Video summary
The video introduces seven accessible one-person business models powered by Claude AI, aiming to help individuals generate over $200 daily without needing extensive technical skills or large teams. The speaker emphasizes that the era of solo billion-dollar companies is imminent, citing statistics about the vast number of existing zero-employee businesses and a prediction from the CEO of Anthropic regarding the next major unicorn arriving this year. These ventures rely on leveraging AI to handle heavy lifting such as coding, writing, and design, allowing non-experts to create valuable digital products or services quickly. The core philosophy presented is that success comes not from inventing something entirely new, but from applying existing tools like Claude to solve specific problems in niches where people are already spending money.
The first few business ideas focus on creating digital assets such as custom apps, dashboards, templates, and books for Amazon KDP using AI-generated code and text. Examples include individuals who built functional applications or specialized email marketing platforms by simply describing their needs to the AI, bypassing the need for traditional software development. Another highlighted model involves publishing books on Amazon where Claude acts as a ghostwriter, enabling creators to produce content based on topics people are actively searching for. The speaker also discusses starting a YouTube channel by leveraging personal expertise or hobbies, using AI to generate scripts and graphics, which allows experts in fields like nursing or mechanics to scale their knowledge to millions of viewers without needing a film crew.
Further into the list, the video covers niche content creation around evergreen topics like cars, where creators can build massive audiences and sell services directly, alongside launching email newsletters that are largely written by AI based on curated industry news. The final business model discussed is coaching, which involves teaching others skills the creator already possesses, whether in tech sales, cybersecurity, or general life advice. In this approach, Claude assists in building curriculum, conducting research, and managing administrative tasks, allowing the coach to focus on delivering value and scaling their income. Throughout these examples, the speaker repeatedly stresses that while the tools are powerful, the source of information must come from the human creator to avoid producing low-quality "AI slop."
The conclusion of the video reinforces that these businesses are achievable for ordinary people who stop guessing and follow a proven playbook rather than waiting for special talent. The speaker admits that while free resources and live trainings provide immense value, there is a limited cohort for those seeking one-on-one mentorship to accelerate their growth further. Ultimately, the message is that YouTube serves as the primary traffic engine for these one-person businesses, and with the right AI assistance, anyone can transition from a traditional job to running a profitable solo enterprise that offers freedom and financial stability.

Today, I'm going to show you seven easy
to start oneperson businesses using
Claude AI that can realistically make
you $200 a day or more. And I know
because I built my own oneperson
business from absolute zero. And I've
personally helped over a hundred regular
people build theirs in my community as
well. So, when I tell you that this
works, I am not making it up. And here's
why. Now is the moment. The CEO of the
company that makes Claude just went on
record saying that the first oneperson
billiondoll company is going to arrive
this year. Meanwhile, 29.8 and 8 million
people are already running zero employee
businesses and they're pulling in $1.7
trillion a year between them and that's
over 75% of businesses in the United
States. So this isn't a maybe it's
already happening in your early. Now
with that being said, I am going to be
realistic here and I'm going to tell you
the pros and cons of each one of these
so that you can decide if it's best for
you. So if you appreciate me making
these types of videos and you want to
see me make more of them in the future,
then let me know by gently cheersing
that like button and let's go ahead and
jump into it right now.
So the first business is using cloud AI
to build digital products like apps,
tools, dashboards, templates, PDFs, etc.
that people can pay you for. So take a
guy named Alec just as an example. He
built three digital products with Claude
in 18 minutes and he's pulling $27,000 a
month. And he talked about it in this
video. And then I'm going to take that
over into Claude and just paste it in.
We're going to do this in the default
chat mode so that we can create a prompt
to use in Claude design.
>> And here's what's wild. He is not a
coder. He doesn't write a single line of
code. He just talks to Claude. He tells
it what he wants and Claude builds the
thing. Same story with a guy named
Pavon. He made a business dashboard in 3
minutes just by describing it out loud.
And that one video pulled over 700,000
views because people are hungry for
this. And the reason it works is
stupidly simple. Every business on Earth
needs tools. Most of them are still
paying developers $5,000 or duct taping
spreadsheets together for stuff that
Claude now builds in 5 minutes. And
that's insane. And there's also a guy
named Jason Lee who does exactly this as
well. He builds entire apps just by
talking to Claude. No coding background
and he's probably making six figures
with this channel. And he made this
video about how he vibecoded a 400k per
month app with Claude code which is
pretty awesome and it scales further
than you think, right?
>> But I just want to show you how
achievable something like this today
versus 10 years ago.
>> A 20-year-old named Joe Papopoulos built
an AI product business that's now worth
over $1 million and he started with
$500. So none of these guys are special.
