Video summary

The video highlights five companies facing severe labor shortages so desperate for workers that they will fund your training entirely at no cost to you. These organizations are offering over $40,000 worth of free education combined across their programs because the supply and demand imbalance heavily favors job seekers rather than employers. The primary example given is the trucking industry, where major companies like Prime and Schneider provide full tuition for Commercial Driver's License schools ranging from $3,000 to $7,000. In many cases, they also cover housing and transportation costs while you attend school, allowing new drivers to earn between $55,000 and $75,000 in their first year with a one-year commitment required after graduation. Beyond trucking, the video explores other sectors where employers pay employees to learn on the job, such as solar installation companies that offer starting salaries of up to $52,000 while training individuals from scratch without requiring prior experience or student loans. Another unique opportunity discussed involves school districts paying for your commercial driver's license and offering signing bonuses specifically for bus drivers, effectively allowing you to earn a salary during the time off provided by the split-shift schedule. Additionally, state correctional departments are mentioned as entities that pay full salaries starting on day one of their training programs, which can cost over $10,000 elsewhere, with officers eventually earning between $60,000 and $80,000 annually including overtime. The underlying logic presented is that these companies invest in your education because your skills directly generate profit for them; if you leave early or fail to meet their needs, the financial burden often shifts back to the employee through contract clauses requiring tuition repayment. The speaker emphasizes that age is not a barrier in industries like trucking and suggests that many people who previously felt stuck can now leverage these opportunities to earn significantly more than traditional desk jobs without taking on debt. Furthermore, the video introduces successful community members who utilized similar strategies—such as casino dealers building side income streams or tradespeople teaching online—to create financial independence while still working their primary funded roles. Ultimately, the core message is that when a company profits from your skills, they are incentivized to pay for you to acquire them, flipping the traditional model where individuals fund their own education in hopes of future employment. The speaker encourages viewers to recognize this supply and demand dynamic as an opportunity rather than just another job listing, noting that while most people will watch without acting, those who take steps like attending free live training sessions or using provided AI tools can transform these funded pathways into sustainable careers. By understanding which industries are desperate for talent, individuals can walk through the open doors available to them and build incomes that offer stability even in an uncertain economic landscape.

These are five companies that are so desperate for workers that they will train you for free on the spot and combined they're giving away over $40,000 worth of free education. Now, my video on jobs so desperate that they'll hire people on the spot did very well. Had thousands of comments and they love the video, but they had one question which is which companies should we get hired by? And so that's why I made this video. There are certain jobs where there is simply a supply and demand imbalance and they will hire you on the spot. And that means that you have the power, not the companies. And in today's video, I'm going to be talking about the companies that will hire you for these jobs. And I'll even be going over other jobs that they hire you for as well. So, if you appreciate me making this type of content, let me know by gently cheersing that like button. And let's go ahead and jump into it right now. All right, let's go ahead and start with the biggest one, which is the $7,000 golden ticket. Right now, some of the largest trucking companies in America like Prime, Schneider, Roll, etc. will put you through a $3 to $7,000 CDL school, which CDL stands for commercial driver's license, and charge you absolutely nothing. No experience, no degree, and in a lot of cases, they'll cover your housing and your ride to the school. Yeah, seriously, they'll even cover your ride to the school. and 3 to four weeks later, you walk out with a commercial driver's license and a job already waiting for you. And first year drivers at these companies are making $55 to $75,000 a year. So, they pay you to educate you so that they can pay you even more. Not bad. Now, you might be thinking, "Okay, Shane, what's the catch?" Fair question. So, let me give you the honest version, cuz nobody else will. Most of these programs ask for about a one-year commitment. Leave early and you'll usually owe back some of that tuition. So, make sure you read the contract before you sign it because that part matters. But that's it. That's the whole catch. They front thousands of dollars on a total stranger because the alternative is a truck parked against a fence