Video summary
This week, the host describes a period of intense activity in London while working for Gym Shark, characterized by back-to-back conversations with high-profile guests including Chris Bumstead, Sam Sulek, Alex O'Connor, Joe Folly, Constantine Kissing, Bugsy Malone, Louise Perry, Mary Harrington, Bonnie Blue, and Peter Crouch. The schedule was packed from morning to evening across five days, involving debates on topics ranging from sex positivity with Bonnie Blue to discussions on retirement with Chris Bumstead. Despite the grueling pace—often working without adequate sleep—the host expresses a genuine love for this "chaos mode," noting that while he initially felt tired and wanted routine after four months of self-care in America, returning to London's unpredictable energy revitalized him. He reflects on how people often desire what they lack; when seeking peace or order, chaos becomes the desired state, making these high-pressure days feel exciting rather than exhausting. The podcast featured a variety of formats and locations, including an abandoned church from the 1800s known as Asylum Chapel, which provided stunning stained-glass backdrops for several episodes. The production team utilized specific lighting techniques to capture sunlight streaming through open holes in the roof where altars once stood, creating dramatic shadows on historic columns dating back to the mid-19th century. On stage, interactions were lively and sometimes chaotic, such as a rock-paper-scissors game between Brownie and Chris Bumstead that resulted in an 183-pound bench press victory for the host. The atmosphere was further defined by practical challenges like managing caffeine intake with specialized drinks containing adaptogens to combat fatigue-induced errors, similar to studies on NHS nurses, while navigating dietary sensitivities common among Americans regarding food additives versus UK standards. Several significant conversations explored personal and societal issues, including hair loss debates where Chris Bumstead dismissed the host's concerns about shedding as not being his area of expertise compared to others like James Smith or Ryan Terry. The dialogue also touched on sensitive topics such as sperm count accusations against the host due to his physique and lifestyle, which he addressed with humor while acknowledging the internet's tendency to judge public figures harshly upon life changes like marriage. A particularly notable segment involved a debate between Louise Perry and Bonnie Blue regarding sex positivity versus conservatism; the host defended featuring Bonnie Blue on the show despite moral disagreements, arguing that she represents an endpoint of modern sexual liberalism who has successfully monetized her platform without being a psychopath, urging listeners to "hate the player, hate the game" rather than condemning her success. Throughout the week, the host maintained a reflective tone about his career trajectory and future plans, emphasizing that he intends to continue producing content even after stepping away from competitive bodybuilding. He discussed the philosophical implications of new technologies like AI and search engines, advocating for conversations over relying on quick Google answers in social settings to preserve critical thinking skills. The London trip concluded with a flight home where the host felt rejuvenated by the experience, noting that while he missed his routine during the chaos, the adventure provided necessary perspective. Ultimately, the week served as both an endurance test and a creative reset, proving that even after years of unrelenting pressure in America, he is still built for high-energy environments and ready to tackle whatever comes next with enthusiasm.

We'll see if I survive. Cheers.
>> Ah, Mr. Williamson, I see you are back
for your patented 5minute breakfast.
Honestly, the difference in my day
between eating this and not eating this
is 50%.
It's so much more functional. Back in
the UK for the first time this year and
we're at Jip Shark, London. Come on.
There it is. It's sold 14,000 tickets
this event. The drum sheds very much
caffeine and big dreams energy.
>> We're going to do a little battle.
Brownie versus Chris. Who wants to go
first? Rock, paper, for whoever's going
to go first. Just once. Rock. You go.
>> You go first. You going first.
>> He goes. He goes.
>> All right. All right. I'll go first.
>> Three, two, one. Whenever you're ready.
Come on. Come on. Come on.
>> Holy crap. 183. 183 is good. That's
good. If there was one exercise that I
should be good at.
>> Look how meaty his forearms bow.
>> Come on.
>> Send it.
>> Come on, Stan. Please go.
>> Yep.
>> Please.
>> One f 2,000

>> Winner winner winner chicken dinner. So,
there's more athletes here at this one
than there's ever been at anything else.
We filled an entire boat last night.
It's like two huge [ __ ] tables. 64
athletes or something. Yeah.
>> Chosen a seat next to one of the smaller
athletes on the bus today to try and get
some room.