They're just early and they're letting
Claude do the heavy lifting. So, here's
how you actually start. You don't need
an idea that nobody's thought of. In
fact, that's a terrible idea to do an
idea that nobody's thought of. Now,
there's two ways to do this. The first
one is you pick one small annoying
problem that you already understand and
you describe it to Claude and you let it
build a simple version that you can
sell. Now, I'm going to put a Claude
prompt up on the screen. You can copy
and paste this Claude prompt and put it
into Claude to get started on this.
Additionally, there's going to be Claude
skills and resources that we put down
the description in the pin comment
below. It should be the third link down
there that you can use and follow along
to this video. That will make these even
better. Now, the second way of doing
this is you find products that already
exist and then you make them more
specific for a type of business owner.
So, a more advanced version of this
would be Claio. Claio is an email
marketing platform, but it's
specifically for e-commerce business
owners, aka people who sell physical
products. Almost all of the other email
marketing tools were trying to be a
one-sizefits-all tool for everyone. But
Clavio niched down and they made
something that is perfect for e-commerce
business owners. Now, by the way, you
don't have to create an app. Apps are
relatively complicated. There's lots of
other different types of digital
products out there and apps are just one
of them. And that brings us to the
second oneperson business on the list,
which is a type of digital product, and
that is Amazon KDP. And this is
basically where you're publishing books
on Amazon that Claude writes for you.
So, a guy named Craig runs a whole
channel documenting this. And he's
making $4,000 a month selling books on
Amazon. Now, I really like his channel
because he's basically documenting his
journey of becoming an expert, right?
He's not someone who's already made
millions of dollars. He's just someone
who just started. He's making his first
money doing it and he's documenting his
journey, which I think is pretty
awesome. And he's not a writer either.
He picks a topic, he has AI write the
book, he uploads it, and Amazon prints
and ships it. He just collects the
royalty. Then you've got Shawn Dolit.
Now, he is an expert on Amazon KDP. And
he built a business that he made lots of
money from, and then he sold it for
nearly a million dollars starting from
zero. And then he started talking about
exactly how he did it on YouTube. And
for years, Sean was stuck making $30,000
a month on YouTube. But then he joined
our program and we helped him scale his
business to $500,000 in a single month.
And then there's another community
member of mine, Jenny, who pulled in
$336,000 from book sales. Now, I would
say that Jenny is also an expert and she
talks about how she did it on YouTube as
well. And by the way, this isn't some
tiny niche. Amazon paid authors over $2
billion last year and none of them are
special, right? They just understood
that Amazon will pay you every single
month for a book that you only have to
make once. And that is how the royalty
business works. So here's how you start.
You pick a topic that people are already
searching for, right? And that's going
to be a reoccurring theme here. You are
not trying to reinvent the wheel. You
are just making a slightly better or a
slightly different version of a wheel
that already exists. So the analogy here
would be, let's just say there's a wheel
that's designed for asphalt. You could
make a wheel that's designed for
off-roading. That's what you're trying
to do. and then you can have Claude
write the book for you and it's
essentially going to act as your
ghostriter and then you edit the book to
make sure it's good and then you upload
it to Amazon and it is completely free
to publish. Now, if you're interested in
this, I would recommend checking out
those channels like Shaun's or Jenny's
for further information. With that being
said, here's how you can get it started.
Take this Claude prompt, which I'll put
on the screen right here. Screenshot it,
copy and paste it into Claude. It's
going to interview you until it has
enough context to give you a really good
output. And that'll be a good place for
you to start. All right, YouTube just
got 10 times easier and nobody is
talking about it. You used to need an
entire film crew and it used to be a
full-time job for you to just do any
work at all on YouTube. But now you can
get work done in as little as 15 to 30
minutes a day and you can actually grow
a fulltime YouTube channel. That's
exactly what I'm going to be talking
about at the live training that we're
doing this week. Exactly how to grow
your YouTube channel. So click the link
in the description, the pin comment
below to check that out, guys. I will be
answering questions before, during, and
after the live training. It's completely
free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI
that is designed to help you pick your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place, or if you already have a niche,
it's going to help you make it 10 times
better. So, really looking forward to
talking with you guys. This is stuff
that we never talked about before. So,
click that link in the description
below, and I look forward to seeing you
there. All right, number three is making
a YouTube channel, talking about
something that you already know, and
letting Claude do all the work behind
the scenes. So, take Dr. Matt Baker. He
runs a channel called Useful Charts
where he explains history charts. He's
got 2 million subscribers and he makes
money from ads and sells the charts as
posters as well. And he is a oneperson
business. And those charts, well, those
are exactly the kind of things that
Claude builds for you now. And by the
way, these types of charts would have
taken a long time to make in the past,
but Claude can make them very quickly.
