10 Sorbet Flavors! Rotisserie Chicken! Honeycomb! FREE RANGE MEAT VLOG
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video begins with the host addressing a significant business challenge regarding persistent chargeback fraud, which has caused financial strain despite efforts to switch payment providers and prove product delivery. Frustrated by banks siding with customers in these fraudulent cases, the creator plans to amend their payment provider and potentially file a lawsuit against the banks involved. He also mentions preparing a separate, lengthy video to publicly expose the specific individuals responsible for these chargebacks, arguing that since they have committed criminal acts resulting in public court records, revealing their names and addresses is a legal necessity rather than doxxing. This segment sets a serious tone before transitioning to the main focus of the vlog, which is showcasing a wide array of new products and business updates.
A major highlight of the episode is the launch of ten new organic sorbet flavors made from fresh fruit, including lemon, lime, orange, apple, kiwi, pineapple, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, and strawberry. The host emphasizes the high quality of these products, noting they are crafted with organic sweeteners like honey and packaged in glass bottles to maintain freshness. In addition to the sorbets, the business has introduced fully seasoned rotisserie ducks and chickens that save customers significant time compared to traditional preparation methods. Each bird is designed to provide three to six meals, offering a convenient and high-quality protein source. The host personally prefers the duck for its richer flavor and fattier texture, though he acknowledges that the chicken is more approachable for those seeking milder tastes.
Beyond the meat and frozen treats, the channel has expanded its food offerings with new honeycomb products available in both large chunks and bite-sized portions, as well as a premium chocolate caramel cookie dough bar featuring roasted macadamia nut butter. The host also introduces freshly roasted organic Mexican peanuts as a nostalgic alternative to the more expensive macadamia version. On the equipment front, the team is struggling to get a Chinese bagging machine operational for their potato chips, which use nitrogen to preserve freshness, while simultaneously dealing with a refrigerant leak in their freezer unit used for sorbets. They are also planning to test a new pasta machine and address a leaking roof by replacing screws and installing safety harnesses, though these projects face delays due to exhaustion and logistical hurdles.
Throughout the video, the host provides practical advice on how to enjoy the new products, suggesting that eating a whole sorbet bar can effectively cool down the body on hot days, whereas smaller portions have less impact. He also notes the price differences among the sorbets, with blueberry being the most expensive at around twenty dollars due to the high cost of the fruit, while others like strawberry and raspberry are more affordable. The vlog concludes with a mix of optimism about the new product lines and frustration over ongoing operational issues, such as the leaking roof and the unresolved chargeback disputes, leaving viewers with a realistic look at the ups and downs of running a diverse small business that spans from organic meats to artisanal desserts.

What's going on guys?
I'm pretty upset the chargeback thing is
still an issue. You know, we
spent all this time and trouble
switching over to a new website and a
new payment provider and
as expected the chargebacks kept coming
in. You know, we provided proof that the
product was delivered to the customer
that ordered it and they bank still
sided with the customer. So, I guess
we're going to amend our new payment
provider and all the banks into the
lawsuit. I think putting the
Honestly, I really should have sued the
bank sooner. I think as soon as these
banks get notified that this business is
suing them for chargeback fraud, they're
going to stop siding with the customer
because they are criminally wrong. So,
I'm going to have to do that this week
as soon as possible because that seems
like the next step in stopping this
fraud.
And I don't want that to be the focus of
this video. I'm going to do a separate
video calling those people out. There's
between like 40 and 50 new chargeback
people. We're going to show their name,
their address, the value of their home,
and basically because it is a legal
action and we've sued them in civil
court, it's no longer doxxing
because that person committed a criminal
action that is now a matter of public
record, we are able to show their name
and their house without any issues. So,
hopefully that deters these people.
We've done that in the past.
Apparently, it didn't deter them enough
cuz that video is still live on YouTube,
but we're going to do that separate
because it's it's pretty long. It's
probably 10 to 15 minutes of doing that
and I don't really want to do it in this
vlog, but
we don't really have a crazy amount of
stuff going on, but as always we do have
new products.
