so desperate for workers that they will
hire you on the spot. And I promise at
least one of them is going to fit you
exactly as you are today. No degree, no
interview gauntlet. Some of them approve
you in hours and you can be working from
your couch. Now, quick context on why
you can trust this list. I went $300,000
in student loan debt for a doctorate
before I figured out how hiring actually
works. So, I built a career channel that
I needed back then, and over a thousand

All right, first one we're going to
start off with is a virtual senior
companion, aka a pop-up pal. And yes,
this is a real job. It's an app that
pays you to be somebody's grandkid. Now,
tradition on this channel is to start
these lists off with a really weird one.
And yes, this is kind of weird, but yes,
this is a real job. So, we're talking
companionship calls, video chats,
check-ins, and you're basically just
keeping lonely older adults company from
your phone. But before the money,
understand why this job exists. The
surgeon general declared loneliness an
American epidemic with health risks
comparable to smoking up to 15
cigarettes a day. So, loneliness is
hurting seniors at cigarette rates.
That's not a sad fact. That's a job
posting because health plans figured out
lonely members get sicker and sicker is
expensive. So, the insurance companies
literally pay for grandkids now. Now,
the app is called Papa, and their own
page lays out the deal. Apply, pass the
background check, and start claiming
visits. Okay, Shane, but getting paid to
chat with grandpa, that cannot be real.
Okay, news stations don't do segments on
fake jobs. So, check this out, right?
KSL News Utah talked about this cuz it's
a real thing. Sure, but what about on
the spot, right? There's always a catch,
right, Shane? According to a review by
Yansy Smith, the catch is that you'll
need to pass a background check, which
makes sense. And part of the reason that
a lot of older folks struggle is that
they're living alone in a house that
nobody's helping them maintain. And
that's why so many seniors end up
downsizing, getting a smaller place,
less upkeep, and honestly, a fresh
start. And one of our community members,
Weldon, built an entire channel around
exactly that. He helps people over 50
downsize their homes, and handle the
transition, which is the exact life
stage that this job exists to support.

100,000 plus views. With that being
said, according to Glass Door, the total
salary range for Papa Pally pay is 21 to
$40 an hour. So, it actually does pay
relatively well. And here's what I want

who actually shows up. People built
whole monetized videos just reviewing
this app. And the person actually doing
the job hasn't shown up on camera yet.

be what's known as a skip tracer. So
companies will pay you to find people
who basically don't want to be found.
So, somebody stops paying their car
loan, changes their number, vanishes.
You're the person at a laptop who traces
where they went and demand just went
vertical. So, Newsweek reports over 7.5
million repossession assignments by
October and it's projected to hit 10.5
million by a year end with more than 3
million actual repossessions expected.
Okay, Shane, but hunting people down,
that's stalking with extra steps. Well,
it's the opposite. It's actually
regulated. And skip tracing isn't just
for chasing down people who owe money or
dodging a repo. It's also how real
estate investors find property owners
who are ready to sell. So, there's a guy
named Jacob Blank who does skip tracing
for free for his own wholesale real
estate deals and he walks through the
entire thing on camera step by step. And
speaking of real estate, we have a
community member who owns one of the
biggest real estate companies in
Montana. His name is Craig and before
joining us, he'd been posting on YouTube
for 4 years and he'd gotten a total of
40,000 views. And of course, he was
posting on YouTube to get more leads for
his business. But then after joining the
program, one of his very first videos
that he posted blew up and got over a
100,000 views. And I guess he doesn't
need to do skip tracing to get clients
cuz he's got so many people coming to
his business from YouTube. But with that
being said, skip tracing isn't a niche
little collections job. And real estate
investors are some of the biggest
buyers. They order thousands of traces
at a time sometimes. So how much does a
skip tracer make? Usually about $ 38 to
$58,000 a year. And this is according to
Glass Door. And this actually sounds
pretty cool to do, not going to lie. All
right. Next is going to be a remote
dispatcher for trades companies. Now,
this is the office side of the trades
that nobody talks about. So, every HVAC,
plumbing, and electrical company lives
or dies on the person answering the
phone, booking the jobs, routing the
texts, and calming down the guy with the
flooded kitchen. And according to
contractors in charge, a home services
back office firm, 62% of calls to home
service companies go unanswered. And
this was further explained by John
Wilson, he said that you do need a
dedicated dispatcher in your HVAC,
plumbing, and electrical business. And
if you want to thrive in this online
job, I saw a video where they explained
the number one skill that every CSR and
dispatch manager needs to thrive in
HVAC. And a service dispatcher makes
about 56 to $85,000 a year. And you'll
typically make more if you live in more
expensive areas. Now, this one hits
close to home because my brother has
been in the trades for almost 30 years
and it took a toll on his body. On a
vacation a while back, he pulled me
aside and he asked how he could make
money without breaking his body anymore.
And I told him, "Just start a YouTube
channel, bro." And he gave me every
excuse in the book, right? I'm too old.
That's for dancing kids. I've never
recorded a video in my life. I'm not
tech-savvy enough. I can't even set up a
camera. And I told him, bro, just trust
me. Follow everything I say. Follow this
system and you will succeed. Right?
Because I use a very specific system
called the hybrid personal brand system.

solve problems. And he did exactly what
I said. And he did succeed. In fact, he
succeeded right away. Within the first