>> Yeah.
>> How you doing, brother?
>> How about just I every morning I wake up
and I'm like, is that it? [ __ ]
>> Okay. And then
>> Yeah.
>> Uh
>> again,
>> every day. Every every day I wake up and
I'm like, I can't I can't have slept
enough. The answer is no, I haven't.
[Music]
Jesus Christ. Look at that.
You may have heard of talks on a
Saturday, but have you heard of talks on
a Saturday in the round like Ed Sheeran?
I want to be on a lazy Susan and just
slowly rotate it.
>> I'm doing
>> asking Chris Bumpstead question. How's
retirement being, Chris? Yeah, very
good. Thank you. Look, sometimes we need
Mutronic and at other times you need the
taste of America. It's like the [ __ ]
eagle coming overhead.
Oh my god.
>> What's up?
>> Oh, what's up, Chris? So, I have a
question for you. You know everything.
You're an amazing podcast host.
>> Thank you.
>> Just not with me, apparently, cuz the
comments roasted me. Um, okay. I have
hair loss, like really bad. How do I fix
it? Shedding. Like, it's not like I
don't have like a receding hairline, but
like my hair like like maybe 200 to 300
strands fall out every day.
I swear to God I'm going
>> I think I mean look
>> it's been happening for like a year.
I've done blood work.
>> I just don't know what to do.
>> I got to say if you're talking about
hair loss you are talking to the wrong
guy.
>> Why? You have great hair
>> precisely. Like so I don't need to study
hair loss. Right. James Smith. Where's
James Smith? Cuz he's not he has no hair
at all. Chris Bumstead. Ask him. He'll
know. Ryan Terry. Ryan Terry's hairline
is [ __ ]
>> dissing these guys.
>> You get into your 30s and guys are
obsessed with their hairline.
Well, yeah. Especially if you're taking
steroids.
>> Yeah.
>> A brother.
>> Greg.
>> Um,
>> Panda Greg.
>> Uh, Greg Ducet called me not natty
because of my forearms. So, I think I'm
natural from the forearm up.
>> And hands from the forearms.
>> Enhanced from the forearm.
>> Crazy forearms.
>> Don't know. I've been growing.
>> Are they both crazy?
>> They are.
>> Been growing into them since I was 16.
>> H. This is suspicious. Are you on the
run a true tide vape? Uh,
>> I'd be way leaner if I was on GLPS. Are
you?
>> No.
>> Would you?
>> No. I like eating. I enjoy eating.
>> I don't want to not eat.
>> So, your question was, "How do I stop my
female hair loss at 20 [ __ ] 5 years
old or whatever you 24 years old?"
>> Not my area of expertise.
>> I know. I just thought maybe,
>> you know, what's the stuff that makes
your sperm count go down? Well, I don't
have to worry about sperm count,
thankfully.
>> That's what you think.
>> Well, I mean, the internet with its gay
accusations, I don't have to worry about
sperm count.
>> No, I mean, oh, I see what you're
saying. Like, I'm saying I personally
don't produce sperm.
>> Look, if you want to disprove the
internet's accusations about you,
>> you really need to up your game. Grip
strength needs to be better. Sperm count
needs to be higher.
>> No, I think they know. They know that
I'm straight and that I like men. As we
said yesterday, that's exactly the cover
story that someone who doesn't like men
would
>> like get married and I feed post it,
they're going to be like, "Oh, we knew
that you were straight all along,
Sarah." Uh,
>> I always love the comments on a feed
post of a chick that's been public for a
while. It's like, uh, it's over, boys.
>> Yeah, true.
>> The blast radius of sadness. Remember
when Brett Cooper got married and posted
about it online? Every single right-wing
bro was like, "It's over, guys. Game
over. She's been locked up."
Unbelievable.
>> They're like bunch of unfollows.
>> Almost certainly you're going to lose
followers if you get married.
>> How's that feel?
>> It's fine cuz I'll have other priorities
then
>> in your sick pad.
>> Yeah.
>> With your sick cat.
>> Yeah. Thank you.
>> All right.
>> That's what I want. I That's the whole
point of everything is to get married
and have a family. See that? Also,
actually, that's
>> what.
