Video summary
The video challenges the common belief that starting a career with zero experience inevitably leads to minimum wage jobs or internships, arguing instead that the highest-paying opportunities often lie in fields with little competition because they are unknown to the general public. The speaker emphasizes that employers frequently train candidates from scratch for these roles, offering salaries that can exceed six figures without requiring traditional credentials or resume screening. By leveraging life experience and unique personal stories rather than formal education, individuals can bypass standard hiring barriers and secure positions where demand outstrips supply, allowing them to earn significantly more than stable but saturated careers.
One of the most highlighted opportunities is becoming a content creator, which the speaker describes as a "ceilingless career" with no upper limit on earnings compared to other listed jobs. The video illustrates this potential through the example of a former tech employee who documented his layoff and quickly generated substantial revenue from a single viral video, eventually earning over $100,000 annually through ad revenue and various monetization streams like coaching and merchandise. Other examples include nurses sharing daily patient advice, IT professionals networking to land dream jobs, and tradespeople teaching common-sense skills they have mastered over decades, all of whom turned their existing knowledge into full-time incomes by solving problems for others online.
For those preferring traditional employment or physical work, the video suggests several specific roles such as pile drive operator, claims adjuster, railroad conductor, and insurance sales agent. Pile drive operators, who install foundational columns for major infrastructure projects, can earn a median of $73,000 with on-the-job training often provided by unions without needing a high school diploma. Similarly, claims adjusters act as "desk detectives" investigating insurance claims and can start earning between $55,000 and $85,000 after completing short licensing courses, while railroad conductors manage massive freight trains and earn up to $87,000 with strong union benefits. Insurance sales agents are also presented as a viable path, where obtaining a state license acts as a necessary barrier to entry that reduces competition, allowing new agents to earn between $97,000 and $171,000 on average.
The speaker concludes by asserting that life experience is an asset rather than a resume gap, encouraging viewers to document their journey while learning these new skills to build a personal brand that ensures future employability. He notes that authenticity and honesty, such as sharing the struggles of starting over, often resonate more with audiences than polished professional personas. Ultimately, the message is that anyone willing to take the first step—whether by attending free live trainings on content creation or applying directly to unions and insurance companies—can break into these lucrative fields quickly, turning their unique background into a sustainable and high-earning career without needing years of prior experience.

Everyone thinks starting over with no
experience means starting at the bottom,
minimum wage, being the 40-year-old
intern fetching coffee for a 25-year-old
manager and begging someone to take a
chance on you. And that is complete
bull. Today, I'm going to be talking
about the best jobs if you're starting
over with zero experience. And most of
them pay more than the stable career
that you're clawing your way out of.
Because the jobs that pay the most
aren't the ones that everyone's fighting
over with a stack of credentials.
They're the ones that nobody knows
exist. No competition, no resume
screening. The employer trains you from
scratch and pays you while they do it
because they can't find anybody either.
Some pay close to six figures or even
above it. Some you can start in weeks,
not years. Some are physical and some
you can do sitting down. And one of them
doesn't have a salary at all because it
doesn't even have a ceiling. And I'm not
making this up. I worked real jobs for
years before I ever built a business.
And my business partners and I helped
over a thousand people land jobs. And
these are real verified testimonials.
And most of them were starting from
zero. So I've got the receipts. Every
figure here is pulled from real sources
like the Bureau of Labor Statistics,
Glass Door, and actual people saying
what they earn. And by the way, these
aren't in any particular order. The
weird ones come first. The best ones are
at the end. So, don't you dare skip. And
if you appreciate me making videos like
this, let me know by gently cheersing
that like button. And let's jump into it
right now. Okay, first one on the list
is going to be a content creator. Okay,
so a content creator makes stuff like
videos or writing or whatever for people
who want to know what they know. And I
call this one the ceilingless career
because every other job on this list has
a number attached to it, a top end, a
ceiling. This one doesn't have one. A
great example of this is a channel
called Asian Dad Energy. This guy got
laid off after 25 years in tech. And so
he sat down in his home office and he
filmed the layoff. The anxiety, the
sacrifice, the part that basically
nobody talks about. And that was his
very first video. He had no audience, no
editing skills, and no plan. And that
video did 1.3 million views. And
according to view stats, it made over
$6,500.