And that's a $78,000 year run rate. And
then he closed his first year on YouTube
with an $18,000 plus month. Now, I know
what some of you are thinking. Shane,
your brother has 30 years in the trades.
I don't have that. Fine. Let me tell you
about Rick. Rick spent 40 years in the
military. He's retired. He's not a
marketer, not a tech guy. He just picked
up 3D printing as someone that wanted
something to do with his hands. And he
started a channel. And for 6 months, he
sat at 50 subscribers with views between
50 and 200. Not one single video ever
cracked a thousand. And he had no idea
if it was his titles, his thumbnails, or
the whole niche. And most people quit
right there. But he didn't change who he
was, and he didn't quit. He changed
three things. How he picked the topics,
how he wrote titles, and how he built
thumbnails. And 3 months later, after
joining our community, two videos broke
out. 18,000 views and 24,000 views. And
that pushed him past 1,000 subscribers.
and got him in the YouTube partner
program and he got monetized while he
was on vacation. And you don't even have
to film the job itself. Think about what
you already do all day. You explain

was a total beginner when she started.
In her words, she said, "I hadn't dipped
my toe to YouTube." And when I
interviewed her, she walked me through
the money. First month monetized,
$6,000. Second month, $8,000. Then her
third month, she had a $10,000 plus
month. And because of us, she was able
to quit her nursing job, and now she's
traveling around the country in her
camper van. And that's where she records
videos on her channel now. But it
doesn't have to be a job at all, right?
Nathan is a chess player from New
Zealand. And he's not a grandmaster.
He's a self-taught adult who just got
pretty good. And he had no coaching
business, no credentials, no big
channel. He was starting from absolute
zero, never made a dollar doing this,
and we got him to a full-time income
coaching chess on YouTube, right? So, a
nurse, my 50-year-old brother who
couldn't set up a camera, or a retired
military guy stuck at 50 subs, and a
chess hobbyist who turned it into a
full-time income. There is no version of
this where the answer is you need the
right background. There isn't a right
background. All you have to do is just
teach other people what you've already
learned in your life. But what you do

high ticket appointment setter. This is
where you slide into DMs and you dial
cold leads all day long to book sales
calls for high ticket businesses that
sell services or coaching or agencies.
And you never close anything. You just
fill the closer calendar and you take a
cut of whatever they sell. And
appointment setting is one of the most
obvious ways to add value to a business.
And it really doesn't require that much
skill. And just to show you this is
true, I found someone who actually did
appointment setting for seven days and
made $3,250 in that span of time. You
might be saying, "Well, you need a
buttload of experience when doing this."
You're wrong because I saw someone who
practically recorded themselves cold
calling for the first time ever, right?
There's this guy named Moan, a fresh
graduate who recorded himself cold
calling for the first time ever, and he
did have a lot of rejection, but
eventually he found someone who was
interested in his offer. And that video,
by the way, made an extra $1.8,000 in
revenue and blew up his YouTube channel.
Now, here's the honest ceiling on this
job. As a setter, you're doing cold
outreach for somebody else's calendar.
Now, one of our community members, Adam,
is a realtor in Austin, and he was doing
the exact same work for himself. Cold
calling, door knockocking, open houses,
and he hated all of it, and it wasn't
working. But we had him answer those
same questions on YouTube instead.
Basically answering the questions that
his buyers were already typing into
Google, and he said he's getting 15 to
20 inbound leads a month, people that
are reaching out to him. So, setting
appointments is a good door, but never
having to chase one again is the room.
With that being said, appointment
setters on average make about 56 to
$91,000 a year. And I know from personal
experience how easy this one is to get
into because we hire a lot of
appointment setters oursel. And the last
one on the list is a YouTuber or helping
a YouTuber, right? So YouTube is a brand
new industry and obviously you know that
you can just become a YouTuber, right?
Anyone can just upload a video on
YouTube. You don't even have to get
approved for it. And you can start
selling things from your YouTube channel
right away. For instance, Guy without
even getting to a,000 subscribers before
he even got to 500 subscribers was
already making $1,500 a month. And that
was his goal to make $1,000 to $2,000 a
month to supplement his income in
retirement. And he's another one of our
community members, of course. So, I
think everyone knows that becoming a
YouTuber is a great opportunity, but
typically it does take some time to make
money, especially if you try to do it on
your own. You can definitely speed that

starting your channel with the hybrid

said, there's also a lot of
opportunities of working for YouTubers.
So, for instance, we've hired a ton of

serving people in our community. And to
be completely honest with you, because
of the fact that it's such a new
industry, you don't have to have a
college degree and it's relatively easy
to break into. You don't even have to
have like certifications or anything
like that. You just have to demonstrate
your expertise. And if you're someone
who watches a lot of YouTube, chances
are you'd be really good as a YouTuber
or as someone who works for a YouTuber.
Now, some of the positions you could
apply for are of course video editor.
You could also apply as a script writer.
And I think one of the rarest and best
positions to master is a creative
director. This is the person who kind of
oversees everything and makes sure that
the final product is what they wanted it
to be. And I know lots of different
creative directors out there. For
instance, I know the creative director
of Alex Herozi and he's making up in
that multiple six figure a year range.
So, it can pay really well if you're
really good. But chances are when you
first start, you're not going to be top
tier and you're going to have to learn
in order to get better. With that being
said, one of the best ways to learn is
just to start your own YouTube channel
in the first place. That's one thing we
found hiring people is a lot of the time
the best people that we hire are people
who have already started their own
channel. Now, with that being said, if