Or take our community member, Nurse Jen.
She's a nurse, not a tech person, and
she didn't have any experience on
camera. And just a few months ago, she
was watching a video just like you're
watching right now. Then she followed my
advice, joined my community, and now she
went from zero to 4.5 million plus views
making videos about healthcare
navigation. And this is stuff that is
very simple to her, right? It's common
sense to her because she's been doing it
for such a long time, but it is not
common sense to most people out there.
And this is literally just stuff that
she talks about to her patients every
single day, but instead of just telling
one patient at a time, she talked about
the same stuff, recorded it on camera,
put it on YouTube, and now she's been
able to help millions of people with the
same exact information. And there was a
day where she made $980. And overall,
she's making over $10,000 a month now.
And she went from zero to a full-time
income in about a month or two. And she
was able to quit her job as a nurse. And
she's now traveling all over the United
States in a camper van, recording her
videos in the back of the van, living
her dream life, and making her money
from YouTube. And the reason this works
is the bar on the floor right now.
People are starving for real humans
talking about stuff that they actually
know. And my own brother proved it. His
name is Zach. He's in his 50s and he
spent 30 years in the trades. And he
never recorded a video in his entire
life besides just stuff that he recorded
on his phone. And he was so stiff in his
first video that people literally
thought that he was an AI channel. But
that first video that he posted got over
820,000 views. And within 29 days, he
got monetized and made $214 in a single
day, right? So, he went from zero to a
full-time income in less than one month.
And by the end of his first year, he
made over $18,000 in a single month. So,
here's how you start. You pick a topic
that you know more about than a random
stranger. Then you have Claude find
proven video ideas and write the script.
And you just talk to the video. So, the
source of the information is you. And a
lot of the time, this is going to be
about something that you've already
spent a lot of time doing, like your job
or your hobbies or something you've been
doing for a long time or problems that
you've had that you've been able to
overcome that you could help other
people overcome faster. And you can go
ahead and take this Claude prompt that
I'll put on the screen right here. You
can screenshot this, copy and paste it,
put it into Claude, and it's going to
interview you until it has enough
information to give you a good output.
And this will be a good place to start.
With that being said, if this is
something that you're interested in, I'm
actually doing a free live training this
week where I'm going to reveal exactly
how I helped my brother go from zero to
a full-time income in less than one
month. And you can attend that by
clicking the link in the description and
the pin comment below. Additionally, I
will be giving away an AI that we've
literally had hundreds of people tell us
is one of the best AIs they've ever used
that's going to help you choose your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place or if you already have a niche,
it's going to help you make it 10 times
better. And this is called the niche
validator. Now, I'm giving this away at
the workshop, and I'm going to give you
a step-by-step guide for exactly how you
can get started on YouTube. So,
definitely don't miss out on that. Click
that link in the description and the pin
comment below, and I look forward to
seeing you there. All right, so the
fourth business is turning a hobby that
you love into a content brand and
letting Claude run the whole thing. Now,
this one's for people who think, "I'm
not an expert in anything." Well,
there's a girl named Carrie who makes
videos about journaling, right? And she
has 6,000 subscribers, and one of her
videos did a 100 times better than her
average from a hobby. Now, here's how
the money actually works. You build a
small channel around the hobby, then you
sell them digital products, guides,
templates, printables, one-on-one
coaching, services, etc. And Claude can
make all of it for you, or at least do
most of the heavy lifting for you. And
it's not just her. There's another
creator, Frankie, who scaled the same
journaling niche to over 80,000
subscribers. And this just shows that it
really doesn't matter how small the
hobby feels. CNBC ran a whole story on a
woman who got laid off from her dream
job and turned junk journaling into a
real business. And she is not special.
She just took something that she loved
and she let it become products and
content. Now, you might be thinking,
"Well, Shane, there's no way that these
people are actually making money. You
have to have millions of subscribers to
make a full-time income from YouTube."
Well, actually, you don't. Just check
out Carla as an example. Carla's another
one of our community members. And when
she had about 1.5K subscribers, she was
getting about 100 to 200 views per
video. She had a video that took off.
She closed a $106,000 contract from one
of those videos that only got 100 to 200
views. If you're serving the right
niche, you have the right system, and
you're selling the right thing, you
absolutely can make a full-time income
from a small channel because a lot of
YouTubers mess up when it comes to
monetization. And that is something else
that I will be talking about in detail
at the live training that I'm doing this
week. So again, click that link in the
description in the pin comment below,
and I look forward to seeing you there.