>> All right. Bye.
>> You and your little nappy nap.
>> Why are you so judgmental of my nap?
You're jealous?
>> Because I was on the bus and you were
still in bed.
>> Yeah,
>> that's why I'm jealous. Yeah,
>> I woke up at 6:30 and I was like, nah,
>> not happening. Chris,
>> the number podcaster in the world,
a six time Mr.
And the back of the moment, L Chris
Williamson Z.
[Applause]
A full year since you competed, since
you exited the sport,
>> how are you feeling?
>> Honestly, we've been busy. It's been
full ups and downs of like detaching
from things. Do you think it's going to
be difficult for you to see other people
step onto the stage that you used to be
on and not feel
that desire to be back up there?
>> I don't think I have the desire, but my
ego will be like, I'm going to be him.
I'm going to be I'm going to be him.
[Applause]
25minut conversation. I'd rather get on
stage with you than do that.
>> No, don't say that.
>> Okay. Rather is wrong. Don't say you're
right. Wrong verbiage. I get more
nervous doing a talk than anybody that
can do.
[Music]
Nice to meet you.
[Music]
>> A 7 minute until my Uber gets there. So,
I was like, I'll just spin. Is this okay
or am I closing out?
>> You're good. As long as you're good, I'm
good.
I'm going through a really tough time
lately. Um, and I don't know, you've
been helping me a lot. So, a lot of what
you're putting out there is been helping
me a lot. I just wanted to say it's
really
>> I appreciate you so much.
>> Thank you so much.
>> Improm meeting.
>> Did it day one gym shark lift London

in, prep for speaking to Mr. Sam Sulle
tomorrow and then get some more prep in
for next week because as soon as next
week starts it's all it's nontop
[Music]
>> look drove past my mom's old house on
Berry New Road. The one she got evicted
from. Went to McDonald's, ordered a
cheeseburger and chips on an addicted
one. Then I heard, "Can I get a
picture?" I stood there and I took 15
pictures done with 15 different kids. I
was there on the phone, but I left
tongue twisted and I paint pictures with
words, but I didn't know I was the
gifted one. And now they say I put money
on the map. So I #161 draw back my
wings. I look through the window on a
reministic one. Shouldn't have done that
cuz now I'm having flashbacks to the
days when I had press
on my Nintendo
back and forth like ping pong. The gift
came with a curse. Ever since 10 years
old, my head's been gone.
>> All right, we done. Finished two
conversations in two days, which feels
like a warm-up set. And now 11 guests,
nine episodes in four days. in an
abandoned church.
>> See you tomorrow.
>> Get some good rest.
>> Enough.
>> Yeah. Yeah. More than enough. That'll be
good for today. It'll be the back end of
the week when the [ __ ] marathon
really kicks in. You know, this is an
endurance race
>> and David Gogins in this [ __ ]
>> Only goal for me is Barry. Yeah,
variation. So, I think these two, Sam
and Chris, if we can just change color
somehow, cuz similar audience, similar
conversation. Yeah.
>> Some sort of change in color. Alex and
Joe is going to look different anyway
cuz it's the only twoerson episode
that's going to be facing this way. So,
that's fine.
>> Uh, Constantin and Bugsy just
>> throw a bit of color in, do whatever.
Bugsy is going to be like more
aggressive. Also, warning, wears a hat a
lot.
Good to know.
[Music]
You're not.
[Music]
>> Oh yeah, it's me.
>> Nice and rosy.
>> Look, I'm a I'm a slightly pink boy.
Okay.
>> Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
>> Yep.
>> Mhm.
>> It's here. is looks good. Yeah. Yeah. It
looks better than I thought. I thought
it would look a little bit more
religious.
>> Dude, I love you. I I appreciate very
much the impact that you've had on me
and everybody else as well. So, I uh I
look forward to seeing what comes next.
