Good day everybody. It's not morning
anymore. It is afternoon. We're starting
here with this load that we picked up in
Ontario. Uh Canora to be exact. Way out
in northwestern Ontario, close to
Manitoba where I'm from. We picked this
up. We're taking this down to St. Paul,
Minnesota, right beside Minneapolis.
Same city. Going to get this off my
trailer tomorrow morning and then we're
going to take this trailer down to
Bristol, Indiana. put some other
trailers on this trailer, some utility
trailers, and bring them back up to
Winnipeg. I have to deliver those next
Monday morning, but we're going to go
get them. Uh, I guess that'd be the day
after tomorrow.
So, we got some miles ahead of us.

to go grab some fuel first.
Start navigation. We're heading to Petro
Pass truck stop, Canora, Ontario. In 1
kilometer, turn left.

enough to get me down there and into
Wisconsin where the fuel's a bit
cheaper. I'll fill up all the way there.
Look at this float plane coming down.
That's cool.
at the next stop sign. Turn left onto
TransCanada Highway.

Heat. Heat.
We're in Emo, Ontario. Something's going
on. There's three cop cars. Oh, and
there's another cop right in the middle
of the road here. Why wouldn't he have
his lights flashing?
Is he going to wave me past?
You want me to go past?
Okay. I just wanted to wait for him to
say come past.
Wonder what's going on here.
I didn't want to drive past that cop
until he gave me a visual cue to go
past. He's in the middle of the road.
Looks like somebody's in trouble.
I think I have enough hours to get all
the way down to my customer. I got to
check to see if I can park on the street
there nearby.
I may stop a little earlier at a nice
truck stop. Or
>> now turn right and then turn right onto
International Bridge.
>> Small truck stop. Whatever I can find on
the way down there.
>> 350 m. Turn right onto International
Bridge.
>> Well, we'll cross over the bridge here,
say hello to the good people of
Minnesota,
and we'll see how we feel. I'm not
getting tired yet, but if I get tired,
I'll pull over. I just want to make it
far enough that I can get down to uh as
far as I can tomorrow yet, cuz tomorrow
is going to be the long day of driving
to get down to Indiana.
I'd like to get down to Ottawa, Illinois
again if I could.
That would be
the best situation.

already, but we're still uh about 3
hours from St. Paul. We'll be able to
get all the way down to Ottawa, Illinois
tomorrow
in one day.

Just want to cool the truck down a
little bit. For some reason, I had the
the heat on a little bit. I guess it was
cooling off before, then it warmed up
again. I can't fall asleep in a truck
that's too warm. So, I'm going to
quickly blast the AC for about 10
minutes and cool this joint right down
and then uh crawl straight back there
and
go to sleep.
Get up early tomorrow morning. We're
going to be up at Well, we stopped here
10 11 1 2 3 4 5 6:30 in the morning.
It's when we're going to be doing our
pre-trip. Goody.

It was a good day.
go as far as I had planned to, but uh we
changed our mind as we got closer. When
I say we, I don't know what I'm talking
about. Me and the truck, I guess me and
all blue changed our mind. Uh I was
getting tired. I wasn't sure where I was
going to park further south down there.
And I looked at the numbers and I
figured, you know, I could stop here and
we can still get down to where I want to
stop tonight. Well, tomorrow night for
you, in one day. So, I figured I'll pull
in here. And there was uh some extra
space to park and whatnot. So, it worked
out well. This is the anchor lake rest
area.
