Video summary

The video highlights five specific industries and companies that are currently facing severe labor shortages, leading them to offer immediate hiring opportunities with minimal barriers to entry. The first example provided is the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, which actively recruits correctional officers by creating dedicated recruitment channels and accepting candidates without traditional degrees or extensive experience. This role demands mental toughness and the ability to handle high-stress situations, offering a salary that ranges from roughly $49,000 for entry-level positions to over $66,000 for management roles. The second company discussed is Hiller, an HVAC firm in Nashville that has taken such drastic measures to solve its staffing crisis by building its own 15,000-square-foot trade school called Total Tech. This facility specifically trains veterans and individuals with zero prior experience in plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical work, guaranteeing them interviews upon completion of the program. Continuing down the list, United Parcel Service (UPS) is noted for its aggressive hiring practices that can result in job offers within just 25 minutes, often bypassing interviews entirely for seasonal roles during peak times like September through November. Similarly, Amazon has eliminated interviews for warehouse positions completely, allowing applicants to apply online and receive offers after a brief assessment process that takes about 30 minutes. While these roles may not be glamorous, they offer significant earning potential; UPS drivers can average around $170,000 annually including benefits, and Amazon warehouse associates start at $18 to $22 per hour with clear pathways to management positions that can earn between $55,000 and $75,000. The fifth company mentioned is Piedmont Airlines, a subsidiary of American Airlines, which conducts on-site hiring events at airports where recruiters provide verbal job offers immediately after reviewing a resume. These ramp agent positions start at approximately $18.39 an hour and come with unique benefits like free travel privileges for employees and their families across over 1,000 destinations worldwide. The video concludes by emphasizing that these opportunities exist because of a fundamental supply and demand imbalance in sectors that are often perceived as unattractive or boring. The narrator stresses that while these jobs may lack prestige, the desperation of these employers means that gatekeeping mechanisms like degrees, certifications, or prior experience are largely irrelevant for entry-level positions. Furthermore, the transcript suggests that individuals working in these fields can leverage their daily experiences to create successful YouTube channels by documenting their work lives or teaching others how to enter these professions. Examples include content creators who have made substantial income by filming themselves as correctional officers, HVAC technicians, UPS drivers, and airline ramp agents, proving that even mundane jobs can be turned into profitable side hustles or full-time businesses through digital media. Ultimately, the message is one of empowerment for those feeling stuck in unfulfilling careers, encouraging them to seize these open doors rather than waiting for callbacks that may never come.

Today I'm going to be handing you the companies that are so desperate for workers that they'll hire you on the spot, same-day job offers, walk-in interviews, some with no interview at all. Plus, what each one actually pays with the source behind every number and quick context on why you can trust this. I spent 7 years researching careers and job markets full-time and actually getting paid to do it. Then before that, I spent a bunch of time researching it without getting paid. And my business partners and I have over a thousand documented testimonials from people that have acted on this research. Now, I'm telling you that for one reason, so that you know that this wasn't cranked out by AI in 30 seconds. Every claim today sits on a receipt, official hiring pages, press releases, news cameras inside of actual hiring events, etc. And companies this desperate can't afford gatekeeping, so the usual walls like the degree or a bunch of certifications or the connections or the experience aren't going to be walls here. So, instead of firing 200 more applications into a void, a portal that auto rejects you at midnight, we're going to be walking straight through the doors already hanging wide open. So, whether you're fresh out of school, stuck in a job that you hate, or you're restarting after raising kids, or you're just sick of waiting on callbacks, this video is going to be built with you in mind. And I'm going to be giving you options for people who are just starting out and they don't have a lot of experience, plus people down the line that do have more experience, but they're thinking about doing a career switch. So, stay until the end because I saved the wildest one for last. Now, if this kind of research helps you and you want to see more of it in the future, then let me know by gently cheesing that like button. Let's go ahead and jump into it right now. Okay, so first one is going to be state prisons. Now, this is just state prisons in general, but I'm going to pick one specifically, which is Ohio state prisons. So, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is actively hiring for multiple roles. We're talking correction officers, record management officers, even commissary managers. And just to show you how desperate they are, they created their own YouTube channel called Ohio DRC, and they made a video just to recruit correctional officers. Now, this job requires confidence and mental toughness, and this was explained properly by a channel called Guardian RFID in their video called Five Things to Expect Day One as a correctional officer. And he said, "On your first day, you may be confronted with aggressive or violent behavior." And he had some pretty extreme stuff happen even on his very first day as a correctional officer. >> The pace of the job can go from sitting at your podium or desk to responding to a serious incident where behind that door you open is the unknown. >> And by the way, this channel exists to teach people how to become a correctional officer or how to become a better correctional officer. But they're not the only channel. This was also