Video summary
The video presents five specific job opportunities where employers are so desperate for immediate labor that they hire applicants on the same day or within days of applying, bypassing traditional recruitment delays. These roles include temp agency work and day labor, gig delivery driving, moving crew positions, traffic flagging, and commercial night cleaning. The core argument is that these jobs thrive because they fill urgent gaps in industries facing high turnover or a lack of interest from the general workforce; for instance, staffing agencies are financially incentivized to place candidates quickly since an unfilled position costs them money, while moving companies desperately need hands during peak seasons when crews quit mid-job.
While some might view these positions as unglamorous or physically demanding, such as lifting furniture in heat or standing on roadways holding stop signs, the speaker emphasizes that they serve as excellent financial bridges requiring no degrees or prior experience. The video provides realistic income expectations, noting that while gross hourly rates for gig work may seem high, net earnings after taxes and vehicle expenses are more modest, yet still provide immediate cash flow. Similarly, night-shift cleaning offers a clear path to higher pay through specialization in deep cleaning or bed making, as well as rapid promotion opportunities because companies struggle to retain staff on these shifts.
Beyond the wages themselves, the video highlights a unique strategic advantage: almost all of these jobs can be documented and turned into profitable YouTube channels or side hustles. The creator illustrates this with numerous examples of community members who started small—whether by filming their delivery routes, documenting moving work, or teaching cleaning techniques—and grew them into full-time income streams that often exceed the earnings from the actual labor. This dual-income potential allows individuals to earn a paycheck for immediate rent while simultaneously building an asset through content creation, effectively turning mundane tasks like holding a stop paddle or mopping floors at night into viable business foundations.
The conclusion of the video reinforces that these opportunities are accessible right now without waiting weeks for recruiter emails, offering a practical solution for those who need money immediately after being fired or facing financial hardship. The speaker warns against generic online job advice and AI-generated lists that often fabricate pay numbers, insisting instead on verified data from real employers like Express Employment and local moving firms. Ultimately, the message is one of empowerment through action: by applying to these specific roles today, individuals can secure employment this week while leveraging their daily experiences to build a sustainable career or business in the digital space.

In this video, I'm giving you five jobs
so desperate that they hire you the same
day you apply. And these are real
employers, real pay numbers, and the
honest timeline for every single one.
And with some of these, if you got fired
on a Friday, this is how you're working
by Monday. And this is coming from
someone who spent over eight years
studying jobs, careers, and money for an
audience of more than 1.5 million
people. I've seen every hiring trick,
every scam, and every dead-end job out
there. And I can tell you that most job
advice online is recycled garbage.
basically the same seven tips in a
different font. And it's gotten worse,
too, because now half of it is AI slop.
And these are job lists cranked out by
robots with pay numbers that some
algorithm hallucinated. And that stuff
can cost you weeks of your damn life. So
this video is the opposite. Every job
here is verified. Every pay range is
sourced. And where a job takes 3 days
instead of one, I'll say it to your face
because trust matters more to me than
hype. So by the end of this video, you
will have a plan that you can execute
right away. No experience required, no
degree required, and no sitting on your
refreshing your inbox waiting for the
recruiter to email you. Now, I'm not
going to pretend that every job on this
list is glamorous. They're not. There's
a reason why it's so easy to get them.
With that being said, some of these do
have a really good career ladder that
you can get into later on. But a
paycheck this week beats a dream job in
6 months when the rent is due. And
anyone who tells you different has never
been broke. So, if you appreciate me
making this type of content, let me know
by gently cheersing that like button.
and let's jump into it right now.
Okay, first up, the one that shocked me
the most when I dug into it is temp plus
day labor. And this is where you can
work today and you get paid tonight. So
these are basically called day labor
agencies. People ready labor finders.