And uh
yeah, I I really really hope that you
don't stop talking about the stuff that
you do because I think you've got more
now to actually add to the world than
you did when you were on stage. So,
well, I appreciate that and hoping to
discover that myself and life does is
changing very fast. So,
I hope I hope so. And some of my
greatest moments I've had with people
are talking about my podcast with you
and what I've shared here. So, I
appreciate the opportunity to do this
for a third time and hopefully have a
fourth. I'd love to. Chris Bump said,
"Ladies and gentlemen,
>> whenever there's like a new technology
and people are panicking over how people
make it'll affect the world or how it
makes people think, I'm always um very
interested in like uh Socrates was uh
very skeptical about people writing
philosophy down because he was worried
it would degrade the memory and also
that philosophy was this like living
breathing thing and I was think okay you
know the not necessarily that um
obviously I don't agree with Socrates
there. I think writing is is broadly
quite a good thing.
>> But I do think that that idea of like
okay if we have a new technology and we
end up and that ends up being like the
path of least resistance what's that
going to take away from us and I worry
with like
>> you know AI and when it's and also just
like just like search engines something
I've I've started doing with like
friends in the pub
>> is that nobody's allowed to Google
anything in like we've just made an
agreement. Yeah. Like don't just just
sit there and like if we if we're trying
to answer like a kind of a standard
question that might arise in a pub
setting like I don't know like who
played what in this year etc like just
try and remember
>> yeah cuz a lot of the time like
>> getting to the information there isn't
necessarily the point the point is the
conversation that leads you there in
that setting and sometimes I think that
>> especially when it comes something as
like process focused as philosophy
if the way that we start coming to
philosophical conclusions are like, "Oh,
I'll just see what Chief VT says, or
I'll just Google it." And there is a
>> philosophy, the answer, or the pursuit
of the answer.
>> Well, I think that, you know, there's
there's a bit of column A and a bit of
column B. But I I don't want to lose
this idea of like actually you often
discover things in pursuit of something
entirely unrelated.
>> The new flavor
>> food perfect advert.
>> Wow. And it's tasty, too. Amazing.
>> This is sick. This is crazy. What? This
is looking amazing. Two black magics.
>> Uh, we're all black magic.
>> Oh, all black magic. Five. Nice.
>> Bye.
>> So, one of the things that um, one of
the things that is
>> three episodes in a day done. Sam
Sulick, Chris Bumstead, Joe Folly, Alex
O' Conor really span the spectrum. Uh,
spectrum being the operative word there.
Uh, tomorrow Constantine Kissing and
Bugsy Malone going to go Weather Spoons.
Have I got this on me?
Thanks Rory Southerntherland.
>> See you tomorrow.
>> Morning. What's up?
>> Hello.
>> Don't get that
[Music]
speed.
[Music]
as long as the baseline.
>> Oh, that's mad.
>> What we Do you think you'll capture
this?
>> Of course. Yeah. So, so these are the
>> these what we've got for fix.
>> Yeah.
>> And then we'll have another one which is
totally handheld and that'll be shot
with all the stained glass behind you.
>> But yeah, this is once it's graded and
everything. This has got like a little
Oh, this is Bennett, director of
photography. Makes it look pretty. Um,
>> yeah, it's going to be epic movie.
>> Let me know the movies you're in, but
close.
>> No, no, no. This is It's epic. Close
enough.
>> I've been, by the way, so
>> I've been listening to some motivational
stuff and your your shit's been popping
up a lot. Obviously, I listen to McConn
and other bits like popped up
>> cuz I'm listening to these motivational
things, you know. Got to ground myself.
Taking yourself back to [ __ ] basics.
>> Need your bits. People are grabbing your
bits and throwing them in as motivation.
So,
>> okay. Well, I'm uh I'm glad they've come
up on your feed.
>> Yeah.
>> There's a lot of stuff I want to talk
about today that's
>> Oh, really? Okay.
>> I'm excited.
>> Me, too. Really excited.
>> I'm nervous.
>> Oh, you got it, man. This is easy work
for you.
>> Talking about how much changes me.
>> What? How? out.
>> I um I get over stimulated. I'm like a
little bit like
>> Okay,
>> let's change.
>> Uh switch it out for element.
>> Did I say hello to you by not I'm not
seeing but all right. Yeah, man. Good.
>> Uh yeah, we've got some stuff in your
caffeine.
>> Oh, really?
>> Yes.
>> I mean, I'll try. I'm going to taste it
anyway.