But here's how you'd start specifically
for hobbies or passions. Go ahead and
take this Claude prompt, which I'll put
on the screen, screenshot it, drop it
into Claude, and it's going to interview
you until it has enough information to
give you a really good output. And then
it's going to help you build the first
version of that product with you. All
right. Next is niche content and
services. So the fifth business is
picking one evergreen niche like cars
and becoming the person who helps
everyone in it. So Scotty Kilmer, just
as an example, has been a mechanic for
over 50 years. And he just talks about
cars, what to buy, what to avoid, and he
built a channel of over 6 million
subscribers. And it's literally just one
guy in his garage. And he made over $24
million on YouTube. And he said that in
just one month he made more money on
YouTube than he did in his entire career
as a mechanic.
>> Then once I got going on YouTube in one
month I would make more money than we'd
saved in 40 years.
In one month so it makes a big
difference.
>> And cards are just an example, right?
Any niche that people spend real money
and have real problems in works the same
exact way. And there's also a guy named
Nick runs Burlocker. He's got about
370,000 subscribers and he's just
filming himself working on cool cars.
>> Perfect.
>> Man, that coloration.
That is beautiful.
>> And you can sell a service in this
niche, not just content. So, this guy
right here built a $2.3 million business
just negotiating car deals for people
from home. And Claude can do the
pricing, research, and the negotiations
for you. And if that wasn't enough,
there's also Doug Demiro. He built a
large YouTube channel where he reviewed
cars. And then he launched a car auction
website where people could buy and sell
cars. And then he sold it for $80
million. And honestly, I could just go
on and on and on with just the car niche
alone. But I think you get the point.
None of these people are special. They
picked a niche that people care about
and they showed up. So here's how to
start. You pick a niche that you're
actually into where people spend money
and you have Claude build your content
plan and research every topic and you
show up consistently. So if you're
interested in this, go ahead and
screenshot this Claude prompt. Drop it
into Claude. It's going to interview you
until it has enough information to help
you pick a profitable evergreen niche
and then map out a content plan and
design one service that you could sell
inside that niche. All right, next is an
email newsletter. And this is such a
good oneperson business. So basically,
you pick a topic, you build a list of
subscribers, and you make money from
sponsors and paid subscriptions. So a
guy named Matt McCra breaks down how he
writes a $50,000 a month newsletter. And
here's the wildest part. The writing is
the easy part now. Claude does 95% of
it. For instance, there's a creator
named Matt PA whose whole thing is using
Claude to write newsletters better than
99% of people. Now, just to be clear
here, the source information still needs
to come from you. If the source
information doesn't come from you, it's
probably going to end up as AI slop. And
you don't want to make AI slop. There's
way too much of that on the internet
these days. But what Claude can do is
basically act like your ghostriter. So,
it interviews you. And when I say talk,
I mean quite literally, you talk to it,
right? I almost never type to Claude. I
almost always talk to it, which is quite
easy to do. and then just do what I like
to call a yap session and then it can
write some really good content for you.
And by the way, the ceiling on this is
insane. The guys at My First Million
broke down a newsletter business that's
worth over a hundred million dollars.
>> The more niche you go, I think the more
clear it becomes how you can directly
monetize your audience.
>> So, if you're interested in this, here's
how to get started. You pick a topic
that people want updates on, and then
you have Claude write your first issues
and a growth plan, and you start
collecting emails. So, you can
screenshot this Claude prompt right
here, put it into Claude. It's going to
interview you until it has enough
context to give you a good answer. And
one pro tip that I'll say about
newsletters is it's kind of in the name
news. A lot of the time the best
newsletters are going to keep you
updated on what the newest news in your
industry is. So it's basically curated
news in whatever your topic niche or
industry is. And Twitter or X is one of
the best places to get news. So you
definitely want to connect Claude to
Twitter to help you write these
newsletters and to get best results. But
now let's talk about a coaching
business. So the seventh business is the
one that I built myself, which is
coaching. So, this is basically taking
what you're good at and then teaching
other people how to do it. Now, I
started my coaching business completely
alone. Right? For the first 3 to 6
months of my coaching business, it was
just me and a laptop. But now, I've
helped well over a hundred regular
people build their own oneperson
businesses on YouTube. And these people
are not geniuses. They're not people
that work 100 hours a week. Most of them
are just normal people that are sharing
something that is common sense to them,
something that they've already done with
other people. So, great example of that
is Antoine. He makes content helping
people get into tech sales. And the
reason he's able to do that is because
he's very experienced in tech sales.