Not bad for something that probably took
him about 20 minutes to make. And it was
almost like a video diary. And since
then, he's now at over $100,000
subscribers. And according to Vid IQ,
he's making about $5.4,000 a month just
in AdSense alone. Oh, and that's not the
only way he's making money. Look at all
these other ways that he's making money
on his channel as well. He's got a
coaching link, a newsletter, merch, a
buy me a coffee. He's got lots of
different affiliate links, etc., etc. if
he's monetizing properly, he's
realistically clearing six figures
easily. And I've watched this happen
again and again, so this is no surprise
to me at all. I've helped dozens of
people use what they already know. A lot
of the time it has to do with their
career or something they spend a lot of
time doing or their life circumstances
like in the case of Asian Dad Energy
with just getting laid off or something
that they're passionate about. I've
helped people with just about everything
make money from YouTube, right? But they
all have one thing in common and that is
they are solving other people's
problems. And the greatest thing about
YouTube is you can just combine it with
what you already know. So, let me go
through a few examples of this, right?
One of my community members, Isaiah, was
about to get laid off. He found my free
stuff, started showing up to the free
live trainings that I do, which by the
way, I'm doing a live training this
week. Click the link in the description
in the pin comment below to check that
out. And then just used it, right?
Watched my free videos, watched my free
live trainings, didn't buy anything, and
then off the free content alone, he
pulled $20,000 in a single month. Then
he came and worked with us directly and
now he's done over $100,000 in revenue.
So that's an example of someone
monetizing what they're already good at
because he was helping people get better
at singing. Then there's Nurse Jen who
monetized just telling people what she
was already telling people on a
day-to-day basis. She went from zero to
a full-time income in just a couple
months. And she was literally just
telling people what she was already
telling her patients on a day-to-day
basis, but just recording it with her
webcam on her laptop and putting it on
YouTube. or Josh who was helping people
get jobs in the IT and cyber security
industry. He first started YouTube as
just a way to network within his
industry and got his dream job from it
and they literally reached out to him.
Then the YouTube channel kept growing.
He started making 5,000 a month so it's
a really good side hustle. Then 10,000 a
month. Now it's making almost as much as
his full-time job even though he's doing
it as a part-time thing. And then 30,000
a month. Now he's making more than his
full-time job. Then eventually he got
all the way up to over $180,000 in a
single month with our help in using my
system. Or how about my own brother who
literally just monetized talking about
different trades careers because he
spent 30 years in the trades and it's
literally just common sense to him. But
what's common sense to some people is
really good intel and really good
information to others. Right? So even
though it's common sense to him, 99% of
people don't know. And he made it from
zero to a full-time income in less than
one month. So the way to get started
here is to attend my live training.
Click that link in the description in
the pin comment below to check that out
and I will tell you exactly how to do
it. YouTube and building your personal
brand just got 10 times easier and
nobody's talking about it. And the
reason it got 10 times easier is because
of AI and specifically cloud AI. And
that's what we're going to be talking
about in this week's live training that
we're doing. Click the link down in the
description in the pin comment below. I
will be there. I'll be answering
questions before, during, and after.
We'll also be giving you an AI that's
been designed to help you pick your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place or if you already have one. This
is going to help you make it 10 times
better. So, we worked very hard on this
AI. People absolutely love it. We've
literally gotten hundreds of comments
from people that love it. So, you do not
want to miss out on it. And if you're
watching this in the future for whatever
reason or it's already past the time of
the live training, still click on that
link because we will be having more live
trainings in the future and you will be
the first person to know cuz it'll put
you on a wait list for that. But with
that being said, it's completely free.
No reason not to attend. Click that link
in the description in the pin comment
below and I'll see you on the other
side. All right. Next one we're going to
talk about is a pile drive operator. So,
a pile drive operator runs the machine
that slams enormous columns into the
earth so that bridges, ports, and
skyscrapers have something to stand on.
And this is a job that nobody's heard
of, and that's not an insult. That's the
entire advantage. So, there's a video
explaining what pile drivers do here.