>> No, you can taste it. But I mean, you
don't need to sink the whole thing cuz
it's tasty. It means that you keep going
and before you know it, it's 1:00 in the
morning and you're still awake. All
right, let's do this thing. You're over
there, my friend.
Are you are clear? That means I like the
grip strength.
Give me some beer.
>> Fine. She can see you.
>> It's going to be a fun day. Well, this
is the I think Well, we can talk about
it on on the episode, but
>> I think people are using
Lily Phillips crying on camera to map
what they think Bonnie Blue feels, but I
don't think they account for the fact
that she doesn't feel anything.
>> I think Yeah.
>> Um
>> I think I've watched enough of her now.
>> No, she's not alive.
>> This isn't Yeah. Which is even more
terrifying. I I think at least the sort
of crazy America health kick thing, the
red for the seed oils, the suning your
[ __ ] like you know this it seems to
me kind of a lot like which is
artificial solutions to artificial
problems
>> that you you have this wild sensitivity
to food additives because there's so
much and you don't have so if if I I
went to Hawksmore for steak last night
nowhere on there did it need to say
grass-fed
uh seed oil free, non GMO, non
>> whereas in America would
>> because
the flaw of food is so much absolutely
>> that you need to advertise, hey, we're
not down there. I mean, we're still only
comparable with probably most of the
developed countries, but that is
additional effort we've had to go
through to like get the sludge off.
>> I I like so much about America, but I
find the food there incredibly a week in
America and I'm just like I just need
just give me bananas and black coffee. I
can't be able to I come home and feel
like I really need to purge. It's so
traumatizing.
>> Wow.
>> Like but I mean you can do it but it
costs so much to eat just what I would
consider normally.
>> It's like a Yeah. Health food escaping
velocity is is
>> completely completely
like whole foods.
>> I love whole foods.
>> I know. But it's like you couldn't
>> they just close them on enrichment.
>> We should still like I just
>> I know I just
>> um we have an idea for when Bonnie
arrives. Alex has a Alex has a special
skill.
>> Do you need music?
>> No.
>> No. Okay.
>> Right.
[Applause]
That's like different UFC fighters have
got walkout shoes. That's That's funny.
life.
>> Did you say unreal?
[Music]
really nice. Sorry, I would stand up.
>> Some taste. Sadly, the blue one does
not.
>> Yeah, I want to try water recently.
>> And the guy was like, "That's weird."
>> Like like like when you're going like
whether you're going to a water like Do
you want to go to a water park?
>> Oh, right. Are you going to go
>> get two art? Yes. But then you can't
take your shoes cuz someone probably
steal them. Is anybody got to run
everywhere? Or if you have water shoes
on
>> in the interim, have you tried Crocs?
>> How do you feel about how do you feel
about trying Crocs in the intro? Is that
going to kill you? Will your stylist
kill you for that?
>> Yeah. He says I'm in my rebellious area
sometimes.
Uh I'd wear them. I'm all about comfort.
Like as soon as I get home, pajamas on.
I'm never not in pajamas.
>> I really do think I really do think that
crops could be the answer to a lot of
your problems. And good for you. They'll
be waterproof. Um, should I mention I
mentioned it's important in your line of
work.
>> Very important.
>> Yeah.
>> That's why I like snorkeling so much.
>> Feels like home. Feels like home.
>> A lot of fish.
>> Jesus Christ.
>> Yeah. There we are.
>> Day three. Yep. Done. Day three done.
Day five of having conversations.
But day three of of podcasting done. We
were just talking about it there. I
imagine there'll be a lot of people that
are unhappy that Bonnie Blue has got
more exposure on the internet. Few
things. Uh Bonnie Blue is currently
doing more numbers than pretty much
anyone else. So really it's her that's
platforming me. Uh secondly, I'd be very
interested to know sort of how people
morally condemn what she does. I do not
agree with what she does and I don't
support it. But it is difficult to find
a point in the current culture sex
positive uh commercialize whatever you
want. There is no meaning behind sex and
you should have it as much as is freely
available to you and you can monetize it
to your heart's content.