making them nothing. Now, think about how record labels used to work. A label finds a total nobody, then pays for the studio time, the producers, the promotion, every dollar upfront. Why? Because when the album drops, the label earns it all back and then some. Trucking companies are running the exact same way, except you're the artist and the deal is 12 months instead of your whole career. Thank goodness. And by the way, nobody at these companies care if you're 25 or 55. In this industry, your age is an asset, not an apology. And there's so many people out there that spent the last 20 years calling this work beneath them. Meanwhile, it out earns half the desk jobs that people went six figures in debt for. Now, here's how to start. Click the link in the description in the pin comment below to download an AI that we made specifically that's going to be tailored to you and your situation. It's going to tell you exactly how to get into this career, which companies to apply to, and all the other careers on this list. That'll be down in the description and the pin comment below. Plus, that AI will be giving you career advice as well to make more money in the future. With that being said, if you don't want to download that, here's the how to start, which I will put in a screenshot on the screen. All right, next is the sunlight apprenticeship. Solar companies right now are hiring people with zero experience in paying them from day one while training them on the job as well. And the BLS or Bureau of Labor Statistics has solar installer ranked among the fastest growing jobs in the entire country. And that's the government's own data, not mine. And the starting pay is going to be 37 to 52,000. And you're earning while you learn. No school, no student loans, and no waiting. Yep. This is the rare job where the tutorial level of the video game actually pays you. And here's where it gets interesting because one thing you want to look at when you go into careers is the career ladder, right? You don't want to just look at the first job you get, but you want to look at how high the ladder goes. And this one has a ladder that most people never even see. If you stay on the technical side, you're looking at crew lead, which can pay60 to $75,000 a year, but learn the product while you're up on those roofs. And solar sales is sitting right there at 80 to $150,000 a year. Same industry, same knowledge, but very, very different paycheck level. And it really works exactly like a video game skill tree. You start at level one, the game pays you to play the tutorial, and a few levels in, the tree forks. One branch keeps stacking technical skill, but the other branch takes everything you learned with your hands and then sells it. And most people never even look at the fork. They just keep grinding the same level. So, don't be most people. But the way to start is to either follow the directions that I put up on the screen right now or click that AI down in the description in the pin comment below. It'll interview you and give you directions personalized to your situation on how you can get into this. And by the way, there's a lot of these physical careers out there that are very high paying. Obviously, trades or trades related careers are extremely high paying. And my brother Zach spent 30 years working in the trades. And a while back, he started a YouTube channel, not doing the trades, but teaching them. And his whole channel helps young people in career switchers pick the right trade career. And he started from absolute zero. No audience, no film crew, no online experience, and I mean zero. And day 29, after posting his first video, his channel was making $214 in a single day. So he went from zero to a full-time income in less than one month, his very first video blew up and got over 800,000 views. And last month he had a record month making over $18,000. And I'm not making this up. I watched it happen in real time. And here's the thing, Zach is not some unicorn. There are channels doing this in every single corner of the job market. The plumbing guys, the electrician channels, the HVAC channels. These are real people teaching the careers they actually work or teaching people how to get into careers or teaching people how to get the certifications for careers or teaching people how to graduate from college faster for careers that actually require a college degree. Like Josh, he started making very useful content on IT and cyber security careers and had some of the most prestigious companies in the world reaching out to him offering him a job. And then later on, he made it to $180,000 in a single month. Or Richard, who made it to $12,000 in a single month, reviewing certificates and certifications. Or Davis, who started by helping management consultants make their resumes and then started a sevenf figureure business based on that. Or Nicole, who helps women get into cyber security positions. And it's not just careers, it's every way of making money you can think of. like a community member of mine, Seawn, teaches Amazon book publishing. So, he's basically like a sidehustle channel. And he made it to over 500,000 in a single month. And it's not just money either. Two community members of mine, for instance, Kennedy and Damian, help Christian couples find