explained by a channel called The Ghetto Bodybuilder. He's been in corrections for 14 years, and he says that some officers and staff don't last in the facility because they're too soft and easily manipulated. >> End up getting manipulated, compromised by the inmates, right? And they get tricked in to bringing contraband into the facility. >> So, this is definitely not for everybody. With that being said, according to BLS, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, correctional officers make about $57,000 a year. And I'll also put up the salaries on common salary websites, so you can see them on the screen right now. So, according to Glassdoor, correctional officers make about $49,000 a year, and there is a career ladder. So, senior correctional officers make about $62,000 a year, and correctional managers make $66,000 a year. So, there is definitely a career ladder here, and you can rise up that career ladder and make more money. Now, I think this is fairly obvious, but I'm just going to go ahead and say it because I can already see some of the comments. Not all of these careers on this list are going to be for you, right? For instance, this one may not be a good idea for 90% of you out there. But chances are one or two of the careers on this list are going to be a good fit for you. And I'm also talking about companies and careers where they are extremely desperate to find people. And so many of these aren't going to be sexy or traditional careers. But because of the fact that they're boring or they don't really have that much prestige or they just don't seem that attractive in general, that's the reason why there is a supply and demand imbalance, right? There's a lot of demand for people in these careers and there's not a lot of supply. So, keep that in mind as we go through this list. With that being said, let's talk about the next one on the list, which is Hiller. And this is the HVAC company that was so desperate for people that it built its own free trade school. So, Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical in Nashville got so desperate for techs that they literally built their own trade school. It's called Total Tech and it is 15,000 square feet. Plus, it's a transition to trades program that takes soldiers with zero trades experience and trains them in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing and guarantees employment interviews, right? And they even made a video about it to celebrate 3 years of doing it. Oh, and by the way, the average salary for someone getting into HVAC is going to be 60 to $76,000 a year and often times there is overtime or bonuses, that's another 6 to $12,000 a year and there is a lot of room to rise up the ranks and even make more money. For instance, top earners in commercial specialists can make upwards of $105,000 a year and of course, if you start your own business, you can make a lot more than that. I would know this industry is desperate for people because my own brother has been in the trades for about 30 years and he's owns an HVAC company for about 10 years. And he told me that it is so hard to find good people that he'd hire almost anybody and train them to become good. Literally, he's done this many times now. He hires people with no experience and he pays them to train them to become good. But since my brother's been in the trades for almost 30 years, it has taken a toll on his body. So, one day on vacation, he pulled me aside and he asked me, "How can I make money without breaking my body anymore?" And he probably thought I was going to tell him some sort of online job or some sort of cushy desk job or something like that. But I told him, "Just start a YouTube channel." And he gave me every excuse in the book. He says, "I'm too old. You know, it's for kids and dancing and pranks and gaming videos. And I've never recorded a video in my life. I don't even know how to set up a camera. I'm not charismatic." etc. etc. And I told him, "Bro, just trust me. Just do what I tell you to do." And he did. And his very first video blew up. Got over 800,000 views. And that means over 800,000 people genuinely want to to learn the trades. And within 29 days after publishing that first video, he had a $214 AdSense day. And that is about a $78,000 a year run rate. So, he went from zero to a full-time income in less than 1 month. And then to end his first year on YouTube just last month, he had an $18,000 month. Now, with YouTube, it doesn't necessarily have to be about jobs at all or like how to get a job. Although lots of people have done that, you can also just teach people how to navigate problems in life. And a lot of the time, the skills that you learned in your job are things that you can just teach on YouTube. An example of that is Nurse Jen. She's one of our community members who teaches seniors how to navigate the US healthcare system, which is a problem that millions of seniors in this country deal with. And Nurse Jen was a complete beginner. And in her own words, she said, "I hadn't dipped my toe into YouTube." But she followed our system. And in less than 2 months, she got a breakout video. Over 600,000 views. And now, she's making a full-time income. In fact, she just told me a few days ago that she's going to have her first $10,000 month just from AdSense alone. And she's traveling all around the US in a camper van, which is literally her dream life. And she's recording videos in the back of the van, which is awesome. Right? And she even got featured in an article as someone who travels in an RV. And of course, she was able to quit her nursing job within a couple months of joining our community. And she was able to do all of it thanks to us. And that's what she told me in the interview that I just did with her. And by the way, she did all of this just by answering questions that she was already answering from a day-to-day basis for her patients. She just did it with a camera on. Literally just the webcam that's already installed into her laptop, and then posted on YouTube. That's it. And by the way, it doesn't have to be work-related or even, you know, helping people with skills that you learned in your work. It could just be your hobby. As long as you're teaching other people how to solve problems that they have. And here's an example of that. For instance, maybe you play a game a lot and you know more than a beginner does. So, Nathan, for instance, is a member of our community, and he teaches busy adults