And there's lots of videos online
showing what pile drivers do and how
pile drivers are trained, etc., etc. For
instance, here's one from Deshawn, who's
being interviewed on what it's like to
be a pile driver. Now, according to the
Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median
pay here is about $73,000 a year, and it
is incredibly easy to get into. In many
cases, you don't even have to have a
high school diploma or related
experience, and they train you on the
job. So, here's how to start. Don't
apply to Pile Driver Operator. You won't
get it cold. Go to the union instead.
Search your state plus carpenters
apprenticeship or operating engineers
local and then apply to the
apprenticeship. It's free. They pay you
from day one. And pile driving is a
division inside of it. So, if there's no
local near you, search Indeed for
laborer at any marine, bridge, or
foundation contractor and tell them on
day one that you want to get on the pile
crew. It's really not that hard to get
in. You basically just have to make
yourself available. But maybe you don't
want to do physical work and maybe you
don't want to be a content creator, even
though it's something you can easily do
on the side and you can combine it with
just about anything that you do. And
it's a great way to build your personal
brand to get your dream job. Maybe you
just want a simple online job that's
easy to get. Okay, fair enough. Let's
talk about becoming a claims adjuster.
So somebody's roof gets destroyed, they
file a claim, somebody has to go find
out what actually happened and what's
it's actually worth. So you're basically
a desk detective and the insurance
companies will teach you every bit of it
because they can't hire fast enough. So
a good example of this is the channel
called Claims Adjuster of the Year. The
whole channel is about becoming a claims
adjuster as a beginner. And one of the
beginners is named Ivan who went from
zero to his first claims adjuster job in
under two months. There's another
channel called Adjuster TV with over
40,000 subscribers. in this channel
talks about how to start adjusting
claims the fastest way. And claims
adjusters, even at the entry level, make
about $55 to $85,000 a year. And there
are jobs they can go into that pay even
more than that. So, here's how to start.
Search the exact words claims adjuster
trainee or claims representative trainee
or desk adjuster trainee. And sure, you
can try out claims adjuster, but a lot
of the time that'll pull the experience
roles and you'll just think that the
door's shut when it isn't. You're just
knocking on the wrong one. And companies
like Progressive, Travelers, and Zurich
all run formal training programs. And
some states want a license, which is a
course and a test. It's usually a few
hundred bucks in a couple of weeks. And
in order to check out if your state
needs that, just go ahead and use Chad
GBT or Claude. Tell it your location and
ask if you need that to become a claims
adjuster. All right. Next is a railroad
conductor. So, a freight train can be 2
mi long and weigh 15,000 tons. Let me
say that again. 15,000 tons. And one
person is responsible for knowing what's
on it. and that none of it's going to
kill anybody. And that is the conductor.
So, a good example of this is a channel
called Rolling Exposure. The guy ran 5
years on BNSF as a conductor and put the
whole thing on camera. And he's even got
a video called I Wasn't Ready for the
Railroad Conductor Hiring Process, which
tells you exactly how honest the channel
is. But how do you become a railroad
conductor? Well, the steps are here in
this video from Railroad Talk and
Outdoors. He gave some great tips on how
you can stand out as a railroad
conductor.
>> People want to work for the railroad, so
I'm going to mention these things you
can put on your resume and make you
stand out. What does a railroad
conductor actually do? Well, it's pretty
obvious, but if you want to know the
little nitty-gritty details, there's a
video from the Wheeling that shows
exactly what a railroad conductor does.
And railroad conductors make about $57
to $87,000 a year. And again, this is on
the lower side, and there are positions
you can get into down the line that make
even more money as you work for longer
amounts of time. Plus, this is a career
that likely is unionized, so you're
going to have pretty good benefits. But
here's how to start. Go straight to the
carriers. BNSF, Union Pacific, CSX,
Norfolk Southern, Amtrak, and apply on
their own career sites, not a job board.