the right partner. And another community member, Isaiah, teaches everyday people how to actually sing, and he made nearly $30,000 in a single month when he first started with us. So, yeah, vocal coaching, Christian matchmaking, book publishing, etc. Trade careers, they're not special. They just use the same playbook, the same playbook that I'm going to be teaching this week in my live training that I'm doing that's completely free. Click the link in the description in the pin comment below to attend it. Quick break. I'm going to be doing a live training this week on how to start YouTube stepbystep for beginners. This is going to be for people who want to start a channel, but they don't know what niche to pick, what videos to make, or how to actually get started the right way. And it's a completely free training, no strings attached. In fact, I'm giving away even more bonuses at this training. Just as an example, I'm going to be giving away my niche validator, which works for Chatabt as well as Claude Skills, which is a super valuable piece of software where you can finally figure out what the best niche for you is. So, do not miss out on this training. Make sure you sign up for it down in the description and the pin comment below because you only get it if you join the training. So, if you don't join now, you might miss out on it forever. But that being said, in the workshop, you'll get to meet me and you'll get to ask me questions directly. So, I look forward to seeing you. So, click the link in the description and the pin comment below this week, make sure you put on your calendar. And if for whatever reason you missed out on it or you weren't able to attend, make sure you still click that link because we might be having workshops in the future as well and you'll be the first to know about it. So, yeah, hope to see you there. Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming. All right, so the next company, and I'm going to call this the house pays you to learn. Now, I also want to introduce you to a community member of mine named Alex because his story is going to break your brain a little bit. Now, Alex was a casino dealer pulling in over $7,000 a month at the tables. And years ago, he stumbled onto my videos about graduating college faster. He used them and he graduated quick and he kept following my stuff and eventually reached out about another one-on-one coaching. So, I coached him on building a YouTube channel teaching other people how to graduate faster as well. And the whole time, he never quit the casino. And Alex got to over $15,000 a month on YouTube on top of still making over $7,000 a month from his casino job. And combined together, he was making nearly 25,000 a month, right? And again, if you want to learn how he did that, go ahead and attend the live training this week. Click that link in the description in the pin comment below. And at the live training, I'll actually be giving away an AI that helps you pick your niche. And it's been trained on thousands of hours of us helping hundreds of people pick their niches. But here's the actual job. When casinos open or expand, and new ones are opening in new states constantly, they run free dealer schools. Free as in actually free because they cannot operate a single table without you. Now, a private dealer school would run you $1 to $3,000. But the desperate casinos hand it to you for nothing. And dealers with tips are making 52 to $83,000 a year, sometimes more than that. And by year three, in the high limit rooms, that can climb to 70 or even 100,000 plus. And the house always wins. And they're inviting you to sit on their side of the table in this particular case, which is pretty rare. So being a dealer is like running the ferry on a river of money. The casino owns the river and the players pay to cross it all night long, but you're the operator standing in the middle. And every single crossing, someone tips the fairy man. So, you don't need to own the river to get rich standing in the middle of it. Now, in order to get started, again, download the AI or follow the instructions on the screen. And by the way, if you're wondering what company does this, well, obviously you have to check what your local casinos are. So, if you're living in Las Vegas, there's going to be a lot of casinos there, obviously. But if you're not, you can check out reservations because there's typically casinos and reservations. All right, the next one is going to be a government-f funed license. And the company in this case is going to be school districts. Now, all over the country, districts will pay for your commercial driver's license, a $2 to $4,000 credential. And a lot of them are stacking $3,000 to $5,000 signing bonuses on top of that just to get you in the seat. And the government is paying people to become qualified. Now, let me give you the honest number because it's not that great, right? Real world school bus pay is about 25 to $38,000 a year. and it's a school year schedule with split shifts. So, you drive mornings, you drive afternoons. So, a lot of the time you're not necessarily working 40 hours a week and you're not necessarily working all year round, but at the same time, you're not making baller money by any means, right? It's not that much. It's about 25 to 