how to get better at chess. And yes, Nathan makes a full-time income teaching people chess. So, specifically, he helps people who started chess as adults, who are usually very busy adults and they're typically high achievers as well, how to get to a 2,000 online rating in chess, which is a pretty high rating. And Nathan is already semi-retired cuz he had a very successful career, and with just 7,000 subscribers, he's already making a full-time income teaching chess on YouTube. Quick break, I'm going to be doing a live training this week on how to start YouTube step-by-step for beginners. This is going to be for people who want to start a channel, but they don't know what niche to pick, what videos to make, or how to actually get started the right way. So, this is a completely free training, no strings attached. In fact, I'm giving away even more bonuses at this training. Just as an example, I'm going to be giving away my niche validator, which works for ChatGPT as well as Claude skills, which is a super valuable piece of software where you can finally figure out what the best niche for you is. So, do not miss out on this training. Make sure you sign up for it down in the description and the pin comment below because you only get it if you join the training. So, if you don't join now, you might miss out on it forever. But that being said, in the workshop, you'll get to meet me, and you get to ask me questions directly. So, I look forward to seeing you. So, click the link in the description and the pin comment below this week. Make sure you put it on your calendar. And if for whatever reason you missed out on it or you weren't able to attend, make sure you still click that link because we might be having workshops in the future as well, and you'll be the first to know about it. So, yeah, hope to see you there. Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming. All right, next one is going to be UPS. And this is where you can get a job offer in as little as 25 minutes. And for many of the roles, there is no interview. And UPS stands for United Parcel Services, and it's something that many of you are probably already familiar with. So, UPS put out an article a few years ago on their website saying that they were hiring 100,000 people. And this was specifically for seasonal workers. And typically, they hire towards the end of the year, which we are in Q3 right now. So, this is a good time to look into it. And the hiring just got easier, right? Digital first hiring means that there's no interviews. And in many cases, you can get job offers for a lot of the roles within 25 minutes. Now, part of why they can't keep up is that some people working at UPS are quitting. So, the channel J. Reed covered this with one of his videos where he breaks down why people are quitting UPS. And there are downsides to working for them. So, definitely research that if you want to. But, if you play your cards right with UPS, you can still be making a ton of money. For instance, the channel How Money Works came out with a video called Why UPS drivers make 170,000 per year and you don't. Because some UPS employees are making a lot. Just like he said, some drivers make 170,000 plus a year. In fact, the UPS CEO says that drivers will average 170,000 in pay and benefits very soon. So, yeah, UPS is one of those companies where you can make a lot of money. Now, are you going to start off immediately making six figures a year as, you know, in the perfect position you want to be in? Likely not. But, you can rise up through the ranks. And one of the easiest ways to prove yourself, to prove that you are good, is by getting hired seasonally. And like I said, they're going to be doing the hiring very soon. In fact, specifically, they ramp up their hiring between September and November. Now, at the time of recording this video, I'm recording it in August. So, this would be a very, very good time to look into joining UPS if you are looking for a job right now. All right, the next one is going to be one of the biggest companies in the world. And this is also likely going going a little bit controversial cuz a lot of people don't like this company, but that is Amazon, right? Amazon is so desperate for warehouse workers that they got rid of the interview completely, right? So, there is no interview, you apply online, it takes about 30 minutes, and you pick your own shift, and you get the job offer without ever talking to a single human being, and it's all laid out on their own hiring page. And they say that this process typically takes about 2 weeks to complete, but could be even faster. And the guys that break down Amazon's hiring process say it flat out, in most cases Amazon does not do interviews for warehouse positions. Think about that. Every other company on this list is speeding up the interview, but Amazon just deleted it altogether. That is how badly they need people. And just like every job on this list, people are filming this job and making money on top of it. Just like this person who posted this video 5 months ago, day in the life of an Amazon driver, and it got 6.4 million views. And there's tons of other videos of people posting themselves working at Amazon as well. For instance, this channel NFC Productions posted a video and it got 1.6 million views. And according to TubeLab, this one video, which probably took him an extra hour of his day to make, maximum, right? He was literally just filming himself doing what he was already going to do anyways, made him about $10,000 in AdSense alone. Now, in terms of what Amazon pays per hour, warehouse associates typically start at about 18 to $22 an hour. However, there is a lot of room for people to rise up through the ranks and make more money. For instance, area managers at an entry-level salary make about 55 to 75,000 dollars a year. And many people do start as warehouse workers and then they move up into becoming area managers. Now, is this the most glorious job in the world? Probably not. Is this the company that you're going to work for for the rest of your life? Probably not. But, it does pay, there are opportunities for moving up the career ladder, and it does look pretty good on your resume if you work for one of the biggest companies in the world, so it'll likely help you get a better job in the future. All right, next one is going to be quite random, and that is going to be Piedmont Airlines. And if you've never heard of them, they are wholly owned by American