most coaches try to have their calendar
filled with 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00,
8:00, 9:00 p.m. of training. This model
allows you to train way more kids at
once, have a way more relaxed schedule,
and you're making way more per session
technically. And you can still charge
high ticket. Like you can look in the
results that I have on YouTube. There's
coaches that I work with that charge
more than $5,000 using this model. All
right, so they only literally need 20
clients
to make six figures. In my opinion, the
better model out of the one-on-one and
small group training, this is the best.
Um and I see for the coaches that are
good communicators, they can save a lot
of money on rent. They can really strip
their business down to where it's very
simple when they have this model up and
running because again, they can work
less hours and they can really maximize
their time. Cuz if you have four
different groups, you could have, you
know, 80 kids minimum in your program.
And if you're charging $3,000
per year and you have 80 kids, that's
$240,000. I think $3,000 is very cheap
personally. I think that at this point
for most coaches out there cuz you can
have a great offer and you can have a
transformation over that year and it's
worth way more than 3K. So, the next two
are a little bit different. Um
This is one that I personally have done
along with the other ones that I just
showed you. I did the the last one I
just showed you, I did not do that my
whole career. I started doing that
towards the end of my career, um but
that was my favorite way of running my
program. It was more open groups types
of training versus small groups. This
could be done online or in person, but
this is teaching athletes how to get
recruited, how to get full scholarships.
And this is more of a done-for-you type
of thing where it's one-on-one or it's
group type of offer where if it's group,
you could do that in person or you could
do that on Zoom. If a parent and an
athlete are wanting like if a parent's
wanting their child to get recruited to
go play in college, college is
unbelievably expensive. It is Most good
colleges, all right, are going to run
between 100 and $200,000 at minimum, I
would say, at this point for 4 years.
So, if you can teach an athlete how to
do this, and you can actually walk
parents through a process when they're
buying it, like this is how I help your
child, and this is what happens after
they go through this process, charging
$3,000 or $5,000, in my opinion, is not
a lot of money for offering something
like this. But odds are, most coaches
that I know are already doing this, but
they're doing it for free. They're not
actually offering this to customers. So,
this becomes something that a lot of
coaches can just bolt on into existing
business, and they can make way more
money because you don't need a lot of
customers to make over 100 grand with
something like this if you charge 5K or
3K, right? In my mind, it's one of the
best offers, best niches to be in right
now in 2026 and beyond. It's It's been a
great niche to be in for decades, and
you can go online. You can look. There's
college recruiting services out there
that charge way more than that. Again,
you could do that by yourself. You could
have a staff of coaches that that does
that. And that leads me to my last one.
And this is one that's becoming way more
popular amongst a lot of coaches.
There's been coaches that I've worked
with that I've gone on to do this. A
couple people in particular that have
done unbelievably well financially with
this model and they're charging more
than what I'm showing you here. I think
this is the missing link for a lot of
athletes out there. It's like they can
get all of the technical training they
want, but if they're not playing well in
their games or if they're not confident,
it doesn't matter. So, this has opened
up a new niche for a lot of coaches out
there that have recognized to help kids
with their mindset or their confidence.
So, kind of like the last model I just
showed you, you could do this one-on-one
for 5,000 or more or you could do this
in a group setting for 3,000 or more.
And again, with this, it's like you
could have a six-figure business from
home with 20 one-on-one clients or 35
group clients. It all comes down to how
much you're charging. Those are the top
seven that I'm seeing right now. If
you're watching this and you're like,
"Man, I would like to grow one of those
niches." Like if you're already doing
one of those and you want to grow it to
the next level, I work with coaches
one-on-one. At this point, no one's
really doing anything within a group
setting with me. And the reason why I
would do one-on-one is because your
business is unique to you and how you do
it is not going to be the same as how
someone else is going to do it. So, I
don't do like you work with me and you
just go sit around with a bunch of other
coaches and and hear what's going on in
their life. I have it set to where it's
like I purely work with you one-on-one
and all of those niches that I just
showed you, I have helped people crush
it with either they just do one or maybe
they have a couple set up in their
business. But that's what I do. So, if
you're interested in growing your
business and you saw this video all the
way through, go down the link into the
link in the description. Book a call
with me there. It's free and I would
love to chat with you and see if and how
I can help. And the only way I know if I
can help or not is on that call.