And yes, these are real names. You can
write them down if you want to. And
basically, you show up at the branch
around 5:30 in the morning with an ID
and you tell them that you're ready to
work. They match you to a job ticket
that same morning. It could be
construction cleanup, warehouse work,
event crews, whatever came in that
morning. And many of these branches pay
you the same day the work is done. And
nobody here is going to give a
about a 2-year employment gap because
they have work orders to fill today and
you're the answer. And this industry has
a second gear, which is staffing
agencies. Express Employment, Adco,
RANSTA, etc. Walk in today, interview
once with the agency, and they start
pitching you to employers usually within
the week. And these could be warehouse,
manufacturing, admin, forklift, all
kinds of different jobs like that. And
they make roughly $31 to $42,000 a year
once you're placed steady. Now, that's
not a lot to start off, but many of
these careers have what's known as a
career ladder, where you start off
making $31 to $42,000 a year. You can go
up the career ladder, which we'll get
into here in a moment. Because the part
that nobody explains is the agency gets
paid when you get placed, right? So,
they are incentivized to place you with
a company. You are their product. an
unsold product costs them money. That's
kind of a harsh way to put it, but this
is working in your favor. Okay, so
everyone else is lined up at the door
200 deep, refreshing Indeed, waiting for
a recruiter to email them and screaming
into the void. And around the corner,
there's a side door with a recruiter
whose entire paycheck depends on pulling
you through. So, no line, no wait, and
they are financially motivated to hire
you. So, that's not a job application,
that's a cheat code. And look, I
searched YouTube for this world, and
it's an absolute ghost town. Millions
cycle through these branches every year
and nobody's telling their story. And
remember that because it matters. Now,
there's two ways to get started with
this. One, you can follow the directions
on the screen. I'll put them up on the
screen. Or two, you can download a
career AI that we spent a bunch of time
putting together that helps you pick the
best job for you with personalized
advice and helps you plan out your
career into the future. and doesn't just
help you land one single job, but also
helps you figure out the best way for
you to make money and how you can
actually give value to society as well
and get paid a lot more money in return.
And it's not just limited to jobs. It
could be side hustles or even starting
your own business, too. So, click the
link in the description in the pin
comment below to check that out. Mention
that you're interested in day labor or
temp agencies. It'll interview you and
give you personalized advice and might
even tell you the literal branch that
you can go to in your local area with
the exact address and when you should go
there as well. All right, section two is
going to be the honest number, which is
gig delivery. Now, you might already
think that you know this, right? We're
talking Door Dash, Uber Eats, Instacart,
etc. And before you roll your eyes, stay
with me here for a moment because I'm
about to tell you the truth about the
money. The application takes about 10
minutes on your phone. There's no
interview. There's no resume. There's no
human to judge you. The only weight is
the background check. And this can take
1 to 3 days typically. So, an honest
timeline is you apply today and you
could be earning this week, sometimes
within 48 hours, but it's usually not
literally the same afternoon. But now
for the money. Every video you've ever
seen quotes the gross number like, "I
made $25 an hour." Okay, but that's your
car, your gas, and Uncle Sam still gets
his cut, and you're a contractor now.
So, congratulations. You're essentially
a small business owner. So, the gross
number is a marketing number. The net
number is the real number. So, after
gas, wear and tear, and taxes, most
full-time drivers net somewhere between
$25 to $40,000 a year. So, picture your
pay as a bucket. Gross pores in the top,
$25 an hour. Feels great. But the bucket
has holes. Gas leaks out one. Your
transmission leaks out another. Taxes
leaks out a third. And what's left at
the bottom is what you actually live on.
And most people never look at that
bottom of the bucket number. Now, you
might be thinking, "But Shane, if the
net is that mid, then why is it even on
this list?" Well, there's three reasons.
One is speed. There's not that many
things that can legally put money in
your account faster this week than gig
work. The second thing is flexibility.
You choose every hour. So, it's the
perfect bridge job. And that's actually
extremely nice because this is kind of
like being your own boss. So, it's a
little taste of entrepreneurship. Then
three is control. You can stack apps.