Airlines. Now, I'm going to choose Piedmont specifically, but there are a lot of airport-related jobs available, and I'll get into that here in a minute. But, Piedmont has been running hiring events right at the airport where recruiters, and I'm quoting their own hiring page here, give verbal job offers on the spot. All right, and it's not just one location. They actually ran the same thing in Phoenix, and it was the same exact wording on the page. So, you basically walk into the airport with a resume, and you can walk out with a verbal job offer from an American Airlines company. And the Portland event had the starting pay at about $18.39 an hour. But, the part that nobody talks about is the benefits. Their career page says that employees get travel privileges for you and your family within the American Airlines network, including over 1,000 destinations worldwide. So, basically, you and your family fly standby for free. And they got so desperate that they made their own YouTube recruiting video, Life on the Ramp, to convince people to take the job. Now, ramp agents are basically the people who load your bags, marshal the planes in and out of the gate, and push the plane back before takeoff. And people love watching this stuff. There's a channel called Lady in the Ramp, for instance. She works the ramp at Phoenix Sky Harbor, and she films what actually happens under the plane while you're sitting in your seat. And her video of a standard American Airlines 737 pushback, a normal pushback that she does every day at work, has 3.7 million views. And that video is estimated by View Stats to have made $18,000. So, she literally made $18,000 just doing the job that she was already going to do anyways and filming it, and then uploading that to YouTube, which probably took her an extra 20 minutes or something. And it's not just her. There's another channel called Ramper Ryan. Never shows his face even in this particular case. And this video right here got 2.4 million views and made him an estimated $11.6 thousand. So, the airline hands out the job offers on the spot at the airport, and then people who already have the the are making thousands of dollars filming themselves doing it. And of course, there's lots of other types of channels that can make a lot of money teaching people how to get into the jobs. And this is one of the main ways that my community members make their money from YouTube. They literally just take their own job, stuff that they already knew, or stuff outside of their job that they already knew as well, and they teach people on YouTube, and they can make a really good side income, side hustle money, or sometimes even turn it into a full-time business. And for the vast majority of them, it's literally just teaching stuff that they already know. For instance, Nicole teaches people how to get into a very rare cybersecurity job called governance, risk, and compliance. And she was able to make it to $80,000 in a single month. Bill teaches accountants how to become what's known as a financial controller, and he made it to 70,000 in a single month. Alex teaches people how to graduate from college faster, basically accelerated college, which is exactly what he did, and he made it to 15,000 a month. And Josh teaches people how to get into IT and cybersecurity roles, and when I first started working with him, he was making less than $1,000 a month, and after working with him for several years, we helped him get all the way up to over 185,000 in a single month. And I could just go on and on and on. And that's what I'm going to be talking about in the free live training that I'm doing this week, so do not miss out on that. Click that link in the description and the pin comment below, and I look forward to seeing you there. With that being said, I know that 99% of you are going to watch my free videos, get a ton of value out of that. My business partners and I have literally helped thousands of people get jobs, and many of them just watch my content and got the jobs for free. And I also know a lot of you are going to download my free resources and come to my free live trainings and get a ton of value out of that, and we are never going to end up working together, and that's completely fine. My goal is to give 10 or even 100 times more value than I ever receive and expect nothing in return. With that being said, there's always 1% of you out there, maybe 0.1% of you out there, that want a one-on-one hand-holding mentorship type experience, or you literally just want us to do the work for you and helping you grow your personal brand and your YouTube channel. If that sounds like you, go ahead and click the second link in the description and the pin comment below to apply to work with us one-on-one. We are very limited in the amount of people we can work with and right now we can only work with about five people. We're also very selective about who we work with. We basically only work with people who are very serious about growing and making money on YouTube and people that we think have a very good chance of getting results. So, do not apply unless you're very serious about growing and making money on YouTube. So, the types of people we typically work with are going to be professionals that have 10 plus years of experience or people who are high achievers and they want to grow their personal brand, business owners that want to grow their brand, get more leads and make more revenue by getting sales from YouTube specifically, YouTubers who are getting a lot of views but they're struggling with monetization, YouTubers who are crushing it but they want to crush it even harder, and people that have large followings on other platforms like other social media platforms like Instagram, etc. or people that are published authors and have large followings from that and they want to bring their audience over to YouTube cuz they know that YouTube is the best. So, if any of those sounds like you, again, click that link in the description and pinned comment below to sign up. We only accept about 18% of people who will sign up to even talk to them and then only a small fraction of those people actually get to join the program. But, with that being said, we look forward to talking with you if you're the right type of person. And by the way, if you want to learn more about exactly how we helped my brother go from zero to a full-time income in less than 1 month, then go ahead and click this video right here.
