These are five AI proof jobs so
desperate that they're hiring anyone. No
degree, no experience, no interview
marathon, and one of them pays over
$100,000 a year. Now, I've been making
videos about jobs, careers, education
for over 1.5 million subscribers for
years now, and I have never seen a labor
gap like this one. Everyone is convinced
the AI is ending their career.
Meanwhile, these industries can't fill
seats fast enough. So, here's my
promise. By the end of this video, you
will know exactly which of these job
fits you, what each one actually pays,
real numbers sourced on screen, and how
you can start this week. No degrees or
certifications that take years to get,
and no that you can't actually do. Every
job here is real, and I'll show you real
people doing them, including a few who
turn these boring jobs into serious
money on the side. And that part alone
is worth the whole video, and it changed
how my own family is making a living.

start with the one that nobody sees
coming and that is the funeral home
attendant. The entire death care
industry, we're talking funeral homes,
crematories, cemeteries, has been
quietly begging for workers for years.
And there's a whole category of jobs
here that most people won't even
consider. And that is exactly why the
door is wide open because most people
hear the word funeral home and they run
like hell. And that fear is doing you a
favor because when 99% of people won't
even apply, the 1% who do have all the
leverage. And the less the people want
the job, the more the job is going to
want you. And before you tell me that
this work is depressing, watch this.
There's a licensed mortician on YouTube
named Lauren. She films what the job
actually looks like. She answers
questions about the job that people are
too scared to ask. We She helps people
get into the job if they want to, etc.,
etc.
>> So, when I was 9 months old, my parents
bought a funeral home in a town that we
had never lived before.
>> And her videos and collabs have pulled
in hundreds of thousands of views. And
millions of people are fascinated by
this job, but almost none of them will
apply for it. But that gap is your
opening. So what does a funeral home
attendant actually do? Well, you're the
support layer. Setting up services,
greeting families, moving flowers, and
keeping everything running with dignity.
Think stage crew, not a surgeon. No
inbalming, no license, no degree. Now,
of course, you can climb the career
ladder and you can do that stuff, but
you don't need it to start. And here's
why AI never touches this one.
Comforting a grieving family is the
single most human job on planet Earth.
Nobody, and I mean nobody, wants a robot
at the casket. So, think of it like two
gates at a stadium. Gate A has a line
wrapped around the block. That's every
normal job right now. Gate B is wide
open. Same building, same paycheck, and
the people are walking past it because
of what's written on the sign. Now, you
might be thinking, "Well, I could never
be around death every day." But
attendants aren't in the back room.
You're with the living, helping families
through the worst week of their lives.
And some people find it the most
meaningful work they've ever done.
Seriously, go read what attendants have
to say about it. And the pay is about
$33 to $42,000 a year to start with
stable hours in an industry that
literally never has a down year. And of
course, there are opportunities to move
up the career ladder as well. So, how do