He's made over $500,000 in a single year
working as a tech sales specialist. But
you might be thinking, "Well, Shane, I
haven't made $500,000 a year. I guess I
can't do that." Well, actually, there's
lots of other people that make far less
than that that have done the same thing.
So just as an example, Josh Matakor, he
just started making really useful videos
in the IT and cyber security space,
helping people get the right
certifications, helping them choose
whether they should get a degree or not,
if they do choose to get a degree, which
college they should go to, and how they
can graduate from college faster and
which jobs are the best to get into and
in what order you should get into those
jobs, etc., etc. And when he first
started working with me, he had a small
channel. He was making less than $1,000
a month with his channel. And what's
very interesting about him is before he
made a lot of money with his channel, he
actually used his channel to get his
dream job. and he had fang companies and
Fortune50 companies reaching out to him
offering him jobs. Now, just to put this
in perspective, these are some of the
biggest and most prestigious companies
in the world. And for fame companies,
for instance, it is harder to get into a
fang company than it is to get into
Harvard or Yale. Seriously, they have a
lower acceptance rate. And usually, you
have to apply to these jobs for years
and you're still not going to get
accepted. But these companies were
reaching out to him. So, he got an offer
from several different fang companies
and Fortune50 companies and ended up
going with one of them for his dream job
where he got to travel the world. He
lived in Japan and he was working a
remote job making multiple six figures a
year. And then after he landed that job,
he made it to 5,000 a month, 10,000 a
month, then $30,000 a month with his
YouTube channel, even though he was
still doing it part-time. And eventually
scaled all the way up to $186,000 in a
single month using my strategies. And of
course, he quit his dream job because it
just didn't make sense for him at that
point. But the thing that all these
people have in common is they stopped
guessing and they followed a proven
playbook. And the work that used to take
a whole team, the content, the
curriculum, the systems, Claude can do
most of it now for you, right? It can do
the heavy lifting. And again, this is
the playbook that I'm going to be
talking about in my live training that
I'm doing this week. So, click that link
in the description in the pin comment
below. But here's how to start with this
one. If you're interested in becoming a
coach, you figure out the one thing that
you know that other people would pay to
learn. And a lot of the time it's just
helping people get into the same job
that you're already in or helping people
use a software or a coding language that
you already know how to use or helping
people learn the skills so that they can
increase their income or get a better
job etc etc or answering the same
questions that you answer for customers,
clients or patients on a day-to-day
basis just like nurse Jyn was doing when
she was answering questions that older
patients were asking her every single
day. So here's the claude prompt to get
started with this if you're interested.
I'll put it up on the screen. You can
screenshot it, put it into Claude, and
it'll interview you until it has enough
context to give you a good answer. Now,
that's a good place to get started. But,
like I said, I am giving away the niche
validator AI at the live training that
I'm doing this week, and it is insanely
good. I can't tell you how many comments
I've gotten from people that have said
it's like the best AI they've ever used.
So, definitely click that link in the
description, the pin comment below to
attend that live training, and I look
forward to seeing you there. With that
being said, I know that 99% of you are
going to watch my free content, get a
ton of value out of it. You're going to
download my free resources, get a ton of
value out of those, and you're going to
attend my live trainings, which are also
completely free, and get a ton of value
out of that, and we are never going to
end up working together. And that is
completely okay with me. I always want
to give way more value than what I
receive and expect nothing in return.
With that being said, there's always
going to be that 1% of you, or 0.1% of
you out there that want a one-on-one
mentorship experience because you want
to grow a YouTube channel, grow a
personal brand, and get results as fast
as you possibly can. And you might have
noticed that all of these different
oneperson businesses have one thing in
common, and that is they promote
whatever their product or service is
with YouTube because all of these
one-person businesses work, but they all
need traffic. And YouTube is the best
form of traffic on the internet. So, if
you are that 1% or 0.1% out there that
wants a one-on-one mentorship
experience, or you want us to literally
just do the work for you, then go ahead
and book a call with us by clicking the
second link in the description in the
pin comment below. but only book the
call if you're very serious about
growing and making money on YouTube. We
can only onboard a very small group of
people at a time. Right now, we're
accepting five people into the program
and we only accept about 18% of people
who apply. We're basically the Harvard
of YouTube coaching at this point. With
that being said, if you want to see a
great example of the results that we get
people, you can check out this video of
Nurse Jen by clicking right here where I
interview her and she tells her whole
story of exactly how we helped her make
a full-time income from YouTube and quit
her 9 toive job and be able to travel
all over the US with a oneperson
business. And you can check that video
out by clicking right here.