She is just like the end point of modern
sexual liberalism that's been
commercialized. Like she's she just
happens to like don't hate the player.
hate the game and she happens to have
won the game. Uh, I don't agree with the
game,
but it's fascinating to watch. Um,
reflections on it, while it's still
fresh in my mind, I didn't see a second
set of eyelids open and close like a
reptile person. Um, usually a pretty
good judge of character and she doesn't
seem like a psychopath to me. Uh, she
made a bunch of different errors that
suggest that she doesn't have a 180 IQ
and is actually reverse engineering a
ton of stuff. Tried to get her to do a
steelman toward the end and that was
like twice she sort of uh got it wrong.
Like didn't quite understand in a way
that to be honest unpopular opinion but
was actually quite charming. Uh, was I
charmed or seduced by Bonnie Blue? No. I
did strategically only shake her hand.
Um, and I did ask if there was any holy
water just in case things got went a
little sideways. I ate a lot of garlic
last night, too. So, I think I'm still
kind of immune, which is good. It might
be a full moon later on as well. Uh, all
in all, I had a really fun day. It's the
first set of round table things that
we've done in a while. Actually, round
table things that we've done ever in
that style. And, uh, I'm excited to do
more of them. Bonnie conversation was
fascinating.
Louise and Bonnie are basically
two opposite ends of the same spectrum
from sort of sex positive to sex
conservative. And uh
I'm really glad it was her. I think it's
a very different sort of conversation to
any of the ones that Bonnie's had
previously. And uh you can hate her as
much as you want. I would be cautious in
anybody from the right condemning
putting Bonnie Blue on a podcast because
that was the exact argument about why
Trump shouldn't have gone on podcasts,
too. So, it'll be interesting to see. I
can't wait for the internet to find out
which side of the
hypocrisy criticism it wants to fall on.
Uh, or maybe people will say, "Fuck
Conversation with Bonnie Blue that's
calm with a really educated woman that
spent her entire life learning about
this." That's worth watching. Plus one
with Mary and uh Louise was [ __ ]
sick. That's it.
I didn't get turned to stone by looking
at Bonnie Blue. Had a couple of fun
conversations and I get to have more
tomorrow. So, I'll see you then.
>> It's not It's not here at the moment,
but when this when the sun comes in, the
streaks of light that come through the
the stained glass windows are amazing.
And that's already shooting through now.
>> Well,
>> yeah, because we've got the haze and
when the sun comes out, we get nice
streaks. It looks
>> already.
>> Yeah. Right.
>> It when it swings more.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Hello. Very nice to see you. How are
you?
>> We're in a strange place.
>> Uh we decided to be understated for the
shoot today. Very
>> bright. The low
>> ceremony.
>> Beautiful.
>> Great.
>> Is there a drink for me?
>> One of your water and there is a tasty
carbonated beverage that will make your
brain work.
>> Will it Will I go mad?
>> Okay. But I mean that's a really poor
advert. No, you'll be fine.
>> I promise.
>> Okay.
>> You know when you've had too much if you
start elevating that's either the
rapture or excessive amounts of brain
stimulants. Those are the two things
that can go on.
>> What's it got in it?
>> Togggin, which is a cytoolon. This is
yours.
>> Rodea, that's a adaptogen helps with
stress induced fatigue. There's this
great study done on NHS nurses. They
made fewer commission errors under
fatigue over time. So, as you get a
little bit more tired, obviously you
start to mess up more. Uh, Jinseng helps
you getting distracted. Theonine smooths
out the caffeine and then a bit of
caffeine that's naturally sourced. So,
it's good. I love
>> it does the job.
We're partway through the week. In fact,
we're about to finish. Uh, but because
it was so hurried when we started
shooting, haven't actually been able to
do a walk around. This is the Asylum
Chapel in London. Started being built
early 1800s, got finished around 1850.
Uh, the local residents were evacuated
during the war. The roof was blown off,
but somehow the stained glass windows
survived. So, I'm going to show you how
we've actually managed to shoot in a
200y old church in the middle of London.
So, come on.
Uh, as you can see, it's a lot of
lighting and this is fake sunlight that
was streaming through the uh open hole
at the top of what would have been where
the altar would go.
>> Interestingly, uh, this Newtonic was
actually a part of the church's
foundations. This was this was original
1826 edition Newtonic. Uh this is the
paniply of different stimulants that we
have here.
And then uh
>> this is what it looks like.