All the sorbet flavors are available
now. I think we have 10 in total.
Lemon, lime, orange, apple, kiwi,
pineapple,
raspberry, blueberry, blackberry,
and strawberry. So, those are the 10
new sorbet flavors, all made from fresh
fruit, very high quality,
delicious texture.
And uh my guys spent a lot of time
making that stuff. It's all made with
again, organic fresh fruit,
organic sweetener honey,
glass bottle mineral water, and it's
packaged in glass.
So, it's by far like the highest quality
and tastiest sorbet selection
that is organic that any business has
ever done.
And I'm honestly surprised that some New
York City restaurants didn't start
ordering in a bulk because
I remember when I used to go out to
restaurants, they'd have like these
crappy sorbets for dessert and they'd be
like two or three flavors,
you know?
In addition to those new sorbet flavors,
which are really great for cooling you
off,
um and in the summer, you know, you're
hot, you're sweaty, you're not really
that hungry, so like I'll come home,
I'll have like an apple, and then I'll
have like a thing of sorbet, and that'll
really cool you down. The sorbet really,
really cools you down.
Uh especially on a hot day, it's not a
bad idea to, you know, get some ice
packs and bring it with you for lunch.
Um and on the contrary of that, if
you're if you're cold and if you're or
your normal body temperature,
the sorbet will make you cold. So,
it it's great for the hot weather. It's
great when you're, you know, you're kind
of hot and lethargic uh for cooling your
body down.
Um
that is if you eat the whole thing.
I guess if you eat half of it, I mean,
if you eat half of it, it won't have as
much of an effect of doing that, but if
you eat the whole thing, it definitely
helps you cool down.
So, we also
finally did the rotisserie ducks and
rotisserie chickens.
So, we have the new rotisserie uh gas
grill over here, and it's really, really
convenient when you can just buy uh
fully seasoned and roasted bird that
would normally take days and days of
prep and many hours of cooking. So,
those are really delicious.
Uh I really like the duck. Um
to me, tastier than the chicken, but
either way
those those ducks and those chickens
will feed you for
anywhere from three to six meals each
bird. So, even if you're paying, you
know, 40, 50, 60 dollars for a bird,
you got to look at it like, "Okay, I'm
getting quite a few meals out of this
uh and a very high-quality, tasty, and
convenient protein source."
Um
yeah, I guess we'll go take a look
around.
So, we're finally
getting the potato chip equipment set
up.
Uh everything's kind of working.
The only thing that's left to figure out
is we're trying to get this bagging
machine to work.
Uh that's the that's the cute little
logo I came up with for cattle chips.
And I'd really like to use these bags
cuz it's kind of crucial to the
business. You know, it's important to
have your name, your logo, professional
bagging, but
uh this
Chinese machine is kind of a disaster,
and we definitely can't afford an
American machine, so
we'll try to get it try to get it
running. Honestly, should have probably
just paid for a Chinese person to come
over here and set up for me.
Think we figured out where the last
missing parts go, so
try to get this chip machine set up this
week.
This goes here.
This goes into that.
Yeah, that's the last thing that needs
to go somewhere here, and then we're
good.
We got the
nitrogen on the back to go in in bags.
Nitrogen is what they put professionally
in chips to preserve them. Don't ask me
how much money worth of beef fat is in
there right now. Don't ask me. I almost
had a stroke.
As if I wasn't going broke already.
There's about $7,000 worth of beef fat
in this fryer. And this is small for
industrial standards.
We also got the pasta machine up and
running. We're going to hopefully try
that today.
If my guys made the pasta dough, we'll
try that now. We'll try a quick batch of
pasta to see if it works.
Two things we've been trying to do for a
while. So,
now I understand why
even these companies that are now making
beef tallow chips,
I promise you it's not grass-fed beef
tallow because
it would be way too expensive.
They could never afford to fill up their
industrial machines with that much
grass-fed beef tallow.