You can chase peaks. For instance, lunch
and dinner when the money actually
moves. And you can run it like a
business. But one thing to keep in mind
is this is obviously a bridge. It's not
the destination. All right? So, you can
do this for a period of time while
you're figuring out what you want to do
in the future. But here's the twist that
I promised you. There is a channel
called Your Driver Mike. He has 246,000
subscribers. And he built an entire
media brand empire from the front seat
of a delivery car. And then there's a
tiny channel under 5,000 subscribers
whose one video documenting a Door Dash
grind pulled in over half a million
views, right? 5,000 subscribers from one
video that was not heavily produced.
It's literally just them recording
themselves doing what they're already
going to do. And the people filming this
job are out earning the people doing it.
>> Since I work 84 hours, I made 1,86147.
>> And that's the real secret right there.
Because there's so many people out there
that might be interested in doing this
job or that job or they're just looking
for a job and they're just looking at
what's available out there and they
don't even know that 90% of the jobs
that exist are even an option for them.
And so that's where you can come in and
just make content about it on YouTube.
And that's exactly what all these people
are doing. And they're making far more
than what they're making from the actual
job itself. And this isn't a fluke. It's
a pattern. My brother Zach for started a
YouTube channel about the working world
that he already knew, which is trades
and bluecollar careers. This is a world
that's common sense to him, but it's not
common sense to 95% of the people out
there. And his very first video that he
posted blew up, got over 800,000 views,
and 29 days after posting that first
video, he had a $214 day in AdSense. And
that's a $70,000 year run rate. So, he
went from zero to a full-time income in
less than one month. Then, just last
month, he had an over $18,000 month. So,
he's absolutely crushing it with that
channel and making a full-time income.
And it's not just him. Community members
of mine have done it in just about every
type of job or industry out there. Just
to name a few. Management consulting
with Davis, he made it to seven figures
a year. Tech sales with Antoine, he
earned seven figures a year. IT jobs
with Josh Mator, he makes seven figures
a year. Cyber security jobs with Nicole,
she made it to $80,000 in a single
month. becoming a financial controller
with Bill. He made it to 70,000 in a
single month. Or Alex Shep who's making
over 15,000 in a single month teaching
people how to graduate from college
faster, right? And it's not just career
related stuff. Sometimes it's how to
make more money like Sean who made over
500,000 in a single month and he teaches
people how to make money with Amazon
KDP. And it's not just making money.
Isaiah is teaching people how to sing
better and he had a nearly $30,000 month
doing that. R.J. helps older people
retire early and he had a nearly $30,000
month doing that. and Damian and Kennedy
teach Christians how to find their ideal
Christian partner and they make a
full-time income doing that as well. And
this week I'm hosting a free live
workshop where I'm breaking down exactly
how I helped all of those community
members do that. And it's completely
free. So click the link in the
description in the pin comment below to
attend it. And there are limited seats
and we run out almost every single time.
So do not miss out on it. Click that
link in the description in the pin
comment below to attend. And if for
whatever reason you run out of seats,
you're not able to get a seat or attend
this time or if you're seeing this in
the future, still click that link
because it'll redirect you to whenever
my next live training is. Quick break.
I'm going to be doing a live training
this week on how to start YouTube step
by step for beginners. This is going to
be for people who want to start a
channel, but they don't know what niche
to pick, what videos to make, or how to
actually get started the right way. And
it's a completely free training, no
strings attached. In fact, I'm giving
away even more bonuses at this training.
Just as an example, I'm going to be
giving away my niche validator, which
works for ChachiBT as well as Claude
Skills, which is a super valuable piece
of software where you can finally figure
out what the best niche for you is. So,
do not miss out on this training. Make
sure you sign up for it down in the
description and the pin comment below
because you only get it if you join the
training. So, if you don't join now, you
might miss out on it forever. But that
being said, in the workshop, you'll get
to meet me and you'll get to ask me
questions directly. So, I look forward
to seeing you. So, click the link in the
description and the pin comment below
this week, make sure you put on your
calendar. And if for whatever reason you
missed out on it or you weren't able to
attend, make sure you still click that
link because we might be having
workshops in the future as well and
you'll be the first to know about it.