>> So we've rotated through a bunch of
different angles. You'll see in the
earlier episodes that Chris Bumstead,
Sam Sulk, Alex Okconer, Joe Folly,
Constantine Kissing, uh the Bugsy
Malone. We're shooting actually in that
direction. So,
most of the camera stuff being here,
shooting in this direction with guest on
that side and me on this side. We
rotated around a little bit for the
round table stuff. So, sort the 45°
there. And now we're shooting down a
complete other direction which means
you've got this stained glass stuff here
behind the guest
>> sunlight.
Uh we added a little bit of haze in and
then we've reversed everything and now
those lights that I pointed out as we
came in shooting through here. So we get
all of these cool shadows and stuff on
the columns over here. What is that? Is
that paint? It's not bird [ __ ] is it?
Um but it's epic. Like all these
different tablets all the way along the
walls. Some of them have come off, but
most of them are still here. Uh,
chairman of the asylum from 1841 to
1845, died April 2nd, 1845,
>> having by will be bequeafd the sum of
£630
toward placing upon a solid foundation
the noble charity for the promotion of
which he had so long and so successfully
labored. £630. I imagine 1854 was a
[ __ ] ton of money.
>> Got a guest here.
>> Mate, there you go. Good day. Yeah,
don't.
>> Yeah, good. Just
>> Well, set on dishes.
>> Well, I felt given given you're the
you're the tallest guest we've had for
the first time. We need to give enough
head room to make sure you could stand
up.
>> Unreal, is it?
>> Yeah. Yeah. We um we decided to be
subtle for you,
>> your friend. I don't think they heard
me. London boy, I set trends. I'm early.
Could have been Mains. Could have been
Burberry. I ain't got to talk. These
girls want to chase me. Boyfriends want
to hurt me. I just smile like I just
came back from Turkey. They can't touch
me. The gang too. Clean up nice, but
still I play dirty. I'm alive in the
night time.
I got tequila. She was sipping on the
white wine.
She looks better than when I see her on
the timeline.
That's why the haters are hating on the
sidelines.
When I see him in person, it's all love.
Him up like done.
London where I set trends. I'm early
that again.
That again, man.
The best run of
episodes that I've done in terms of how
I felt for my performance in in quite a
long time. Um, I haven't really been
superbly happy with my own performance
over the last few months. Not that it's
been bad, but just I always want to be
progressing. And
the internet may disagree, but I really
[ __ ] felt on form this week. I think
the episodes are great. I think
the places that we went to, the
difference in the energy was was
awesome. The conversation I just had
with Peter Crouch, we were talking about
how
the thing that you want is often the
thing that you don't have. And as soon
as you get the thing that you want, the
thing that you previously used to have
is now the thing that you want to revert
back to. So, in times of peace, you want
chaos. And in times of chaos, you want
peace. And I've caught myself a couple
of times this week when I haven't slept
all that much and I've tired. I hadn't
been to the gym in a week and the week
before that I hadn't been to the gym in
a week. It was been in total chaos mode.
But when I was at home for the last 4
months largely trying to go to bed on
time and look after myself and
all I wanted was to have adventure and
to see new places and to do stuff. So
yeah, I mean
I had a conversation with Zach the day
after the London show
and we're walking toward the Sleep Token
gig at the O2 and you know we've just
played this huge show and he finishes on
Champagne Supernova by Oasis and
it was so good and I remember
walking toward the entrance and I was,
you know, whining about that sort of
playful complaint about the sleep and
the duh and you know it's going to be so
nice to get back on routine and he's
turned to me and he's like what are you
talking about you [ __ ] love this like
you love this chaos and
he was right he is right I do you can't
have too much of it and I definitely did
you know the last three years since I
moved to America have just been this
whirlwind, unrelenting push. And that
plus
my immune system getting kicked in the
nuts 20 times, you know, a lot of
pressure and and stuff has been tough.
But I still very much feel like I'm
built for chaos at the moment. and to
sort of be in the mix with everyone and
to even when there's issues going wrong
and there's a guy from the local parish
that wants to come and I will you are
trespassing on council ground like all
of that is just part it's just exciting
it's part of it um so yeah it's this
week's been chaos mode and
frankly I've [ __ ] loved
