5 BEST UNIQUE PLACES TO BUILD YOUR BASE in Palworld 1.0 Guide (Best Base Locations)
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
In this comprehensive guide for Palworld 1.0, the creator DPJ introduces five unique locations where players can construct distinctive bases beyond standard resource farming spots. The first location recommended is found immediately behind the player's spawn point, featuring gray ruin-like structures that offer ample space for creative design. Although not ideal for natural material gathering due to its elevated terrain and multiple floors, this area benefits significantly from recent updates introducing ancient technology, which allows for highly efficient setups in smaller or multi-level spaces. Players are encouraged to either match the existing ruins' aesthetic or completely reimagine the layout using their own principles to create a personalized foundation that leverages these new building capabilities.
The second and third suggestions focus on verticality and unconventional structures, starting with a massive base built atop a bridge near the initial settlement spawn point. This location offers breathtaking views from an elevated position and provides a unique "floaty" feeling inside the structure that is difficult to replicate elsewhere on the map; recent updates have also allowed players to enclose the lower floor for better structural integrity while maintaining access to the upper levels. The third spot transforms into a treehouse located on Fabricator Island, which was previously cluttered with support pillars but has been refined since version 1.0 to create a clean, multi-floor oil production hub. This area is easily accessible and serves as an excellent canvas for players who wish to customize their build style without the usual restrictions found in other parts of the world.
For those seeking aesthetic perfection or hidden sanctuaries, the guide highlights two final locations that maximize visual appeal through lighting and concealment. The fourth option involves constructing a glass-based base beneath the natural light emitted by the World Tree, creating stunning reflections on nearby surfaces; while it is often used as an end-game project due to its beauty rather than efficiency, players can build at a specific distance from the tree to capture both the ambient glow and the visual reflection without being blinded. The fifth location takes underwater construction to new heights by utilizing a glitch near Security Gym Island where players can access a hidden area behind a waterfall beneath the surface. Once inside this submerged zone, which acts as an invisible wall preventing entry from above, builders can place their power box directly in the water and construct a secure perimeter that is accessible only via teleportation or specific jumps, offering a truly exclusive base experience.

In this Palworld video, I bring you the
location of five very unique places you
can indeed build those bases. Some of
these are early game, others you'd make
the most out of late game, but let's get
into it. How's it going, guys? My name
is DPJ, and if you do enjoy the video,

Okay, so there are unlimited amounts of
places you can indeed build your perfect
base within Palworld. But this video, I
hope to bring you fresh ideas on where
you can indeed build a very unique base
in regards to having something different
to the general stuff you will indeed
see. I mean, for sure, none of these
places
I will showcase today will be efficient
in regards to natural material farming
spots that you can indeed build on.
These are locations that I feel players
can not only take ideas from, but evolve
them into their very own projects.
[sighs and gasps]
Okay, so let's start. And first up,
guys, we have this space, an area
located at the very, very start of the
game, right behind where you actually
first spawn in.
So within this area, guys, as you walk
down, there's some gray ruin-like
buildings here. Some great space you can
indeed make yourself a very, very unique
base out of. Now, this is something I
did a while back, over a year ago now,
and have since revisited this space
because of the 1.0 update and the
changes to the bases we can indeed do
now.
So with the introduction of ancient
technology, making smaller spaces
more efficient, although this area isn't
really small, it is more ear-led,
meaning you can have floors to this
place as well, which is the way I set
this up. Even if you don't want to use
it all, because of the new ancient
technology, having smaller spaces and
smaller bases, you can still have a
very, very efficient base setup.
So I've done a basic kind of setup here
with this, but you can definitely make
your own with this, guys.
Uh you can match the ruins and designs
or shift away and create something very
unique, or you can stick to your own
principles, your own design ideas, and
make something unique to yourself.
That's up to you, but it is a great,
great spot.
Now, in regards to where's best to build
your power box, you have a couple of
options here. The initial ruins is a
smaller space, but can work. But, if you
come down as I have, there's a much,
much bigger space. Uh you can even build
outwards to make uh as much space as you
want, or even keep the original plan in
that spot. That's completely up to you.
Now, full guide, a full tutorial on this
setup, you'll find linked in the video
description if it's something you're
interested in. Okay, so let's move on.
Okay, so this next spot, guys, is
another spot I posted way over a year
ago. It's been a spot nobody initially
even thought about making a base out of.
So, this base is set on a bridge, using
the floor below as a building guide, uh
so we could build up and make a a
massive base, with a full perimeter of a
base on top of this bridge. So, just
near the small settlement, you've
actually spawned in that small
settlement. You can see a great view of
this base I initially built.
Now, I will say the base isn't only
extremely efficient, it's actually uh
easy to do, and can be made much, much
bigger. Now, I went back to this with
1.0 just to make it a little more
cleaner with the new stuff we have on
offer here. I made the bottom floor
enclosed just to give it a more of a
base feeling. Now, what I do love most
about this spot though, guys, is that
your views, because it's up high, and
because it has that like floaty feel
when you actually inside of this, it's
actually a unique build which you can't
really replicate many places on this
map. Now, you can do this, you can
evolve up on it, you can make this your
very own. Again, the point of this video
is just to give you guys ideas of what
can be done. But, yeah, do what you got
to do here, guys. But, again, this is a
great great spot. Again, a spot I
revisited after 1.0, cleaned up the
initial foundations down below, so you
can't even see them.
