Video summary

This 4K walkaround features a pristine 2005 Chevrolet Corvette convertible with stock number 16626ZA, presented by Brett from Summit Auto in Wisconsin. The vehicle is powered by the robust 6-liter LS2 V8 engine delivering 400 horsepower and 400 foot-pounds of torque, paired with a six-speed manual transmission that achieves an average fuel economy of 19 miles per gallon. Having undergone a comprehensive safety inspection at Summit Auto's service shop, the car has received fresh oil changes, topped-off fluids, four brand-new Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, and is described as being in exceptional mechanical condition ready for immediate use. The exterior highlights include the rare Daytona Sunset Orange Metallic paint code 71U, a color that was available on only 602 convertibles out of nearly 3,000 total Corvettes produced with this specific hue in 2005. The bodywork is remarkably clean with excellent condition across all panels, featuring polished aluminum wheels—18 inches at the front and larger 19-inch rims at the rear equipped with cross-drilled rotors—and a soft top that shows no rips or tears. Minor cosmetic notes include a single tiny imperfection on the hood and some aftermarket cold air intake components in the engine bay, but overall the paint reflects beautifully without signs of delamination or significant wear. Inside the cabin, the preferred equipment group 3LT package is fully utilized with black leather bucket seats that are heated, power-adjustable, and free from tears or rips. The interior amenities include a head-up display showing a digital speedometer, Bose premium sound system, factory navigation running on Highway 41, HomeLink garage controls, memory driver seat settings, and dual climate control zones. With just over 16,000 miles on the odometer, the instrument cluster remains very clean, the leather-wrapped steering wheel is in great shape, and the overall atmosphere inside smells fresh with no visible chips or cracks in the windshield. The video concludes by showcasing the car's solid build quality as demonstrated when lowering the convertible top smoothly into place and listening to the deep tone of the Borla chrome-tipped dual rear exhaust system. Brett emphasizes that this two-owner vehicle has a clean Carfax history from Wisconsin and represents one of the rarest colored Corvettes available, making it an attractive option for collectors or enthusiasts seeking a well-maintained example. Viewers are directed to Summit Auto's website for full photo galleries and descriptions alongside their extensive inventory of new and used sports cars, trucks, SUVs, and other classic models like Camaros and Mustangs.

What I'm going to do in this video is go all the way around on this car. We're going to go inside, start it up, take a look under the hood. I'm going to show you all the options. We're going to check out the original window sticker, and I'm going to give you the most accurate representation I can of this vehicle starting with the wheels. In the front here, we have the 18-in polished aluminum wheels. They look really good. You get the cross-drilled rotors on there. And this one has brand-new Goodyear Eagle F1 all-season tires. In the front, we have 245 40 ZR18s. They still have the little wear lines on there from being brand-new. We put those on in our safety inspection. The front fender is in excellent condition. The front bumper is in excellent condition as well. It has those nice inserts on there. That looks really good. I didn't see any dents, dings, scuffs, or scrapes. And really, that's the only thing I saw on the car um as far as that I had to note because otherwise, this car is super clean. Passenger side front fender is in excellent shape. And the passenger side front wheel, no major scuffs or scrapes on there. Now, like I said guys, this is an amazing color. This is sunset Daytona sunset orange metallic.