Cuz if it cost me
$8,000 to do that,
I mean, I don't think I'm ever going to
sell enough chips to pay for that beef
tallow. That's insane.
I got I I don't remember exactly how
much it was. Um
conser-
at least $6,000, as much as $8,000.
So,
you know, you would assume that someone
with a really big commercial
potato chip frying machine could need 20
to 30 to 50 to 100 times that.
So, you're talking
who knows? It could cost those people a
few hundred thousand dollars
in beef fat
as opposed to paying 10 or 20 grand for
oil, you know? I mean, they're probably
getting that oil dirt cheap. I don't
know the commercial pricing for soybean
or vegetable seed oils, but I'm assuming
it's in the cents per pound.
You know, they they'd be paying 10, 20,
30 cents a pound for that oil versus
$3, $4, $5. You're talking, you know,
hun- almost hundreds of times the the
cost on that. So, it makes sense as to
why it's not really available.
Pretty much everything stock on
Frankie's Naturals, all the new cleaning
products.
Same with Organ Supplements. We're
running low on a few vitamin and mineral
stuff on Organ Supplements. Maybe we can
afford to restock that. Oh,
the other the other new thing, so we
have new sorbets, we have new rotisserie
chicken stuff.
We also have honeycomb.
I put this in stock on the meat website
and under the honey product. So, we have
like a regular chunk of honeycomb.
US
honeycomb.
And then we also have these honeycomb
bites.
Basically the same amount of honeycomb
at the same price.
But these are just
like a little tinier packaging.
So, whether you want to eat like the
whole honeycomb at once or you want it
packaged in like bite-sized portions.
Uh both of these products are available
on Frankie's Free-Range Meat under the
honey.
I was going to put it on the foods and
the meat website, but I was just being
lazy with the inventory cuz I'd have to
split it and I don't really know which
side's going to sell more, but
you know, we have the
the raw honey.
And now on that, we didn't make separate
products for the honeycomb. It's not a
separate product. It's a drop-down arrow
under the honey itself.
What's also relatively new on the foods
website is that uh bar we made.
The
What did we call it?
Chocolate caramel cookie dough?
Something like that.
It's made with roasted macadamia nut
butter,
caramel, roasted caramel. Definitely the
best tasting bar we've ever made. I
guess we haven't sold that much of it
yet.
But this is definitely this is the
newest bar we've had.
Chocolate cookie dough caramel crisp.
Really, really delicious. A lot more
time went into the recipes. Whereas
normally we just like kind of combine
high quality ingredients at with
different flavor profiles, this one we
spent a lot more time trying to do it.
And in addition to the crackadamia,
uh we made some peanuts.
So we took some raw organic Mexican
peanuts,
roasted them, shelled them, seasoned
them, and then roasted them again. So
uh I I I kind of like the crackadamia
just as much, but I figured peanuts were
really nostalgic, so and they're a lot
cheaper. So if you guys want to try
organic
freshly roasted peanuts,
that's also now available.
Um the crackadamia is probably somewhere
around here, but
we don't we don't have a special label
for those cuz it might be a one-time
product. We'll see how much you guys
like it, but
it's the same thing as the crackadamia,
you know.
Obviously macadamia nuts are a lot more
expensive.
We've had these available, but if you're
not allergic to peanuts and you do like
the nostalgic flavor of peanuts,
we have
organic seasoned peanuts done the same
way. Fresh dairy came in yesterday.
Restocking that right now.
All the fresh produce, haven't really
been doing that much. Mostly free
promotional stuff.
Here we have our our rotisserie birds in
our marinades.
You know, really really high quality
organic seasoning on them. Organic fresh
herbs, organic sugar, organic salt and
pepper.
Actually, that might be organic honey in
there, not sugar.
Fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies.
Uh I wanted to add a day to the
sourdough fermentation, so we had to
adjust the sugar
uh because that the yeast will actually
eat up all the sugar, so we had to add
more of it.