this one I'm going to call the free rent

find enough hands to keep their
buildings running. And if you open a job
board right now, especially a local job
board, it's going to be wall-to-wall
maintenance tech listings. Now, a good
example of this is a channel called
Raise Apartment and Home Maintenance.
Now, he's a regular guy and he films his
actual workday in his video, First Day
as an apartment maintenance person, has
over 173,000 views. And people aren't
just curious about this job. They are
searching for it.
>> First,
we're going to take this center out.
>> So, you're basically the fix it person
for an apartment complex. We're talking
leaky faucets, busted AC units, door
locks, drywall patches. If you can
follow a video tutorial and hold a
drill, you can learn this. And no, AI
cannot fix your toilet, but it can
diagnose your toilet all day long, but
somebody still has to kneel on the
bathroom floor with a wrench and fix it.
But here's the part that everyone
misses. A lot of complexes give their
maintenance techs free or heavily
discounted rent on site. And it makes a
lot of sense because you want them to be
very close just in case something
happens. And rent is typically the most
expensive part of every person's budget.
So this job basically takes the boulder
out of your pack. and a $40,000 salary
with free rent spends like $55,000
anywhere else because it's not about
what you make, it's about what you can
keep. Now, with that being said,
typically you're going to start about 37
to $50,000 a year in this job, but
you're going to be learning skills where
you can move into other higherpaying
jobs, right? All these skills that
you're learning, you can move into other
trades. And there are lots of incredibly
high-paying trade careers. And
basically, my brother Zach's whole
channel is all about trade careers.
basically blueco collar work, trade
careers, ways of making money that are
typically in person and physical. And he
started a YouTube channel helping people
pick the right trade career. And
basically, he did it just filming what
he already knew. And his very first
video that he posted blew up. And less
than one month after posting that video,
his channel was already making $214 in a
single day. That's an over $70,000 year
run rate. So, he went from zero to a
full-time income in less than one month.
And he did it literally just talking
about what he already knew. And he's not
the only one because the coolest thing
about this particular type of YouTube
channel and personal brand is that you
can get paid from the people watching
your content as well as helping them get
into the job or helping them with
whatever problem that they have, but in
many cases you can also get paid by the
companies as well who are trying to
place people into those jobs. And so
it's not just Zach doing this. There's
Jud who got to over 500,000 subscribers
and makes a really good income. Or Nurse
Jen who started just a few months ago
and within a couple months she was
making a full-time income. Then she quit
her job and now she travels all over the
United States in a travel van and she
literally films her videos in the van as
well. Or Josh Madakur teaches people how
to get into IT and cyber security
careers and we helped him get to
$180,000 plus month. Oh, and by the way,
it's not just career stuff. If you learn
how to make money on the side somehow,
you can teach other people how to do
that as well. Just like Shawn Dolit who
teaches people how to make money writing
digital books. We help them get to over
$500,000 doing that. And it's not just
teaching people how to make money. You
can teach people just about anything
else. For instance, Damian and Kennedy
teach Christian couples how to find
their ideal Christian partner, and they
make a full-time income doing that.
Isaiah teaches people how to get better
at singing, and he made nearly $30,000

thing here is just teaching people stuff
that you're in many cases already good

And this is the job that the law won't
let AI take. So, this might be one of
the single most AI proof jobs on this
entire list, and that's a correctional
officer. And it's not AI proof because
of what the job pays. It's AI proof
because of what the law says. So
basically, state prison systems are
running thousands of officers short. And
some states are offering signing bonuses
just to get bodies in the door. We're
talking actual cash just for showing up
qualified. And there's a correctional
officer on YouTube. The channel is the
ghetto bodybuilder. And one of his
videos is literally titled Correctional
Officer Careers still the best kept
secret. This is a guy doing the job on
camera telling you it's underrated and
it's a bestkept secret. If you want the
money, you trying to run it up. You
don't see a lot of people come in here
and they got different goals.
>> Compare this to 99% of people out there
that complain about their jobs. So, this
is a guy doing the job on camera telling
you it's underrated. And when ABC filmed
a day in the life of a Riker's
correctional officer, that video pulled
over 2.4 million views. So, millions of
curious viewers, but thousands of empty
jobs.
>> This is what we have to deal with in
here with inmates like that. Now, here's
the actual job, right? Supervise
inmates, keep facilities safe, and run
the daily structure of the institution.
This is a real job with a real pension.
And the custody of human beings legally
requires human beings, right? You can
automate the cameras, you can automate
the paperwork, but you cannot automate
the officer. The law literally will not
allow it. And even if it did, you still
probably couldn't allow it. And I know
what you're thinking. Ah, Shane, this is
super dangerous. Yeah, I mean,
realistically, there are some dangers
here. But also, realistically, it's
incredibly rare for someone to get
killed or seriously injured as a
correctional officer. And look, everyone
is fighting over tech jobs that are
getting shredded by the month, while a
government job with a pension protected
by actual legislation sits there with a
hiring sign on it. And that is
backwards. So, the pay lands about $45
to $60,000 a year to start, plus that
pension. Now, you might be thinking,
"Isn't this dangerous? Isn't it a
serious job?" And I'm not going to
pretend otherwise, but it comes with
training, a team structure, and
retirement security that private jobs