So, yeah, hope to see you there. Now,
back to our regularly scheduled
programming. All right, next section is
movers. And this is the one where you
could be fired Friday and you could be
lifting by Monday. So, this is a channel
here over 600,000 subscribers run by a
guy who says he made millions moving
furniture. not tech, not crypto,
furniture. He started as a muscle on a
truck and he built companies of his own.
And then on the smaller end, a creator
broke down how a local moving company
clears $187,000 a year. How to start a
moving company and make $187,000
a year. Now, why can you be on a truck
by Monday? Well, it's because moving
companies live with brutal turnovers.
Guys quit mid-season. Usually, it's the
exact week the company needs them the
most. And every crew that's a man short
is losing money by the hour. So you can
call 1 in the morning and say, "I can
start this week." And in the busy
season, Plenty will say, "Can you start
today?" And pay typically lands around $
31 to $40,000 a year. Plus, what nobody
prices in is cash tips, often daily. And
just generally speaking, a lot of the
time with this career, you actually do
get paid in cash, which means online
numbers are likely lower than what you
actually make in reality. Now, being
dead honest here, this job is physically
brutal. We're talking stairs, couches,
July heat, and your back will send you
an invoice. And this is why you probably
should only do this when you're young.
And if your body can't cash that check,
then just go ahead and skip it. There
are other really good ones in this
video. But yeah, moving company
mid-season is like a rowboat taking on
water. The crew is bailing and there's
an empty seat with a bucket in it. When
you show up and say, "I'll bail." They
do not interview the bucket guy. They
hand you the damn bucket and they're
like, "Please help." Oh yeah, and one
more thing. Half the guys on the moving
truck are between chapters in their
life. They just left something. They're
figuring out what's next. They're
rebuilding, etc., etc. And a community
member of mine, Daniel Moss, built his
entire channel for exactly those men,
people who are career switchers that are
in between things. Now, here's how to
start. Follow the directions on the
screen or download the AI that I talked
about in the description, the pin
comment below. Give it your information
and it will tell you exactly how to get
started doing this. All right. Next is
section 4. And section four is the
$46,000 stop sign, the traffic flagger.
Yes, the person on the road crew holding
the stop and slow paddle. Now, I know
this sounds fake, but here's the math
that made me do a double take. The
certification class takes one day and
costs about $100 to $150. And the job
pays roughly 37 to $46,000 a year. And
on government funded road projects, it
can go higher than that. And the
prevailing wage is government talk for
we're legally required to pay really
well. Now, there's one day of training
and it's a $46,000 lane. Now, there are
other jobs you can get into. On top of
this, there is a career ladder, so it
can't even pay higher. But you got to
ask the question here, why are they so
desperate? Well, America is midway
through a massive infrastructure
spending wave. Every work zone legally
needs certified flaggers and companies
like AWP Safety and Flagger Force hire
constantly. Now, the honest timeline
here is you have a class Monday and you
can be on a paid road by Wednesday, not
the same day, but the same week. Now,
you might be thinking, standing in
traffic all day, isn't that dangerous
and boring as hell? Yes, you're outside
in all weather and safety is literally
why the cert exists, but it's the
easiest entry into an industry running
on government money and flaggers who
show up become operators and
supervisors. So, the paddle is the
doorway, not the ceiling. And that one
day certification is an arcade token and
the $46,000 a year machine is right
there plugged in, lights on, and it will
not run without the token. The token
costs $125 in one Monday of your life.
And again, chances are the company will
probably pay for the $125. So now you
know. So yeah, the way you get started,
follow the directions on the screen or
download the AI below and it'll tell you
exactly how to do it. All right, next is
going to be the one hiding in plain
sight and that is commercial cleaning.
Specifically, commercial cleaning for
night crews. Now, before you wrinkle in
your nose, look at the ceiling first.