Here's the fresh rotisserie chickens.
And there's the duck.
There's the fresh rotisserie duck.
Now, I like duck a lot more.
To me, it's more flavorful.
And it's a lot fattier.
Um
There there's a bit It is a little more
expensive and there is more carcass
waste. And and it's a lot harder to get
that meat off. So, the chicken the
chicken, you know, these types of
broiler hens to me really falls apart.
They're soft. They're tender.
But, you know, it's not as fatty, not as
flavorful as the duck, and definitely
milder flavor and more approachable. So,
both really delicious options. You get a
lot of meals.
And and those those uh chickens I was
eating, guys,
I would get the 2 and 1/2 lb chicken or
the 2 and 1/2 lb duck and it would still
last me three or four meals. So, if you
get some of these larger birds,
definitely [clears throat] make sure you
have like a family to feed.
Otherwise, make sure to keep it in the
fridge so it doesn't go bad.
Every week we get the fresh brains in
from the slaughtered cows.
Fresh local beef.
Not that the raw tards care. They'd
rather buy Whole Foods meat that's been
pre- Looks like one of my auction finds
finally paid off.
I think I told you guys this was uh
These are like 40,000 new.
Of course, we had to buy our own
refrigerant toolkit and learn how to fix
it, but
there is a slight refrigerant leak
uh that we have to fix that's under the
filter dryer.
Uh for the purpose of getting these
sorbets finished, we were able to just
uh fill it up with gas every week.
But,
there's a leak like right under here.
There's a leak right there. So, I got to
try to melt that in.
We got the
got the brazing hook.
This is 404A refrigerant gas.
I want to show you the uh
that company that sells a lot of
refrigerant stuff, Viper, has this like
this like blue spray bottle that has a
very potent uh like leak finding
solution in it. Like normally you mix up
soapy water yourself, but
the their formula they use, like the
bubbles are so big,
even if there's like a slight leak, you
find it instantly.
Like a lot of times people think, "Oh,
it's just kind of a gimmicky product."
But as soon as you spray that that
whatever solution they came up with on
that leak, it's just gigantic bubbles
instantly.
So,
this is our our restock this week.
You guys bought all the sheep ice cream.
We actually have to make That got me
thinking, we got to make some goat milk
ice cream.
All different goodies here.
These are some Twix bars.
That's the sheep vanilla ice cream.
Lime sorbet, newest flavor. Sour This is
sour, guys.
Lime is Well, not too sour, but you
know, lime lime is a sour fruit, so
if you crave like sour candy, definitely
try this. If you don't like sour, don't
get it, but
I mean, that's what I mean, same with
lemon. Lemon's kind of acidic, you know?
If you don't like acidic and try stuff,
don't get lemon.
Maybe we can alter that recipe and add
more sugar and dilute it a little bit,
but maybe we'll try that next time.
That's the strawberry
strawberry sorbet. We got some fresh
donuts here, Oreo cookies.
It's regular vanilla ice cream.
Raspberry sorbet.
Slight color difference there, you could
see. Re-
uh strawberry or no, raspberry.
And what was that one?
Strawberry.
Raspberry.
It is cold in here.
It is very cold in here.
Uh we just made a fresh batch of the
vichyssoise.
Uh some of you guys were asking me for
it, it sold pretty quickly, so
we just spent about $700 on fresh
organic leeks.
And here we have
blueberry sorbet.
Very unique. This is actually more
expensive than all the other ones. This
one's like $20 because
blueberries are twice as expensive as
every other fruit. But for the most
part, all the other sorbets are around
$10. The blueberry is the only expensive
one.
And some of them are even a lot cheaper.
Like I think the strawberry or raspberry
was like $8.
So we have blackberry
and blueberry.
And I was thinking, "Hey, we'll just do
a mixed berry sorbet." But I thought
it'd be really unique and special
because
I've never heard of anyone
making fresh organic fruit from
blueberries or blackberries just because
of their price. So what what that means
is you have a very, very special and
strong berry flavor that you've never
tasted before. So
really, really enjoyable, even more
enjoyable than fresh fruit. So we have
an amazing fresh sorbet selection now
along with all of our pure sourdough
products, freshly baked and freshly
frozen for you guys.