38,000 a year. So, you're probably making just enough to survive, but very likely you're going to want to do something else to supplement that income on the side. And this is the only job that I know of that runs on a student schedule while paying you like an employee. So morning's off, middle of the day completely off, afternoon's off, summer's off. Now, that time that you have off is where smart drivers build their second income. And there's many different ways that you could do that, but file that away for later. Plus, in a lot of districts, you're going to be looking at government benefits and a pension track as well. So, you're not really buying a paycheck here. You're buying back your time. Now, here's how to start. Follow these directions on the screen. You can pause the video if you want and check them out, or again, download the AI by clicking the link in the description in the pin comment below. All right. Next one I'm going to call the paid badge and this is corrections. Okay, so basically these are state correctional departments. And you can probably already see right away why not that many people want to work with them because you're literally going to be working with like prisoners and stuff like that all day. Dangerous people, right? But basically, state corrections departments are putting people through full trainingmies. These are the kind of programs that would cost over $10,000 anywhere else. and they pay you a full salary from day one of the class. And starting pay is $45 to $60,000 a year plus a pension. And by year three with overtime, officers are clearing $60 to $80,000 a year. Now, I'm not going to bull you. This job has a price tag that your paycheck doesn't show. It's clearly a very hard environment with hard hours. And it is absolutely not for everybody. And if your gut says no, skip to the next company. No judgment. But if you can handle it, nobody else on this list pays you as much to learn this fast. And think of it almost like a university running in reverse. Normal college money flows out of your pocket into the schools for years, but the academy money flows out of the state's pocket into yours starting on day one. So, same classroom, same instructors, but opposite direction of the money flow. Now, every company on this list did flip that arrow, but this one flips it the hardest out of all of them. So, here's how to get started. You can follow the instructions on the screen, or again, you can talk to the AI, which is down in the description in the pin comment below. Okay, so let's zoom out for a second because there's one thing that every company on this list just admitted to you. Skills get funded the moment that somebody else profits from them. All of these different jobs I talked about have one thing in common, and that is the supply and demand imbalance is in your favor. The trucking company profits from your license, so the school is free. The casino profits from your hands, so the school is free. The state, the district, the railroad, the airline, every single one of them wrote a check for your education because your skills make them money. and supply and demand is in your favor. They need you more than you need them. And that was true in every single chapter and it'll still be true tomorrow. But run that logic one step further and it changes your life. If companies pay to build skills that profit them, what happens when you build the skills that profit you? That's exactly what Zach did. That's what Alex did without ever quitting the casino. Sean, Isaiah, Kennedy, and Damian. Every person that I showed you today took a skill that they already had that in many cases they literally got paid to learn by these companies, and then they just put it on YouTube. And then they built an income that nobody can lay them off from, not even a desperate one. Now, most people watching this will do absolutely nothing with it. Not because the door was locked, but because you didn't walk through it. And that's why if you want to know exactly how they did it, attend that live training by clicking the link in the description in the pin comment below. And I know that 99% of people are going to watch my videos, get a ton of value out of them. They're going to attend my live trainings, get a ton of value out of those, and they're never going to end up working with us one-on-one. And that is completely fine. However, for the 1% or even 0.1% of you out there that want a one-on-one mentoring experience, or you want us to literally just do the work for you of helping you build your YouTube channel and build your personal brand, go ahead and click the link in the description in the pin comment below to apply for a call. It should be the second link down there. On that call, we'll figure out where you are right now, where you want to be. We'll make a plan to get there. will help you dial in your nation. We'll see if we're a good fit to work together or not. Only book this call if you're very serious about growing and making money on YouTube. We're very limited with the amount of people that we can work with and we only accept about 18% of people who apply to a call. But if you want to check out exactly how we help my brother Zachro's YouTube channel, click this video right here to check that out and I'll see you there.