It's just a great spot. Again, it's
another one I'm going to make most out
of
cuz I'm going to probably set up
something here like a mining base or
something along those lines.
Okay, so next up, guys, we have another
very unique base
spot which you can indeed build very
very easily, and it is indeed this tree
house or something to customize to your
own style on this tree, which is
actually very very very easy to do, but
you rarely see anyone even thinking
about it. Now, I will say when I first
did this, I didn't like the amount of
clutter I used uh with the support,
basically the pillars
supporting actual buildings. I again
have returned since 1.0. I've cleaned
this up massively, so you will see
snippets of before and after. Before
being when the base was actually active,
after is as it is right now. But, I'm
thinking about making this into a
complete oil base, multi-floors of oil
being generated here. The new trick I've
posted on my channel where you can put
the new high-pressure crude oil
extractors anywhere on the map. This
base may just be that one for me.
So, this spot is located on the
Fabricator Island, and there isn't much
really stopping you coming here at any
time
as long as you can actually get down
here. If you get down here, guys,
there's nothing stopping you building on
this tree.
Now, I actually like this one massively,
and as I said, I plan to build on this,
come back to it and build on this
because I just I hate the idea of
building in such great spots and then
just not making the most out of them.
So, yeah, guys, want to build yourself a
tree house, this is a perfect place to
indeed do so. And again, if you want a
guide on how you do this, I'll link a
video in the video description.
Okay, so let's now talk about my
five-in-one
base. So, this isn't actually new in
regards to putting bases together. I've
done three-in-ones, four-in-ones, five,
six, seven, eight, and even nine-in-one
bases. This really isn't about a
five-in-one base. It's about natural
location itself.
So, I've made this water base under the
natural light of the world tree.
Now, I know that doing such isn't
massively important to many, many
people. It's more of a end game base.
People would probably look to build as a
final base, which is completely fine.
But, if you are looking for something uh
very, very unique, if you're looking to
make uh something or at least part of
something out of glass, this is one of
the best spots on the entire map. And
the reason for being this is because of
the natural light you get from that
world tree and the reflection it gives
to glass nearby. If you build a base
even slightly under these lights at a
glass, guys, the reflections are
absolutely incredible. I did this
initially as a small base, noticed the
reflections of my glass foundations,
thought, "You know what? This is going
to be a spot I'm going to build a
five-in-one and make my final base right
here in this spot." Which actually a
guide I uploaded on my channel about a
week ago. Now, you guys seem to love the
entire base and the five-in-one I made.
But, hey, don't take my word for it. If
you got a spare palbox, um if you've got
plenty of materials to build, just come
and build a single base here. Look for
the natural reflections, the natural
light you get from that world tree, and
you'll love this spot more than
anything. I can guarantee that. People.
Now, what I will say is you can build a
lot closer to the world tree than what
I've done. But, in doing so, the actual
natural light that comes from it kind of
bounces over your base when made. Being
a certain distance away from the world
tree means that you actually see the
world tree over your base, but you also
get and make the most out of the
reflection it offers. The natural light
it does indeed offer. So, yeah guys, do
what you got to do. Come to this spot. I
guarantee you will not be disappointed.
Okay, so listen guys, this spot you can
use as a small base, a big base, but
what's very unique about is is actually
underwater.
So, this small spot is one I was
actually been in the game for a while
now,
but it's still available
post 1.0 for players to actually get in
and make this into a nice either hidden
small base or you can make the most out
of this spot in regards to building the
power box underwater, having certain
things around it where only you can
access it, and then make the most out of
the the diameter you get from putting
the power box down above said water on
land. I mean, you can do multiple things
with this spot. You don't have to do
what I've done here. That's completely
up to you.
So, if you come to the security gym
island right here, if you head inland
and come towards this waterfall as you
see me do on screen now,
from here from the foot of the
waterfall, you can actually just walk
behind the waterfall. And then guys, if
you go into the water as you see me do
on screen now, You'll basically just
glitch in.
From this point, you'll hit a basically
an invisible wall. You climb up on your
left, as you'll see me do, you'll
eventually just be able to get into this
small spot.
Now, once you're in here, as soon as you
put that power box down, you never have
to glitch in a
again. And what's great about this is
you can actually see the base from above
out of the water, but you actually can't
get down from above.
You can jump out. If you want to jump
out of the water from beneath, you can
do that, but you can't get back down.
That's why we have a power box down
here. You can just teleport straight to
it, which makes things a lot easier. But
as I said, you can make the most out of
this small spot if you wanted to, or
could use this small spot to put a power
box down under the water, and then make
the most out of that small spot itself
in regards to the base's perimeter. You
can build in and around this spot if you
really wanted
to, but it is a very, very unique.
But there we have it, guys. The five
amazing unique spots you can deep build
upon Room Power World 1.0.
Guys, if you enjoyed the video, leave it
a like. Really helps out. If you like
what you see and want to see more, be
sure to subscribe. And hopefully, guys,
I will see you on that next
one.