So that's what we've been working on
these past few weeks.
>> Yeah, I don't think there's too much
else to talk about this week. We got
quite a few new products in comparison
to usual.
Quite quite a few new products, you
know?
Usually it's a few here and there, but
this week it's been quite a bit.
You know, two rotisserie birds,
four to five new sorbet flavors. We got
honey.
We got a lot of new stuff.
I just I wasn't laying in bed 18 hours a
day, but
Uh Rodrigo, did you guys make the pasta
dough or
>> No today.
>> No time?
>> No.
>> When do you want to do it? Wednesday?
All right.
All right, so we'll do the
not doing the pasta today, so I guess
we'll procrastinate that another week,
but
you know, it's not like
you know, all the all these non-meat
businesses we start, we don't really
make too much money from them anyway, so
I'm not too worried about it.
But it would have been nice, obviously,
if we had the pasta machine up and
running when we got it, which was months
and months ago.
It would have been nice, but
too bad.
Uh I don't think I got too much else to
talk about today.
Just been trying to get a few things
done that haven't really haven't really
happened.
You know, I've been telling myself for
the past 3 weeks I'm going to get on
this roof and uh
replace all the all the all the leaking
screws with side sized up ones, but
been lying in bed instead, so maybe we
should just hire someone to do it, which
makes more sense anyway.
Just for for liability stuff like that,
being on the roof, I'd rather do it
myself.
Again, like
you know.
You don't want some random person
falling off the roof.
Or me falling off the roof for that
matter, but
if I need to, [snorts] I'll
you know, I'll tie myself off with a
harness.
I'm I actually I was telling myself like
most of that roof isn't dangerous, but I
think for the dangerous part, I'm going
to I'm going to buy the There's like
these steel roofing boots that cost
$200.
And we have to kind of There's like a
I forgot what it's called, but
it's just like a It's like a It's like a
a bolted in
ring, and you tie yourself off to it.
So, you're supposed to put that on the
stud.
We'll I'll wear a harness myself and do
it the safe way for the end of that roof
just in case something happens.
We could also bring the scissor lift
over and uh
and put the scissor lift on the edge of
the building just to be safe, but
that might be a little overkill,
although we have one.
So, thank you guys for joining.
Hopefully, we'll get this uh potato chip
stuff running this week. We'll do the
first test batch, and then uh we'll be
able to
uh make the pasta as well, so
those are the next two things to be
excited about.
>> [panting]
>> This ravioli machine, I might as well
just tell the I might as well just tell
the Italian people to send uh
send the roller over because I'm just
I haven't even I haven't really been
haven't really been answering my emails.
I've just been too tired lying in bed.
And I got to like search around for
quotes and try to get someone a
different
freight forwarder from Italy that's
going to allow me to just save on the
tariffs, but
hasn't happened yet, so
Yeah, cuz this this roof is leaking
right here.
All that water on the floor there
it's leaking somewhere there. So, we're
hoping We're hoping that if I replace
all those screws up there,
it stops leaking, but
it's a lot of work. I thought it was
just like two sections of roof.
There's like six. So, I think it's like
15 to 20 hours,
but it's it's a simple job. It's you
know, just just same quarter-inch bit,
pull the screw out, put a new screw in,
but it's just kind of monotonous.
And
there were some
There were a few wasp nests up there we
got to we got to deal with.
But
that's it. Thank you guys for joining.
Uh if you can please afford to support
us.
I don't know if we'll ever get this
chargeback thing sorted out.
Might have to go on a country road trip
to everyone's house at this point.
Call the local police in front of their
doorstep.
It's mostly Florida Florida's a really
bad state.
And California's a really bad state, but
we'll do a separate video on that maybe
this week.
Calling all those people out.