numbers on this ones are going to hurt
some feelings. So, the waste industry
runs on CDL drivers and there aren't
enough of them, right? CDL stands for
commercial driver's license and private
haulers are in a full-blown driver
shortage and they're basically throwing
signon bonuses on anyone who is
qualified and applies. And CNBC profiled
a New York City sanitation worker making
$44,000 a year with a pension track and
overtime that pushed senior guys way
past that. We have people that came from
a stock exchange. We have people that
never had a job in their life before
this.
>> And overtime is the quiet cheat code
here, by the way. And that video did
over 938,000 views. And a driver on
YouTube, Garbage Unlimited, just films
his route from one truck. And one of his
videos has over 335,000 views. So, it's
a camera on a garbage truck and it got a
third of a million views. Pretty
awesome.
>> Oh, wow. One back one. There's only one
cardboard box in there. Let's just dump
it. Now, quick honesty check here. The
famous big city municipal gigs like New
York's for instance actually have
waiting lists because the insiders know
how good the deal is, right? We're
talking pension, overtime, done early
days, etc. They know. But the wide
openen door is the private haulers and
CDL routes there run 50 to $70,000 a
year. So, the waiting list proves the
job is good, but the private side is
where they will hire you now. Now, why
can't AI touch it? Well, it's because
robots cannot drag a rain soaked couch
off of a curb. And every city in America
produces garbage every single day
forever. So this job is like mowing a
lawn that grows back overnight. The
demand literally regenerates while you
sleep. No offseason, no slow quarter, no
downturn. And the demand that
regenerates daily is the safest paycheck
on Earth. Now, you might be thinking,
"That's embarrassing." Well, let me be
real with you. You know what's actually
embarrassing? Being broke and picky. The
guy on the back of that truck is out
earning damn near every single fresh
bachelor's graduate degree holder. And
he's done by 2 p.m. So you're not too
good for a $70,000 paycheck. And
honestly, these people give a massive
amount of value to society. So nobody
should be looking down on them. And by
the way, this is the exact world that my
brother's channel lives on, by the way.
Bluecollar work that quietly out earns

is accidentally creating. The solar
industry has been screaming about
installer shortages for years, and the
work grows faster than the workforce.
And CNBC profiled a solar roof installer
in New Jersey making $100,000 plus
dollars a year.

Lindon, New Jersey. I'm a certified
solar installer, and I'm looking forward
to making $100,000 this year.
>> So, $100,000 to climb a roof and bolt
down panels. No degree required, not
even a certificate to start. Now, here's
the part that should break your brain a
little bit. What does everyone think is
killing all the jobs? AI. And what does
AI actually run on? Data centers.
Massive city blocksiz buildings that eat
electricity like nothing we've ever
built before. We're talking small city
levels of power per building. And a huge
chunk of that new power is coming from
solar. So, the thing that everyone is
panicking about is literally hiring for
this job. And the panic machine is the
hiring machine. And that is not silver
lining. That is a freaking cheat code.
So it's kind of like a row of dominoes
except this chain falls towards your
paycheck and every AI model that
launches tips a domino. So there's more
compute, more data centers, more
electricity, more panels and more
installers. So you are standing at the
end of that chain with your hand open.
Now the job itself starting off pays 37
to $52,000 a year and the ceiling is
100,000 plus. And also there is
definitely a career ladder here. The
solar industry has many opportunities.
So, the way to get started here is to

let me land the plane with this one
story because it rewires all of this. In
the 1990s and 2000s, banks installed
hundreds of thousands of ATMs across
America and everyone said exactly what
people are saying right now. That's the
end of the bank teller. A machine that
literally dispenses money. You're done.
You're over. But then the strangest
thing happened. Teller jobs actually
went up. ATMs made branches cheaper to
run. So banks opened more branches and
more branches meant more tellers. It's
funny how that works. And the humans
moved up into the work that machines
can't do. And the machine that everyone
feared became the reason there were more
jobs, not fewer. And that is exactly
what is happening with AI in these five
AI proof jobs. While everyone else
panics about the machine, the seats sit
empty, the pay keeps climbing, and the
people who walk through the door right
now get hired on the spot. Some of them
this week. And so, no, AI isn't taking
every job. There are some jobs that are
going to be eliminated for sure, but for
every one job that gets eliminated, it's
kind of like whack-a-ole. You smack one
mole and two moles pop up. And notice
the pattern hiding inside of every
chapter in this video. Lauren films her