There's a video with over a million
views breaking down a cleaning company
doing $120,000 a month. And there's a
creator called the professional cleaner
who has about 46,000 subscribers whose
video on making $1,000 a day pulled a
quarter of a million views. So the money
is real. It's just wearing a mop so that
nobody looks at it. Now janitorial
contractors clean offices, banks,
clinics, and gyms at night after
everyone leaves. So it's just you, your
playlist, and a checklist. And the night
shift is the shift that nobody wants. So
the company staffing it are permanently
desperate. You apply Monday, interview
Tuesday, and you got keys by the
weekend. So this week is an honest
timeline. And sometimes you can even
start faster than that. And the pay
starts around $31 to $37,000 a year. And
the ladder is fast because nobody sticks
around. The crew, the supervisor, or
your own accounts. So you can climb up
the ladder fast and make even more
money. Additionally, there are certain
types of cleaning jobs that pay more
than others. For instance, generally
speaking, deep cleaning of carpets pay
higher and bed cleaning pays higher. So
you can make more by kind of switching
the lane that you're in. You can make
more by climbing the ladder. Or you can
just learn the trade and then start your
own business. And cleaning is a service
business where small players win huge.
And we have lots of service businesses
in my community. Community member of
mine, Carla, runs a service business and
her channel has about 1,400 subscribers.
And it landed her a contract making over
$100,000. One contract from 1400
subscribers and six figures. And this is
while she only had to get a couple
hundred views per video. And this is in
a service industry that you don't need
to be famous in. You just need to be
findable. That's it. So yeah, if you
have a service business, YouTube is so
good for promoting it. So, here's how to
get started on the screen or click that
link in the description to download the
free career AI. But I think you notice
that all of these have two things in
common. One, they're typically boring or
unwanted ways of making money, which
means the supply and demand is in your
favor. And two, almost all of these you
can just post on YouTube and you can
make even more money on the side, either
a second income or a side hustle, or you
can start a full-time business off of
it. And there are lots of different
examples of people doing this, which I
showed a ton of them. And even my own
brother who was in the trades for 30
years started a channel just talking
about the trades, talking about stuff
that's common sense to him. And his very
first video blew up, got over 800,000
views in less than one month. And he was
making a full-time income from YouTube.
And he did it working 4 hours a week or
less. Now, if you want to know exactly
how he did it, then go ahead and click
that link in the description in the pin
comment below to attend my live training
this week. There are limited seats. And
if you see this in the future or if you
clicked it and you weren't able to get
in, then go ahead and click the link
again because it will show future live
trainings as well. Oh, and by the way,
at the live training, we're giving away
a free AI that helps you pick your niche
on YouTube. So, whatever side hustle or
personal brand type thing you're
starting, it's going to help you pick
your niche for it. So, definitely do not
miss out on it. Now, I know that 99% of
you are just going to watch my free
content, get a lot of value out of it.
You're going to attend my live training,
get a lot of value out of that as well.
And we are never going to end up working
together, and that is completely fine. I
always want to give 10 or even 100 times
more value than I receive. With that
being said, there's going to be 1% of
you or even 0.1% of you out there that
want a handholding one- on-one
mentorship experience or you just want
us to literally do the work for you. And
if that's the case, go ahead and click
the second link in the description and
the pen comment below to book a call
with us one-on-one to help you grow your
YouTube channel or your personal brand.
Only book if you're very serious about
growing and making money on YouTube. Oh,
and after you book a call, you're going
to see hundreds of examples of case
studies of people that we've helped grow
on YouTube. that you can be inspired by.
But again, only do it if you're very
serious about growing on YouTube, as it
is very timeconuming for us to deliver
it, and it is quite expensive. The
typical types of people that we work
with are high performers or people that
have been in their careers for about 10
years or more, and they have a lot of
value to give to the world, and they
have a lot of information and wisdom to
share, business owners that want to get
more leads, make more money from
YouTube, YouTubers who are getting a lot
of views, but they're struggling with
monetization. YouTubers who are crushing
it, but they want to crush it even
harder. or people that are big on other
social media platforms such as Instagram
and they want to move over to YouTube
because they know YouTube is the best.
So, if that sounds like you, again,
click that link in the description, the
pin comment below. We look forward to
talking to you. And you can click this
video right here to see exactly how we
helped my 50-year-old brother grow from
zero to a full-time income in less than
one month. And you can check that out by
clicking right here.