They hire in waves. So, if the posting
isn't up, set the alert and wait. Expect
a medical, a background check, and a
drug screen. And be honest about the
schedule, nights, weekends, on call,
away from home. That's the trade for
78,000 with nothing on your resume. All
right. Next is an insurance sales agent,
and they help individuals and businesses
protect their assets and loved ones from
financial loss. and they assess client
needs. They explain different policy
options such as life, health, auto, or
home insurance and they guide customers
through the purchasing process. So, this
was explained by a channel called Career
Onetop and they showed what an insurance
sales agent does. Another good example
is a guy named Peter Roberts and he has
a really cool video called Watch Me Make
$13,929
in 3 days selling life insurance at
home. Now, you might be thinking, "Oh,
well, he does this for a long time and
he just knows how to talk to people on
the phone." Well, I saw a video from
Moan doing cold calling for the first
time and that video got 413,000 views
because people can really relate to him.
And yeah, this is uncomfortable. You do
have to reach out to people and try to
sell them something. But that is the
reason why there's not a lot of
competition. And if you look at
insurance sales agents on glass door, it
says they make about 97 to $171,000 a
year on average. So, the money is really
good here. Now, here's how to start. Get
the license first. Search your state
plus life and health insurance license.
It's a pre-licicensing course and a
state exam. It's usually a few hundred
dollar and two to three weeks. Now, you
might be annoyed by having to take these
exams and these certifications, but the
truth is these exams and certifications
in many cases are the barrier to entry.
And if it wasn't for these, there'd be
way more competition. So, don't be
scared by an exam that just takes a
couple weeks to study for. It's really
not that big of a deal. Then, take a
salaried agent training role over a pure
commission one for your first year
because straight commission with no book
of business and no savings is how people
quit in month four. and then watch Peter
Robert's first 30 days before you sign
anything. His channel's a great
resource. So, every single one of these
jobs is real, and I meant every word of
that. But go back through it. Every job
on this list has a second job standing
right there next to it. The guy who got
laid off after 25 years and made $6,500
off of one video about the worst day of
his life. And the truth is, you are
sitting there with one thing that can't
be taught, can't be certified, and can't
be automated. You have life experience.
You know, you started over. You know
what that feels like. and almost nobody
who's already comfortable does. And that
is not a gap in your resume. That is an
asset if you use it the right way. So,
go get one of these jobs. Seriously, go
get it. Especially if you need a job
right now and then film it while you're
at it, right? Nobody wants the polished
version. Asian Dad Energy didn't get 1.3
million views on his first video because
he was good. He got them because he was
honest and authentic about the worst day
of his life. If you want me to walk you
through exactly how that second part
actually works, the part where the story
becomes the income, that's what this
free workshop that I'm going to be
talking about this week is all about.
So, click the link in the description in
the pin comment below to check that out.
And I know that 99% of you won't do
anything with it. And that's completely
fine. The stuff is free for a reason.
But definitely check out the workshop.
There's literally no reason for you to
not check out the workshop because even
if you don't want to make money from it,
it's an incredible way for you to build
your personal brand so that you're never
going to have to reach out to anybody to
get a job again. So, there's a secret
side of my business that most of you
have no idea exists. And I actually have
a coaching program on personal branding
and growing on YouTube and making money
on YouTube. This is good for complete
beginners, maybe even people who just
want to get a job by growing their
personal brand, as well as business
owners, all the way up to people who are
very advanced on YouTube. And they get
to work directly with myself and my team
to help them reach their goals. Now, we
are opening up three to five spots. And
this is pretty rare. We usually don't
have these open. We usually only limit
them to a select amount of people as
well, but we're opening up three to five
spots, and you can check those down in
the description and the pin to comment
below. And in this program, you will get
to work directly with myself and other
people who are highly successful on
YouTube. Everyone in our program has
100k plus subscriber plaques. Just as an
example, Shawn was able to go all the
way from being stuck, not making very
much money on his channel to making over
$500,000 in a single month. Now, that's
an example of one of my more advanced
students, but there are lots of examples
of people starting out from scratch and
they got to 5K a month or 10K a month,
etc. So, check that out down in the
description and the pin comment below.
And I look forward to working with you
and see if you're a good fit to work
together. And by the way, if you want to
check out a video where I go over in
more detail exactly how we help Josh, go
ahead and click this video right here.
